The throwing frame 22 is arranged in the transmission frame 33, the left side face of the throwing frame is provided with the gear ring assembly 16 for driving the gear 26 on the transmission frame 33 and the inner half gear ring 20 on the throwing frame 22 combined with the gear 26 to rotate to generate a garbage throwing action when the unloading stepping motor and the driver thereof drive the gear to generate the garbage throwing action, the gear ring ear 21 of the inner half gear ring 20 is fixed on the throwing frame 22 through screws, and the guide block 27 on the transmission frame 33 is used for supporting the inner half gear ring 20 to rotate in the guide block 27.
The transmission frame and the throwing frame 22 are respectively fixed with a shaft sleeve 13 at two ends of the bottom corner of the rear side surface thereof. The top of the throwing frame 22 is provided with a cover push-pull electromagnet 34 for opening the sash cover plate 31 and preventing the residential trash can from being separated from the throwing frame, and the cover plate hinge 12 is arranged on each frame position central line of the throwing frame edge. The transmission frame 33 pushes the throwing frame 22 and the residential garbage can to move to an electric water gun at the tail end of the throwing track G02 on the sliding shaft 17 through a stop block on a throwing track screw nut to be washed by a water adding sprayer, the barrel push-pull electromagnet 15 acts, the push-pull rod in the barrel push-pull electromagnet 15 retracts, and the residential garbage can is unloaded along the inclined slideway plane 19 under the action of the vibration motor on the supporting rack.
The garbage dumping and discharging of the residential garbage can is assisted by the fact that a vibration motor mounted on the support frame is conducted to the throwing frame 22 and the residential garbage can through the support guide plate 18.
The height of the garbage storage and transportation barrel is 1 m. The length of the guide rail G01 is 1.3 meters, a guide rail screw nut pair with the length of 1.3 meters and the outer diameter of a guide rail screw rod of 28mm is arranged at the bottom of the guide rail G01 along the center line of the conveying direction, and the nut is fixed on the stop block 11.
The length of the throwing track G02 is 3 meters, and a throwing track screw rod nut pair with the length of 2 meters and the outer diameter of a throwing track screw rod of 40mm is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the throwing track G02. The sliding shaft 17 is aligned with the throwing track G02 in parallel, and the two ends of the sliding shaft 17, which are 40mm long and 3m long, are respectively fixed with a support.
The drivers of all the stepping motors are controlled by an I/O port of the microcontroller, and driving circuits of other push-pull type electromagnets, vibration motors, electric water guns, micro switches, LED indicating lamps and the like are also controlled by the I/O port of the microcontroller.

1. The method for realizing the automatic classified throwing system of the barreled garbage in the community is characterized in that a plurality of reusable residential garbage cans with color marks are placed in each house in the community, each residential garbage can throws garbage of one type, one or more centralized throwing rooms are arranged in the community, when the residential garbage cans are fully collected, one or more residential garbage cans are lifted by a resident and are put into corresponding frames in a guide frame at the entrance of a garbage can carrying track of the centralized throwing room, and the classified automatic throwing of the barreled garbage is realized by a main controller, an electric device and a semicircular gear ring throwing mechanism in the centralized throwing room, and the method has the following characteristics:
each residential trash can has a locating structure placed in the sash;
the garbage disposal track is divided into two sections, namely a throwing track and a guide track, the planes of the two sections of tracks are mutually connected, and a lead screw nut pair is driven by a stepping motor or a servo motor to realize the movement of the residential garbage can on the track;

a guide rail screw rod nut pair is arranged at the bottom of the guide rail along the central line of the conveying direction, wherein the nut is fixed on a stop block, the right end of a screw rod is connected with a guide rail stepping motor and a driver thereof, the operation of the guide rail stepping motor is controlled by a main controller to drive the stop block to move leftwards or rightwards, so that a guide frame placed on the guide rail is pushed to move, a residential garbage can is placed on the guide frame, and the stepping motor can also adopt a servo motor;
the method comprises the following steps that a guide frame position is reserved on left and right outer side rails of a centralized community garbage throwing room respectively, the left outer side of the centralized community garbage throwing room is used for water spray washing and discharging residential garbage cans along inclined slideways, the water spray washing is finished by controlling an electric water gun to add water spray heads through a main controller, the right outer side of the centralized community garbage throwing room is used for households to place the residential garbage cans, inclined slideway planes of the residential garbage cans are discharged from the left outer side, shafts and movable shaft sleeves are laid to reduce the movement friction force of the inclined slideway planes, a vibration motor is installed on a support frame, and the cans are discharged under the action of the vibration motor;

