Description

Cover structure of electric connection part
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cover structure for an electrical connection portion.
Background
Conventionally, a vehicle such as an automobile is mounted with various electrical connection objects, and is provided with a housing element having an electrical connection portion related to the electrical connection object therein. When work (attachment/detachment of an object to be electrically connected, or the like) is required for the electrically connecting portion, an opening portion capable of performing the work is formed in the housing member. Therefore, a cover that closes the opening is provided in the housing member. For example, patent document 1 listed below describes such a housing element.

Disclosure of Invention
Technical problem to be solved by the invention
However, the cover may be integrally formed with the housing member together with a living hinge or the like, or may be formed as a member (cover member) different from the housing member and assembled to the housing member via a hinge structure. In the latter case, the hinge structure is configured to be rotatable between an open position and a closed position of the cover member with respect to the opening. Therefore, the hinge structure is preferably configured not to disengage the cover member from the housing member at any position between the open position and the closed position.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a cover structure of an electrical connection site, in which detachment of a cover member from a housing member can be suppressed regardless of the position of the cover member with respect to the housing member.
Means for solving the problems
In order to achieve the above object, a cover structure for an electrical connection portion according to the present invention includes: an accommodating member having an electrical connection portion therein and an opening portion capable of performing work related to the electrical connection portion; a cover member that closes the opening; and a hinge structure that is rotatable between an open position and a closed position of the cover member with respect to the opening portion, the hinge structure including: a rotating shaft provided on one of the housing member and the cover member; and 2 bearings, the 2 bearings being provided on the other of the housing member and the cover member, and the 2 bearings supporting the rotary shaft to be rotatable on an axis of the rotary shaft at intervals from each other, each of the bearings having: a bearing body provided with a bearing portion that rotatably supports an outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft; and insertion ports into which the rotating shaft is inserted along a cross direction intersecting the axis, the insertion ports opening in opposite directions to each other in a direction orthogonal to the axis.
Here, it is preferable that each of the bearing portions has an arc-shaped bearing surface along the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft, each of the bearing bodies has flexibility capable of bending in an elastic range toward a radially outer side of the bearing surface, and each of the insertion openings is formed to be smaller than a diameter of the rotating shaft.
Preferably, each of the bearings includes a locking body that locks the rotating shaft that is pivotally supported by the bearing portion at the insertion opening side, and each of the insertion openings is formed between an end portion of the bearing portion and an end portion of the locking body.
Further, it is preferable that the hinge structure has a pair of regulating bodies between the bearings, the pair of regulating bodies sandwich the rotating shaft that is pivotally supported by the bearing portions in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to the axis, and the pair of regulating bodies regulate movement of the rotating shaft that has been toward the insertion openings.
Effects of the invention
In the hinge structure according to the present invention, since each bearing has the insertion opening for the rotary shaft in the opposite direction to each other, when the rotary shaft in the shaft-supporting state is to be removed from each bearing, it is necessary to pull out one end portion of the rotary shaft from the insertion opening of one bearing and pull out the other end portion of the rotary shaft from the insertion opening of the other bearing, so that the one end portion of the rotary shaft is disposed to face the insertion opening of the one bearing and the other end portion of the rotary shaft is disposed to face the insertion opening of the other bearing. That is, in the hinge structure, in order to remove the rotating shaft from each bearing, loads in opposite directions need to be applied to both ends of the rotating shaft. On the other hand, when the cover member is opened and closed, a load may be applied to both ends of the pivot shaft in the same direction as the direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the pivot shaft between the open position and the closed position. That is, in the hinge structure, the directions of the loads applied to the both end portions of the rotating shaft when the rotating shaft is removed from the bearings and the directions of the loads that may be applied to the both end portions of the rotating shaft between the open position and the closed position in association with the opening and closing of the cover member do not completely coincide with each other at the both end portions of the rotating shaft. Therefore, in the cover structure of the electric connection portion according to the present invention, the rotating shaft can be held in the shaft supporting state by the bearings having the insertion ports in the opposite directions to each other. Therefore, the cover structure of the electrical connection portion can suppress the cover member from being unintentionally detached from the housing member.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the cover structure of the electrical connection portion according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to this embodiment.
