Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hair washing and caring, in particular to a washing-free hair cleaning and caring composition.
Background
Today in busy schedules and fast lives, consumers do not spend much time on hair management, and therefore in daily hair care, consumers need a fast and simple solution. The advent of portable leave-on cleansing and care products eliminates the need for consumers to be distressed by emergency trips or water starvation situations, while leaving the conditioning ingredients of the leave-on product on the hair is more economical and can provide care for a longer period of time.
The patent CN 103565652B discloses a hair washing and protecting wet tissue, which comprises a hair washing and protecting wet tissue and a hair protecting wet tissue, wherein the hair washing and protecting wet tissue belongs to a washing-off type and cannot be used as a disposable one; and the cationic surfactants used in the disclosed patents are 1831 (octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride), 1631 (hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride) and TE-90 (distearyl hydroxyethyl methyl ammonium sulfate); 1831 and 1631 are used in an amount of 2-3%, and the total amount of the two ingredients should not exceed 0.25% in the "safety and safety standards for cosmetics" of no-clean products.
Patent CN 105101936 a discloses a sheet-like hair cosmetic, and a hair treatment method and a scalp wiping method using the same, in which a liquid composition contains ethanol and a cationic conditioner. When the hair care product containing the ethanol is used for a long time, the hair is easy to dry and has no luster. In addition, the ethanol-containing product has obvious control requirements on storage, production and transportation, and causes economic and safety burden on enterprises. The cationic conditioning agent belongs to a high molecular polymer, and after the cationic conditioning agent is dissolved in an aqueous solution, the consistency of the liquid composition is increased, the spreadability on non-woven fabrics is easy to be uneven, and the utilization rate of effective substances is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve at least one problem in the prior art and provides a safe, effective, portable and wash-and-care no-wash hair cleaning and nursing composition.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes the following technical solutions:
a leave-on hair cleansing and care composition comprises a substrate A and a liquid composition B; the permeation ratio of the liquid composition B in the substrate A is 2:1-5: 1;
the liquid composition B comprises 4-10 parts of amino silicone oil emulsion, 1-5 parts of water-soluble grease and 2-6 parts of solubilizer by weight;
the liquid composition B has a pH of 4.0 to 6.0 and a viscosity at 25 ℃ equivalent to that of water.
The liquid composition B further comprises a proper amount of essence, preservative and water.
Specifically, the no-clean hair cleaning and nursing composition consists of a pure cotton non-woven fabric substrate A with uniform holes and a cation-free ethanol-free liquid composition B.
The liquid composition B comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
4-10% of amino silicone oil emulsion with emulsion particle size less than 50nm,
1 to 5 percent of water-soluble grease,
2 to 6 percent of polyhydric alcohol,
a proper amount of essence,
a proper amount of preservative is added,
the balance of water.
Regarding a proper amount of essence and a proper amount of preservative, the skilled person can select and add the essence according to the relevant standard specification and design requirements, the adding amount of the essence and the preservative is not more than 5 percent, and the adding amounts of the essence and the preservative are not limited by the invention.
The further technical proposal is that the particle size of the amino silicone oil emulsion is less than 50 nm.
The further technical proposal is that the amino silicone oil emulsion is selected from the mixture of one or more of the following emulsions:
an emulsion formed from amodimethicone, trideceth-12, and cetrimide;
an emulsion formed from amino-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, trimethylsiloxysilicate, trideceth-5, glycerol, and trideceth-10;
an emulsion formed from amodimethicone, C11-15 alkanolpolyether-7, laureth-9, glycerol, and trideceth-12.
Furthermore, the amino silicone oil emulsion is preferably amino-terminated polydimethylsiloxane (and) trimethylsiloxy silicate (and) trideceth-5 (and) glycerol (and) trideceth-10, wherein the amino-terminated polydimethylsiloxane has positive charge under acidic conditions, is easy to interact with negative charge on the hair surface and adsorb on the hair, so that the amino-terminated polydimethylsiloxane can be efficiently deposited into a film, particularly the damaged hair has more negative charge, and the effects of softness, silky feeling and color protection are more obvious.
The further technical scheme is that the water-soluble grease is at least one selected from bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethylsilane, bis-PEG-15 methyl ether dimethylsilane, PEG-12 polydimethylsiloxane, PEG-75 lanolin, PEG-50 shea butter, olive oil PEG-7 esters and PEG-6 caprylic/capric glyceride.
Further, the water-soluble oil is preferably PEG-6 caprylic/capric glycerides, a nonionic surfactant, which can decompose and remove the oil on the hair. While PEG-6 caprylic/capric glycerides derived from coconut oil and glycerin are considered to be excellent emollients and soften hair. In addition, PEG-6 caprylic/capric glycerides have HLB value of 19, and also have solubilization effect on essence.
The further technical scheme is that the solubilizer is a mixture of polyalcohol, ethoxylated vegetable oil and polysorbates, wherein the dosage ratio of the ethoxylated vegetable oil to the polysorbates to the polyalcohol is 1: (2-4): (10-30), and the addition can be carried out as required by those skilled in the art.
