Effect evaluation experiment 3: test of whitening and brightening effects on human skin
(1) The experimental method comprises the following steps of taking a 4cm 854 cm area inside the left and right front arms of 30 volunteers with the age of 20-35 years, 10 males and 20 females as the exclusion conditions according to the inclusion and exclusion standards of 'diagnosis standards and treatment principles of cosmetic contact dermatitis', taking the area of 4cm 854 cm inside the left and right front arms of the volunteers as a tested part, coating one side of the tested part with the experimental part 1, using the tested part 1 time in the morning and evening, applying no cosmetic to the tested part during the experimental period, cleaning the coated part by the tested part in 14 th, 21 th, 28 th, 35 th, 42 th and 56 th days of continuously using the cosmetics, and taking the change of the skin melanin content before and after use as an index for judging whitening and brightening of the anti-premature aging efficacy composition.

(3) The experimental results are as follows: the change of melanin content in human skin is shown in FIG. 2. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the skin of comparative example 1 had a reduced melanin content but had no significant change; the melanin content of the skin can be obviously reduced by using the composition in the example 1, and the melanin content is gradually reduced along with the time, and the significant difference exists between the 42 th day and the 56 th day of the experiment, which shows that the composition with the anti-aging effect can reduce the melanin content of the skin, and brighten and whiten the skin.
Effect evaluation experiment 4: human body trial comprehensive evaluation experiment
(1) The experimental method comprises the following steps: the formulations of example 3 and comparative example 1 were selected and the improvement of the skin complex state of the cosmetic composition having anti-aging effect was measured, thereby evaluating the repair and recovery ability of the composition for various pre-aging symptoms. The male and female volunteers total 100, wherein 50 men and 50 women are aged 25-55 years, and the main symptoms are dark complexion, dry skin, haggard face, and obvious fine lines and edema. Groups were randomized into 2 groups of 25 males and 25 females. The control tests of example 3 and comparative example 1 were carried out for each group. The left side face was used in comparative example 1 and the right side was used in example 3, and the volunteers were evaluated for improvement in skin condition after 1 month.
(2) The investigation method comprises the following steps: and (5) questionnaire survey.
(3) The experimental results are as follows: the statistical results are shown in FIG. 3. The human body trial comprehensive evaluation test obviously reflects the effect difference of the example 3 and the comparative example 1 on improving the skin condition of the early-aged people, 80% of the volunteers using the preparation of the example 3 indicate that the skin comprehensive condition is improved, 65% of the volunteers indicate that the dry lines and fine lines are improved, 70% of the volunteers indicate that the fatigue signs are relieved, and the softness, smoothness, uniformity and glossiness of the skin are obviously improved. The composition with the anti-aging effect has the effects of improving and promoting the comprehensive state of the skin and is helpful for recovering the health state of the skin.
Effect evaluation experiment 5: anti-wrinkle effect comparison experiment of anti-wrinkle functional component in the anti-aging composition disclosed by the invention under the condition of same addition amount as that of the traditional anti-wrinkle component
(1) The experimental method comprises the following steps: 60 volunteers are preferably selected by a dermatologist, who uses the eye tails as a target site, and a healthy female or male with wrinkles having a wrinkle level of about 5 (see fig. 4. wrinkle level standard) is requested based on the eye tails. In the case where no perfect match is found in the standard photographs of the respective levels, a median value or a score of 1/4 (e.g., 5.5 or 5.25) may also be given. The groups were divided into 6 groups, and random distribution was required so that there was no significant difference in wrinkle level distribution, eye line condition, and age distribution among the 6 groups, and the average value of the eye line levels of each group of volunteers was 5. 6 groups were applied to the samples of example 1 and comparative examples 5 to 9, respectively. In the same group, the bilateral symmetry part of each volunteer is tested every day, the test subjects with the same wrinkle grade degree are taken as objects, one side is taken as a sample smearing part randomly, and the other side is taken as a non-smearing part randomly. The experimental time is two months.
(2) Wrinkle rating criteria, as in figure 4.
(3) Visual sensation evaluation: scores at the beginning of the test are given by the professional dermatologist according to the standard picture of wrinkle grade at the beginning of the test, so that the grades of six groups of eye wrinkles are averagely divided into 5; after two months of testing, scores were given by the dermatologist for each group of testers according to the standard photograph of wrinkle grade, and the average was calculated.
(4) The experimental results are as follows: the eye print ratings of 6 volunteers are averaged in table 7. The test shows that the wrinkle grade of the examples and the comparative examples is obviously different by adding the same dosage of the anti-wrinkle component, which indicates that the anti-wrinkle component used in the invention is more effective for preventing and improving fine lines and wrinkles under the same dosage.

