Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a transparent hair conditioner with the effect of repairing hair scales.
Background
The hair is an accessory fibrous tissue of a human body, is an important component of the human body, has the physiological functions of preserving heat in winter, preventing the head from being subjected to strong sun exposure and the like, and can beautify the image of an individual.
Hair grows in hair follicles, hair follicle tissues are divided into hair papilla, hair bulb and sebaceous glands, capillaries, nerve endings, connective tissues and the like grow in the hair papilla, nutrients are provided for hair growth, and the hair follicle tissue plays an important role in hair growth.
The portion of hair in the follicle is called the root, while the exposed portion is called the shaft, which is divided from inside to outside into medulla, cortex and Mao Xiaopi. Mao Xiaopi is the outermost layer of hair and is formed by tiling 6 to 10 layers of coreless squamous keratinocytes. The hair scales are the outermost layer tissues for protecting the hair, the smoothness of the hair scales determines the luster and the carding property of the hair, and the hair scales which are arranged flatly are lustrous, because when the light irradiates the hair from one direction, if the hair scales are tidy, the light reflection ratio is more, and the generated diffuse reflection ratio is less, so that the glossiness of the hair is higher. Mao Xiaopi when being influenced by the outside, the hair scales are seemed to be seemingly uneven due to warping or cracking, and more serious, the hair scales are peeled off, so that the outer surface of the hair is in an uneven state, the damaged hair is irradiated by illumination, and the hair surface is dull due to diffuse reflection of light. The damaged hair scales can also lead the hair to be easy to wind and knot and difficult to comb.
The conventional hair conditioner is used after washing hair, and is a rinse-off type hair conditioner or a resident type hair conditioner, and no obvious cleaning component exists, so that the hair conditioner can be effectively spread on the surface of hair without being washed away by water in the use process, and can smooth and smooth the hair surface by flattening hair scales tilted on the surface of hair, and reducing the negative charge intensity on the surface of hair. However, it belongs to the palliative products, and after the hair conditioner attached to the skin is gradually consumed with time, the hair returns to a dull, poor state in which it is easy to twist and tie.

Example 3
Protein content determination was performed on the hydrolyzed conchiolin obtained in examples 1-2 using KjelMaster K-375 (fully automated KjelMaster Azometer).
The mechanism is as follows: the protein is an organic compound, a protein-containing organic compound sample, concentrated sulfuric acid and a catalyst are put into a test tube to be heated and digested together, so that the protein can be decomposed, decomposed ammonium ions and sulfate ions are combined to generate ammonium sulfate, then ammonia gas is dissociated under the action of alkaline distillation, and the dissociated ammonia gas and water vapor are cooled together by a condenser tube and then enter a titration cup filled with boric acid. And (3) after being absorbed by boric acid, titrating by hydrochloric acid titration solution with known concentration, and multiplying the conversion coefficient according to the consumption of acid to obtain the protein content.
The specific test results are shown in Table 1.

Example 7
The transparent hair conditioners prepared in examples 4 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were subjected to a combing property test.
The method is carried out by reference (Liu Peihua, mo Yuepeng, duan Haixia) for establishing and evaluating a novel moisturizing repair shampoo system [ J ]. Guangzhou chemical industry, 2010,38 (05): 176-178 ], and the specific test method is as follows:
(1) Measuring the dry comb combing force (F1) of the blank hair bundle;
(2) Automatically flushing the hair bundle by an instrument (S-2 combing force tester, TECHNO HASHIMOTO, co) to measure the wet combing force (F2) of the blank hair bundle;
(3) Treating the hair bundle twice by taking 0.1g of the hair conditioner to be tested, and measuring the wet comb combing force (F3) of the hair bundle;
(4) Airing, and measuring the combing force of the hair bundle and the comb (F4);
(5) The average value of 9 groups of continuous and stable carding forces is selected, and the ratio of the friction forces before and after the comparison is carried out.
Wet comb combing force lift% = (F2-F3)/f2×100%
Dry comb combing force lifting% = (F1-F4)/f1×100%
And under the dry state and the wet state of the hair, judging the merits of the hair combing performance by measuring the resistance and the change condition of the resistance of the mechanical comb in the hair combing process. The more friction force decrease indicates a higher degree of lift, indicating a better conditioning effect. The specific test results are shown in FIG. 1.
As shown by the test results in FIG. 1, the wet carding performance and the dry carding performance of the examples 4-6 are not significantly different, and are obviously superior to those of the control groups 1-4.
