本发明公开了一种具有防腐蚀和耐高低温性能的聚芳酯纤维增强工业皮带,在橡塑基本材料满足特殊工况使用的前提条件下,可以达到以下技术效果:海水或者浓度不超过海水的氯化钠溶液工况,以及沿海或者海上高空作业工况;高湿度,湿度交替变化大,温度达到100摄氏度的热水或者水蒸气工况;次氯酸钠消毒工况;使用温度范围‑70摄氏度到180摄氏度,短期温度可以达到250摄氏度;盐酸、硫酸、硝酸和磷酸浓度小于10%,温度低于70摄氏度的工况;小于10%NaOH溶液温度低于40摄氏度的工况;传动带轮或者背轮小于目前推荐最小轮径30%以内的工况。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及工业皮带技术领域,特别涉及一种具有防腐蚀和耐高低温性能的聚芳酯纤维增强工业皮带。
背景技术
工业皮带是传动和输送系统中的重要零部件,通常使用橡塑类基材和其它增强类材料,才能达到需要的性能。纤维大约为0、5毫米到5毫米长的一种或者几种短纤加入橡塑材料里,提高机械性能;线绳类一般为钢丝绳,玻璃线绳、尼龙线绳、聚酯线绳、芳纶线绳和碳纤维线绳,或者两种及以上纤维的混纺线绳;织布可能是梭织布,针织布,帘子布或者无纺布,其纤维材料可以是锦纶、涤纶、芳纶、金属纤维和棉纤维中的一种或者两种及以上的混纺。
工业皮带一般分为动力传动和材料输送两类,在实际使用中也有一种产品同时实现动力传动和材料输送功能;不同工况对工业皮带要求也不一样,有的工况需要产品耐高温,极端情况需要在250摄氏度左右也能工作;有的工况需要耐盐,耐酸,耐碱,耐油,耐潮湿或水,耐有机溶剂等腐蚀,所以这些特殊工况对工业皮带就提出了特殊要求,尤其是工业皮带的增强类材料,它的材料特性及其与基础材料的适配性关系到工业皮带的性能及其是否符合相关的应用场合,所以我们发明及一种具有防腐蚀和耐高低温性能的聚芳酯纤维增强工业皮带来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是
要针对目前工业皮带增强类材料的局限性,提出使用聚芳酯纤维增强工业皮带,提升皮带质量和满足特殊使用工况,提高工业皮带的耐腐蚀性,耐高低温性和耐曲挠疲劳,从而拓宽工业皮带的使用工况范围和提高工业皮带的使用寿命。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种具有防腐蚀和耐高低温性能的聚芳酯纤维增强工业皮带,包括浸胶布、聚芳酯短纤复合层和聚芳酯线绳,所述聚芳酯短纤复合层为橡胶材料的条形结构,所述聚芳酯短纤复合层外侧设置有浸胶布,所述聚芳酯短纤复合层内部设置有聚芳酯线绳;
所述聚芳酯线绳由聚芳酯纤维加工而成,聚芳酯纤维有优异的耐腐蚀性能,也就是其本身不易与其它材料发生化学反应,这种惰性也阻碍了它与工业皮带橡塑材料的粘合性能,所以需要物理和化学方法进行表面处理;聚芳酯织布可以是聚芳酯纤维单独或者与其他纤维一起通过梭织或者针织成布(以下简称聚芳酯织布),或者短丝加工成无纺布,再贴合或者覆胶,增强工业皮带;也可以涂敷胶粘剂,或者聚氨酯浸胶处理;聚芳酯线绳通常由其纤维加捻再合股而成,对纤维施加一定捻度可以提高线绳的机械强度,也可以提高线绳与橡塑材料的螯和力,但是过高捻度又会降低线绳的曲挠性能和增加线绳伸长率,根据线绳的结构和直径综合平衡,控制在捻度-/米之间,发挥线绳的最佳增强性能;线绳的加捻有方向性,通常称为S向和Z向,皮带的线绳一般采用S向和Z向线绳并列增强,以消除单一捻向在工业皮带内部的张力,减少工业皮带运行时向一边偏转,有些要求不高的场合,可以使用单一捻向线绳;