[ embodiment ]
One embodiment of the cover structure of the electrical connection portion according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 11.
Reference numeral 1 in fig. 1 to 5 denotes a cover structure of an electrical connection portion in the present embodiment.
The cover structure 1 is applied to an electrical component accommodation tool B for accommodating an electrical component (fig. 1 to 5). For example, as the electric component storing tool B, a conductive module such as a so-called electric junction box or a so-called bus bar module may be considered.
In the electrical connection box, for example, an electronic component as an object to be electrically connected is housed in an insulating housing member, and a conductive member (for example, a conductive bus bar) as an object to be electrically connected different from the electronic component, an electric wire, and the like are electrically connected to the inside. In the electrical connection box, the electrical connection portion refers to a physical and electrical connection portion between the electronic component and the conductive member, a physical and electrical connection portion between the electronic component and the electric wire, a physical and electrical connection portion between the conductive member and the electric wire, and a physical and electrical connection portion between the electric wires via the terminal fitting. The electronic component is, for example, a circuit protection element such as a relay or a fuse. Here, electronic devices such as circuit boards and electronic control units (so-called ECUs) are also considered to be one embodiment of electronic components. In the electrical connection box, for example, a plurality of wires are drawn out to the outside, and are electrically connected between devices, power supplies, and the like that are electrically connected in a vehicle via the wires. The electrical connection box constitutes a wire harness together with such electric wires.
In this electrical connection box, some work may be required to be performed on electrical connection portions inside the housing element. As the work related to the electric connection portion, for example, a work of attaching and detaching an electronic component to and from a conductive member (insertion and removal work), a work of attaching and detaching a terminal fitting at an end of an electric wire to and from an electronic component or a conductive member (screw fixing work or the like), a work of attaching and detaching terminal fittings to and from each other (screw fixing work or the like), a work of attaching and detaching a connector to and from an electronic component (insertion and removal work), an inspection work of a circuit protection element, and the like can be considered. Therefore, the housing member is provided with an opening portion capable of performing work related to the electrical connection portion. The opening is covered with a cover member that can be freely opened and closed.
The conductive module is used, for example, in a vehicle such as an electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle, when adjacent cells of a plurality of battery cells constituting a battery module are electrically connected to each other and a battery cell side and a battery monitoring unit side are electrically connected to each other. For example, in the conductive module, a plurality of housing chambers are formed inside an insulating housing member, and a conductive member (e.g., a conductive bus bar) is housed in each housing chamber. The conductive member physically and electrically connects electrode terminals of the adjacent battery cells to each other. In addition, one end of the electric wire is physically and electrically connected to the conductive member in the accommodation chamber. The other end of the wire is physically and electrically connected to the battery monitoring unit. In the conductive module, the electrically connecting portion refers to a physically and electrically connecting portion between the conductive member and the electrode terminal, a physically and electrically connecting portion between the conductive member and the wire, and a physically and electrically connecting portion between the wire and the battery monitoring unit.
In this conductive module, when the conductive module is attached to and detached from the battery module, a predetermined operation is performed on the electrical connection portion inside the housing element. As the work related to the electrical connection site, a work of attaching and detaching the conductive member to and from the electrode terminal (a screw fixing work, a welding work, and the like), and a work of attaching and detaching the electric wire to and from the conductive member (a connector inserting and extracting work, a welding work, and the like) can be performed. Therefore, an opening (an opening of the housing chamber) through which work related to the electrical connection portion can be performed is formed in the housing member. The opening is covered with a cover member that can be freely opened and closed.
Specifically, the cover structure 1 has a housing member 10, and the housing member 10 has an electrical connection portion inside and an opening portion 10a (fig. 3 to 5) capable of performing work related to the electrical connection portion. The housing element 10 is molded from an insulating material such as synthetic resin. The receiving member 10 of this example has: a housing member 11 for housing therein an object to be electrically connected (not shown); and a lid member 12 that closes the opening of the housing member 11 (fig. 1 to 5). Here, the housing element 10 is formed by assembling a housing member 11 having a rectangular parallelepiped shape with one opening and a cover member 12 closing the opening with each other. In the housing component 10, a rectangular opening 10a (fig. 3 to 5) is formed in a rectangular flat plate-like lid body 12a of the lid member 12, and an electrical connection portion (not shown) is provided in a deep portion of the opening 10 a. The lid member 12 of this example has a square-tube-shaped peripheral wall 12b (fig. 3 to 5) protruding from the outer wall surface of the lid member 12a at the periphery of the opening 10 a.
