Abstract
The invention discloses a novel precast concrete shear wall panel and an installation method; the novel precast concrete shear wall board comprises a precast concrete wall board, wherein the upper end of a vertical steel bar of the precast concrete wall board is connected with a steel sleeve, and part of the vertical steel bar extends out of the wall board; the lower ends of the vertical steel bars of the precast concrete wallboard extend out of the wallboard; the horizontal steel bars of the precast concrete wallboard extend out of two ends of the wallboard; the installation method comprises the following steps: firstly, hoisting a shear wall panel in place; temporarily plugging a steel sleeve of the lower shear wall wallboard, hoisting the prefabricated composite slab, pouring a cast-in-place concrete layer, removing the temporary plugging of the steel sleeve of the lower shear wall wallboard after the concrete reaches the strength, pouring grouting material into the steel sleeve, hoisting the upper prefabricated concrete wallboard after the steel sleeve is filled, inserting vertical steel bars of the upper wallboard into the steel sleeve, and supplementing the grouting material among the wallboards according to the quantity of the grouting material required; the upper precast concrete wall panel is then installed in place.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of civil engineering, and particularly relates to a novel precast concrete shear wall board and an installation method.
Background
With the progress of 'building industrialization and housing industrialization' of the country being accelerated, the country is strongly pushing assembly type buildings, so that the assembly type shear wall is increasingly and widely applied due to the advantages of standardization, high bearing capacity and standardization. The shear wall is also called a wind-resistant wall, an earthquake-resistant wall or a structural wall, and is a wall body which mainly bears horizontal load and vertical load caused by wind load or earthquake action in a house or a structure.
Among the prior art, the vertical connection of most prefabricated shear wall adopts mechanical connection, steel bar sleeve grout is connected, modes such as steel bar thick liquid anchor overlap joint, wherein mainly adopt the sleeve grout to connect, at first arrange the bottom at prefabricated wallboard with pre-buried sleeve, the sleeve need set up grout hole and go up grout hole down simultaneously, the present biggest problem is the closely knit degree that can't guarantee the slip casting, the lack of slip casting quality detection means simultaneously, the potential safety hazard of prefabricated shear wall nodal connection has been caused, the popularization of assembled shear wall structure has seriously been influenced.

In order to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art, a first object of the present invention is to provide a novel precast concrete shear wall panel; the second purpose of the invention is to provide a novel precast concrete shear wall; the third purpose of the invention is to provide a method for installing the novel precast concrete shear wall panel; by improving the structure and the mounting method of the shear wall panel, particularly the grouting method, the compactness of the connection node of the shear wall panel is ensured, and the safety of the wall is improved.

a novel precast concrete shear wall panel comprises a precast concrete wall panel, wherein a plurality of vertical steel bars are arranged in the precast concrete wall panel in parallel, and the lower parts of the vertical steel bars extend out of the outer side of the precast concrete wall panel; a plurality of steel sleeves matched with the vertical steel bars are pre-embedded in the upper part of the precast concrete wallboard, the upper part of the precast concrete wallboard extends out of the outer side of the precast concrete wallboard, and the number of the vertical steel bars is equal to that of the steel sleeves; the precast concrete wallboard horizontal direction is equipped with a plurality of horizontal reinforcing bars, and the horizontal reinforcing bar stretches out to the precast concrete wallboard outside.
As the preferred technical scheme of this application, when as the side fascia, precast concrete wallboard is equipped with the precast concrete baffle along the steel sleeve direction, and the bottom is equipped with precast concrete baffle complex precast concrete wallboard bottom convex line.

As the preferred technical scheme of this application, a plurality of vertical reinforcing bars of upper precast concrete shear wall wallboard are connected respectively in the steel sleeve of lower floor's precast concrete shear wall wallboard.
A method for installing a novel precast concrete shear wall panel comprises the following steps:
(1) hoisting the lower precast concrete shear wall panel in place, and connecting and fixing the lower precast concrete shear wall panel with the fixing frame;
(2) temporarily plugging a steel sleeve of a lower-layer precast concrete shear wall board, hoisting a precast composite slab, pouring a cast-in-place concrete layer, removing the temporary plugging of the steel sleeve of the lower-layer precast concrete shear wall board after the concrete reaches the strength, pouring grouting material into the steel sleeve, hoisting an upper-layer precast concrete shear wall board after the steel sleeve is filled, inserting vertical steel bars of the upper-layer wallboard into the steel sleeve, and supplementing grouting material among the wallboards according to the quantity of the required grouting material; and then installing the upper precast concrete shear wall panel in place.
When the shear wall board is used as an external wall board, the precast concrete baffle plate plays a role of a template, and the template does not need to be additionally arranged.
Advantageous effects
Compared with the prior art, the novel precast concrete shear wall board and the installation method provided by the invention have the following beneficial effects:
(1) according to the invention, by improving the structure of the shear wall panel, the embedded steel sleeve is arranged at the top of the prefabricated shear wall panel, and the vertical steel bars are adjusted to the lower part of the shear wall panel, so that the arrangement of a lower grouting hole and a grout outlet hole is avoided; the structure of the wall board is simplified;
(2) the invention ensures the compactness of the connection node of the shear wall panel by improving the grouting method of the shear wall panel, has reliable connection performance and improves the safety of the wall body;
(3) the invention has the advantages of easy guarantee of construction, simple and controllable work content and easy operation;
(4) the invention is environment-friendly and energy-saving, reduces the production cost and saves the construction fund.

