Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is an electronic device 100 according to an embodiment of the disclosure. The electronic device 100 may be a mobile phone, a notebook, a palm computer, an electronic reader, a television, an intelligent appliance, a wearable electronic device, or other electronic products. For convenience of description, the length direction of the electronic device 100 is defined as the Y direction, the width direction of the electronic device 100 is defined as the X direction, the thickness direction of the electronic device 100 is defined as the Z direction, and the arrow direction indicates the positive direction.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the electronic apparatus 100 includes an apparatus body 2, a swinging member 1, a first sliding mechanism 3, and a second sliding mechanism 30. The apparatus body 2 has a housing groove 22. The swinging member 1 is at least partially located in the housing groove 22. The swinging member 1 is slidably connected to the apparatus body 2 through the first sliding mechanism 3 and the second sliding mechanism 30, so that the swinging member 1 can extend out or retract into the accommodating groove 22 along an arc-shaped track.
By arranging the swinging piece 1 in the equipment body 2, the swinging piece 1 can be rotated out of the accommodating groove 22 of the equipment body 2, so that the bearing area of the electronic equipment 100 is increased, and the space utilization rate of the electronic equipment 100 is improved; the swing member 1 can be housed in the housing groove 22 of the device main body 2, and the portability of the electronic device 100 is improved.
As can be understood, the first sliding mechanism 3 and the second sliding mechanism 30 assist the swinging member 1 to slide relative to the device body 2, and for a fixed rotating shaft, the first sliding mechanism 3 and the second sliding mechanism 30 can flexibly set a rotating axis of the swinging member 1, and can locate the rotating axis of the swinging member 1 at an intersection line between the swinging member 1 and the device body 2, so as to avoid a gap between the swinging member 1 and the device body 2 when the swinging member 1 is rotated out, and increase the integrity of the appearance of the electronic device 100; compared with a sliding mechanism, the swinging piece 1 can be prevented from swinging in the sliding process, the sliding stability of the swinging piece 1 is improved, and the reliability of the electronic device 100 is further improved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the first sliding mechanism 3 includes a first slideway 31 and a first guide post 33. The first guide post 33 can slide in the first slide way 31, and the inner wall of the first slide way 31 can limit the sliding of the first guide post 33. Specifically, the inner wall of the first slide 31 can limit the sliding process of the first guide pillar 33, so as to reduce additional limit mechanisms for the sliding process, reduce the number of structures in the electronic device 100, and save the space of the electronic device 100. Moreover, the inner wall of the first slide 31 can also limit the sliding direction of the first guide post 33, i.e., guide the first guide post 33 to slide, and the swinging member 1 can extend or retract to the accommodating groove 22 along an arc-shaped track.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the second sliding mechanism 30 includes a second slide rail 32 and a second guide post 34. The second guide post 34 can slide in the second slide way 32, and the inner wall of the second slide way 32 can limit the sliding of the second guide post 34. Accordingly, the inner wall of the second slide way 32 can limit the sliding process of the second guide pillar 34, and the inner wall of the second slide way 32 can also limit the sliding direction of the second guide pillar 34.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4 to 7, the first slideway 31 has a first end 311 and a second end 312 disposed oppositely. The first end 311 is adjacent to the opening 23. The second runner 32 has a third end 321 and a fourth end 322 disposed opposite to each other. The third end 321 is close to the opening 23. When the first guide post 33 abuts against the first end 311 and/or the second guide post 34 abuts against the third end 321, the swinging member 1 extends out of the receiving slot 22; when the first guide post 33 abuts against the second end 312 and/or the second guide post 34 abuts against the fourth end 322, the swinging member 1 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 22, so that the opposite ends of the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32 play a role in limiting.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the first slideway 31 has at least one arc-shaped wall. The second ramp 32 has at least one curved wall. The arc-shaped wall of the first slideway 31 and the central axis of the arc-shaped wall of the second slideway 32 are collinear. The central axis of the first sliding channel 31 is a line passing through the center of the track in the plane where the first sliding channel 31 is located and perpendicular to the plane where the first sliding channel 31 is located. For example, the first and second ramps 31, 32 may be arc-shaped, circular, fan-shaped, etc.
