The application provides a foldable electronic device, the foldable electronic device may include, but is not limited to, any one of a foldable mobile phone, a foldable tablet computer and a foldable wearable device, and the application only uses the foldable mobile phone as an example to illustrate, and other types of foldable electronic devices refer to and execute.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural view of a foldable electronic device of the present application in an unfolded state (non-display side) is shown, referring to fig. 2, a schematic structural view of a foldable electronic device of the present application in a folding process is shown, referring to fig. 3, a schematic structural view of a foldable electronic device of the present application in a folded state (display side) is shown, and referring to fig. 4, a schematic structural view of a side section of a position of the foldable electronic device a shown in fig. 3 is shown.
In this embodiment of the present application, the foldable electronic device may specifically include: a first main body 11, a first side of the first main body 11 is provided with a first screen 110, a second side of the first main body 11 is provided with a camera module 13, and the first side is opposite to the second side; and
a second body 10, a third side of the second body 10 being provided with a second screen 100, a fourth side of the second body 10 being provided with a receiving area 101, the third side being opposite to the fourth side;
in the case that the electronic device is in the unfolded state, the first screen 110 and the second screen 100 are located on the same plane;
when the electronic device is in the folded state, the camera module 13 is accommodated in the accommodating area 101, and the camera module 13 can collect images through the second screen 100.
For example, the first side of the second body 10 may be a 10 display side of the second body, and the second side of the second body 10 may be a non-display side of the second body 10. Similarly, the third side of the first body 11 may be the 11 display side of the first body, and the fourth side of the first body 11 may be the non-display side of the first body 11.
Specifically, in the case where a large display area is required, the second body 10 and the first body 11 may be unfolded to the state (unfolded state) shown in fig. 1. At this time, the display area is large by combining the first screen 110 and the second screen 100. Because the camera module 13 is disposed on the second side of the first main body 11, the camera module 13 can shoot towards the non-display side of the second side of the first main body 11, and at this time, the camera module 13 can serve as a rear camera module of the foldable electronic device, so as to realize the function of the rear camera module.
In this embodiment, in a case where a convenient holding experience is required, the second side of the second body 10 and the fourth side of the first body 11 may be relatively folded to the folded state shown in fig. 3. At this time, the camera module 13 may be accommodated in the accommodating area 101, the camera module 13 faces the second screen 100 of the second main body 10, at this time, the camera module 13 may serve as an under-screen camera module of the second main body 10, and collect images through the second screen 100, so as to implement the function of the front camera module. Therefore, the special front camera module is not arranged in the folding electronic equipment, and the cost and layout difficulty of the folding electronic equipment are reduced. Moreover, in the case of folding the folding electronic apparatus, since the camera module 13 may serve as an under-screen camera module of the second body 10, an operation of exposing the camera module 13 is avoided, and thus the area of the second body 10 may be the same as the area of the first body 11, enabling centering folding of the folding electronic apparatus. As shown in fig. 1, the folding electronic device can realize centering folding at a centering folding line B, and the appearance effect and the display effect of the folding electronic device are good.
In practical application, the first screen 110 and the second screen 100 may be integrated flexible screens or split screens, which is not limited in this application. The accommodating area 101 may be configured as a through hole penetrating through the second main body 10, and it should be understood that the penetration herein may be understood as penetrating through other components of the second main body except the second screen, so that, in the case where the image capturing module 13 is accommodated in the accommodating area 101, the image capturing module 13 directly faces the non-display surface of the second screen 100, and the image is collected through the second screen, or the accommodating area 101 may also be configured as a part of a transparent substrate with a groove, so that, in the case where the electronic device is in a folded state, the image capturing module 13 may be accommodated in the groove and collect the image through the transparent substrate and the second screen 100, and the specific structure of the accommodating area 101 may not be limited in this application.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, the foldable electronic device further includes: the cover plate 14, the cover plate 14 is disposed on the fourth side of the second body 10, and the cover plate 14 includes a first opening, where the first opening corresponds to the accommodating area 101; the movable cover plate 15 is movably arranged on the fourth side of the second main body 10, and the shape of the movable cover plate 15 is matched with that of the first opening; the movable cover 15 covers the accommodating area 101 when the movable cover 15 is in the first position, and the accommodating area 101 is exposed when the movable cover 15 is in the second position.
Specifically, since the flap 15 is movably connected to the second body 10, the flap 15 can be switched between the first position and the second position. In the first position, the movable cover 15 covers the accommodating area 101, so as to prevent the accommodating area 101 from being exposed, and improve the appearance effect of the foldable electronic device. In the second position, the movable cover plate 15 releases the shielding of the accommodating area 101, that is, the accommodating area 101 is exposed, so that the camera module 13 is conveniently located in the accommodating area 101, and performs image acquisition through the corresponding area in the second screen, thereby realizing the shooting function of the camera module under the screen.
