本发明公开了一种用于转底炉工作层的浇注料及其制备方法,本浇注料以一定组分的低铁煤矸石熟料、85高铝矾土熟料、优质高铝刚玉细粉、氧化铝微粉、硅微粉、纯铝酸钙水泥、高岭土粉为原料,外加铝粉、FDN型萘系减水剂、六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠和密胺树脂粉的任何一种或混合物;本方法按组分将上述原料干混1~3min,再外加所述原料4.2~5.2wt%的生活水,混合2~3min,得到用于转底炉工作层的浇注料。本浇注料及制备方法所制备的浇注料显气孔率低、体积稳定性好、强度适中、抗酸碱侵蚀性能优异,可有效避免炉膛衬体变得疏松,提高转底炉浇注料的使用寿命,实现转底炉炉衬的长寿化和高可靠性。

背景技术
转底炉是由轧钢用环形加热炉演变而来的直接还原技术的炼铁工艺装备,能有效回收利用钢铁基地粉尘中的铁、锌、铅、碳等,直接利用粉尘中的碳还原氧化铁、氧化锌等,其主要功能是处理烧结高炉和转炉的含锌粉尘,转底炉产生的粉尘含锌丰富,可作为锌厂的优质原料,同时有利于钢厂周边环境保护,排除的废气经余热锅炉处理后转化为蒸汽直接使用或发电等。转底炉按功能分为加热段和还原段,加热段温度一般在1050℃~1250℃,还原段温度一般在1250℃~1350℃,进入转底炉内的球团经过炉内高温,球团中的碳产生还原反应。在工艺设定时间内,将氧化铁大部分还原成为金属铁;同时将氧化锌还原为锌,将氧化铅还原为铅,锌、铅挥发进入烟气中,并被再氧化成氧化锌、氧化铅粉末沉降,最终被回收。
转底炉本体按部位分为炉底、炉墙和炉顶,与轧钢用环形加热炉比,转底炉的使用环境更加苛刻。转底炉结构不同、区域不同,炉内气氛、炉压和温度差异较大;不同厂家所处理的固体废弃物成分也有较大的差异,耐火材料的结构和性能也有随之变化。使用的浇注料既需要有良好的抗酸碱侵蚀性能,又需要有较高的高温性能要求,如良好的体积稳定性、较高的高温耐压强度、抗折强度和高温蠕变强度,较低的显气孔率。
目前,转底炉工作层耐火材料以铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,以三级高铝矾土、红柱石、莫來石等材料为主,形成高铝浇注料。该材料在使用过程中,还原段易产生结构性剥落,需反复进行修补,不断增加了使用成本,影响了转底炉还原段的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于转底炉工作层的浇注料及其制备方法。本浇注料主要选用经除铁、降碱、合成的煤矸石熟料,不仅节能环保,且有利于耐火材料工业的可持续发展,本方法所制备的浇注料显气孔率低、体积稳定性好、强度适中、抗酸碱侵蚀性能优异,可有效避免炉膛衬体变得疏松,提高转底炉浇注料的使用寿命,实现转底炉炉衬的长寿化和高可靠性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明用于转底炉工作层的浇注料所述浇注料包括低铁煤矸石熟料49~55wt%、85高铝矾土熟料12~25wt%、优质高铝刚玉细粉8~14wt%、氧化铝微粉3.5~4.5wt%、硅微粉2~5wt%、纯铝酸钙水泥2~4.5wt%、高岭土粉2~3wt%为原料,外加铝粉0.00~0.1wt%、FDN型萘系减水剂0.01~0.06wt%、六偏磷酸钠0.03~0.12wt%、三聚磷酸钠0.03~0.12wt%和密胺树脂粉0.1~0.2wt%的任何一种或混合物。
进一步,所述低铁煤矸石熟料的化学成分是:SiO2 49~54%,Al2O3 45.5~50.5%,Fe2O3≤0.5%;体积密度≥2.5g/Cm3,显气孔率≤4%,耐火度>1770℃;颗粒级配是:粒度小于10mm且大于等于5mm为40~60wt%,粒度小于5mm且大于等于1mm为40~60wt%。
