Abstract
The invention provides a skin care cream containing cicada extract components and a preparation method thereof, relating to the field of cosmetics and comprising the following raw material components in parts by weight: octyl methoxycinnamate, hemp powder, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, cetearyl alcohol, polydimethylsiloxane, propylene glycol, octocrylene, xanthan gum, lactic acid, hyaluronic acid; sunflower seed oil, phloretin, soybean lecithin, avocado oil, L-vitamin C, vitamin E, ferulic acid and L-hyaluronic acid; and (3) component III: herba Portulacae extractive solution, flos Matricariae Chamomillae extractive solution, Aloe extractive solution, folium Mori extractive solution, Ginseng radix extractive solution, herba Gynurae Divaricatae extractive solution, Corni fructus extractive solution, and cicada extract; and (4) a component IV: nano titanium dioxide, amber powder and nano zinc oxide/fullerene composite microspheres; and (B) a component V: deionized water, butanediol and glycerol, the skin care cream has good skin improvement effect, and the cicada extract has good effect on improving the skin.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to skin care cream containing cicada extract components and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Skin care has been a concern for many beauty-conscious women who spend a great deal of money and time in skin care. Application No.: 201510074653.9 discloses a cosmetic product containing a fullerene derivative. The composition comprises fullerene, polypeptide, hyaluronic acid, vitamin and collagen. The cosmetic composition of the present invention contains fullerene. The fullerene can strongly resist oxidation, can remove free radicals, can resist aging after being used, and can restore skin vitality. The ingredients are matched for use, so that the water can be effectively supplemented, the skin can be moistened for a long time, and the whitening effect is achieved.
Application No.: patent 201510381467.X discloses a BB cream containing nostoc sphaeroides extract, which comprises the following raw materials: nostoc sphaeroides extract, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, isononyl isononanoate, C12-15 alcohol benzoate, octyl methicone, tocopheryl acetate, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, glycerol, butylene glycol, sodium chloride, betaine, essence and the like, and the solvent is water. The BB cream containing the nostoc sphaeroides extract can hide pores, improve skin color, effectively cover facial blemishes, smooth skin fine lines, promote collagen synthesis and inhibit melanin generation, so that the skin is shiny and beautiful, and is brighter and firmer. The invention also provides a preparation method of BB cream containing nostoc sphaeroides extract, which is simple and effective and can reduce production cost.
Application No.: 201410425432.7 discloses a BB cream with long-acting moisture retention function, which is composed of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, isotridecanol isononanoate, superfine silicon-treated titanium dioxide, nanometer silicon-treated titanium dioxide, PEG-9 polydimethylsiloxane ethyl polydimethylsiloxane, phenyl trimethicone, polydimethylsiloxane, PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane (and) polydimethylsiloxane/vinyl polydimethylsiloxane cross-linked polymer (and) polydimethylsiloxane, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane/distearyldimethylammonium hectorite/propylene carbonate, etc. The invention also provides a preparation method of the BB cream. The BB cream disclosed by the invention is fine and smooth in skin feel, light, thin and breathable, has a moisturizing effect for eight hours, can obviously increase the water content of the horny layer of the skin, and realizes long-time moisturizing and no-floating make-up.
The cosmetic has single function and poor scar care effect.