the throwing frame receives the guide frame and the residential garbage bin on the guide frame, the height of the plane of the throwing track is lower than that of the plane of the guide track by the sum of the thicknesses of the transmission frame bottom plate and the throwing frame bottom plate, so that the guide frame smoothly enters the throwing track from the guide track, the size along the conveying direction of the throwing track is called as the length, the length of the throwing frame is 3mm to 5mm longer than that of the guide frame, the guide frame is not easy to separate from the throwing frame in the throwing frame, and reinforcing ribs are welded at the diagonal positions of the outer walls of the three side surfaces of the throwing frame;

a metal hook is fixed on the right side surface of a guide frame of the residential garbage can and sleeved in a metal ring on a lead screw nut stop block of a guide rail, so that the guide frame is driven to move on the rail, after the guide frame is pushed to a throwing frame at the rightmost end of the throwing rail, when the throwing frame rotates in a throwing mode or the throwing program is reset and reversed, the metal hook fixed on the guide frame performs corresponding circular motion, so that the metal hook is sleeved in the metal ring when being separated or reset in the throwing mode, and thus, the moving process of the residential garbage can and the guide frame thereof is realized, and the automatic switching between the driving of a throwing rail stepping motor and the driving of a guide rail stepping motor is realized;
the left end of the guide rail is a throwing rail, a throwing rail screw nut pair is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the throwing rail, when the guide frame is pushed onto the guide rail to throw the frame, a transmission frame is arranged at the bottom of the throwing frame and is arranged on the throwing rail, a nut on the throwing rail screw nut is fixed at the bottom of the transmission frame, the left end of the screw rod is connected with a throwing rail stepping motor and a driver thereof, the operation of the throwing rail stepping motor is controlled by a main controller, so that the nut on the throwing rail screw rod moves leftwards or rightwards, and the transmission frame and the throwing frame arranged on the transmission frame are pushed to move on the throwing rail;
the transmission frame and the throwing frame are respectively fixed with a shaft sleeve at two ends of a bottom corner on the rear side of the transmission frame and two ends of the throwing frame which are parallel to the track, a gap is reserved between the shaft sleeve and the nearest position of the throwing track, a hole of the shaft sleeve is in movable fit with the sliding shaft, the throwing frame moves on the sliding shaft in a throwing state, the transmission frame drives the throwing frame to move on the sliding shaft through the shaft sleeve when moving on the throwing track, and two supports are respectively fixed at two ends of the sliding shaft which are parallel to the track;
the height of the transmission frame is half of that of the throwing frame, an inner half gear ring, a gear combined with the inner half gear ring, an unloading stepping motor and a driver of the unloading stepping motor are fixed on the left side surface of the transmission frame, namely the side surface close to the water spraying end, the inner half gear ring is fixed on the throwing frame through screws, and a guide block is arranged on the transmission frame and used for guiding and supporting the inner half gear ring to rotate in the guide block;
the height of the throwing frame is 4mm to 6mm higher than that of the guide frame, the throwing frame consists of a bottom plate, a front baffle, a rear baffle, a right baffle and a left baffle, the right baffle and the left baffle are positioned at two ends of the conveying direction of the throwing track, the right baffle is one side close to the guide track, the height of the right baffle is 4mm to 6mm, the thickness of the right baffle is 3mm, the right baffle is arranged at the top of the throwing frame, the guide frame can be pushed into the throwing frame, when the throwing frame rotates and throws, the guide frame falls into the right baffle of the throwing frame and is used for limiting, a stop block with the thickness of 7mm and the length of 10mm is welded at the position 10mm away from the edge of the top end of the guide frame in the middle of the right outer;
when the throwing frame is horizontally placed on a throwing track before throwing, the cover plate is hinged on the middle line of each sash position of the throwing frame edge, namely the edge of the opposite angle of the sliding shaft, and the center of the hinge hole of the cover plate is outside the throwing frame edge and is 20mm to 26mm away from the edge of the throwing frame;

the garbage throwing process: in a throwing preparation state, the side, closest to the ground, of the throwing frame leans against a supporting guide plate of the supporting frame and touches a micro switch on the supporting guide plate to act so as to cut off the unloading stepping motor, so that the throwing frame is in a release state on the supporting guide plate, at the moment, a cover push-pull electromagnet of a sash needing to unload garbage acts, a push-pull rod in the cover push-pull electromagnet retracts, a corresponding sash cover plate is opened to be in a free-drooping state, the cover plate starts the vibration motor after being opened, and the garbage in a residential garbage can in the sash is unloaded under the action of the vibration motor of the supporting frame;
when the throwing frame moves to a position, the unloading stepping motor acts to lift the throwing frame to slightly separate from the supporting guide plate, and the throwing frame is in a moving position state and moves to the position under the driving of the main controller and the throwing track stepping motor;
when the garbage of the other sash in the throwing frame needs to be unloaded, the moving position enters the throwing position of the sash garbage type set by the main controller, the unloading stepping motor acts to place the throwing frame on the support guide plate in a throwing state, and the garbage throwing process is repeated;