Specifically, the curved wall of the first slideway 31 and the curved wall of the second slideway 32 have the same or similar track. The first guide post 33 and the second guide post 34 respectively slide along the arc-shaped wall of the first slideway 31 and the arc-shaped wall of the second slideway 32, so that the swinging member 1 slides along the arc-shaped track, and at the moment, the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32 play a role in guiding the swinging member 1; moreover, the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32 can be arranged at intervals, so that the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32 are similar to two guide rails for the swinging piece 1 to slide, and the sliding stability of the swinging piece 1 can be improved.
Further, referring to fig. 6, the first chute 31 has a first arc-shaped wall 301 and a second arc-shaped wall 302 which are oppositely arranged. The first guide post 33 slidably connects the first curved wall 301 and the second curved wall 302. The second runner 32 has oppositely disposed third and fourth arcuate walls 303, 304. The second guide post 34 slidably connects the third curved wall 303 and the fourth curved wall 304. The first arc-shaped wall 301 and the second arc-shaped wall 302 limit the sliding direction of the first guide post 33. The third arc-shaped wall 303 and the fourth arc-shaped wall 304 limit the sliding direction of the second guide post 34, and the space occupied by the first slide way 31 and the second slide way 32 is small.
Of course, in other embodiments, the first guide post 33 can slide along the first arc-shaped wall 301 of the first slide way 31 and be spaced apart from the second arc-shaped wall 302, and the first guide post 33 is not clamped between the two opposite arc-shaped walls, which is beneficial to prevent the first guide post 33 from being jammed in the first slide way 31 when there is a tolerance due to the size of the first slide way 31.
In any of the above embodiments, referring to fig. 2, the extending direction of the first guide pillar 33 and the second guide pillar 34 is the thickness direction of the electronic device 100. For example, when the electronic device 100 is a mobile phone, the thickness dimension of the electronic device 100 is much smaller than the length dimension and the width dimension of the electronic device 100. The swinging member 1 slides out relative to the device body 2 in the X-Y plane or parallel to the X-Y plane, so that the wall surface with larger area on the swinging member 1 can be rotated out of the accommodating groove 22, so that the wall surface with larger area on the swinging member 1 can be used as a bearing surface for bearing electronic devices, and the swinging member 1 has larger area for bearing the electronic devices.
Of course, in other embodiments, the extending direction of the first guide post 33 and the second guide post 34 may also be the width direction or the length direction of the electronic device 100.
Specifically, referring to fig. 8, the receiving groove 22 may have a bottom 221 opposite to the opening 23 and an inner wall 222 connected to the bottom 221. The inner wall 222 and the bottom surface 221 surround and form the storage groove 22. The inner wall 222 includes a first inner wall 223 and a second inner wall 224 which are oppositely arranged, and a third inner wall 225 and a fourth inner wall 226 which are connected between the first inner wall 223 and the second inner wall 224, wherein the third inner wall 225 and the fourth inner wall 226 can be parallel to the X-Y plane.
Referring to fig. 8, the swinging member 1 has a top wall 12, and when the swinging member 1 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 22, the top wall 12 covers the opening 23. The swing member 1 also has a first side wall 112, a second side wall 113, a third side wall 114 and a fourth side wall 115 connecting the top wall 111. The first sidewall 112 is disposed opposite to the second sidewall 113, and the third sidewall 114 and the fourth sidewall 115 are connected between the first sidewall 112 and the second sidewall 113. The first sidewall 112 is disposed opposite to the first inner wall 223, the second sidewall 113 is disposed opposite to the second inner wall 224, the third sidewall 114 is disposed opposite to the third inner wall 225, and the fourth sidewall 115 is disposed opposite to the fourth inner wall 226.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the top wall 111 has a first side line 117. The first edge 117 extends in a thickness direction of the electronic apparatus 100. In a possible embodiment, the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32 are arc-shaped, and the central axes of the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32 are collinear with the first edge 117, so as to rotate the oscillating piece 1 around the first edge 117.