The polyol is preferably butanediol.
Further, in order to ensure that the liquid composition B also maintains a transparent state at 0 ℃, a mixture of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, polysorbate-20, butylene glycol and PEG-6 caprylic/capric glycerides is preferred as an important component of the solubilizing flavor. Butanediol is a humectant, has good moisturizing effect on hair, and is an important component for preventing the essence from being turbid at low temperature.
The further technical proposal is that the liquid composition B is transparent liquid at 0-45 ℃.
The liquid composition B is a transparent liquid at 0 to 45 ℃, and actually means that the liquid composition B is transparent under visual observation, and the transparency is judged by detecting the light transmittance of the liquid with an instrument.
Further, in order to make the components of the hair cleansing and caring composition be uniformly applied to the hair, the liquid composition B which has a transparent and uniform appearance and a viscosity equivalent to that of water at 25 ℃ is preferred, and in order to make the amino silicone oil emulsion in the system play an optimal role and make the hair, especially damaged hair, soft and smooth, the pH of the liquid composition B is preferably 4.0-6.0, and more preferably 5.0.
In a further aspect, the base material a into which the liquid composition B has permeated is contained in a packaging container which can seal the contents and has a lid for opening and closing the outlet.
The further technical proposal is that the base material A is a non-woven fabric base material with 4 meshes and 50-100g/m2The water retention rate is more than 600%.
Further, the amount of penetration and water absorption of the liquid composition B into the substrate a affect the wiping operation and hair-repairing effect of the hair. The base material A is not fluffed or broken during personal use, and is preferably pure cotton, spun-laced, and has weight of 50-100g/m24 meshes, the water absorption is more than 600 percent. Substrate A requires sufficient liquid to be wiped through the hair but does not allow dripping, preferably the ratio of liquid composition B to substrate A is from 2:1 to 5:1, more preferably 3: 1.
The preparation method of the leave-on hair cleaning and nursing composition provided by the invention comprises the following process steps:
a) preparation process of liquid composition B:
adding pure water into a container, adding amino-end polydimethylsiloxane (and) trimethylsiloxysilicate (and) tridecyl polyether-5 (and) glycerol (and) tridecyl polyether-10 and laureth-4 into the pure water, and stirring to be transparent.
② adding essence into another container, then adding PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, butanediol, polysorbate-20, PEG-6 caprylic/capric glycerides and 1% pure water, stirring to transparent state.
Pouring the mixture into the first step, stirring the mixture to be transparent, adding the preservative, and stirring the mixture to be transparent.
b) The preparation process of the hair cleaning and nursing composition comprises the following steps:
firstly, sterilizing and flattening the base material A, then uniformly spraying the liquid composition B prepared in the step a on the base material A according to the weight ratio of the liquid composition B to the base material A of 2:1-5:1, and then cutting, sterilizing, sealing and bagging the base material A according to the actual use size to obtain the hair cleaning and nursing composition.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can achieve the following technical effects:
the hair cleaning and nursing combination provided by the invention contains no alcohol, and has good safety in the processes of production, storage and transportation; secondly, the liquid composition does not contain cations, has lower viscosity, can be spread more uniformly on a base material, enables effective components to be fully exerted, and does not cause resource waste; the novel hair-washing towel is convenient to carry, can be made into wet towel packages of 3-5 pieces/bag or independent packages, is suitable for various emergency occasions, and when in use, one piece of towel is drawn out to wipe hair; cleaning and nursing are integrated, the cleaning component in the liquid composition can dissolve oil dirt on the hair and take away the dirt by virtue of the adsorption action of the base material, so that the cleaning effect is achieved, and the liquid composition can be used as a hair nursing component without washing; the silicon emulsion and the thickening agent in the liquid composition play a role in caring hair and enabling the hair to be soft, smooth and bright.

After drying at room temperature, the dry combing work was measured. The combing work (%) is calculated according to formula (I) and the smaller the percentage, the better the supple treatment of the sample to the hair tresses. The results are shown in FIGS. 1-2.
Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, it can be seen that the combing work of the hair strands measured in examples 1, 3, 4, 7 and 8 was lower than that of the untreated hair strands, indicating that the easy combing performance was remarkably improved, and particularly, the easy combing effect was better in example 3.
For example 1, example 3, example 4, example 7, example 8 and the substrate in table 1 above, 3:1, preparing a composition, and probating 30 middle and long-hair women according to the form of a wet tissue product, wherein the effect is more obvious when the hair is higher according to a score of 7 points by taking refreshing and non-greasy hair and smooth, soft, moist and glossy hair after use as evaluation indexes. The test results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 sensory evaluation
As can be seen from Table 3, examples 1, 3, 4, 7 and 8 all rated a high value for conditioning performance such as quick-drying, smooth, soft, easy to comb, reduced frizziness, shiny and fresh non-greasy hair, especially for example 3, with more pronounced effects on cleansing, combing and smoothing.
In conclusion, the no-clean hair cleaning and nursing composition is convenient to carry, cleans and nurses hair at any time, and enables the hair to keep fresh, clean, greasy, smooth and glossy states at any time.