Effect evaluation experiment 6: patch test
(1) The experimental method comprises the following steps: 30 20-45-year-old volunteers were subjected to a rest for 1 hour at a temperature of 25 + -1 deg.C and a humidity of 50 + -5%, and then subjected to an experiment with normal skin on both sides of the back. The spot test adhesive tape release paper is peeled off, and the medicine chamber is placed on a test bench in an upward mode. The spot test objects are arranged from top to bottom, from left to right and marked. The test substances of examples 1, 2, 3 and comparative examples 2, 3 were directly added to the chamber in an amount slightly exceeding half the volume of the chamber (about 0.02g), and it was noted that the spot test substances were not stuck to the edge of the spot tester as much as possible. The spot test adhesive tape added with the spot test substance is longitudinally stuck on normal skin at two sides of the vertebral column from the lower part, and the medicine chambers are lightly pressed one by one to expel air and evenly distribute the test substance. The test site is marked for easy observation. Patch test time: for 48 hours. Observation time: 48 hours after application, the spot test tape was removed first, and the remaining spot test material was removed with a wet soft paper or cotton swab, and the first observation was made at 30 minutes intervals, and the 2 nd and 3 rd observations were made at 72 and 96 hours, respectively. Observations were continued on day 7, if necessary, taking note of the presence or absence of a delayed response.

(3) The experimental results are as follows: see table 9 for spot data statistics. In examples 1 to 3, no positive reaction occurred; comparative example 2 only contained encapsulated retinol with retinol palmitate, with 3 adverse reactions; in comparative example 3, common retinol is matched with retinol palmitate, and 3 adverse reactions still occur although other combinations are used for assistance; in comparative example 4, common retinol was used in combination with retinol palmitate, and no auxiliary ingredient was used, resulting in 5 adverse reactions and the highest safety risk. The above data show that the examples 1-3 have no adverse reaction to human body, and the composition with anti-aging effect of the present invention has excellent effect, high safety and mildness.

Claims (10)

1. The composition with the anti-aging effect is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
0.5-1 part of wrapped retinol, 0.05-0.1 part of retinol palmitate, 0.01-0.2 part of carnosine, 0.1-2 parts of ascorbyl glucoside, 1-4 parts of nicotinamide, 1-4 parts of citrus peel extract, 0.03-0.1 part of hydrolyzed sodium hyaluronate, 0.05-0.08 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.01-0.15 part of sodium hyaluronate cross-linked polymer, 1-5 parts of β -oat glucan and 1-3 parts of European horse chestnut seed extract.
2. Use of the composition having anti-aging effect according to claim 1 in cosmetics.
3. A cosmetic having anti-aging effect, comprising the composition having anti-aging effect according to claim 1.
4. The cosmetic with anti-aging effect according to claim 3, comprising 5 to 25% by weight of the composition with anti-aging effect, 1 to 3% by weight of a humectant, 5 to 10% by weight of a polyhydric alcohol, 1.5 to 4% by weight of a thickener, 2 to 3% by weight of an emulsifier, 8 to 15% by weight of oil and fat, 0.01 to 0.5% by weight of an antioxidant, 0.1 to 1% by weight of a preservative, and 0.01 to 0.1% by weight of a fragrance.
5. The cosmetic with anti-aging effect according to claim 4, wherein the humectant is sodium PCA or biosaccharide gum-1;
the polyalcohol is one or two of glycerol and butanediol;
the thickener is at least one of carbomer, cetostearyl alcohol, SEP L GE L.
6. The cosmetic having an anti-aging effect according to claim 4, wherein the oil comprises a liquid oil and a solid oil.
7. The cosmetic having an anti-aging effect according to claim 6, wherein the liquid oil is three or more of caprylic/capric triglyceride, hydrogenated polyisobutene, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, di (PPG-3 myristyl ether) adipate and polydimethylsiloxane, and the solid oil is one or two of shea butter and polyglycerol-3 beeswax.
8. The cosmetic having an anti-aging effect according to claim 4, wherein the antioxidant is one of pentaerythritol tetrakis (bis-tert-butylhydroxyhydrocinnamate) and tocopherol acetate.
9. The cosmetic having an anti-aging effect according to claim 4, wherein the preservative is methylparaben, propylparaben and/or a complex of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin.
10. The cosmetic having an anti-aging effect according to claim 4, wherein the emulsifier is at least one of PEG-20 methylglucamine sesquistearate, TEGO CARE 165.