The cover structure 1 has: a cover member 20 for closing the opening 10 a; a hinge structure 30 that is rotatable between an open position and a closed position of the cover member 20 with respect to the opening 10 a; and a lock structure 40 for holding the cover member 20 at the lid member 12 at the closed position (fig. 1 to 5).
The cover member 20 is formed of an insulating material such as a synthetic resin. The cover member 20 of this example has: a rectangular closing body 21 conforming to the shape of the opening 10 a; and a peripheral wall body 22 in the form of a square tube protruding from the peripheral edge of the closing body 21 (fig. 1 to 5). When the cover member 20 is in the closed position, the opening 10a is closed by the closing member 21, and the peripheral wall 12b is covered with the peripheral wall 22 from the outside.
The hinge structure 30 includes: a rotating shaft 31 provided on one of the containing member 10 and the cover member 20; and 2 bearings 32, 33 provided on the other of the accommodating member 10 and the cover member 20, and the 2 bearings 32, 33 rotatably support the rotating shaft 31 at intervals from each other on the axis of the rotating shaft 31 (fig. 1 to 5). In this example, the rotating shaft 31 is provided on the cover member 20, and the bearings 32 and 33 are provided on the accommodating member 10.
The rotation shaft 31 is a shaft portion formed in a cylindrical or tubular shape, and is provided on one (the first side portion 21a) of the 4 side portions of the closing body 21 (fig. 1 to 5). The pivot shaft 31 is disposed such that its axial direction is along the longitudinal direction of the first side portion 21 a. In the cover member 20 of this example, 1 of the 4 peripheral walls (first peripheral wall 22a) constituting the peripheral wall 22 protrudes from the first side 21a, and the rotating shaft 31 (fig. 1, 4, and 5) is provided on the first peripheral wall 22 a. The rotating shaft 31 is connected to the first peripheral wall 22a via a connecting body 23 protruding from the outer wall surface of the first peripheral wall 22a (fig. 1 and 5). The connecting body 23 is connected to the center portion of the rotating shaft 31 except for both end portions. The rotating shaft 31 of this example is integrally formed with the cover member 20 when the cover member 20 is formed.
The bearings 32 and 33 are provided on the cover 12a of the lid member 12 (fig. 1 to 5). The bearings 32 and 33 of this example are integrally formed with the lid member 12 when the lid member 12 is formed. Here, the bearings 32 and 33 are projected from the outer wall surface of the lid 12 a.
Each of the bearings 32 and 33 has: is provided with a bearing portion 32a1、33a1The bearing bodies 32a, 33a, the bearing portion 32a1、33a1Will rotate the shaft31 is rotatably supported on the outer peripheral surface thereof; and insertion ports 32b, 33b for inserting the rotary shaft 31 into the bearing portion 32a along a direction intersecting the axis of the rotary shaft 311、33a1(FIGS. 5 and 6).
Each of the bearing bodies 32a and 33a has a rectangular plate-shaped protrusion 32a protruding from the outer wall surface of the lid body 12a in the orthogonal direction2、33a2And in the protruding portion 32a2、33a2Has a bearing portion 32a at the end on the side of the projecting direction1、33a1(fig. 2, 5 and 6). Each bearing portion 32a1、33a1Formed in an arc-shaped sheet body conforming to the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft 31, and each bearing portion 32a1、33a1Has an arc-shaped inner peripheral surface (bearing surface) 32a along the outer peripheral surface11、33a11(FIG. 6). Thus, the respective bearing bodies 32a, 33a are supported by the projecting portion 32a2、33a2The cover body 12a side of the bearing portion 32a is used as a fixed end1、33a1Projection 32a of2、33a2The end portion on the opposite side is supported by the lid 12a in a cantilever shape as a free end. The bearing bodies 32a, 33a of this example are formed to have bearing surfaces 32a facing the bearing bodies11、33a11Radially outward and in the elastic range.