and (B) a component V: 110 parts of deionized water, 20 parts of butanediol and 15 parts of glycerol.
Preferably, the preparation method of the cicada extract comprises the following steps: soaking and washing golden cicada with salt water, drying, grinding into powder, adding the powder into absolute ethyl alcohol, heating and refluxing for extraction for 4-6h, filtering, adding coconut shell activated carbon into filtrate, heating and refluxing for adsorption for 5-10h, filtering, concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure, adding dichloromethane and water according to a volume ratio of 1:1, stirring at room temperature for 30-40min, separating liquid, concentrating the dichloromethane phase under reduced pressure to obtain thick paste, freeze-drying at low temperature, and grinding to obtain the golden cicada extract.
Preferably, the preparation method of the nano zinc oxide/fullerene composite microsphere comprises the following steps:
(1) putting fullerene into a mixed solution of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, heating to reflux for 2-5h, then filtering, washing with water to neutrality, mixing with stearic acid, adding into a sulfuric acid solution, heating to reflux for 2-5h, filtering again, and washing with water to neutrality to obtain pre-modified fullerene;
(2) adding triethanolamine and zinc acetate into ethanol, performing ultrasonic oscillation for 20-40min, adding the pre-modified fullerene and polyethylene glycol, adjusting the pH to 10 with a proper amount of ammonia water, stirring and reacting for 4-6h at room temperature, then oscillating for 30min, performing suction filtration, leaching with water and ethanol for three times respectively, and placing into an oven for drying to obtain the nano zinc oxide/fullerene composite microsphere.
Preferably, the molar concentrations of the concentrated sulfuric acid and the concentrated nitric acid are both 10 mol/L.
Preferably, the volume ratio of the concentrated sulfuric acid to the concentrated nitric acid is 2-4: 1.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the fullerene to the stearic acid is 1: 5-10.
Preferably, the temperature for oven drying is 50-65 ℃.
The preparation method of the skin care cream containing the cicada extract comprises the following steps:
(1) and (3) mixing a component V: mixing deionized water, butanediol and glycerol, heating to 30-40 deg.C, stirring at 500rpm for 30 min;
(2) sequentially mixing the components III: the feed comprises purslane extract, chamomile extract, aloe extract, mulberry leaf extract, ginseng extract, red tassel-combined chrysanthemum extract, dogwood extract and cicada extract, and is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: adding the nano titanium dioxide, the amber powder and the nano zinc oxide/fullerene composite microspheres into the component V, heating to 55 ℃, and stirring for 1-3 hours;
(3) and (3) mixing the components II: adding sunflower seed oil, phloretin, soybean lecithin, avocado oil, L-vitamin C, vitamin E, ferulic acid and L-hyaluronic acid, heating to 75 deg.C, stirring at 1500rpm for 20-40min, and cooling to 50 deg.C;
(4) mixing a component I: adding octyl methoxycinnamate, hemp powder, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, cetostearyl alcohol, polydimethylsiloxane, propylene glycol, octocrylene, xanthan gum, lactic acid and hyaluronic acid, stirring at 1000-1500rpm for 5min, then stirring at 2000rpm for 40min, stirring at 4000rpm for 10min, and naturally cooling to room temperature.

The invention provides a skin care cream containing cicada extract components and a preparation method thereof, and the skin care cream has the following beneficial effects:
in the component I, octyl methoxycinnamate can absorb UVB in sunlight and protect skin from being damaged, the component is the most widely used UVB sunscreen agent at present, hemp powder can effectively shield and absorb ultraviolet rays and has the effects of after-sun repair and the like, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor is an ultraviolet filtering agent, cetostearyl alcohol and polydimethylsiloxane are used as emulsifying agents, propylene glycol is used as a humectant, and the addition of octocrylene is beneficial to the dissolution of other oil-soluble solid sunscreen agents; removing stratum corneum to make skin rapidly renewed; the hyaluronic acid is a natural anti-aging agent, can increase the elasticity and the firmness of skin, has a certain whitening effect, has the effects of moisturizing and nourishing the skin, and can improve the lubrication degree of the skin;
in the component II, the sunflower seed oil, the soybean lecithin and the avocado oil are moisturizing and oily components, the soybean lecithin also has the effects of oxidation resistance, static resistance, softness, pigmentation elimination and the like, the phloretin is rich in active hydroxyl groups and has various biological activity effects, oxidation resistance, aging delay, skin whitening, inflammation resistance and freckle removal are realized, the antioxidant effect of the levovitamin C can be improved by the compound use of the levovitamin C and the vitamin E, the molecular weight of the ferulic acid is about 194 daltons, the micromolecule low water solubility characteristic of the ferulic acid enables the ferulic acid to conveniently enter the skin to play the biological activity, the antioxidant, whitening and inflammation resistance effects are obvious, and the levohyaluronic acid can moisten, smooth, soft and elastic the skin through digestion and absorption; it can be used for delaying aging.

