The invention provides a movable fumigation workstation in a preferred embodiment, which can reduce the task load of fumigation operators and realize the rapid fumigation of containers to be fumigated.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1-4, mobile fumigation station 100 includes a base structure 110 and a tank 120, tank 120 being connected to base structure 110. The size of the box 120 may be the size of a 20 foot container, and the box 120 may include two side walls, a front end wall, a rear end wall, and a top cover, and opposite sides of the front end wall and the rear end wall may be connected to the two side walls, respectively. The tops of the two side walls, the front end wall and the rear end wall can be connected with the top cover. The bottoms of the two side walls, the front end wall, and the back end wall can all be connected with the bottom structure 110.
Preferably, the box 120 may be fixedly connected to the base structure 110 such that the box 120 may move with the base structure 110 during transportation. The junction of the tank 120 and the base structure 110 may not have an intermediate bottom corner piece for ease of processing. Of course, intermediate bottom corner fittings may be provided at the connection locations of the box 120 and the base structure 110 to facilitate stacking of the fumigation station on top of other containers in the height direction for ease of transportation.
The housing 120 may be used to store fumigant, for example the housing 120 may include a storage chamber 122 and a rest room 121, the storage chamber 122 may be used to store fumigant, and the rest room 121 may be used for an operator to work or rest. A cylinder holder is provided in the storage chamber 122 for holding a cylinder 128 containing fumigant. The gas cylinder 128 may be placed upright, i.e., the height direction of the gas cylinder 128 is parallel to the height direction of the case 120. The fumigant has a certain toxicity and is pressurized, so that the storage chamber 122 should meet the relevant standards of explosion prevention, fire protection, probe detection and the like, the gas cylinder frame is fixed on the box body 120 of the storage chamber 122, so that the gas cylinder 128 is not moved randomly, and an explosion-proof window and the like are arranged on the wall plate of the storage chamber 122.
In order to ensure air ventilation of the storage compartment 122, the storage compartment 122 may be provided with louvers. The first louver 124 may be disposed on at least one side wall of the case 120, and the second louver 125 may be disposed on an end of the case 120. Preferably, the first louver 124 and the second louver 125 are both disposed on the upper portion of the housing 120 to facilitate the evaporation of the fumigant.
The portable fumigation workstation 100 can also include a delivery tube (not shown) that can be in fluid communication with the tank 120, and in particular, the delivery tube can be in fluid communication with the gas cylinder 128 to expel fumigant. Box doors 126 may be provided on opposite side walls of box 120 to facilitate handling of gas cylinders 128 and gas cylinder holders. The input end of the delivery tube is in fluid communication with a gas cylinder 128, and in use, the gas cylinder 128 can be either stored in the housing 120 or removed from the housing 120.
One or more of a chair, an office table, a storage cabinet capable of hanging clothes, a lighting device, a water dispenser and an air conditioner can be arranged in the rest room 121, an access door 127 for an operator to enter and exit can be arranged in the rest room 121, and the access door 127 can be arranged on the side wall of the box body 120 or on the end wall of the box body 120. Of course, the lounge 121 is also provided with windows provided on opposite side walls of the cabinet 120 to facilitate air circulation. The chair, the office table, the storage cabinet, the lighting device, the water dispenser and the air conditioner can be fixedly arranged on the box body 120 of the rest room 121 and can be flexibly distributed according to actual conditions, so that the movable fumigation workstation 100 can be conveniently moved integrally.
The lounge 121 and the storage compartment 122 may be arranged side by side along the length of the cabinet 120. The restroom 121 and the storage compartment 122 may be separate and not in communication to prevent the fumigant from contaminating the environment of the restroom 121. In the schematic top sectional view of the mobile fumigation workstation 100 of the first preferred embodiment shown in fig. 3, the storage chamber 122 may be near the front end of the mobile fumigation workstation 100, and the rest chamber 121 may be near the rear end of the mobile fumigation workstation 100. In the present invention, the front and rear ends of the portable fumigation workstation 100 are for convenience of description only and are not particularly significant.
