One side of the machine body 19 is connected with a distribution box 18, a PLC controller is installed in the distribution box 18, and the PLC controller can adopt an S7-400 model.
The working principle is as follows: a workpiece to be cleaned is manually placed in a tool basket 17, the tool basket 17 is placed on a feeding conveying mechanism 1, the feeding conveying mechanism 1 conveys the tool basket 17 to a station to be cleaned, a mechanical arm 2 grabs the tool basket 17 according to the control of a PLC (programmable logic controller), the tool basket 17 is conveyed and processed slot by slot according to the processing time of each functional mechanism set by a system, the tool basket 17 is sequentially processed by a primary ultrasonic cleaning mechanism 3, a secondary ultrasonic cleaning mechanism 4, a spray cleaning mechanism 5, a primary ultrasonic rinsing mechanism 6, a secondary ultrasonic rinsing mechanism 7, a tertiary ultrasonic rinsing mechanism 8, a quaternary ultrasonic rinsing mechanism 9, a primary drying mechanism 10 and a secondary drying mechanism 11 and then is grabbed and conveyed to a discharging conveying mechanism 16 by the mechanical arm 2, the tool basket 17 is conveyed out of the equipment by the discharging conveying mechanism 16, and the cleaned workpiece is taken out by a worker.

An ultrasonic cleaning device for a positive and negative electrode plate comprises a feeding conveying mechanism (1) and a discharging conveying mechanism (16) which are arranged on a machine body (19), wherein a functional mechanism, a manipulator (2) and a tooling basket (17) are arranged between the feeding conveying mechanism (1) and the discharging conveying mechanism (16); the method is characterized in that: the functional mechanism comprises a primary ultrasonic cleaning mechanism (3), a secondary ultrasonic cleaning mechanism (4), a spraying cleaning mechanism (5), a primary ultrasonic rinsing mechanism (6), a secondary ultrasonic rinsing mechanism (7), a tertiary ultrasonic rinsing mechanism (8), a quartic ultrasonic rinsing mechanism (9), a primary drying mechanism (10) and a secondary drying mechanism (11) which are arranged on the machine body (19) in sequence; the manipulator (2) is installed on the upper portion of the machine body (19), the manipulator (2) comprises a transverse movement device, an up-and-down movement device installed on the transverse movement device, and a tooling basket extraction device connected to the lower end of the up-and-down movement device, and the tooling basket extraction device is connected with a tooling basket (17).

The ultrasonic cleaning device for the positive and negative electrode plates according to claim 1, wherein: the transverse movement device of the manipulator (2) comprises a drag chain (2-2), a first guide rail (2-3) and a rack (2-12), wherein the drag chain (2-2), the first guide rail (2-3) and the rack (2-12) are installed on a machine body (19), a slidable installation rack (2-14) is installed on the first guide rail (2-3), a transverse servo motor (2-1) is installed on one side of the installation rack (2-14), a gear matched with the rack (2-12) for use is installed on the transverse servo motor (2-1), and the gear rolls on the rack (2-12) to drive the installation rack (2-14) to;
