Abstract
本发明公开了一种带有识别标记的封装管缆及其制备方法,该测井封装管缆包括封装层,封装层的横截面为多边形或者弧形,封装层中设置有至少一个线缆护管和至少一个油液管,线缆护管中设置有线缆;线缆护管和油液管的一侧设置有一一对应的并且拥有各自颜色标识的识别件;该测井封装管缆的制作方法主要包括线缆护管加工成型及线缆铺设、油液管加工成型、封装层的加工三个步骤。本发明具有输送油液和数据传输的双重功能,封装层提高了线缆护管和油液管的耐腐蚀性,为了便于识别每一根线缆护管或者油液管,在每一条识别件上都拥有各自的颜色标识,识别件还可起到切割封装层的作用,使得封装层与线缆护管、油液管分离。

技术领域
本发明涉及测井电缆领域,尤其涉及一种带有识别标记的封装管缆及其制备方法。
背景技术
测井电缆可用于各类油、气井的测井、射孔、取芯等作业,也可以用于水利水文测量、煤田地质勘探、地热测井等方面,是地面系统与地下仪器之间作为承重连接以及传输测量数据用的连接线。
现有的油井工况中工作条件较为恶劣,常处于高温、高压以及含油气等腐蚀性介质的环境中,并且受油井套管狭小空间的限制,常常线缆在安装过程中折弯或腐蚀损坏,同时,矿井中有些液压设备需要通过管道连通至地面,现有技术中,测井电缆与油液管道是分开输送的,造成了材料自愿的浪费。对于长度达几千米甚至万米的来说,如何提高测井电缆的抗压、抗拉、耐腐蚀性以及对矿井中输送管道的整合,是一个亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带有识别标记的封装管缆及其制备方法,该测井封装管缆具有较高的抗压、抗拉、耐腐蚀性能以及具有输送油液和数据传输的双重功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明一种带有识别标记的封装管缆,包括封装层,所述封装层的横截面为多边形或者弧形,所述封装层中设置有至少一个线缆护管和至少一个油液管,所述线缆护管中设置有线缆;
所述线缆护管和油液管的一侧设置有一一对应的并且拥有各自颜色标识的识别件。
进一步的,所述识别件采用绳或者窄带。
进一步的,所述封装层采用热塑性材料制得;所述线缆护管采用825钢管材料制得,所述油液管采用2507钢管材料制得。
进一步的,所述线缆包括由外向内依次设置的外护层、绝缘层和线芯。
进一步的,所述外护层采用聚丙烯PP材料制得;所述绝缘层采用氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物FEP材料制得。
一种制作带有识别标记的封装管缆的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,线缆护管加工成型及线缆铺设:将用于生产所述线缆护管的钢卷原料放置于钢带卷取设备上,将卷曲收卷的所述线缆放置于线缆卷取设备上,钢卷原料的起始端依次经过钢管初步成型设备、线缆卷取设备、钢管激光焊接设备、无损探伤设备、钢管拉拔设备、牵引设备后加工成套设有所述线缆的所述线缆护管;
所述线缆护管在线缆护管卷取设备的作用下卷曲收卷,以待下个工序使用;
步骤二,油液管加工成型,将用于生产所述油液管的钢卷原料放置于钢带卷取设备上,钢卷原料的起始端依次经过钢管成型设备、钢管激光焊接设备、外毛刺去除设备、钢管拉拔设备、退火炉和无损探伤设备后加工成所述油液管;
所述油液管在油液管卷取设备的作用下卷曲收卷,以待下个工序使用;
步骤三,封装层的加工:将待封装的所述线缆护管和油液管放置于卷取设备上,将所述线缆护管和油液管的起始端依次经过钢管调直设备、钢管预热设备、识别件卷取设备、封装挤出设备、冷却装置、牵引设备后形成所述封装层;
封装管缆在卷取设备的作用下卷曲收卷。
进一步的,用于生产所述线缆护管和油液管的钢卷原料采用碱性热水脱脂处理。
进一步的,所述钢管预热设备包括通过管道连通的热风机和预热管道,所述预热管道的两端密封连接有堵头,所述堵头的中部设置有多个过管孔。