In the bearings 32 and 33, for example, the free ends of the bearing bodies 32a and 33a (bearing portions 32 a)1、33a1End portions) of the cover 12a and the outer wall surface of the lid 12a serve as insertion ports 32b, 33 b. As described later, the bearings 32 and 33 of this example are provided with locking bodies 34 and 35 to lock free ends of the bearing bodies 32a and 33a (bearing portions 32 a)1、33a1End portions of the locking bodies 34, 35) and the end portions of the locking bodies 34, 35 serve as insertion ports 32b, 33b (fig. 5 and 6).
The insertion ports 32b and 33b are opened in opposite directions to each other in a perpendicular direction perpendicular to the axis of the rotating shaft 31 (fig. 1, 5, and 6). In this example, one insertion port 32b is opened along the outer wall surface of the cover 12a in one of orthogonal directions orthogonal to the axis of the rotating shaft 31, and the other insertion port 33b is opened along the outer wall surface of the cover 12a in the other of orthogonal directions orthogonal to the axis of the rotating shaft 31.
In addition, the respective insertion ports 32b, 33b of this example are formed to be smaller than the diameter of the rotating shaft 31. Accordingly, the rotating shaft 31 that is axially supported by the bearings 32 and 33 can be prevented from coming out of the insertion openings 32b and 33 b. The bearings 32 and 33 of this example have a pair of bearing receiving portions 32a1、33a1The rotating shaft 31 is pivotally supported by locking bodies 34, 35 which are locked to the insertion ports 32b, 33b side, and free ends of the bearing bodies 32a, 33a (bearing parts 32 a)1、33a1End portions of the locking bodies 34, 35) and the end portions of the locking bodies 34, 35 serve as insertion ports 32b, 33b (fig. 5 and 6). The locking bodies 34 and 35 hold the pivoting shaft 31 in the pivoted state by locking the pivoting shaft 31 in the pivoted state with respect to the insertion openings 32b and 33 b. Therefore, in the hinge structure 30 of this example, the bearing receiving portion 32a1、33a1The pivotally supported rotary shaft 31 is locked to the respective locking bodies 34, 35, so that the separation from the respective insertion ports 32b, 33b is suppressed, and the separation from the respective insertion ports 32b, 33b is suppressed by the respective insertion ports 32b, 33b having a diameter smaller than that of the rotary shaft 31.
The locking bodies 34 and 35 in this example are disposed facing the bearing bodies 32a and 33a on the insertion ports 32b and 33b side. The locking bodies 34 and 35 protrude from the outer wall surface of the lid body 12 a. Each of the locking bodies 34 and 35 in this example includes: locking surfaces 34a, 35a disposed opposite to the bearing bodies 32a, 33 a; and inclined surfaces 34b and 35b that guide the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft 31 toward the insertion openings 32b and 33b formed at the ends thereof when the rotating shaft 31 is inserted through the insertion openings 32b and 33b (fig. 6). The locking surfaces 34a, 35a are rectangular vertical surfaces projecting from the outer wall surface of the lid 12a in the orthogonal direction, and are to be supported by the bearing 32a1、33a1The rotating shaft 31 is pivotally supported and engaged. On the other hand, the inclined surfaces 34b and 35b are rectangular wall surfaces protruding from the outer wall surface of the lid 12a toward the side portions of the locking surfaces 34a and 35a on the protruding direction side, and are disposed on the bearing bodies 32a and 35a when viewed from the locking surfaces 34a and 35a,33a on the opposite side. Here, the locking bodies 34 and 35 are formed in a triangular prism shape having the locking surfaces 34a and 35a and the inclined surfaces 34b and 35 b.
In each of the bearings 32, 33 of this example, the free ends of the bearing bodies 32a, 33a (bearing portions 32 a)1、33a1End portions of the locking bodies 34, 35) (intersection portions where the locking surfaces 34a, 35a and the inclined surfaces 34b, 35b intersect) serve as insertion ports 32b, 33b (fig. 5 and 6). Therefore, here, the free ends of the bearing bodies 32a, 33a (bearing parts 32 a)1、33a1End portions of the locking bodies 34, 35) (intersection portions where the locking surfaces 34a, 35a and the inclined surfaces 34b, 35b intersect) are formed as bearing portions 32a having a shortest distance smaller than the diameter of the rotating shaft 311、33a1And locking bodies 34, 35.