Specifically, the cover 14 may be a fixed cover fixed on the fourth side of the second body 10, and covers and protects the fourth side of the second body 10, and the cover 14 may be a metal cover or a plastic cover, and the specific material of the cover 14 is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the shape matching between the opening of the removable cover 15 and the first opening may specifically be: the contour of the movable cover 15 may be the same as or approximately the same as the contour of the first opening, and specifically, the area of the movable cover 15 may be equal to or slightly larger than the area of the first opening. In this way, the flap 15 can cover the receiving area 101 with the flap 15 covering the first opening 101.
Specifically, the movable cover 15 may be movably connected to the second main body 10 through a connection manner such as sliding and rotating, where the movable cover 15 may be located at the first position in the case where the foldable electronic device is in the unfolded state shown in fig. 1, and at this time, the movable cover 15 may cover the accommodating area 101, so as to avoid exposing the accommodating area 101, and improve the appearance effect of the foldable electronic device. Under the condition that the foldable electronic device is in the folded state shown in fig. 3, the movable cover plate 15 can be removed from the accommodating area 101, so that the accommodating area 101 is exposed, the camera module 13 is conveniently located in the accommodating area 101, and image acquisition is performed through a corresponding area in the second screen, so that the shooting function of the under-screen camera module is realized.
Referring to fig. 5, there is shown a schematic internal structure of a foldable electronic device of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the foldable electronic device may further include: the driving mechanism 16, the driving mechanism 16 is disposed in the second body 10 and connected with the movable cover 15, and the driving mechanism 16 may be used to drive the movable cover 15 to switch between the first position and the second position.
Specifically, the driving mechanism 16 may include, but is not limited to, a motor, an electric cylinder, a hydraulic ram, or the like, which is capable of driving the movable cover 15, and the specific type of the driving mechanism 16 may not be limited in the embodiments of the present application. Because the driving mechanism 16 can be connected with the movable cover plate 15 and drives the movable cover plate 15 to switch between the first position and the second position, the operation of driving the movable cover plate 15 by a user by hands can be avoided, and the operation experience of the folding electronic equipment is greatly improved.
Alternatively, the drive mechanism 16 may include: the motor 161, the screw 162 and the nut 163, the motor 161, the screw 162 and the nut 163 being disposed in the second body 10; the output end of the motor 161 is connected with the screw 162 to drive the screw 162 to rotate; the nut 163 is screwed with the screw 162, and the screw 162 is rotated to drive the nut 163 to perform linear motion (vertical linear motion shown in fig. 5); the movable cover 15 is fixedly connected with the nut 163, and the linear motion of the nut 163 can drive the movable cover 15 to perform linear motion, so that the first position and the second position are switched.
In practical application, the driving mechanism 16 may further include a spring 164, where the spring 164 may be disposed between the nut 163 and the movable cover 15, and the linear motion of the nut 163 may be transmitted to the movable cover 15 through the spring 164, and the spring 164 may buffer the connection between the nut 163 and the movable cover 15, so as to reduce the impact force between the nut and the movable cover 15, and further, improve the service life of the driving mechanism. Specifically, the drive mechanism 16 may also include a spring support 165, and the spring support 165 may be used to support the spring 164.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, the foldable electronic device may further include: a limiting piece 17, wherein the limiting piece 17 is arranged in the second main body 10; under the condition that the movable cover 15 moves to the second position, the limiting piece 17 can be abutted with the movable cover 15, so that the movable cover 15 is kept at the second position, the movable cover 15 is prevented from being excessively retracted into the second main body 101 to collide with other parts in the second main body 10, and the use safety of the foldable electronic equipment is improved.
For example, the limiting member 17 may be a limiting baffle, a limiting retainer ring, or the like, and the specific form of the limiting member 17 may not be limited in the embodiments of the present application.
Optionally, the foldable electronic device may further include a detection device, where the detection device may be configured to detect a folding angle of the electronic device; under the circumstance that the folding angle is larger than a preset value, the driving mechanism 16 can drive the movable cover plate 15 to move to the second position, and automatically release the shielding of the movable cover plate 15 to the accommodating area 101, so that the accommodating area 101 is exposed, the camera module 13 is conveniently located in the accommodating area 101, and images are acquired through a partial area of the second screen.
It can be understood that the image acquired by the camera module through the second screen is an image generated by the object positioned in front of the second screen.