进一步的,所述封装挤出设备包括配合使用的模套和模芯,模套上设置有呈多边形或者弧形的封装挤出口;所述模芯上设置有多个预留导向孔,每个所述预留导向孔的圆周内壁上设置有用于导向识别件的凹槽。
进一步的,所述识别件卷取设备与封装挤出设备之间设置有涨紧装置,所述涨紧装置包括底托,所述底托上设置有两个导向轮和支架,所述支架上铰接有提升臂,所述提升臂的一端通过拉簧与所述支架连接,所述提升臂的另一端设置有涨紧轮,所述涨紧轮位于两个所述导向轮之间。

本发明具有输送油液和数据传输的双重功能,封装层提高了线缆护管和油液管的耐腐蚀性,为了便于识别每一根线缆护管或者油液管,在每一条识别件上都拥有各自的颜色标识,识别件还可以由聚芳族芳纶合成纤维、凯夫拉纤维或者金属丝制作,通过向外拉伸识别件,识别件对包裹在线缆护管和油液管上的封装层进行切割,使得线缆护管和油液管显露出来,与矿井、地面上的设备连接。

实施例一
如图1所示,本实施例中公开了一种带有识别标记的封装管缆,包括封装层1,封装层1的横截面为多边形,封装层1中设置有至少一个线缆护管2和至少一个油液管3,线缆护管2中设置有线缆4。封装层1保护了线缆护管2,提高了线缆护管2的耐腐蚀性,线缆护管2具有较高的屈服载荷,提高了整体的抗压、抗拉性能。油液管3将地面上的液压油液输送至矿井中,并与液压设备连通。在本实施例中,各线缆护管2与油液管3并排布置,线缆护管2的数量为一个,油液管3的数量为一个。
为了便于识别各线缆护管2与油液管3,线缆护管2和油液管3的一侧设置有多条识别件5,每条识别件5都与各线缆护管2或者油液管3一一对应,并且每条识别件5上都拥有各自的颜色标识。识别件5采用绳或者窄带,在本实施例中,识别件5采用窄带。
识别件5可以由聚芳族芳纶合成纤维、凯夫拉纤维或者金属丝制作,通过向外拉伸识别件5,识别件5对包裹在线缆护管2和油液管3上的封装层1进行切割,使得线缆护管2和油液管3显露出来,与矿井、地面上的设备连接。
在本实施例中,封装层1采用热塑性材料制得,TPV、PP、FEP或者PVDF均为热塑性材料。线缆护管2采用825钢管材料制得,油液管3采用2507钢管材料制得。
线缆4用于连接井下仪器设备传输信号,线缆4包括由外向内依次设置的外护层401、绝缘层402和线芯403。在本实施例中,外护层401采用聚丙烯PP材料制得。绝缘层402采用氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物FEP材料制得。外护层401可对包覆物起到绝缘、阻燃、防腐、固定等保护功能。线缆4的生产通过线缆挤塑机制得,属于常规技术手段,本领域的技术人员完全可以实施。
如图2至4所示,一种制作上述带有识别标记的封装管缆的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,线缆护管加工成型及线缆铺设:将用于生产线缆护管2的钢卷原料放置于钢带卷取设备上,将卷曲收卷的线缆4放置于线缆卷取设备上,钢卷原料的起始端依次经过钢管初步成型设备、线缆卷取设备、钢管激光焊接设备、无损探伤设备、钢管拉拔设备、牵引设备后加工成套设有线缆4的线缆护管2;线缆护管2在管缆卷取设备的作用下卷曲收卷,以待下个工序使用。
钢带经过钢管初步成型设备后被加工成U型,线缆4通过U型的开口放入到线缆护管2中,在放入过程中需经过一个导向轮,该导向轮下压线缆4使其靠近线缆护管2的底面,避免激光焊接时高温损伤线缆4。需要说明的是,钢带、线缆、管缆卷取设备用于放置原材料、半成品、成品,对材料进行收线或者放线。激光焊接设备用于焊接线缆护管2的对接缝隙。无损探伤用涡流对焊接完毕的线缆护管2进行无损检测。拉拔设备用一定规格的模具把线缆护管2拉拔成所需要的尺寸,拉拔所需要的力由拉拔轮装置提供。牵引设备为线缆护管2的前进提供牵引力。
线缆护管2初步成型后,其起始端经过钢管拉拔设备后管径发生变化,此时,设备停机并将线缆4起始端放入到初步成型的线缆护管2,手工向前一直输送线缆4直至线缆4的起始端顶在线缆护管2收缩位置处,线缆护管2的收缩位置起到夹紧线缆4的作用,此时设备开机,线缆4随着拉拔的线缆护管2向前运动。