(1) putting fullerene into a mixed solution of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, wherein the molar concentrations of the concentrated sulfuric acid and the concentrated nitric acid are both 10mol/L and the volume ratio of the concentrated sulfuric acid to the concentrated nitric acid is 3:1, heating the mixture to reflux reaction for 4 hours, then filtering the mixture, washing the mixture to be neutral, mixing the mixture with stearic acid, adding the mixture into a sulfuric acid solution, heating the mixture to reflux reaction for 4 hours, wherein the weight ratio of the fullerene to the stearic acid is 1:8, filtering the mixture, and washing the mixture to be neutral to obtain pre-modified fullerene;
(2) adding triethanolamine and zinc acetate into ethanol, performing ultrasonic oscillation for 25min, adding the pre-modified fullerene and polyethylene glycol, adjusting the pH to 10 by using a proper amount of ammonia water, stirring and reacting for 5h at room temperature, then oscillating for 30min, performing suction filtration, leaching with water and ethanol for three times respectively, and drying in an oven at 60 ℃ to obtain the nano zinc oxide/fullerene composite microsphere.
The preparation method of the skin care cream containing the cicada extract comprises the following steps:
(1) and (3) mixing a component V: mixing deionized water, butanediol and glycerol, heating to 35 deg.C, stirring at 500rpm for 30 min;
(2) sequentially mixing the components III: the feed comprises purslane extract, chamomile extract, aloe extract, mulberry leaf extract, ginseng extract, red tassel-combined chrysanthemum extract, dogwood extract and cicada extract, and is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: adding the nano titanium dioxide, the amber powder and the nano zinc oxide/fullerene composite microspheres into the component V, heating to 55 ℃, and stirring for 2.5 hours;
(3) and (3) mixing the components II: adding sunflower seed oil, phloretin, soybean lecithin, avocado oil, L-vitamin C, vitamin E, ferulic acid, and L-hyaluronic acid, heating to 75 deg.C and 1200rpm, stirring for 25min, and cooling to 50 deg.C;

and (4) a component IV: 5 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 2 parts of amber powder and 3 parts of nano zinc oxide/fullerene composite microspheres;
and (B) a component V: 120 parts of deionized water, 15 parts of butanediol and 20 parts of glycerol.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) and (3) mixing a component V: mixing deionized water, butanediol and glycerol, heating to 35 deg.C, stirring at 500rpm for 30 min;

and (2) component II: 2 parts of sunflower seed oil, 0.03 part of phloretin, 0.4 part of soybean lecithin, 2 parts of avocado oil, 0.8 part of levovitamin C, 0.04 part of vitamin E, 0.06 part of ferulic acid and 0.08 part of levohyaluronic acid;

The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) and (3) mixing a component V: mixing deionized water, butanediol and glycerol, heating to 35 deg.C, stirring at 500rpm for 30 min;
(2) sequentially mixing the components III: the composition comprises purslane extract, chamomile extract, aloe extract, mulberry leaf extract, ginseng extract, red tassel chrysanthemum extract and dogwood extract, and is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: adding the nano titanium dioxide, the amber powder and the nano zinc oxide/fullerene composite microspheres into the component V, heating to 55 ℃, and stirring for 2.5 hours;
(3) and (3) mixing the components II: adding sunflower seed oil, phloretin, soybean lecithin, avocado oil, L-vitamin C, vitamin E, ferulic acid, and L-hyaluronic acid, heating to 75 deg.C and 1200rpm, stirring for 25min, and cooling to 50 deg.C;
(4) mixing a component I: adding octyl methoxycinnamate, hemp powder, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, cetearyl alcohol, polydimethylsiloxane, propylene glycol, octocrylene, xanthan gum, lactic acid and hyaluronic acid, stirring at 1400rpm for 5min, stirring at 2000rpm for 40min, stirring at 4000rpm for 10min, and naturally cooling to room temperature.
Essentially the same as in example 1, except that no cicada extract was present in fraction iii.

moisture retention efficacy assay
The skin care cream prepared in example 1 of the present invention was subjected to moisturizing efficacy measurement using a CM825 model skin oil, water, acid and base tester, with reference to a cosmetic moisturizing efficacy measurement method (MMV method).
The method is based on the principle that the stratum corneum contains a large amount of electrolytes, the electrolytes in water have conductivity, the phenomenon is generated on the surface of the skin, and the hydration state of the skin is reflected by the change of the conductivity after a test probe is contacted with the skin.
Healthy and non-dermatosis volunteer subjects 5 (indicated by Roman numerals I-V, respectively) were selected, and 2cm × 5cm test areas were marked on the inner sides of the left and right arms in the test, and 2 areas were marked on the same arm at the same time.
The MMV value of the tested area is tested and recorded. Each area was measured 3 times in parallel, and the average value was used as a blank X0Then according to 2mg/cm2The skin care cream prepared in example 1 of the present invention was uniformly applied to the test area.
Measuring skin humidity value X of the tested area and the control area for 1h, 2h, 3h, 4h and 5h after smearing respectively1、X2、X3、X4、X5The test of the same volunteer was performed by the same measurement staff. The ambient temperature (25 + -2) deg.C and humidity (40-60% relative humidity) were constant during the test, and the results of the percent change in skin humidity are shown in Table 1 below.

