The working principle is as follows:
a rotating disc type wheel-separating assembly machine conveys wheel-separating tubes to the lower part of a wheel-separating tube manipulator 32 through a wheel-separating tube conveying device 1, the wheel-separating tubes are placed in an assembly disc 35 arranged on a four-station rotating disc 31 under the cooperation of the wheel-separating tube manipulator 32 and a wheel-separating tube carrying hand 36, the wheel-separating tubes are vertically placed in the assembly disc 35, and one wheel-separating tube is placed on the four-station rotating disc 31 when the wheel-separating tube is not rotated by 90 degrees; in the same principle, the wheel separating sheets are conveyed to the lower part of the wheel separating mechanical arm 33 by the wheel separating conveying device 2, conveyed to the splicing disc 35 of the four-station turntable 31 by the wheel separating mechanical arm 33, pressed together, rotated by 90 degrees after being pressed, and collected by the wheel separating collecting mechanical arm 34.

The turntable wheel-separating assembly machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the wheel-separating pipe conveying device (1) comprises a wheel-separating pipe conveying motor (11), a wheel-separating pipe track (12) arranged on the wheel-separating pipe conveying motor (11) and used for conveying wheel-separating pipes from the bottom to the top, a wheel-separating pipe overturning track (13) connected with the wheel-separating pipe track (12) and enabling the wheel-separating pipes to be vertically arranged, and a wheel-separating pipe conveying track (14) connected with the wheel-separating pipe overturning track (13) and used for conveying the vertical wheel-separating pipes to the wheel-separating assembling device (3); an inclined baffle (131) which enables the wheel-separating tubes which are not correctly arranged on the wheel-separating tube overturning track (13) to return to the bottom of the wheel-separating tube conveying device (1) is arranged at the upper end of the wheel-separating tube overturning track (13); and a fixing pile (15) for fixing the wheel-separating pipe conveying track (14) is arranged on the lower side of the wheel-separating pipe conveying track (14).

The turntable wheel-separating assembly machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the wheel-separating sheet conveying device (2) comprises a wheel-separating sheet conveying motor (21), a wheel-separating sheet track (22) for conveying wheel-separating sheets from the bottom to the top, a wheel-separating sheet arrangement track (23) connected with the wheel-separating sheet track (22) to enable the wheel-separating sheets to be arranged in order, a wheel-separating sheet conveying track (24) connected with the wheel-separating sheet arrangement track (23) to convey the wheel-separating sheets to the wheel-separating assembling device (3), and a supporting table (27) for fixing the wheel-separating sheet conveying track (24); a wheel separating sheet positioning device (25), a placing table (28) for placing the wheel separating sheet and a card device (26) for locking the wheel separating sheet on the placing table (28) are arranged at one end of the wheel separating sheet conveying track (24) close to the wheel separating assembly device (3); the card device (26) comprises an air pressure valve (261) and a pair of pneumatic clamping hands (262) which are connected with the air pressure valve (261) in a sliding mode and clamped on the placing table (28).

The turntable wheel-separating assembly machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the wheel tube dividing manipulator (32) comprises a first fixing plate (383) fixedly mounted on a support beam (38), a first sliding block (321) matched with the first transverse sliding rail (381), a first air pressure push pull rod (322) fixed on the first fixing plate (383) and used for enabling the wheel tube dividing manipulator (32) to move on the first transverse sliding rail (381), a first limiting rod (323) fixedly mounted on the first fixing plate (383) and used for limiting the transverse moving position of the wheel tube dividing manipulator (32), a wheel tube dividing clamping hand (324) arranged at the lower end of the wheel tube dividing manipulator (32) and used for clamping a wheel tube, a first upper and lower telescopic rod (325) fixedly connected to the first sliding block (321) and used for controlling the wheel tube dividing clamping hand (324) to move up and down, and a fixing block (326) fixed at the lower end of the first upper and lower telescopic rod (325) and used for fixing the wheel tube dividing clamping hand (324); the fixed block (326) is connected with the first sliding block (321) in a sliding manner; the minute wheel pipe clamping hand (324) comprises a pair of clamping plates (329) for clamping the minute wheel pipe, a pneumatic stretching pull rod (327) for controlling the clamping of the clamping plates (329), and a first positioner (328) fixed on the minute wheel pipe clamping hand (324) and used for determining the position of the minute wheel pipe.