步骤二,油液管加工成型,将用于生产所述油液管的钢卷原料放置于钢带卷取设备上,钢卷原料的起始端依次经过钢管成型设备、钢管激光焊接设备、外毛刺去除设备、钢管拉拔设备、退火炉和无损探伤设备后加工成所述油液管3;
油液管3在油液管卷取设备的作用下卷曲收卷,以待下个工序使用。
步骤三,封装层的加工:将待封装的线缆护管2和油液管3放置于卷取设备上,将线缆护管2和油液管3的起始端依次经过钢管调直设备、钢管预热设备、识别件卷取设备、封装挤出设备、冷却装置、牵引设备后形成封装层1,封装管缆在卷取设备的作用下卷曲收卷。
线缆护管2和油液管3经过一个钢管预热设备即可,如图5所示,钢管预热设备包括通过管道连通的热风机6和预热管道7,预热管道7的两端密封连接有堵头8,堵头8的中部设置有多个过管孔9,线缆护管2和油液管3从相对应的过管孔9中穿过,热风机6持续把热风吹进预热管道7中预热裸装的线缆护管2和油液管3。
如图6和8所示,封装挤出设备采用电线电缆挤出机,其挤出模具采用挤压式挤出模具。挤压式挤出模具包括配合使用的模套10和模芯11,模套10上设置有呈多边形的封装挤出口1001;模芯11上设置有多个预留导向孔1101,线缆护管2和油液管3从相对应的预留导向孔1101中穿过,每个预留导向孔1101的圆周内壁上设置有用于导向识别件5的凹槽1102。
如图9所示,识别件卷取设备与封装挤出设备之间设置有涨紧装置12,涨紧装置12包括底托1201,底托1201上设置有两个导向轮1202和支架1203,支架1203上铰接有提升臂1204,提升臂1204的一端通过拉簧1206与支架1203连接,提升臂1204的另一端设置有涨紧轮1205,涨紧轮1205位于两个导向轮1202之间。
为了进一步的补充优化上述制作方法,用于生产线缆护管2和油液管3的钢卷原料采用碱性热水脱脂处理,以去除钢带表面的杂质。
需要说明的是,识别件卷取设备用于随着生产线释放识别件5,钢管调直设备通过上下滚轮将卷曲的管缆调成水平直线。封装挤出设备把聚偏氟乙烯PVDF材料颗粒进行加热,加热到相应的温度后原材料会熔化融合成溶胶状,可塑性强。线缆护管2和油液管3穿过挤出装置形成封装层1。线缆护管2和油液管3封装挤出后进入冷水槽中冷却凝固塑型。在本实施例中,冷水槽为冷却装置。
实施例二
如图10所示,本实施例中公开了一种带有识别标记的封装管缆,包括封装层1,封装层1中设置有至少一个线缆护管2和至少一个油液管3,线缆护管2中设置有线缆4。线缆护管2和油液管3的一侧设置有一一对应的并且拥有各自颜色标识的识别件5。在本实施例中,封装层1的横截面为弧形,弧形的封装层1与连续油管的接触面积更大,减少摩擦,稳定性更好。
在其生产制备方法中,模套10上设置有呈圆弧形的封装挤出口1001,模芯11上的多个预留导向孔1101也呈圆弧形排布。其余结构、制备方法与实施例一完全相同,在此不再赘述。
以上所述的实施例仅是对本发明的优选方式进行描述,并非对本发明的范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计精神的前提下,本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案做出的各种变形和改进,均应落入本发明权利要求书确定的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种带有识别标记的封装管缆,其特征在于:包括封装层(1),所述封装层(1)的横截面为多边形或者弧形,所述封装层(1)中设置有至少一个线缆护管(2)和至少一个油液管(3),所述线缆护管(2)中设置有线缆(4);