The base structure 110 may be configured as a base frame, for example the size of the base structure 110 may be the size of the base frame of a 40 foot container. The tank 120 has a dimension along the length of the base structure 110 that is smaller than the dimension of the base structure 110. The bottom of the tank 120 may not have a bottom corner piece to facilitate the fixed connection of the tank 120 to the bottom structure 110. The box 120 may be located in a central position of the base structure 110. The base structure 110 may include base corner fittings that may be located at the four corners of the base structure 110, such that when the portable fumigation workstation 100 is being transported, the four base corner fittings that the handling tool may lift the base structure 110 may lift the portable fumigation workstation 100. Of course, the lifting tool can also lift the four corner pieces 123 of the box 120 to lift the portable fumigation workstation 100.
In the present embodiment, the longitudinal direction of the bottom structure 110 is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the case 120, the width direction of the bottom structure 110 is parallel to the width direction of the case 120, and the height direction of the bottom structure 110 is parallel to the height direction of the case 120.
Further, two opposite outer surfaces of the case 120 in the width direction of the base structure 110 are flush with two opposite outer surfaces of the base structure 110, respectively. Therefore, the volume of the box body 120 is improved, and the complexity degree in the production and processing process is greatly reduced.
The portable fumigation workstation 100 also includes an operator station 130, the operator station 130 being used for an operator to stand on to facilitate fumigation actions. As shown in fig. 8, the container 140 to be fumigated may be transported to the side of the mobile fumigation workstation 100 by a container truck or a crane, for example, the container 140 to be fumigated may be moved to a position close to the side wall of the box 120 of the mobile fumigation workstation 100 by a container truck, and the container 140 to be fumigated may be arranged opposite to the side wall of the mobile fumigation workstation 100. As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the direction of travel D1 of the container truck may be parallel to the length of the base structure 110. The length direction of the container 140 to be fumigated is parallel to the length direction of the bottom structure 110, and the width direction of the container 140 to be fumigated is parallel to the width direction of the bottom structure 110. Of course, the container 140 to be fumigated may also be a van, so that the container 140 to be fumigated can be moved to the side of the movable fumigation workstation 100 without other carrying tools. Therefore, the containers 140 to be fumigated do not need to be collected to the same region for fumigation, and each container does not need to be unloaded from the carrying tool and uniformly placed in the customs yard side by side, so that the requirement on the site space is reduced, and the box moving speed is increased.
Returning now to fig. 1, the operation table 130 may be constructed in a table structure, and the height direction of the operation table 130 is parallel to the height direction of the case 120. As shown in fig. 2, the console 130 may have a substantially rectangular frame shape in cross section. In the non-conveyed state as shown in fig. 1, the height of the operation table 130 may be higher than that of the case 120, that is, the upper surface of the operation table 130 may protrude from the upper surface of the case 120. Thus, when performing fumigation action, an operator can stand on the standing position of the operating platform 130 to fumigate the container 140 to be fumigated, and the height of the operating platform 130 can ensure that the operator can fumigate containers of various sizes. Therefore, the operator does not need to ascend repeatedly when fumigating the containers 140 to be fumigated, the safety is improved, and the fumigating efficiency is improved.
Preferably, for convenience of processing and transportation, as shown in fig. 7, the operation table 130 may be a detachable structure, and the operation table 130 includes a standing table 131 and a supporting table 132, and the standing table 131 is used for an operator to stand for fumigation. Standing platform 131 is located above support platform 132 during fumigation. The base structure 110 may be provided with a stair 135, and an operator may stand on the operating site of the operating floor 130 via the stair 135.