进一步,所述85高铝矾土熟料的Al2O3含量≥85wt%,且颗粒级配是粒度小于1mm且大于等于0.15mm为≥85wt%。
进一步,所述优质高铝刚玉细粉的Al2O3含量≥93wt%,粒度小于0.074mm。
进一步,所述氧化铝微粉的Al2O3含量≥98wt%,粒度小于0.044mm。
进一步,所述硅微粉的平均粒径为0.1~0.4μm,SiO2含量≥93%。
进一步,所述纯铝酸钙水泥的Al2O3含量≥70wt%、CaO含量≤30wt%,粒度﹤0.044mm。
进一步,所述六偏磷酸钠的(NaPO3)6含量≥98wt%,粒度﹤1mm;所述三聚磷酸钠的Na5P3O10含量≥98wt%,粒度﹤1mm。
进一步,所述FDN型萘系减水剂的β-萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物含量≥99wt%,粒度﹤0.088mm;所述铝粉的Al含量≥98.5wt%,粒度﹤0.088mm。
一种上述浇注料的制备方法,以低铁煤矸石熟料49~55wt%、85高铝矾土熟料12~25wt%、优质高铝刚玉细粉8~14wt%、氧化铝微粉3.5~4.5wt%、硅微粉2~5wt%、纯铝酸钙水泥2~4.5wt%、高岭土粉2~3wt%为原料,外加铝粉0.00~0.1wt%、FDN型萘系减水剂0.01~0.06wt%、六偏磷酸钠0.03~0.12wt%、三聚磷酸钠0.03~0.12wt%和密胺树脂粉0.1~0.2wt%的任何一种或混合物,干混1~3min,再外加所述原料4.2~5.2wt%的生活水,混合2~3min,得到用于转底炉工作层的浇注料。
由于本发明用于转底炉工作层的浇注料及其制备方法采用了上述技术方案,即本浇注料以一定组分的低铁煤矸石熟料、85高铝矾土熟料、优质高铝刚玉细粉、氧化铝微粉、硅微粉、纯铝酸钙水泥、高岭土粉为原料,外加铝粉、FDN型萘系减水剂、六偏磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠和密胺树脂粉的任何一种或混合物;本方法按组分将上述原料干混1~3min,再外加所述原料4.2~5.2wt%的生活水,混合2~3min,得到用于转底炉工作层的浇注料。本浇注料主要选用经除铁、降碱、合成的煤矸石熟料,不仅节能环保,且有利于耐火材料工业的可持续发展,本方法所制备的浇注料显气孔率低、体积稳定性好、强度适中、抗酸碱侵蚀性能优异,可有效避免炉膛衬体变得疏松,提高转底炉浇注料的使用寿命,实现转底炉炉衬的长寿化和高可靠性。
具体实施方式
本发明用于转底炉工作层的浇注料所述浇注料包括低铁煤矸石熟料49~55wt%、85高铝矾土熟料12~25wt%、优质高铝刚玉细粉8~14wt%、氧化铝微粉3.5~4.5wt%、硅微粉2~5wt%、纯铝酸钙水泥2~4.5wt%、高岭土粉2~3wt%为原料,外加铝粉0.00~0.1wt%、FDN型萘系减水剂0.01~0.06wt%、六偏磷酸钠0.03~0.12wt%、三聚磷酸钠0.03~0.12wt%和密胺树脂粉0.1~0.2wt%的任何一种或混合物。
优选的,所述低铁煤矸石熟料的化学成分是:SiO2 49~54%,Al2O3 45.5~50.5%,Fe2O3≤0.5%;体积密度≥2.5g/Cm3,显气孔率≤4%,耐火度>1770℃;颗粒级配是:粒度小于10mm且大于等于5mm为40~60wt%,粒度小于5mm且大于等于1mm为40~60wt%。
优选的,所述85高铝矾土熟料的Al2O3含量≥85wt%,且颗粒级配是粒度小于1mm且大于等于0.15mm为≥85wt%。