In the hinge structure 30 shown above, the rotating shaft 31 is inclined with respect to its own axial direction when being supported by the bearings 32 and 33, so that one end of the rotating shaft 31 is disposed to face the insertion opening 32b of one bearing 32 and the other end of the rotating shaft 31 is disposed to face the insertion opening 33b of the other bearing 33 (fig. 7). In the hinge structure 30, one end of the inclined rotating shaft 31 is inserted into the bearing portion 32a from the insertion opening 32b of the bearing 321And the other end of the rotating shaft 31 in the inclined state is inserted from the insertion opening 33b of the other bearing 33 into the bearing portion 33a1The rotating shaft 31 is supported by the bearings 32 and 33 (fig. 8). At this time, the rotating shaft 31 is inserted into the bearing portion 32a while bending the bearing bodies 32a and 33a1、33a1. In each of the bearing bodies 32a, 33a, the rotating shaft 31 is inserted into the bearing portion 32a1、33a1The bending is released. Therefore, in the hinge structure 30, the rotating shaft 31 is supported by the bearings 32 and 33. In this hinge structure 30, the rotating shaft 31 is assembled to the bearings 32 and 33 in this manner.
In the cover structure 1 of the electric connection portion, the cover member 20 can be rotated about the axis of the rotating shaft 31 by assembling the rotating shaft 31 to the bearings 32 and 33. The cover member 20 is held in the lid member 12 in the closed position by the lock structure 40. The lock structure 40 is composed of, for example, a first engaging body 41 provided on the cover member 12 and a second engaging body 42 provided on the cover member 20 (fig. 1 to 5). The lock structure 40 locks the movement of the cover member 20 in the opening direction by the first engaging member 41 and the second engaging member 42 in the closed position, and holds the cover member 20 to the lid member 12 (fig. 2). Here, the claw portions 41a of the first engaging member 41 and the claw portions 42a of the second engaging member 42 are arranged to face each other at the closed position, and when the cover member 20 is moved in the opening direction with respect to the cover member 12, the claw portions 41a and 42a are engaged with each other, whereby the cover member 20 is held by the cover member 12.
In this hinge structure 30, when the rotating shaft 31 in the shaft-supported state is to be removed from each of the bearings 32 and 33, it is necessary to pull out one end of the rotating shaft 31 from the insertion opening 32b of one bearing 32 and pull out the other end of the rotating shaft 31 from the insertion opening 33b of the other bearing 33, so that the one end of the rotating shaft 31 is disposed to face the insertion opening 32b and the other end of the rotating shaft 31 is disposed to face the insertion opening 33b (fig. 8 → 7). That is, in the hinge structure 30, in order to remove the rotating shaft 31 from the bearings 32 and 33, loads in opposite directions need to be applied to both ends of the rotating shaft 31.
Here, when the cover member 20 is opened and closed, a load Lo (fig. 9) may be applied to both ends of the turning shaft 31 in the same direction as the direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the turning shaft 31 between the open position and the closed position. In the conventional hinge structure, the insertion ports of the bearings are opened in the same direction, and therefore, when the load Lo is directed toward the bearing insertion ports, the rotating shaft may fall off from the insertion ports. However, in the hinge structure 30 of the present embodiment, the insertion ports 32b and 33b are opened in opposite directions to each other in a direction orthogonal to the axis of the rotating shaft 31. Therefore, in the hinge structure 30, the directions of the loads applied to the both end portions of the rotating shaft 31 when the rotating shaft 31 is removed from the bearings 32 and 33 and the directions of the loads Lo that may be applied to the both end portions of the rotating shaft 31 between the open position and the closed position with the cover member 20 opened and closed do not completely coincide with each other at the both end portions of the rotating shaft 31. For example, in the hinge structure 30, even when the direction of the load applied to the one end portion of the rotating shaft 31 when the rotating shaft 31 is removed from the bearings 32 and 33 and the direction of the load Lo that may be applied to the one end portion of the rotating shaft 31 between the open position and the closed position with the opening and closing of the cover member 20 are almost the same, the direction of the load applied to the other end portion of the rotating shaft 31 when the rotating shaft 31 is removed from the bearings 32 and 33 and the direction of the load Lo that may be applied to the other end portion of the rotating shaft 31 between the open position and the closed position with the opening and closing of the cover member 20 are opposite to each other. Therefore, in the hinge structure 30, even if the load Lo having the same direction at both ends is applied to the rotating shaft 31 between the open position and the closed position as the cover member 20 is opened and closed, the rotating shaft 31 can be continuously maintained in the shaft supporting state by the bearings 32 and 33.