The standing table 131 and the supporting table 132 may each be configured as a stand structure, and the standing table 131 and the supporting table 132 may each be formed by stacking a plurality of frames in a height direction. The standing table 131 and the supporting table 132 are detachably connected. The standing table 131 and the supporting table 132 may be separated when the operation table 130 needs to be carried. When the operation table 130 needs to be transported together with the case 120 and the base structure 110, the upper surfaces of the standing table 131 and the support table 132 in the height direction of the case 120 do not protrude above the upper surface of the case 120. For example, the height of the support platform 132 may be greater than the height of the standing platform 131, and the upper surface of the support platform 132 does not protrude above the upper surface of the box 120. Thus, the lifting tool can directly lift the corner piece 123 of the box body 120, and the standing table 131 and the supporting table 132 do not interfere with the movement of the lifting tool and the box body 120. Of course, the standing table and the supporting table may be connected together, and the supporting table may be located below the standing table and protrude from the upper surface of the box body along the upper surface of the box body in the height direction, so as to facilitate subsequent operations.
Further, in order to ensure that the operation table 130 does not fall off the bottom structure 110 when the movable fumigation station 100 is transported, a fixing device is further provided on the bottom structure 110, which can position and lock the operation table 130 for fixing the operation table 130 to the bottom structure 110. For example, the fixing means may fix the standing table 131 and the supporting table 132 so that the standing table 131 and the supporting table 132 do not fall off during the movement, thereby improving safety and reliability. Further, the top of the console 130, especially the standing platform 131, may be provided with a sunshade to protect the operator from rain and sunlight. The operation table 130 is provided with a guard rail to ensure the safety of the operator. The console 130 may further include a moving switch, and the moving switch may control movement of the console 130, so that direct operation by an operator may be facilitated.
As shown in fig. 9, 11 and 12, the console 130 is rotatably movable relative to the base structure 110 between a storage position and an operating position. The console 130 in the storage position is located on the base structure. The base structure 110 may support a console 130. As shown in fig. 1, the length of the base structure 110 is greater than the length of the box 120 and the box 120 may be located at a middle position of the base structure 110, and the console 130 located at the storage position is arranged side by side with the box 120 along the length of the base structure 110. Thus, the space of the bottom structure 110 can be greatly utilized, the occupied area is saved, the resources are saved, and the movable fumigation workstation 100 can be conveniently and flexibly carried.
Preferably, the portable fumigation workstation 100 can include at least two stations 130, two stations 130 in a storage position on the base structure 110 are shown in fig. 2. The two operation platforms 130 are respectively arranged at the two opposite ends of the box body 120 along the length direction of the bottom structure 110, so that a greater number of operation platforms 130 can be integrated into the movable fumigation workstation 100, and the movable fumigation workstation 100 can operate a greater number of containers 140 to be fumigated. Of course, the portable fumigation station may include a single console, which may be provided at either end of the cabinet along the length of the base unit. Therefore, when a container to be fumigated needs to be fumigated, the operation table can be moved to fumigate the container to be fumigated, and therefore the workload is reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 12, in order to facilitate the handling of the container 140 to be fumigated, two operation platforms 130 in the storage position are respectively disposed on two corners of the bottom structure 110 which are diagonally symmetrical. In this way, the two operation platforms 130 can be staggered and arranged in an oblique and symmetrical manner from front to back along the length direction of the bottom structure 110, so as to flexibly perform fumigation operation on containers 140 to be fumigated at different positions. The moving directions of the two operation stages 130 are opposite. The two containers 140 to be fumigated can also be arranged in an oblique symmetrical manner, so that the operation of operators is convenient.
Figure 5 shows a schematic top cross-sectional view of a mobile fumigation station 100 of a second preferred embodiment of the present invention. The positions of the storage chamber 122 and the rest chamber 121 along the length direction of the bottom structure 110 can be interchanged, that is, the storage chamber 122 can be close to the rear end of the movable fumigation workstation 100, and the rest chamber 121 can be close to the front end of the movable fumigation workstation 100, so that the portable fumigation workstation can adapt to different situations. The portable fumigation workstation 100 can include four stations 130, and the four stations 130 in the storage position can be respectively close to four corners of the base structure 110, i.e., two stations 130 can be arranged side by side along the width direction of the base structure 110, and two stations 130 can be respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the box body 120 along the length direction of the base structure 110. In this way, the movable fumigation workstation 100 can fumigate four containers 140 to be fumigated, which greatly improves fumigation efficiency. Further, two stations 130 at the same end may share a single stair, thereby reducing material.