优选的,所述优质高铝刚玉细粉的Al2O3含量≥93wt%,粒度小于0.074mm。
优选的,所述氧化铝微粉的Al2O3含量≥98wt%,粒度小于0.044mm。
优选的,所述硅微粉的平均粒径为0.1~0.4μm,SiO2含量≥93%。

实施例1
本浇注料采用低铁煤矸石熟料55wt%为骨料、85高铝矾土熟料15~22wt%、优质高铝刚玉细粉8~14wt%、氧化铝微粉3.5~4.5wt%、硅微粉2~5wt%、纯铝酸钙水泥2~4.5wt%、高岭土粉2~3wt%为原料,外加铝粉0.00~0.1wt%、FDN型萘系减水剂0.01~0.06wt%、六偏磷酸钠0.03~0.12wt%、三聚磷酸钠0.03~0.12wt%和密胺树脂粉0.1~0.2wt%的任何一种或混合物,干混1~3min,再外加所述原料的4.5~5.0wt%生活水,混合2~3min,即得转底炉工作层用浇注料。
本实施例所制备的转底炉工作层用浇注料,在110℃×24h和1500℃×3h条件下热处理后经检测,体积密度为2.49~2.54g/cm3和2.45~2.49g/cm3,常温抗折强度为8~12MPa和13~17MPa,常温耐压强度为42~58MPa和62~76MPa;0.2MPa荷重软化温度( 0.6 %) 为1470℃;1500℃×3h条件下永久线变化率为0.15~0.28%;1450℃×3h条件下抗弱碱性混合铁渣侵蚀经检测为无明显侵蚀。
实施例2
本浇注料采用低铁煤矸石熟料50~55wt%为骨料、85高铝矾土熟料15~22wt%为中颗粒、优质高铝刚玉细粉8~14wt%、氧化铝微粉3.5~4.5wt%、硅微粉2~5wt%、纯铝酸钙水泥2~4.5wt%、高岭土粉2~3wt%为原料,外加0.00~0.1wt%的铝粉;0.01~0.06wt%的FDN型萘系减水剂、0.1~0.2wt%密胺树脂粉等减水剂中的任意一种或混合物,干混1~3min,再外加所述原料的4.2~4.5wt%生活水,混合2~3min,即得转底炉工作层用浇注料。
本实施例所制备的转底炉工作层用浇注料,在110℃×24h和1500℃×3h条件下热处理后经检测:体积密度为2.55~2.58g/cm3和2.50~2.54g/cm3,常温抗折强度为9~12MPa和11~14.8MPa,常温耐压强度为48~72MPa和65~78MPa;显气孔率12.2%~13.0%和12.0%~12.9%;1200℃×3h 条件下热处理后经检测:抗折强度为7~12MPa;1500℃×3h条件下永久线变化率为0.12~0.23%;1450℃×3h条件下抗弱碱性混合铁渣侵蚀经检测为无明显侵蚀,抗强碱性混合铁渣侵蚀经检测为无明显侵蚀。
实施例3
本浇注料采用低铁煤矸石熟料49~55wt%为骨料、85高铝矾土熟料15~25wt%、优质高铝刚玉细粉8~14wt%、氧化铝微粉3.5~4.5wt%、硅微粉2~5wt%、纯铝酸钙水泥2~4.5wt%、高岭土粉3wt%为原料,外加铝粉0.06~0.1wt%、FDN型萘系减水剂0.01~0.06wt%、0.07~0.12wt%的六偏磷酸钠、0.07~0.12wt%三聚磷酸钠和0.1~0.2wt%密胺树脂粉中的任意一种或混合物,干混1~3min,再外加所述原料的4.5~5.2wt%生活水,混合2~3min,即得转底炉工作层用浇注料。
本实施例所制备的转底炉工作层用浇注料,在110℃×24h和1500℃×3h条件下热处理后经检测:体积密度为2.48~2.52g/cm3和2.45~2.48g/cm3,常温抗折强度为7~12MPa和8~13MPa,常温耐压强度为40~55MPa和62~76MPa;1500℃×3h条件下永久线变化率为0.1~0.3%;1450℃×3h条件下抗弱碱性混合铁渣侵蚀经检测为无明显侵蚀;1450℃×3h条件下抗强碱性复合铁渣侵蚀经检测为有一定的侵蚀和渗透但不明显。