Specifically, the detection device may be an angle detector, an infrared detection device, or the like, which can realize detection of the folding angle. As shown in fig. 2, the detecting device may detect the folding angle of the electronic device in real time during the relative folding process of the electronic device. When the folding angle is greater than the preset value, the user can consider that the folding electronic device needs to be folded and the camera module 13 is used as a front camera module, at this time, the driving mechanism 16 can drive the movable cover plate 15 to move to the second position, and automatically release the shielding of the movable cover plate 15 on the accommodating area 101, so that the accommodating area 101 is exposed, and the camera module 13 is conveniently located in the accommodating area 101, and images are acquired through a partial area of the second screen.
For example, the preset value may be set according to actual situations, for example, the preset value may be any value between 60 degrees and 120 degrees, and the specific value of the preset value may not be limited in this application.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the folding angle is greater than the preset value, the driving mechanism 16 may drive the movable cover 15 to move to the second position in the following manners: in the first way, in the case that the folding angle is greater than the preset value, the movable cover 15 is driven to directly move to the second position; in the second way, when the folding angle is greater than the preset value, the movable cover 15 is driven to move, and the movable cover 15 correspondingly moves a little when the electronic device is folded a little more, until the movable cover 15 completely releases the shielding of the accommodating area 101 after the electronic device is completely folded, so that the accommodating area 101 is exposed.
In practical applications, the detecting device and the driving mechanism 16 may be connected to a central processing unit of the foldable electronic device, and the central processing unit performs a logic determination function.
In some optional embodiments of the present application, the foldable electronic device may further include: the bending part 18, the bending part 18 may be disposed between the second body 10 and the first body 11, and the second body 10 and the first body 11 may be folded or unfolded by the bending part 18; the detecting means may be provided in the bending portion 18 to facilitate detection of the folding angle between the first body 11 and the second body 10.
It can be appreciated that, in practical applications, a person skilled in the art may further set the detection device at any position on the electronic device according to actual needs, for example, the first body 11 or the second body 10, and the specific position of the detection device is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the image capturing module 13 may at least partially protrude from the second side of the first main body 11, and a portion of the image capturing module 13 protruding from the second side of the first main body 11 is a protruding portion; under the condition that the second body 10 and the first body 11 are folded relatively, the protruding portion is at least partially accommodated in the accommodating area 101, so that the camera module 13 is limited in the accommodating area 101, positioning accuracy between the camera module 13 and the accommodating area 101 is improved, and further, shooting reliability of the camera module 13 can be improved.
In practical applications, at least a portion of the camera module 13 protrudes from the second side of the first main body 11, so that the height of the camera module 13 embedded in the first main body 11 can be reduced, which is beneficial to the light and thin design of the foldable electronic device.
Optionally, the outer side wall of the protruding part is provided with a first magnetic element 19, and the inner side wall of the accommodating area 101 is provided with a second magnetic element 20; in the case that the protruding portion is accommodated in the accommodating area 101, the first magnetic member 19 is opposite to the second magnetic member 20, and is in adsorption connection, so that the protruding portion of the image capturing module 13 can be reliably accommodated in the accommodating area 101, and the folded state shown in fig. 3 can be better maintained by the folded electron.
Specifically, one of the first magnetic element 19 and the second magnetic element 20 may be a component capable of generating magnetism, such as a magnet, a magnetic steel, an electromagnet, etc., and the other of the first magnetic element 19 and the second magnetic element 20 may be a component capable of being magnetically attracted, such as a magnet, a magnetic steel, an electromagnet, or a metal, etc., and the specific form of the first magnetic element 19 and the second magnetic element 20 may not be limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, the material of the movable cover 15 is consistent with that of the cover 14, and in the case that the movable cover 15 is in the first position, the movable cover 15 and the cover 14 are in the same plane, so that the appearance of the movable cover 15 and the appearance of the cover 14 are consistent. In this way, when the movable cover 15 covers the accommodating area 101, the difference between the appearance of the movable cover 15 and the appearance of the cover 14 at the position can be smaller, so as to further improve the appearance aesthetic property of the foldable electronic device.
For example, in the case that the material of the cover 14 is metal, the material of the movable cover 15 may be metal, and in the case that the material of the cover 14 is plastic, the material of the movable cover 15 may be plastic, and in this embodiment, specific materials of the cover 14 and the movable cover 15 may not be limited.
In practical applications, in order to facilitate the indication of the specific position of the accommodating area 101 and further improve the appearance and aesthetic properties of the foldable electronic device, a brand mark, a personalized pattern, etc. may be further disposed on the removable cover 15.