所述线缆护管(2)和油液管(3)的一侧设置有一一对应的并且拥有各自颜色标识的识别件(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有识别标记的封装管缆,其特征在于:所述识别件(5)采用绳或者窄带。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带有识别标记的封装管缆,其特征在于:所述封装层(1)采用热塑性材料制得;所述线缆护管(2)采用825钢管材料制得,所述油液管(3)采用2507钢管材料制得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带有识别标记的封装管缆,其特征在于:所述线缆(4)包括由外向内依次设置的外护层(401)、绝缘层(402)和线芯(403)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的带有识别标记的封装管缆,其特征在于:所述外护层(401)采用聚丙烯PP材料制得;所述绝缘层(402)采用氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物FEP材料制得。
6.一种制作如权利要求1所述的带有识别标记的封装管缆的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,线缆护管加工成型及线缆铺设:将用于生产所述线缆护管(2)的钢卷原料放置于钢带卷取设备上,将卷曲收卷的所述线缆(4)放置于线缆卷取设备上,钢卷原料的起始端依次经过钢管初步成型设备、线缆卷取设备、钢管激光焊接设备、无损探伤设备、钢管拉拔设备、牵引设备后加工成套设有所述线缆(4)的所述线缆护管(2);
所述线缆护管(2)在线缆护管卷取设备的作用下卷曲收卷,以待下个工序使用;
步骤二,油液管加工成型,将用于生产所述油液管(3)的钢卷原料放置于钢带卷取设备上,钢卷原料的起始端依次经过钢管成型设备、钢管激光焊接设备、外毛刺去除设备、钢管拉拔设备、退火炉和无损探伤设备后加工成所述油液管(3);
所述油液管(3)在油液管卷取设备的作用下卷曲收卷,以待下个工序使用;
步骤三,封装层的加工:将待封装的所述线缆护管(2)和油液管(3)放置于卷取设备上,将所述线缆护管(2)和油液管(3)的起始端依次经过钢管调直设备、钢管预热设备、识别件卷取设备、封装挤出设备、冷却装置、牵引设备后形成所述封装层(1);
封装管缆在卷取设备的作用下卷曲收卷。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制作带有识别标记的封装管缆的方法,其特征在于:用于生产所述线缆护管(2)和油液管(3)的钢卷原料采用碱性热水脱脂处理。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制作带有识别标记的封装管缆的方法,其特征在于:所述钢管预热设备包括通过管道连通的热风机(6)和预热管道(7),所述预热管道(7)的两端密封连接有堵头(8),所述堵头(8)的中部设置有多个过管孔(9)。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制作带有识别标记的封装管缆的方法,其特征在于:所述封装挤出设备包括配合使用的模套(10)和模芯(11),模套(10)上设置有呈多边形或者弧形的封装挤出口(1001);所述模芯(11)上设置有多个预留导向孔(1101),每个所述预留导向孔(1101)的圆周内壁上设置有用于导向识别件(5)的凹槽(1102)。
10.根据权利要求6所述的制作带有识别标记的封装管缆的方法,其特征在于:所述识别件卷取设备与封装挤出设备之间设置有涨紧装置(12),所述涨紧装置(12)包括底托(1201),所述底托(1201)上设置有两个导向轮(1202)和支架(1203),所述支架(1203)上铰接有提升臂(1204),所述提升臂(1204)的一端通过拉簧(1206)与所述支架(1203)连接,所述提升臂(1204)的另一端设置有涨紧轮(1205),所述涨紧轮(1205)位于两个所述导向轮(1202)之间。