As described above, in the cover structure 1 of the electric connection portion according to the present embodiment, the rotating shaft 31 can be held in the shaft supporting state by the bearings 32 and 33 having the insertion ports 32b and 33b in opposite directions. Therefore, the cover structure 1 of the electrical connection site can suppress the cover member 20 from being unintentionally detached from the housing member 10.
Further, in the cover structure 1 of the electric connection portion of the present embodiment, the insertion holes 32b and 33b are smaller than the diameter of the rotating shaft 31, so that the rotating shaft 31 can be held in a shaft supporting state by the bearings 32 and 33. Therefore, in this regard, the cover structure 1 of the electrical connection portion can also suppress the cover member 20 from being accidentally detached from the housing component 10.
Further, in the cover structure 1 of the electric connection portion of the present embodiment, since the respective bearings 32 and 33 have the locking bodies 34 and 35 on the insertion ports 32b and 33b sides, the locking functions of the locking bodies 34 and 35 on the rotating shaft 31 also interact with each other, and the rotating shaft 31 can be held in a shaft supporting state by the respective bearings 32 and 33. Therefore, in this regard, the cover structure 1 of the electrical connection portion can also suppress the cover member 20 from being accidentally detached from the housing component 10.
However, in order to further enhance the function of holding the state of the rotation shaft 31 supported by the bearings 32 and 33, the hinge structure 30 may have a pair of stoppers 36 and 37 (fig. 10 and 11) that restrict the movement of the rotation shaft 31 toward the insertion ports 32b and 33b as described below. The pair of restricting bodies 36, 37 are disposed between the bearings 32, 33. In this example, the pair of restricting bodies 36, 37 are projected from the outer wall surface of the cover body 12a between the bearings 32, 33 in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 31. The pair of restricting bodies 36 and 37 are disposed so as to sandwich the respective bearing portions 32a in the orthogonal direction orthogonal to the axis of the rotating shaft 311、33a1 A rotating shaft 31 is shaft-supported, and movement of the rotating shaft 31, which has been directed toward the respective insertion ports 32b, 33b, is restricted.
The pair of limiters 36, 37 of this example has: locking surfaces 36a, 37a disposed opposite to each other with the rotating shaft 31 in a shaft supporting state placed therebetween; and inclined surfaces 36b, 37b that guide the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft 31 toward the gap between the respective locking surfaces 36a, 37a when the rotating shaft 31 is inserted from the respective insertion ports 32b, 33b (fig. 10). The locking surfaces 36a and 37a are rectangular vertical surfaces projecting from the outer wall surface of the lid 12a in the orthogonal direction, and face the received-shaft portion 32a1、33a1The rotating shaft 31 is locked to be supported. On the other hand, the inclined surfaces 36b and 37b are rectangular wall surfaces that protrude from the outer wall surface of the lid body 12a toward the side portions on the protruding direction side of the locking surfaces 36a and 37a, and are arranged on the opposite side of the counterpart side restricting body when viewed from the locking surfaces 36a and 37 a. Here, like the locking bodies 34 and 35 described above, the respective regulating bodies 36 and 37 are formed in a triangular prism shape having the locking surfaces 36a and 37a and the inclined surfaces 36b and 37 b.
In the cover structure 1 of the electrical connection site of the present embodiment, by providing the pair of regulating bodies 36 and 37, the pair of regulating bodies 36 and 37 can also lock the movement of the rotating shaft 31 in the shaft supporting state toward the insertion ports 32b and 33 b. Therefore, in the cover structure 1 of the electric connection portion, since the function of holding the shaft support state of the rotating shaft 31 by the bearings 32 and 33 is further improved, the effect of suppressing the cover member 20 from being unintentionally detached from the housing component 10 can be improved.