本浇注料中使用的低铁煤矸石熟料比纯高铝矾土熟料的热膨胀系数小、抗酸碱侵蚀性能优异,在转底炉高温使用过程中两者因膨胀系数不同而产生微裂纹,这种微裂纹能够部分吸收温度变化所产生的热应力;加入高岭土粉,可提高浇注料液相的粘度,减缓工作层受到(碱蒸汽、CO、氯气)的侵蚀,提高工作层的抗剥落能力;基质中的三氧化二铝和骨料中富集的二氧化硅反应缓慢生产莫來石,在1300℃莫來石化作用日趋明显,在1400℃对外联通的气孔不断堵塞、减少,可有效避免炉膛衬体变得异常疏松,提高转底炉浇注料的使用寿命。本方法具有工艺简单、生产成本低、产品原料可合成再生和对设备无特殊要求的特点;所制备的转底炉工作层用浇注料,显气孔率低,体积稳定性好、强度适中、抗酸碱侵蚀性能优异和使用寿命长。
本浇注料在110℃×24h条件下热处理后经检测:体积密度为2.48~2.58g/cm3、抗折强度为7~13MPa;1200℃×3h 条件下热处理后经检测:抗折强度为7~12MPa;1500℃×3h条件下热处理后经检测:体积密度为2.45~2.54g/cm3,常温抗折强度为8~17MPa;0.2MPa荷重软化温度( 0.6 %) 为1470℃;1500℃3h条件下永久线变化率为0.1~0.3;1450℃×3h条件下抗弱碱性渣和铁渣侵蚀经检测为无明显侵蚀;1450℃×3h条件下抗强碱性复合铁渣侵蚀经检测,在高岭土加入量为2%~3%、显气孔率≤13%时,抗渣性最好。这是因为高岭土和添加剂在热处理的过程中,通过自由扩散进入浇注料的气孔和缝隙,同时产生二次莫來石化反应,堵塞了气孔,阻止强碱性熔渣向材料内部的渗透,提高了浇注料的抗渣侵蚀性。因此,本浇注料体积稳定性好、强度大、抗侵蚀性能优异并且使用寿命长。
本浇注料所采用的低铁低碱煤矸石熟料的颗粒强度大、热膨胀率低,使用时永久线变化率小,主晶相为柱状莫来石,构成了连续的骨架结构。该材料具有化学成份稳定、莫来石含量适中、显气孔率低、热振稳定性好,荷重软化温度高、耐急冷急热、耐酸耐碱、耐高温冲刷等性能,是生产转底炉工作层用浇注料的理想材料。
低铁煤矸石熟料颗粒中A/S比﹤1(A/S为铝硅比),处于SiO2富集区域,而浇注料中的基质部分A/S比≥1.5,处于Al2O3富集区域,颗粒与基质接触区域,基质中的三氧化二铝和骨料中富集的二氧化硅反应缓慢生产莫來石,在转底炉高温使用过程中,持续的莫來石化改善了转底炉浇注料的体积稳定性,降低了显气孔率。
加入高岭土粉为一种纯天然的超细粉,可在烘炉和使用过程中提高浇注料液相的粘度,本身或同时与Al2O3、SiO2产生莫來石反应,堵塞气孔,减缓工作层受到(碱蒸汽、CO、氯气)的侵蚀,同时在高温下使用时,浇注料中的SiO2和Al2O3发生反应生成高熔点化合物莫來石,提高工作层的抗剥落能力,其高温烧后抗折强度和耐压强度也有明显提高。降低了转底炉炉内碱蒸汽、CO等烟气对转底炉用浇注料的侵蚀和渗透,减少了火焰和粉尘对转底炉用浇注料的冲刷损耗,从而延长了转底炉工作层用浇注料的使用寿命。