Figure 6 shows a schematic top cross-sectional view of a mobile fumigation station 100 of a third preferred embodiment of the present invention. The portable fumigation workstation 100 can include two stations 130, and the two stations 130 can be spaced apart along the length of the base structure 110. Alternatively, the moving directions of the two operation stages 130 may be opposite. The storage compartment 122 and the rest compartment 121 may be separated, and the storage compartment 122 and the rest compartment 121 may be spaced apart along the length of the bottom structure 110. One station 130, rest compartment 121, another station 130 and storage compartment 122 may be arranged in sequence along the length of the base structure 110 to accommodate different situations and thus correspondingly different layouts of the containers 140 to be fumigated.
Further, as can be seen in conjunction with fig. 11, two stations 130 in the storage position may be located at the same end of the base structure 110, and the two stations 130 may be arranged side by side along the width of the base structure 110. The two stations 130 rotate in opposite directions. In this way, the two containers 140 to be fumigated may be arranged symmetrically with respect to the mobile fumigation workstation 100. Thereby facilitating handling and movement of the container 140 to be fumigated.
Figure 12 shows another layout of a mobile fumigation workstation 100 and a container 140 to be fumigated. The two stations 130 in the storage position may be respectively disposed on two diagonally symmetrical corners of the base structure 110. The two stations 130 rotate in opposite directions. The two containers 140 to be fumigated may be staggered back and forth with respect to the mobile fumigation workstation 100 along the length of the mobile fumigation workstation 100. In this way, the positions of the two operation platforms 130 can be flexibly set, so that the movable fumigation workstation 100 can adapt to various situations.
Returning now to fig. 9, the console 130 may be pivotally moved relative to the base structure 110 from a storage position to an operating position. As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the operation table 130 in the operation position is located outside the bottom structure 110, that is, the operation table 130 in the operation position may not be located above the bottom structure 110, and the projection of the operation table 130 in the height direction in the operation position may not be located inside the bottom structure 110. In this way, the console 130 in the operating position may be opposite the door end 141 of the container 140 to be fumigated, and an operator standing on the console 130 may insert the output of the delivery pipe into the container 140 to be fumigated via the door end 141 of the container 140 to be fumigated. Preferably, as shown in fig. 9, the top of the central seam of the door end 141 of the container 140 to be fumigated may be provided with a plug hole 142, and a delivery pipe may be inserted into the container 140 to be fumigated through the plug hole 142, so that fumigant is delivered into the container 140 to be fumigated to fumigate the goods in the container 140 to be fumigated. The delivery pipe may also be provided with a flow control system to control the flow and rate of delivery of the fumigant.
According to the movable fumigation workstation 100, the whole movable fumigation workstation 100 can be moved, so that the movable fumigation workstation 100 can be conveniently transported to different places for fumigation, the adaptability and the utilization rate of fumigation equipment are improved, the box body 120 is connected with the bottom structure 110, the size of the box body 120 along the length direction of the bottom structure 110 is smaller than that of the bottom structure 110, so that the fumigation equipment is integrated together, the operating platform 130 can rotate and move between a storage position and an operating position relative to the bottom structure 110, the container 140 to be fumigated does not need to be unloaded from a transporting tool, goods in the container 140 to be fumigated do not need to be unloaded, the container 140 to be fumigated is fumigated in the flowing process, and the operation is convenient, efficient, safe and site-saving.
As shown in fig. 8, in order to prevent the operation table 130 from colliding with other transportation tools during use, a warning lamp 133 is further provided on the operation table 130. In order to avoid collision between the console 130 and the box 120 during movement, the bottom structure 110 is further provided with a warning device 134, and the warning device 134 is close to the bottom of the sidewall of the box 120.