as can be seen from table 1 above, the skin care cream prepared according to the present invention has a certain moisture content, and is excellent in moisture absorption property, while maintaining skin moisture for a long period of time.
Clinical experiments are as follows:
300 healthy women are selected as test objects, the age is 18-65 years, the average age is 38 years, no skin allergic diseases exist, and the facial skin of the test objects mainly shows that: the facial skin was dry, inelastic, skinned, rough, and scarred, and divided into three test groups of 100 each, test group, comparative group 1, and comparative group 2, respectively, and the test was performed using the samples of inventive example 1, comparative example 1, and comparative example 2, respectively, and the results are shown in table 2 below.
Effect grade standard:
a level: the skin is moist and smooth, the peeling phenomenon is completely eliminated, the skin color is ruddy and elastic, the skin moisture increasing rate is more than 10 percent, and scars are difficult to observe;
b stage: the skin is dry and has improved peeling phenomenon, the skin color is better, the elasticity is increased, the skin moisture increasing rate is between 5 and 10 percent, and scars are lightened but can be observed;
c level: the phenomena of dry skin and peeling skin are slightly improved, the skin color is better but the elasticity is not increased greatly, the skin moisture increasing rate is between 2 and 5 percent, and scars are lightened by naked eye observation;
d stage: the skin dryness and peeling phenomena are not greatly improved, the skin color is slightly improved but the elasticity is not increased, the skin moisture increasing rate is below 2 percent, and scars are slightly lightened;
e, grade: the skin is dry and skinning phenomenon is not improved, the skin color is not improved, the elasticity is not increased, and the skin moisture and scars are not changed;

as can be seen from table 2 above, the skin care cream containing component iii is the most effective in improving skin, and the cicada extract contained in component iii is the most effective in improving skin.

1. The skin care cream containing the cicada extract component is characterized by comprising the following raw material components in parts by weight:
the component I: 0.5-2 parts of octyl methoxycinnamate, 1-2 parts of hemp powder, 0.1-0.5 part of 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, 0.8-1.5 parts of cetearyl alcohol, 0.1-1 part of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.6-2 parts of propylene glycol, 0.01-0.08 part of octocrylene, 0.01-0.05 part of xanthan gum, 0.1-0.6 part of lactic acid and 1-3 parts of hyaluronic acid;
and (2) component II: 1-4 parts of sunflower seed oil, 0.01-0.03 part of phloretin, 0.1-0.5 part of soybean lecithin, 1-5 parts of avocado oil, 0.5-1 part of levorotatory vitamin C, 0.01-0.05 part of vitamin E, 0.05-0.2 part of ferulic acid and 0.05-0.1 part of levorotatory hyaluronic acid;
and (3) component III: 0.5-1 part of purslane extract, 2-5 parts of chamomile extract, 0.1-0.5 part of aloe extract, 0.3-0.6 part of mulberry leaf extract, 0.01-0.1 part of ginseng extract, 0.2-0.6 part of red tassel and chrysanthemum flower extract, 0.01-0.05 part of dogwood extract and 0.5-1 part of cicada extract;
and (4) a component IV: 5-11 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 1-3 parts of amber powder and 1-3 parts of nano zinc oxide/fullerene composite microspheres;
and (B) a component V: 100-120 parts of deionized water, 10-20 parts of butanediol and 10-20 parts of glycerol.
2. The skin care cream containing cicada extract components as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight:
the component I: 0.8 part of octyl methoxycinnamate, 1 part of hemp powder, 0.2 part of 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, 1.2 parts of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.6 part of polydimethylsiloxane, 1.5 parts of propylene glycol, 0.02 part of octocrylene, 0.04 part of xanthan gum, 0.5 part of lactic acid and 2 parts of hyaluronic acid;
and (2) component II: 2 parts of sunflower seed oil, 0.03 part of phloretin, 0.4 part of soybean lecithin, 2 parts of avocado oil, 0.8 part of levovitamin C, 0.04 part of vitamin E, 0.06 part of ferulic acid and 0.08 part of levohyaluronic acid;
and (3) component III: 1 part of purslane extract, 4 parts of chamomile extract, 0.4 part of aloe extract, 0.5 part of mulberry leaf extract, 0.07 part of ginseng extract, 0.2 part of red tassel-combined chrysanthemum extract, 0.04 part of dogwood extract and 1 part of cicada extract;
and (4) a component IV: 5 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 2 parts of amber powder and 3 parts of nano zinc oxide/fullerene composite microspheres;
and (B) a component V: 120 parts of deionized water, 15 parts of butanediol and 20 parts of glycerol.
3. The skin care cream containing cicada extract components as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight:
the component I: 2 parts of octyl methoxycinnamate, 1.2 parts of hemp powder, 0.2 part of 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, 1.5 parts of cetostearyl alcohol, 0.2 part of polydimethylsiloxane, 1 part of propylene glycol, 0.05 part of octocrylene, 0.02 part of xanthan gum, 0.1 part of lactic acid and 2 parts of hyaluronic acid;
and (2) component II: 4 parts of sunflower seed oil, 0.01 part of phloretin, 0.2 part of soybean lecithin, 1.5 parts of avocado oil, 0.5 part of levorotatory vitamin C, 0.04 part of vitamin E, 0.05 part of ferulic acid and 0.05 part of levorotatory hyaluronic acid;
and (3) component III: 0.5 part of purslane extract, 4 parts of chamomile extract, 0.2 part of aloe extract, 0.4 part of mulberry leaf extract, 0.01 part of ginseng extract, 0.2 part of red tassel and ear chrysanthemum extract, 0.03 part of dogwood extract and 0.8 part of cicada extract;
and (4) a component IV: 10 parts of nano titanium dioxide, 2.5 parts of amber powder and 3 parts of nano zinc oxide/fullerene composite microspheres;
and (B) a component V: 110 parts of deionized water, 20 parts of butanediol and 15 parts of glycerol.