本浇注料采用的煤矸石属于工业废弃物,资源丰富、价格低廉,对煤矸石进行除铁、降碱、合成利用不仅节能环保,且有利于耐火材料工业的可持续发展,在一般的耐火原料生产企业即可实施。另外,本方法在制备过程中仅需混合即可,对设备无特殊要求,工艺简单。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于转底炉工作层的浇注料,其特征在于:所述浇注料包括低铁煤矸石熟料49~55wt%、85高铝矾土熟料12~25wt%、优质高铝刚玉细粉8~14wt%、氧化铝微粉3.5~4.5wt%、硅微粉2~5wt%、纯铝酸钙水泥2~4.5wt%、高岭土粉2~3wt%为原料,外加铝粉0.00~0.1wt%、FDN型萘系减水剂0.01~0.06wt%、六偏磷酸钠0.03~0.12wt%、三聚磷酸钠0.03~0.12wt%和密胺树脂粉0.1~0.2wt%的任何一种或混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于转底炉工作层的浇注料,其特征在于:所述低铁煤矸石熟料的化学成分是:SiO2 49~54%,Al2O3 45.5~50.5%,Fe2O3≤0.5%;体积密度≥2.5g/Cm3,显气孔率≤4%,耐火度>1770℃;颗粒级配是:粒度小于10mm且大于等于5mm为40~60wt%,粒度小于5mm且大于等于1mm为40~60wt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于转底炉工作层的浇注料,其特征在于:所述85高铝矾土熟料的Al2O3含量≥85wt%,且颗粒级配是粒度小于1mm且大于等于0.15mm为≥85wt%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于转底炉工作层的浇注料,其特征在于:所述优质高铝刚玉细粉的Al2O3含量≥93wt%,粒度小于0.074mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于转底炉工作层的浇注料,其特征在于:所述氧化铝微粉的Al2O3含量≥98wt%,粒度小于0.044mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于转底炉工作层的浇注料,其特征在于:所述硅微粉的平均粒径为0.1~0.4μm,SiO2含量≥93%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于转底炉工作层的浇注料,其特征在于:所述纯铝酸钙水泥的Al2O3含量≥70wt%、CaO含量≤30wt%,粒度﹤0.044mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于转底炉工作层的浇注料,其特征在于:所述六偏磷酸钠的(NaPO3)6含量≥98wt%,粒度﹤1mm;所述三聚磷酸钠的Na5P3O10含量≥98wt%,粒度﹤1mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用于转底炉工作层的浇注料,其特征在于:所述FDN型萘系减水剂的β-萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物含量≥99wt%,粒度﹤0.088mm;所述铝粉的Al含量≥98.5wt%,粒度﹤0.088mm。
10.一种权利要求1至9任一项所述浇注料的制备方法,其特征在于:以低铁煤矸石熟料49~55wt%、85高铝矾土熟料12~25wt%、优质高铝刚玉细粉8~14wt%、氧化铝微粉3.5~4.5wt%、硅微粉2~5wt%、纯铝酸钙水泥2~4.5wt%、高岭土粉2~3wt%为原料,外加铝粉0.00~0.1wt%、FDN型萘系减水剂0.01~0.06wt%、六偏磷酸钠0.03~0.12wt%、三聚磷酸钠0.03~0.12wt%和密胺树脂粉0.1~0.2wt%的任何一种或混合物,干混1~3min,再外加所述原料4.2~5.2wt%的生活水,混合2~3min,得到用于转底炉工作层的浇注料。
