Abstract
本发明公开一种过滤陶瓷载体及制备方法,其中,过滤陶瓷载体其原料按质量份数计包括如下组分:15~25质量份的陶瓷泥、70~85质量份的三氧化二铝、2~5质量份的含锂添加剂。在本发明中,通过控制焙烧温度为1250℃~1400℃,从而提高α‑Al2O3含量,有助于提高该陶瓷砖的断裂模数,并增加过滤陶瓷载体刚度;通过控制各种原料的配比,有利于提高过滤陶瓷载体中堇青石相的含量,提高气孔率和形成三维连通的气孔,获得良好过滤性能。增加煅烧三氧化二铝的含量,有利于多孔过滤陶瓷砖中形成少量的刚玉相。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷制造技术领域,具体涉及一种过滤陶瓷载体及制备方法。
背景技术
净化装置的结构包括载体(即多孔陶瓷)和负载在载体上的催化剂,载体的孔隙越多越均匀,则载体的有效吸附表面积越大,净化能力越强。目前的载体的成孔剂一般为有机成孔剂,如天然纤维、高分子聚合物和有机酸等,有机成孔剂在远低于载体烧结温度下分解,分解后留下孔隙,这些孔隙,尤其是一些小孔,容易在后面的高温烧结成型时封闭,造成载体的孔隙率低,催化能力差。
因此有必要提供一种新型的过滤陶瓷载体,以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种过滤陶瓷载体及制备方法,以解决现有锂云母焙烧浸注渣无法有效利用的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出的过滤陶瓷载体,其原料按质量份数计包括如下组分:
15~25质量份的陶瓷泥、70~85质量份的三氧化二铝、2~5质量份的含锂添加剂。
优选地,按质量份数计,所述陶瓷泥包括如下组分:
65~75质量份的氧化硅、8~12质量份的三氧化二铝、0.05~0.30质量份的三氧化二铁、7.5~10.5质量份的氧化钙、1.5~3质量份的氧化钠和1~2质量份的五氧化二磷。
优选地,所述含锂添加剂为锂辉石。
本发明还提供了一种过滤陶瓷载体的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、取15~25质量份的陶瓷泥、70~85质量份的三氧化二铝、2~5质量份的含锂添加剂混合,研磨成粉状原料;
步骤二、将所述步骤一中生产的粉状原料焙烧,吸附处理,制成所述权利要求1至3中任一项所述的过滤陶瓷载体。
优选地,所述步骤一中包括:
取15~25质量份的陶瓷泥、70~85质量份的三氧化二铝、2~5质量份的含锂添加剂混合,研磨成粒径为50~200目的粉状原料。
优选地,所述步骤二包括:
将步骤一中生产的粉状原料在1250℃~1400℃焙烧,放入超纯水中冷却,加入阴离子吸附树脂吸附25min后,超纯水清洗至清洗液中性,干燥,制成所述过滤陶瓷载体。
优选地,所述含锂添加剂为锂辉石。

本发明提供了一种过滤陶瓷载体,其原料按质量份数计包括如下组分:
15~25质量份的陶瓷泥、70~85质量份的三氧化二铝、2~5质量份的含锂添加剂。
具体地,陶瓷泥为高岭土、钾长石、钠长石、石英、羟基磷酸钙、滑石等组成,陶瓷泥组分包括:65~75质量份的氧化硅、8~12质量份的三氧化二铝;0.05~0.30质量份的三氧化二铁、7.5~10.5质量份的氧化钙、1.5~3质量份的氧化钠和1~2质量份的五氧化二磷。所述含锂添加剂为锂辉石。
本发明还提供了一种过滤陶瓷载体的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、取15~25质量份的陶瓷泥、70~85质量份的三氧化二铝、2~5质量份的含锂添加剂混合,研磨成粉状原料;
具体地,取15~25质量份的陶瓷泥、70~85质量份的三氧化二铝、2~5质量份的含锂添加剂混合,研磨成粒径为50~200目的粉状原料。所述含锂添加剂为锂辉石。碳酸锂可以提供氧化锂,氧化锂具有很强的助熔能力,对于陶瓷起到助熔降温的作用;同时碳酸锂产生二氧化碳可促进孔隙的产生。
在本实施例中,三氧化二铝为纳米级三氧化二铝,从而可显著提高过滤陶瓷载体的抗弯强度和断裂韧性,降低晶粒度。
步骤S2、将步骤S1中生产的粉状原料焙烧,吸附处理,制成上述的过滤陶瓷载体。
具体地,将步骤S1中生产的粉状原料在1250℃~1400℃焙烧,放入超纯水中冷却,加入阴离子吸附树脂吸附25min后,超纯水清洗至清洗液中性,干燥,制成所述过滤陶瓷载体。