In summary, the foldable electronic device according to the embodiments of the present application may at least include the following advantages:
in this embodiment of the application, because the module of making a video recording sets up the second side at first main part electronic equipment is in under the condition of expansion state, first screen with the second screen is located the coplanar, the module of making a video recording can be shot towards the second side of first main part, realizes the function of rear-mounted module of making a video recording. Under the condition that the electronic equipment is in a folding state, the camera shooting module is accommodated in the accommodating area, and the camera shooting module is used for acquiring images towards the second screen so as to realize the function of the front camera shooting module. In this way, the special front camera module is not only avoided being arranged in the electronic equipment, but also the cost and the layout difficulty of the electronic equipment are reduced; moreover, under the condition that the electronic equipment is in a folding state, the camera shooting module can serve as an under-screen camera shooting module of the second main body, so that the operation of exposing the camera shooting module is avoided, the area of the second main body can be the same as that of the first main body, the centering folding of the folding electronic equipment is realized, and the appearance effect and the display effect of the folding electronic equipment are improved.

In the embodiment of the invention, when the electronic device is in the unfolded state shown in fig. 1 for shooting, the camera module can serve as a rear camera module of the foldable electronic device, and the image acquired based on the camera module is a rearward shot image.
In this embodiment, when the electronic device is in the folded state shown in fig. 3, the camera module may be contained in the containing area of the second main body, so as to facilitate the camera module to serve as a function of a pre-positioned camera module, and obtain an image toward the second screen, at this time, the target screen area of the second screen may be adjusted to be in the first display state, so that external light may penetrate through the target screen area, and be obtained by the camera module, so that the camera module realizes a function of an under-screen camera module.
Specifically, the target screen area may be an area of the second screen opposite to the accommodation area, and the first display state may be a display state with improved transparency. That is, adjusting the target screen area to the first display state may be: and increasing the transparency of the area, opposite to the accommodating area, of the second screen so that external light can penetrate through the target screen area and be acquired by the camera module accommodated in the accommodating area.
Step 602: the first image is acquired through the camera module.
In this embodiment of the present application, when the electronic device is in a folded state, since the target screen area of the second screen is adjusted to be in the first display state, since external light can penetrate through the target screen area, the external light can be received in the camera module in the receiving area, at this time, the camera module can serve as a function of an under-screen camera module, through the camera module, the first image can be acquired towards the second screen, and the first image can be a self-timer image.
In practical application, when the camera module performs self-shooting, the obtained first image is most likely to have a face, so whether the first image is a self-shooting image or not can be primarily judged by judging whether the first image has a face or not, namely, whether the first image is shot by the folding electronic equipment in a folding state or an unfolding state is judged.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when a face exists in the first image, it may be considered that the first image is most likely a self-timer image, where the first image is obtained by photographing the foldable electronic device in a folded state, and at this time, a distance between the face and the second screen may be obtained, so as to further confirm whether the first image is a self-timer image through determining the distance.
In practical applications, in the case where no face exists in the first image, it may be considered that the first image is most likely a rearward-photographed image, and the first image is photographed in an unfolded state by the foldable electronic device.
In practical application, when the camera module performs self-shooting, the distance between the face and the second screen is generally smaller, so that whether the first image is a self-shooting image can be determined by identifying the distance between the face in the first image and the second screen.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the distance between the face in the first image and the second screen is smaller than the first distance, it can be determined that the first image is a self-timer image, and the first image is obtained by shooting the folding electronic device in a folding state, and at this time, the first image can be displayed on the second screen, so that a user can conveniently preview the complete self-timer image, and shooting experience of the user is improved.
Specifically, the first distance may be used as a threshold value for determining whether the first image is a self-captured image. When the distance between the face in the first image and the second screen is smaller than the first distance, the face may be considered to be closer to the second screen, and the first image is a self-timer image. In practical applications, the specific value of the first distance may be set only according to practical situations, for example, the preset distance may be any value between 0.2 meters and 1 meter, and the specific value of the first distance in the embodiments of the present application may not be limited.
In practical application, under the condition that no face exists in the first image, or under the condition that the distance between the face in the first image and the second screen is greater than or equal to the first distance, it can be determined that the first image is a backward shooting image, and the first image is obtained by shooting the folding electronic device in an unfolding state, at this time, the first image can be displayed on the whole flexible screen, so that a user can conveniently preview the first image on the whole flexible screen, and shooting experience of the user is improved.
In this embodiment of the present invention, when the electronic device is in a folded state, the camera module is accommodated in the accommodating area, and at this time, the target screen area of the second screen may be adjusted to a first display state, and the first image is acquired through the camera module, so as to implement a function of the front camera module.