The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic views illustrating only the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, a novel precast concrete shear wall panel comprises a precast concrete shear wall panel 2, wherein a plurality of vertical steel bars 5 are arranged in parallel in the precast concrete shear wall panel 2, and the lower parts of the vertical steel bars 5 extend out of the outer side of the precast concrete shear wall panel 2; the upper part of the precast concrete shear wall panel 2 is embedded with a plurality of steel sleeves 1 matched with the vertical steel bars 5, the upper part of the precast concrete shear wall panel extends out of the outer side of the precast concrete shear wall panel 2, and the number of the vertical steel bars 5 is equal to that of the steel sleeves 1; the horizontal direction of the precast concrete shear wall panel 2 is provided with a plurality of horizontal steel bars 4, and the horizontal steel bars 4 extend out of the precast concrete shear wall panel 2.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 1-4, a novel precast concrete shear wall panel comprises a precast concrete shear wall panel 2, wherein a plurality of vertical steel bars 5 are arranged in parallel in the precast concrete shear wall panel 2, and the lower parts of the vertical steel bars 5 extend out of the outer side of the precast concrete shear wall panel 2; the upper part of the precast concrete shear wall panel 2 is embedded with a plurality of steel sleeves 1 matched with the vertical steel bars 5, the upper part of the precast concrete shear wall panel extends out of the outer side of the precast concrete shear wall panel 2, and the number of the vertical steel bars 5 is equal to that of the steel sleeves 1; a plurality of horizontal steel bars 4 are arranged in the horizontal direction of the precast concrete shear wall panel 2, and the horizontal steel bars 4 extend out of the precast concrete shear wall panel 2; the precast concrete shear wall panel 2 is provided with a precast concrete baffle 3 along the direction of the steel sleeve 1, and the bottom of the precast concrete shear wall panel is provided with a precast concrete baffle 2 matched with a bottom convex line 7 of the precast concrete shear wall panel; the steel sleeve 1 is made or customized for a steel pipe; the steel sleeve 1 is in threaded connection with the vertical steel bars 5; referring to fig. 5, the steel sleeve 1 is a bottle-shaped structure, and has a large inner diameter at the middle and lower ends and a small inner diameter at the upper end.
In other embodiments, the steel sleeves 1 are spaced apart for steel pipes of different inside diameters.
Example 3
A novel precast concrete shear wall panel mainly comprises an upper precast concrete shear wall panel and a lower precast concrete shear wall panel, wherein the shear wall panels of two adjacent layers are connected in a matching way through vertical steel bars and steel sleeves; and a plurality of vertical steel bars of the upper precast concrete shear wall panel are respectively connected into the steel sleeve of the lower precast concrete shear wall panel.
Example 4
A method for installing a novel precast concrete shear wall panel comprises the following steps:
(1) hoisting the lower precast concrete shear wall panel 11 in place, and connecting and fixing the lower precast concrete shear wall panel with the fixing frame;
(2) temporarily plugging the steel sleeve 11-1 of the lower-layer wallboard, hoisting the prefabricated composite slab 9, pouring a cast-in-place concrete layer 8, and removing the temporary plugging of the steel sleeve 11-1 of the lower-layer shear wall wallboard after the concrete reaches the strength;
pouring grouting materials 10 into the steel sleeve 11-1, after the steel sleeve 11-1 of the lower wallboard is fully filled, hoisting an upper precast concrete shear wallboard 8, inserting vertical steel bars 12-5 of the upper wallboard into the steel sleeve 11-1 of the lower wallboard, and supplementing the grouting materials among the wallboards according to the quantity of the required grouting materials; the upper precast concrete shear wall panel 12 is then installed in place.
When the shear wall panel is used as an external wall panel, the precast concrete baffle 3 plays a role of a template, and the template does not need to be additionally arranged.

Claims (8)
1. A novel precast concrete shear wall panel comprises a precast concrete wall panel (2), and is characterized in that a plurality of vertical steel bars (5) are arranged in the precast concrete wall panel (2) in parallel, and the lower parts of the vertical steel bars (5) extend out of the outer side of the precast concrete wall panel (2); the upper part of the precast concrete wallboard (2) is pre-embedded with a plurality of steel sleeves (1) matched with the vertical steel bars (5), the upper parts of the steel sleeves (1) extend out of the outer side of the precast concrete wallboard (2), and the number of the vertical steel bars (5) is equal to that of the steel sleeves (1); precast concrete wallboard (2) horizontal direction is equipped with a plurality of horizontal reinforcement (4), and horizontal reinforcement (4) stretch out to precast concrete wallboard (2) outside.

pouring grouting materials 10 into the steel sleeve (11-1), after the steel sleeve (11-1) is fully filled, hoisting an upper-layer precast concrete shear wall panel (12), inserting vertical steel bars (12-5) of the upper-layer wall panel into the steel sleeve (11-1), and supplementing grouting materials among the wall panels according to the quantity of the grouting materials required; and then installing the upper precast concrete shear wall panel in place.
