As shown in fig. 1, the automatic chamfering machine for the green body comprises a bottom frame; two groups of longitudinal beams 2 are welded on the underframe 1, an upper sliding rail 3-1 and a lower sliding rail 3-2 are respectively reserved on the longitudinal beams 2 up and down, the upper sliding rail 3-1 is in sliding contact with a sliding foot 4, the sliding foot 4 is arranged at the bottom of a movable support 5, the front end of the movable support 5 is vertically connected with a cutting support 6, a sliding rod 7 is horizontally arranged on the front end face of the cutting support 6, and a chamfering device 8 is movably arranged on the sliding rod 7 through a manual adjusting limiting piece 9. Wherein, the chassis 1 is vertically installed on the transportation line, ensuring that the bottom surface of the cutting bracket 6 is kept in a horizontal state. During transport of the blanks on the transport line, the adjusting slide foot 4 moves downwards along the longitudinal beam 2. Wherein, the movable support 5 completes the position adjusting procedure through the telescopic rod at the front end of the rodless cylinder 10. Meanwhile, in order to keep the rodless cylinder 10 horizontal with the bottom frame of the movable bracket 5, an ear piece 11 is mounted on the bottom frame 1, and the position of the rodless cylinder 10 is fixed by the ear piece 11.
As shown in fig. 1, the lower slide rail 3-2 is provided with a limit groove 13, the limit groove 13 is connected with the anti-falling member 12 through a rolling pin, and the top end of the anti-falling member 12 is fixedly connected with the movable bracket 5. Wherein in order to avoid that the centre of gravity of the cutting carriage 6 is not coincident with the centre of gravity of the moving carriage 5, the cutting carriage 6 is caused to roll sideways. The lower slide rail 3-2 is provided with a limit groove 13, and the movable support 5 is integrally connected with the underframe 1 by utilizing the anti-falling member 12, so that the technical problem of inconsistent gravity centers is solved.