所述聚芳酯短纤复合层聚芳酯短纤通常加入橡塑材料,提高机械性能,通过空气等离子,氧化法或者活化剂可以使表面带有少量活性基团,与橡塑材料发生化学反应,使聚芳酯与橡塑材料链接在一体,提高机械性能;
所述浸胶布通过覆盖和密封聚芳酯线绳和织布制成,用于对结构结构进行保护,可以最佳地发挥其特有的优异性能;聚芳酯耐紫外光线性能虽然比芳纶要好,但是长时间暴露在自然光和紫外线,其机械性能下降还是比较大,所以在产品设计时要避免聚芳脂制品直接接触光线。
进一步的,如图3-5是三种三角带,除了包括:浸胶布、聚芳酯短纤复合层和聚芳酯线绳,所述聚芳酯短纤复合层为橡胶材料的条形结构,所述聚芳酯短纤复合层外侧设置有浸胶布,所述聚芳酯短纤复合层内部设置有聚芳酯线绳外,图使用聚芳酯(或者其混纺)的帘子布增强,提高机械性能。
进一步的,图6圆带与三角带增强类似,只是结构和形状发生了变化,中间的线绳可以是多根,也可以是单根,一般要浸胶处理,提高粘结力。
进一步的,图7是多沟带或者联组三角带,除了以上类似增强外,上层橡塑内还可能加聚芳酯(或者其混纺)浸胶帘子布增强。
进一步的,图8是常见的输送带和无缝带结构,上下表面也可能没有橡塑层,直接是织布,片基带也是有类似结构,皮带中间加了尼龙片基。
进一步的,图9的皮带除了纵向聚芳酯(或者其混纺)线绳加强,还有横向增强,提高了横向弯曲和延伸的机械性能。
进一步的,图10提升带较常见使用钢丝或者芳纶线绳增强,用提升货物或者电梯,用于电梯也叫电梯钢带,除了表面平整形状外,还有上下两面按照平面,各种角度三角带(包括联组),半圆带等进行各种组合,以达到某些功能。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:工业皮带的使用寿命受到皮带质量,安装水平,设计轮系,安全系数,使用工况等多种因素的影响。
热致液晶聚芳酯是一种性能优异的特种工程塑料,具有高强度、高模量、耐高温、低热膨胀系数、低成型收缩率以及良好的介电性、阻燃性和耐化学腐蚀等特性,其在熔融加工过程中容易发生分子链取向而产生部分微纤结构,从而赋予材料以类似纤维增强复合材料的形态和性质,从而使得熔纺聚芳酯纤维具有可与芳纶相比拟的力学性能。
除了优异的力学性能,聚芳酯纤维还有如下特点:
1、低吸湿性:其高疏水性,干/湿环境下强度差小,经反复干湿时尺寸稳定性好;
2、低蠕变性:承受重负荷用途时,有良好的尺寸稳定性,低于50%的拉伸强度下工作几乎不发生蠕变;
3、耐热性:在250摄氏度以下,其力学性能随着时间延长损失很少;
4、耐低温:在低至零下70摄氏度其力学性能也不会受到影响而芳纶在零下摄氏20度以下力学性能开始下降;
5、耐酸碱性:在一般酸碱中强度保持率基本都能达到90%以上稳定,在高温下耐碱性能下降但也比芳纶要好得多;
6、耐次氯酸钠:次氯酸钠作为常见消毒剂会严重腐蚀芳纶,可能导致力学性能下降超过80%,而对聚芳酯没有影响;
7、耐磨性:聚芳酯纤维的耐磨性与聚酯纤维相媲美,是芳纶纤维耐磨性的十倍,大幅度减少工业皮带在使用中纤维芯线与芯线和芯线与橡塑材料的磨损,极大地延长失效时间,从而增加皮带的使用寿命;
8、曲挠性能:聚芳酯纤维曲挠性能大于芳纶10倍,超过碳纤维的100倍,其作为增强材料会极大地减少弯曲疲劳,尤其是传动系统中必须使用小直径带轮或者背轮,使用效果越发明显;
9、耐海水:聚芳脂纤维与芳纶一样耐海水腐蚀,常常用作编制高档海水绳缆。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