The skin care cream containing cicada extract components of claim 1, wherein the cicada extract is prepared by the method comprising: soaking and washing golden cicada with salt water, drying, grinding into powder, adding the powder into absolute ethyl alcohol, heating and refluxing for extraction for 4-6h, filtering, adding coconut shell activated carbon into filtrate, heating and refluxing for adsorption for 5-10h, filtering, concentrating the filtrate under reduced pressure, adding dichloromethane and water according to a volume ratio of 1:1, stirring at room temperature for 30-40min, separating liquid, concentrating the dichloromethane phase under reduced pressure to obtain thick paste, freeze-drying at low temperature, and grinding to obtain the golden cicada extract.
5. The skin care cream containing cicada extract components as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the nano zinc oxide/fullerene composite microspheres comprises:
(1) putting fullerene into a mixed solution of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, heating to reflux for 2-5h, then filtering, washing with water to neutrality, mixing with stearic acid, adding into a sulfuric acid solution, heating to reflux for 2-5h, filtering again, and washing with water to neutrality to obtain pre-modified fullerene;
(2) adding triethanolamine and zinc acetate into ethanol, performing ultrasonic oscillation for 20-40min, adding the pre-modified fullerene and polyethylene glycol, adjusting the pH to 10 with a proper amount of ammonia water, stirring and reacting for 4-6h at room temperature, then oscillating for 30min, performing suction filtration, leaching with water and ethanol for three times respectively, and placing into an oven for drying to obtain the nano zinc oxide/fullerene composite microsphere.
6. The skin care cream containing cicada extract component according to claim 5, wherein the molar concentration of the concentrated sulfuric acid and the concentrated nitric acid is 10 mol/L.
7. The skin care cream containing cicada extract as claimed in claim 5, wherein the volume ratio of concentrated sulfuric acid to concentrated nitric acid is 2-4: 1.
8. The skin care cream containing cicada extract as claimed in claim 5, wherein the weight ratio of fullerene to stearic acid is 1: 5-10.
9. The skin care cream containing cicada extract ingredient as claimed in claim 5, wherein the oven drying temperature is 50-65 ℃.
10. The method of preparing a skin care cream containing cicada extract ingredients according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) and (3) mixing a component V: mixing deionized water, butanediol and glycerol, heating to 30-40 deg.C, stirring at 500rpm for 30 min;
(2) sequentially mixing the components III: the feed comprises purslane extract, chamomile extract, aloe extract, mulberry leaf extract, ginseng extract, red tassel-combined chrysanthemum extract, dogwood extract and cicada extract, and is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: adding the nano titanium dioxide, the amber powder and the nano zinc oxide/fullerene composite microspheres into the component V, heating to 55 ℃, and stirring for 1-3 hours;
(3) and (3) mixing the components II: adding sunflower seed oil, phloretin, soybean lecithin, avocado oil, L-vitamin C, vitamin E, ferulic acid and L-hyaluronic acid, heating to 75 deg.C, stirring at 1500rpm for 20-40min, and cooling to 50 deg.C;
(4) mixing a component I: adding octyl methoxycinnamate, hemp powder, 4-methylbenzylidene camphor, cetostearyl alcohol, polydimethylsiloxane, propylene glycol, octocrylene, xanthan gum, lactic acid and hyaluronic acid, stirring at 1000-1500rpm for 5min, then stirring at 2000rpm for 40min, stirring at 4000rpm for 10min, and naturally cooling to room temperature.
