Referring to fig. 2-4 and 8, in some embodiments of the invention, peg board 500 abuts the left or right side of slide mechanism 100; the left side and the right side of the slideway mechanism 100 are convexly provided with rotating shafts 123, one end of each rotating shaft 123 far away from the slideway mechanism 100 is provided with at least one anti-falling flange 123a on the peripheral wall, the hanging plate 500 is provided with a sleeve hole 510 used for connecting the rotating shaft 123, the sleeve hole 510 is provided with at least one avoiding gap 511 corresponding to the anti-falling flange 123a, and the hanging plate 500 and the slideway mechanism 100 are further connected by screws or riveted. In the structure, the hanging plate 500 is convenient to mount; the anti-falling flange 123a faces the avoidance gap 511, the hanging plate 500 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 123, the hanging plate 500 rotates for a certain angle, the anti-falling flange 123a is staggered with the avoidance gap 511, the hanging plate 500 cannot be separated from the rotating shaft 123, the hanging plate 500 is well aligned with the slideway mechanism 100 with the assistance of the rotating shaft 123, and then the hanging plate 500 and the slideway mechanism are riveted or screwed conveniently.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4 and 8, in some embodiments of the present invention, the rotation shafts 123 are disposed on the left and right sides of the head 120. Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments of the present invention, the end of the end head 120 away from the sliding plate 110 is provided with a base point protruding edge 124 at left and right sides, the rotating shaft 123 is disposed at the end of the end head 120 away from the base point protruding edge 124, and the base point protruding edge 124 is disposed above the hanging plate 500. Therefore, for the two stressed structures of the rotating shaft 123 and the base point convex eaves 124, one end of the hanging plate 500 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 123, the other end of the hanging plate can be hung on some cross beams and rod pieces, and the middle part of the hanging plate 500 upwards abuts against the base point flange; starting from the convex eave 124 of the base point, the rotating shaft 123 and the hook part are in lever shapes. Therefore, the slide mechanism 100 is provided with two receiving points, namely the rotating shaft 123 and the base point convex eaves 124, and the two receiving points have certain lever mechanisms, so that the slide mechanism 100 can be better stressed and can store heavier goods. Preferably, the end head 120 and the hanging plate 500 are riveted or screwed.
In some embodiments of the present invention, both the front and rear ends of the chute mechanism 100 are connected with hanging plates 500; in some embodiments of the present invention, a peg board 500 is attached to either the front or rear end of the slide mechanism 100. The riveting can be a riveted joint (with a rivet), a riveted joint (without a hole after riveting) or a rivetless joint (without a rivet, one of the two plates forms a convex block, and the other forms a concave hole by a mode of stamping the two plates at one time).
In some embodiments of the present invention, the anti-separation structure is simply a pull rope, one end of which is fixedly installed on the wall surface of the insertion hole 121, and the other end of which is connected with the insertion rod 220. In some embodiments of the present invention, the separation preventing structure is a coil spring, the insertion hole 121 is provided therein with a mounting rod, one end of the mounting rod is connected to the mounting rod, the other end of the mounting rod is drawn out and connected to the insertion rod 220, and the drawn-out spring can be automatically rolled up when the separating member 200 is close to each other without forming an obstacle.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, the separation preventing structure includes a catching groove 221 formed at an end of the insertion rod 220 remote from the spacer body 210 and a catch 130 caught to the insertion hole 121, and the catch 130 can engage with the catching groove 221 to prevent the separation member 200 from being separated from the chute mechanism 100. By adopting the mode of the clamping groove 221 and the clamping piece 130, the inserted rod 220 moves in the insertion hole 121 in the sliding and width adjusting process of the separating piece 200, when the clamping groove 221 corresponds to the clamping piece 130, the clamping piece 130 is buckled into the clamping groove 221, the separating piece 200 is not easy to pull open towards two sides, the separating piece 200 is not easy to break away and drop, and the separation prevention function is completed; adopt inserted bar 220 mode to transfer wide structure to adopt the mode of draw-in groove 221 and fastener 130, the anti-disengaging structure presents the mode that can auto-lock, and draw-in groove 221 is in case to going up fastener 130, and then the inside auto-lock that takes place of storage device promptly fastener 130 blocks draw-in groove 221, and separator 200 can not pull open toward both sides again, can not break away from slide mechanism 100.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, the clip member 130 is a snap ring, and the rod 220 passes through the snap ring, and the snap ring can slide into the snap groove 221 under its own weight. By adopting a self-weight clamping and locking ingenious mode, the inserted link 220 moves in the insertion hole 121 in the sliding and width adjusting process of the separator 200, when the clamping groove 221 corresponds to the clamping ring, the clamping ring is hung into the clamping groove 221 under the self-gravity, and the separator 200 is not easy to pull open towards two sides; the self-weight clamping manner is adopted, the clamping is firmer, the clamping piece 130 and the clamping groove 221 have higher strength and longer service life, if the clamping piece 130 is an elastic clamping piece connected to the slideway mechanism 100, the service life is shorter, and the slideway mechanism 100 can be replaced by parts; preferably, the position of the snap ring and the snap groove 221 is made of metal material.