其中相同的零部件用相同的附图标记表示。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“底面”和“顶面”、“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
实施例1
本发明中一种具有防腐蚀和耐高低温性能的聚芳酯纤维增强工业皮带,图一和图二为两种同步带,主要用短纤和线绳增强,表面也可以贴合聚芳酯纤维布(包括混纺布)皮带主要包括:浸胶布1、聚芳酯短纤复合层2和聚芳酯线绳3,所述聚芳酯短纤复合层2为橡胶材料的条形结构,所述聚芳酯短纤复合层2外侧设置有浸胶布1,所述聚芳酯短纤复合层2内部设置有聚芳酯线绳3;
所述聚芳酯线绳3由聚芳酯纤维加工而成,聚芳酯纤维有优异的耐腐蚀性能,也就是其本身不易与其它材料发生化学反应,这种惰性也阻碍了它与工业皮带橡塑材料的粘合性能,所以需要物理和化学方法进行表面处理;聚芳酯织布可以是聚芳酯纤维单独或者与其他纤维一起通过梭织或者针织成布(以下简称聚芳酯织布),或者短丝加工成无纺布,再贴合或者覆胶,增强工业皮带;也可以涂敷胶粘剂,或者聚氨酯浸胶处理;聚芳酯线绳通常由其纤维加捻再合股而成,对纤维施加一定捻度可以提高线绳的机械强度,也可以提高线绳与橡塑材料的螯和力,但是过高捻度又会降低线绳的曲挠性能和增加线绳伸长率,根据线绳的结构和直径综合平衡,控制在捻度20-200/米之间,发挥线绳的最佳增强性能;线绳的加捻有方向性,通常称为S向和Z向,皮带的线绳一般采用S向和Z向线绳并列增强,以消除单一捻向在工业皮带内部的张力,减少工业皮带运行时向一边偏转,有些要求不高的场合,可以使用单一捻向线绳;
所述聚芳酯短纤复合层2聚芳酯短纤通常加入橡塑材料,提高机械性能,通过空气等离子,氧化法或者活化剂可以使表面带有少量活性基团,与橡塑材料发生化学反应,使聚芳酯与橡塑材料链接在一体,提高机械性能;
所述浸胶布1通过覆盖和密封聚芳酯线绳和织布制成,用于对结构结构进行保护,可以最佳地发挥其特有的优异性能;聚芳酯耐紫外光线性能虽然比芳纶要好,但是长时间暴露在自然光和紫外线,其机械性能下降还是比较大,所以在产品设计时要避免聚芳脂制品直接接触光线;
橡塑增强的短纤一般有棉粉,聚酯,芳纶和碳纤维短纤,磨碎玻纤等,棉粉提升机械性能比较小,使用量大; 聚酯和芳纶短纤加热到150摄氏度后拉伸性能下降比较大;碳纤维短纤和磨碎玻纤主要是曲挠性能不佳;
钢丝绳密度大,同样体积的制品重量太高;容易受到腐蚀,表面电镀可以提高耐腐蚀性,但是耐腐蚀时间取决于电镀质量;不锈钢钢丝绳耐腐蚀性能相对较好但是拉伸强度相对于碳钢钢丝绳一般要下降三分之一,往往耐腐蚀性提高了,拉伸强度又不能满足产品要求;三是其在弯曲和拉伸后内生热较大,影响其与皮带的粘结性能,从而影响工业皮带的使用寿命;
玻璃线绳曲挠性能有局限性,传动半径越小玻璃线绳越容易折断;二是氢氟酸能快速腐蚀玻璃线绳,使其立即失去拉伸强力,尼龙线绳和聚酯线绳拉伸强度相对不够高,为了达到一定的拉力需要使用更多数量; 还有较高蠕变性,在一定的受力状态下,随着时间延长导致不可恢复的伸长,三是耐热性能,超过150摄氏度的性能下降较大或者不能使用;
芳纶纤维吸潮后导致强度下降和尺寸变化;另外次氯酸钠会快速腐蚀芳纶,可以使其失去超过80%的拉伸强度。芳纶不耐强酸碱,尤其温度越高性能损失越大越快;碳纤维也是曲挠性能比较差,传动半径越小线绳越容易折断; 抗氧化性差,不耐磨。
实施例2
与实施例1相比,实施例2具有以下不同,如图3-5是三种三角带,除了包括:浸胶布1、聚芳酯短纤复合层2和聚芳酯线绳3,所述聚芳酯短纤复合层2为橡胶材料的条形结构,所述聚芳酯短纤复合层2外侧设置有浸胶布1,所述聚芳酯短纤复合层2内部设置有聚芳酯线绳3外,图4使用聚芳酯(或者其混纺)的帘子布增强,提高机械性能。