Specifically, referring to fig. 8, the first edge line 117 is a boundary line between the top wall 111 and the first sidewall 112. Referring to fig. 21 and 22, when the other portion of the swinging member 1 rotates around the straight line where the first side line 117 is located, the swinging member 1 gradually extends out of the accommodating slot 22 of the apparatus body 2. In a possible embodiment, referring to fig. 6 and 7, when the swinging member 1 rotates around the first sideline 117, the second side wall 113, the third side wall 114, and the fourth side wall 115 of the swinging member 1 gradually extend out of the accommodating slot 22 of the apparatus body 2; the bottom wall 116 of the swinging member 1 gradually approaches the opening 23 of the accommodating groove 22, wherein the bottom wall 116 of the swinging member 1 is opposite to the top wall 111 of the swinging member 1; the swinging member 1 gradually protrudes out of the housing groove 22 of the apparatus body 2. Referring to fig. 24, when the swinging member 1 extends out of the maximum position of the accommodating slot 22 of the device body 2, the bottom wall 116 of the swinging member 1 is close to the opening 23 of the accommodating slot 22 but does not expose out of the device body 2, so that the opening 23 of the accommodating slot 22 is always sealed by the swinging member 1, the inside of the accommodating slot 22 is not exposed out, and the appearance of the electronic device 100 is improved. Of course, in other embodiments, the swinging member 1 rotates around the first edge line 117, and the bottom wall 116 of the swinging member 1 may extend out of the opening 23 of the accommodating slot 22, so that more electronic devices on the swinging member 1 can be driven to extend out of the accommodating slot 22 when the swinging member 1 carries the electronic devices.
Further, referring to fig. 9 and 10, in the process of rotating the swinging member 1, the first sideline 117 is connected to the apparatus body 2 and fixed relative to the apparatus body 2. Specifically, referring to fig. 11, the first borderline 117 is connected to the first edge 231 of the opening 23 on the device body 2, wherein the first edge 231 of the opening 23 extends along the Z-axis direction. In other words, the swinging member 1 rotates along the first edge 231.
Further, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the second sidewall 113 is an arc-shaped surface. Specifically, referring to fig. 8, the second sidewall 113 has a first edge 118 and a second edge 119 disposed oppositely, the first edge 118 is a boundary line between the second sidewall 113 and the top wall 111, that is, the first edge 118 is disposed opposite to the first edge 117. The second edge 119 is the boundary between the second sidewall 113 and the bottom wall. The second edge 119 is close to the first sidewall 112 relative to the first edge 118, so that the swinging member 1 can slide out of the accommodating slot 22 around the first edge 117.
Further, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the first edge 118, the first edge line 117 and the second edge 119 all extend along the Z-axis direction. The distance between the first edge 118 and the first edge line 117 is equal to the distance between the second edge 119 and the first edge line 117. During the process of moving the swinging member 1 out of the receiving slot 22, the second sidewall 113 may gradually extend out of the receiving slot 22 along a second edge 119 of the opening 23, wherein the second edge 119 is disposed opposite to the first edge 118 along 231, so that the swinging member 1 always seals the opening 23 during the extending process.
In other embodiments, the central axes of the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32 may extend through the oscillating piece 1. The oscillating piece 1 rotates around the central axis of the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the first slide rail 31 is located between the second slide rail 32 and the first side line 117, so that the first slide rail 31 and the second slide rail 32 can form two arc-shaped tracks, and the stability of the swinging member 1 sliding out is increased. Further, on the extending direction of the orbit of first slide 31, first slide 31 with second slide 32 staggers the setting mutually to play spacing effect to swinging member 1 in the X direction, and prevent that swinging member 1 from rocking in the X axle direction at the slip in-process, improve swinging member 1's slip stability.
Referring to fig. 2 and 8, the inner wall of the receiving cavity 22 includes a fixing wall 21. Wherein one or both of the third inner wall 225 and the fourth inner wall 226 may form the fixed wall 21. The oscillating piece 1 comprises a movable wall 11 arranged opposite a fixed wall 21. For example, when the third inner wall 225 is the fixed wall 21, the third side wall 114 is the movable wall 11. Specific positions of the first slide mechanism 3 and the second slide mechanism 30 will be described in the following embodiments.
In a first possible embodiment, please refer to fig. 2 and 3, the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32 are both disposed on the fixed wall 21. The first guide post 33 and the second guide post 34 are provided on the movable wall 11 of the swinging member 1. The first guide post 33 and the second guide post 34 are respectively positioned in the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32, and the first guide post 33 and the second guide post 34 slide along the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32 to extend or retract the swinging member 1 into the containing groove 22 of the apparatus body 2.