For the "the portion of the inserted link 220 where the slot 221 is disposed is made of a metal material", the entire inserted link 220 may be made of a metal material, such as stainless steel, alloy steel, cast iron, or other metal materials.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the latch member 130 is a resilient latch bar, which may be configured as the resilient compression member 140 shown in fig. 5 and 6.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments of the present invention, a spring 140 is further disposed in the insertion hole 121, and the spring 140 elastically presses against an upper end of the snap ring, so that the snap ring has a downward trend for fastening the snap ring in the snap groove 221. In a standing state, the clamping ring can be hung in the clamping groove 221 better by means of the self gravity of the clamping ring; in order to prevent the snap ring from jumping out of the slot 221 caused by vibration or other conditions of the storage device, the elastic pressing member 140 can firmly press the snap ring into the slot 221; in the sliding process of the width-adjustable inserted link 220 of the separator 200, the elastic pressing member 140 presses the snap ring all the time, and when the snap ring 221 corresponds to the snap ring, the snap ring can also quickly respond and be quickly buckled into the snap ring 221.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the elastic pressing element 140 is a spring or an elastic plastic element, and one end of the elastic pressing element 140 is connected to the slide mechanism 100, and the other end thereof is pressed against the snap ring.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, an elastic anti-release sheet 150 is disposed in the insertion hole 121, the elastic anti-release sheet 150 is provided with an anti-release limiting hole 151 for fastening the snap ring, the lower end of the slide mechanism 100 is provided with an opening 122 communicating with the insertion hole 121, a mounting and dismounting space for mounting and dismounting the snap ring is formed between an end surface of the elastic anti-release sheet 150 and a wall surface of the opening 122, and the elastic anti-release sheet 150 has a predetermined amount of elastic deformation, so that the mounting and dismounting space can be increased or decreased. The clamp ring is limited by skillfully clamping; the clamping ring is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and the elastic anti-falling sheet 150 is driven by a tool or a manual pressing mode, so that the disassembling and assembling distance is increased, and the clamping ring can fall out; when the snap ring is buckled, the snap ring is directly pressed, the elastic anti-release sheet 150 is laterally bent under the extrusion force of the snap ring, the disassembly and assembly distance is increased, the snap ring can be placed into the anti-release limiting hole 151, then the elastic anti-release sheet 150 resets, and the snap ring is buckled in the anti-release limiting hole 151.
It will be appreciated that the elastic release sheet 150 is a sheet, and that thinner articles are generally somewhat elastic and return to their original state in their amount of elastic deformation.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, the lower end of the elastic anti-slip sheet 150 is provided with a pressing part protruding out of the opening 122. By pulling the pressing part, the elastic anti-slip sheet 150 can be conveniently driven to bend laterally, the disassembly and assembly distance is increased, and the snap ring can fall out.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the portion of the insertion rod 220 where the slot 221 is disposed and the clip 130 are both made of metal materials. The part of the inserted link 220, which is provided with the clamping groove 221, and the clamping piece 130 are made of metal materials, so that the strength is very high, and when the locking tension is greater than 500N and higher than that of an adult, the daily use requirement is completely met; the separation-preventing structure has larger tensile capacity, and effectively prevents operators from pulling out the separation plate; the clip 130 is made of metal material and is used for resisting the corresponding part on the insertion rod 220, and even if the part of the slide mechanism 100 provided with the insertion hole 121 is made of plastic material, the damage of the part caused by the clip 130 is small.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments of the invention, the catch groove 221 is provided as a transition slope 221a adjacent to the sidewall of the spacer body 210, along which transition slope 221a the catch 130 can enter and exit the catch groove 221. The slot 221 is designed to be of an inverted structure, and the clip 130 can be conveniently buckled into and out of the slot 221 in the moving process of the inserted link 220, which is that the inserted link 220 is convenient to adjust, and the inserted link 220 is difficult to be pulled outwards to be separated.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the elastic release preventing piece 150 is further provided with a first friction damping protrusion 152, the elastic release preventing piece 150 elastically abuts against a peripheral wall of the insert rod 220 by the first friction damping protrusion 152, and the first friction damping protrusion 152 serves to block the movement of the partitioning member 200. The elastic anti-slip sheet 150 is provided with a friction damping protrusion and an anti-slip limiting hole 151, and under the elastic force of the elastic anti-slip sheet 150, the snap ring is firmly limited, and the first friction damping protrusion 152 is more strongly driven to abut against the peripheral wall of the inserted link 220.