实施例3
与实施例1相比,实施例3具有以下不同,图6圆带与三角带增强类似, 只是结构和形状发生了变化, 中间的线绳可以是多根, 也可以是单根,一般要浸胶处理,提高粘结力。
实施例4
与实施例1相比,实施例4具有以下不同,图7是多沟带或者联组三角带,除了以上类似增强外,上层橡塑内还可能加聚芳酯(或者其混纺)浸胶帘子布增强。
实施例5
与实施例1相比,实施例5具有以下不同,图8是常见的输送带和无缝带结构,上下表面也可能没有橡塑层,直接是织布,片基带也是有类似结构, 皮带中间加了尼龙片基。
实施例6
与实施例1相比,实施例6具有以下不同,图9的皮带除了纵向聚芳酯(或者其混纺)线绳加强,还有横向增强,提高了横向弯曲和延伸的机械性能。
实施例7
与实施例1相比,实施例7具有以下不同,图10提升带较常见使用钢丝或者芳纶线绳增强,用提升货物或者电梯,用于电梯也叫电梯钢带,除了表面平整形状外,还有上下两面按照平面,各种角度三角带(包括联组),半圆带等进行各种组合,以达到某些功能。
综上所述,本发明中一种具有防腐蚀和耐高低温性能的聚芳酯纤维增强工业皮带可以达到以下技术效果:
1.海水或者浓度不超过海水的氯化钠溶液工况, 以及沿海或者海上高空作业工况;2.高湿度,湿度交替变化大,温度达到100摄氏度的热水或者水蒸气工况;3.次氯酸钠消毒工况;4.使用温度范围-70摄氏度到180摄氏度, 短期温度可以达到250摄氏度;5.盐酸、硫酸、硝酸和磷酸浓度小于10%, 温度低于70摄氏度的工况;6.小于10%NaOH溶液温度低于40摄氏度的工况;7.传动带轮或者背轮小于目前推荐最小轮径30%以内的工况。

Claims (5)
1.一种具有防腐蚀和耐高低温性能的聚芳酯纤维增强工业皮带,其特征在于:浸胶布(1)、聚芳酯短纤复合层(2)和聚芳酯线绳(3),所述聚芳酯短纤复合层(2)为橡胶材料的条形结构,所述聚芳酯短纤复合层(2)外侧设置有浸胶布(1),所述聚芳酯短纤复合层(2)内部设置有聚芳酯线绳(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防腐蚀和耐高低温性能的聚芳酯纤维增强工业皮带,其特征在于:所述聚芳酯线绳(3)由聚芳酯纤维加工而成,聚芳酯织布可以是聚芳酯纤维单独或者与其他纤维一起通过梭织或者针织成布,聚芳酯线绳(3)通常由其纤维加捻再合股而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有防腐蚀和耐高低温性能的聚芳酯纤维增强工业皮带,其特征在于:所述聚芳酯线绳(3)根据线绳的结构和直径综合平衡,控制在捻度20-200/米之间;聚芳酯线绳(3)的加捻有方向性,通常称为S向和Z向,皮带的线绳一般采用S向和Z向线绳并列增强。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防腐蚀和耐高低温性能的聚芳酯纤维增强工业皮带,其特征在于:所述聚芳酯短纤复合层(2)聚芳酯短纤通常加入橡塑材料,通过空气等离子,氧化法或者活化剂可以使表面带有少量活性基团,与橡塑材料发生化学反应,使聚芳酯与橡塑材料链接在一体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防腐蚀和耐高低温性能的聚芳酯纤维增强工业皮带,其特征在于:所述浸胶布(1)通过覆盖和密封聚芳酯线绳和织布制成。