By arranging the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32 on the fixed wall 21, the size of the slideway (including the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32) is larger than that of the guide post (including the first guide post 33 and the second guide post 34), so that the slideway with large size is arranged on the fixed wall 21, and the guide post with small size is arranged on the movable wall 11, thereby saving the area on the movable wall 11, being beneficial to arranging other electronic devices and the like on the movable wall 11, and realizing reasonable layout of the electronic device 100.
In a second possible embodiment, with reference to fig. 11, the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32 are provided on the movable wall 11 of the oscillating piece 1. The first guide post 33 and the second guide post 34 are provided on the fixed wall 21 of the apparatus body 2.
By arranging the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32 on the movable wall 11, when the swinging member 1 slides relative to the device body 2, the slideways (in this application, the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32) slide relative to the guide posts (in this application, the first guide post 33 and the second guide post 34), and compared with the situation that the guide posts slide in the slideways, the slideways slide relative to the guide posts, so that the guide posts can be prevented from colliding with the inner wall of the slideways under the action force, the guide posts can be prevented from being damaged, and the service life of the electronic device 100 can be further prolonged.
Specifically, in a possible embodiment, please refer to fig. 11, the first slide way 31 and the second slide way 32 may be grooves, one end of the first guide post 33 is disposed in the first slide way 31 and slides in the first slide way 31, and one end of the second guide post 34 is disposed in the second slide way 32 and slides in the second slide way 32, so that the gap between the swinging member 1 and the device body 2 may be smaller, thereby reducing the overall size of the electronic device 100.
In another possible implementation, referring to fig. 12, the electronic device 100 has a first slip ring 35 and a second slip ring 36. In particular, the first and second slip rings 35, 36 resemble an annular race track. The two slip rings are similar in structure and are specifically described with respect to the first slip ring 35. The first sliding ring 35 has a first slide way 31, and one end of the first guide post 33 can be located in the first slide way 31 and move in the first slide way 31. One end of the first sliding ring 35 may be connected to the movable wall 11, while the other end of the first sliding ring 35 extends out of the oscillating piece 1. The first slideway 31 is positioned outside the swinging piece 1, and the orthographic projection of the first slideway 31 on the movable wall 11 is positioned outside the swinging piece 1, so that the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32 can not occupy the area on the movable wall 11, and the problem that the guide columns (including the first guide column 33 and the second guide column 34) are easy to damage when sliding along the slideways (including the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32) can be avoided. Of course, in other embodiments, one of the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32 is arranged in the sliding ring, and the other is a groove arranged on the movable wall 11.
In a third possible embodiment, please refer to fig. 13, the first slideway 31 and the second slideway 32 are respectively arranged on the fixed wall 21 and the movable wall 11. The movable wall 11 is provided with a first guide post 33 protruding from the second slide way 32 at an interval. The first guide post 33 slides on the first slide 31. The fixed wall 21 is provided with a second guide post 34 protruding from the first slideway 31 at an interval. The second guide post 34 slides on the second slide 32.
By providing the first and second slide ways 31 and 32 on the fixed wall 21 and the movable wall 11, respectively, the area occupied on the movable wall 11 can be reduced, while the sliding stability of the oscillating piece 1 can be increased.
It will be appreciated that the number of said sliding mechanisms can also be three or more, to further increase the sliding stability of the oscillating piece 1.
For example, when the electronic device 100 is a mobile phone, the device body 2 may be a middle frame, a combination of a display screen and a middle frame, and the like.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the receiving groove 22 forms an opening 23 on an outer surface of the apparatus body 2. The oscillating element 1 can be extended or retracted along an arc-shaped path through the opening 23 into the receiving groove 22.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the apparatus body 2 includes a middle frame 24 and a rear cover 25. The receiving groove 22 may be formed on the middle frame 24. Wherein, the opening 23 is located on the frame 241 of the middle frame 24. The shape of the swing member 1 can be matched with the shape of the accommodating groove 22 of the device body 2, and when the swing member 1 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 22, the swing member 1 fills the accommodating groove 22, so that the appearance of the electronic device 100 is complete.
