The embodiment provides an operating method of a side-hung three-chuck pipe cutting machine as described in the first embodiment, including:
conveying the pipe to be cut into a clamping area of a feeding clamping arm through a feeding chain, and driving the feeding clamping arm to move into a central area of a feeding integrated chuck through a telescopic cylinder;
the feeding integrated chuck is driven to advance by a walking motor, the position of the pipe is sensed according to a pipe position sensor, the pipe is moved to the optimal position where the pipe can be clamped and stopped, the pipe is clamped, then the feeding integrated chuck continues to advance, and the pipe to be cut is sent into the middle clamping integrated chuck;
the middle-clamping integrated chuck clamps a pipe to be cut, an auxiliary cross beam of the cutting machine head is driven by an auxiliary cross beam motion motor to move right above the pipe to be cut, and the laser cutting head moves up and down on a cross beam sliding table through a laser head plate to cut the pipe to be cut;
after cutting is finished, the tail-clamp integrated chuck drives the pipe close to the cut end to move and clamp according to the walking speed reducing motor, and the pipe is driven to move to the material collecting wall;
the material receiving wall clamps the pipes, the tail clamp integrated chuck loosens the pipes and moves the pipes to the initial position, the material receiving arm and the cut pipes are retracted together, the cut pipes are placed on the discharging chain, and the pipes are sent out.

the cutting machine head is supported on two sides of the lathe bed and the middle clamping integrated chuck through the beam stand column and the main beam, the auxiliary beam is connected on the top surface of the main beam in a sliding mode, the side surface of the auxiliary beam is connected with the beam sliding table in a sliding mode, the beam sliding table is connected with the laser head plate in a sliding mode, and the laser head plate is fixedly connected with a laser cutting head.

The side-hung three-chuck pipe cutting machine according to claim 1, wherein the main beam is connected with the auxiliary beam through a guide rail, the auxiliary beam comprises a connecting plate, a through hole is formed in the connecting plate, an auxiliary beam moving motor is fixed at the through hole, a gear is arranged on the auxiliary beam moving motor, and the gear is connected with the main beam through a rack arranged on the main beam;
the auxiliary cross beam is perpendicular to the main cross beam, two guide rails are arranged on the side face of one end, extending out of the main cross beam, of the auxiliary cross beam, and a transmission screw rod is arranged between the two guide rails; the auxiliary cross beam is connected with the cross beam sliding table through a guide rail and a transmission lead screw.
3. The side-hung three-chuck pipe cutting machine according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of the feeding mechanisms are coaxially arranged at intervals at the front bed; the feeding mechanism comprises a feeding support, a feeding chain and a feeding clamping arm; wherein,
a feeding driving chain wheel is fixed at the tail end of the feeding support far away from the front machine body, a feeding driven chain wheel is fixed at one end of the feeding support near the front machine body, and feeding chain rows are wound on the feeding driving chain wheel and the feeding driven chain wheel; the plurality of feeding driving sprockets are coaxially connected and synchronously rotate;
the side surface of one end, close to the front lathe bed, of the feeding support is also connected with a feeding clamping arm, and the feeding clamping arm is connected with a telescopic rod of a telescopic cylinder to realize up-and-down movement; and a feeding conveying motor is further fixed on the support rod at one end of the feeding support far away from the front bed body and is connected with the driving chain wheel through a feeding chain block.

a discharging driving chain wheel is fixed at the tail end of the discharging support far away from the tail machine body, a discharging driven chain wheel is fixed at one end of the discharging support near the tail machine body, and a discharging chain is wound on the discharging driving chain wheel and the discharging driven chain wheel; a plurality of blanking driving sprockets are coaxially connected and synchronously rotate;
the side surface of one end, close to the tail lathe bed, of the blanking support is also connected with a material receiving wall, and the material receiving wall is connected with a telescopic rod of a telescopic cylinder to realize up-and-down movement; and a blanking conveying motor is further fixed on the support rod at one end of the blanking support far away from the tail lathe body and is connected with a blanking driving sprocket through a blanking chain block.