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments of the present invention, a second friction damping protrusion 121a is provided on a peripheral wall of one of the insertion rod 220 and the insertion hole 121, the second friction damping protrusion 121a abuts on a peripheral wall of the other, and the second friction damping protrusion 121a serves to block the movement of the partition member 200. The spacer 200 can be positioned after being widened by friction resistance; when the width of the partitioning member 200 is adjusted, an operator needs to apply a certain pulling force and a pushing force, and a snap ring mode is provided for preventing the partitioning member 200 from being separated under the condition of applying a larger pulling force and a pushing force.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first frictional damping protrusion 152 and/or the second frictional damping protrusion 121a are plastic material. The elastic friction damping bulge of the plastic material provides friction force for fastening connection, and the friction force is overcome with force to pull the separator 200 to the left side and the right side; by connecting the insertion rod 220 and the insertion hole 121 through elastic damping, the width of the storage device can be directly and conveniently adjusted, the storage device can be directly pushed and pulled, the required width can be directly obtained, and the separator 200 is not easy to be too loose or too tight.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the tip 120 is made of plastic material, and the elastic anti-slip sheet 150 and the friction damping protrusion are integrally formed on the tip 120.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An anti-drop cargo storage device, comprising:
a slideway mechanism (100) provided with a goods storage platform, and the left side and the right side of the slideway mechanism are provided with jacks (121);
two separators (200), each of which comprises a separator body (210) and an insertion rod (220) connected to the separator body (210), wherein the insertion rod (220) is connected with the corresponding insertion hole (121) and can slide along the left and right direction, so that the distance between the two separator bodies (210) is changed;
a separation prevention structure for connecting the insertion rod (220) and the insertion hole (121) and preventing the separation member (200) from separating from the chute mechanism (100).
2. The anti-separation cargo storage device according to claim 1, wherein the anti-separation structure comprises a catch (221) provided at an end of the insert rod (220) remote from the spacer body (210) and a catch (130) fastened to the insertion hole (121), the catch (130) being capable of engaging with the catch (221) to prevent the separation member (200) from separating from the chute mechanism (100).
3. The anti-drop cargo storage device according to claim 2, wherein the clip (130) is a snap ring through which the insert rod (220) passes, and the snap ring can slide under its own weight to snap into the snap groove (221).
4. The anti-drop cargo storage device according to claim 3, wherein a spring pressing piece (140) is further arranged in the insertion hole (121), and the spring pressing piece (140) elastically presses against the upper end of the snap ring to enable the snap ring to have a downward trend for buckling the snap ring in the snap groove (221).

The anti-falling goods storage device according to claim 3, wherein an elastic anti-falling piece (150) is arranged in the insertion hole (121), the elastic anti-falling piece (150) is provided with an anti-falling limiting hole (151) for fastening the snap ring, an opening (122) communicated with the insertion hole (121) is formed in the lower end of the slide rail mechanism (100), a disassembly and assembly distance for disassembling and assembling the snap ring is formed between the end face of the elastic anti-falling piece (150) and the wall face of the opening (122), and the elastic anti-falling piece (150) has a predetermined amount of elastic deformation and can be increased or decreased.
6. The thread-off prevention cargo storage device according to claim 5, wherein a lower end of the elastic thread-off prevention piece (150) is provided with a pressing portion protruding out of the opening (122).
7. The thread-off prevention storage device according to any one of claims 2 to 6, wherein a portion of the insert rod (220) where the catching groove (221) is provided and the catching piece (130) are made of a metal material.
8. The thread-off prevention cargo storage device according to any one of claims 2 to 6, wherein the catching groove (221) is provided as a transition slope (221a) near a side wall of the spacer body (210), and the catching piece (130) can enter and exit the catching groove (221) along the transition slope (221 a).
9. The thread-off prevention cargo storage device according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the elastic thread-off prevention piece (150) is further provided with a first friction damping projection (152), the elastic thread-off prevention piece (150) elastically abuts against a peripheral wall of the insert rod (220) through the first friction damping projection (152), and the first friction damping projection (152) is used for blocking the movement of the partition member (200).
10. The thread-off prevention cargo storage device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a second friction damping projection (121a) is provided on a peripheral wall of one of the insert bar (220) and the insert hole (121), the second friction damping projection (121a) abutting on a peripheral wall of the other, the second friction damping projection (121a) serving to block the movement of the partition member (200).