取20g的陶瓷泥、77g三氧化二铝、3g锂辉石混合,研磨成粒径为100目的粉状原料;
将粉状原料1300℃焙烧,放入超纯水中冷却,加入阴离子吸附树脂吸附25min后,超纯水清洗至清洗液中性,干燥,制成所述过滤陶瓷载体。
实施例2
取15g的陶瓷泥、70g三氧化二铝、2g锂辉石混合,研磨成粒径为50目的粉状原料;
将粉状原料1250℃焙烧,放入超纯水中冷却,加入阴离子吸附树脂吸附25min后,超纯水清洗至清洗液中性,干燥,制成所述过滤陶瓷载体。
实施例3
取25g的陶瓷泥、85g三氧化二铝、5g锂辉石混合,研磨成粒径为200目的粉状原料;
将粉状原料1400℃焙烧,放入超纯水中冷却,加入阴离子吸附树脂吸附25min后,超纯水清洗至清洗液中性,干燥,制成所述过滤陶瓷载体。
实施例4
取17g的陶瓷泥、80g三氧化二铝、5g锂辉石混合,研磨成粒径为150目的粉状原料;
将粉状原料1300℃焙烧,放入超纯水中冷却,加入阴离子吸附树脂吸附25min后,超纯水清洗至清洗液中性,干燥,制成所述过滤陶瓷载体。
实施例5
取20g的陶瓷泥、80g三氧化二铝、4g锂辉石混合,研磨成粒径为200目的粉状原料;
将粉状原料1300℃焙烧,放入超纯水中冷却,加入阴离子吸附树脂吸附25min后,超纯水清洗至清洗液中性,干燥,制成所述过滤陶瓷载体。
采用JC/T686-1998对实施例1至5中制备的过滤陶瓷载体进行测试,测试数据如下:

Claims (7)
1.一种过滤陶瓷载体,其特征在于,其原料按质量份数计包括如下组分:
15~25质量份的陶瓷泥、70~85质量份的三氧化二铝、2~5质量份的含锂添加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过滤陶瓷载体,其特征在于,按质量份数计,所述陶瓷泥包括如下组分:
65~75质量份的氧化硅、8~12质量份的三氧化二铝、0.05~0.30质量份的三氧化二铁、7.5~10.5质量份的氧化钙、1.5~3质量份的氧化钠和1~2质量份的五氧化二磷。
3.根据权利要求1所述的过滤陶瓷载体,其特征在于,所述含锂添加剂为锂辉石。
4.一种过滤陶瓷载体的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、取15~25质量份的陶瓷泥、70~85质量份的三氧化二铝、2~5质量份的含锂添加剂混合,研磨成粉状原料;
步骤二、将所述步骤一中生产的粉状原料焙烧,吸附处理,制成所述权利要求1至3中任一项所述的过滤陶瓷载体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的过滤陶瓷载体的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中包括:
取15~25质量份的陶瓷泥、70~85质量份的三氧化二铝、2~5质量份的含锂添加剂混合,研磨成粒径为50~200目的粉状原料。
6.根据权利要求4所述的过滤陶瓷载体的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二包括:
将步骤一中生产的粉状原料在1250℃~1400℃焙烧,放入超纯水中冷却,加入阴离子吸附树脂吸附25min后,超纯水清洗至清洗液中性,干燥,制成所述过滤陶瓷载体。
7.根据权利要求4所述的过滤陶瓷载体的制备方法,其特征在于,所述含锂添加剂为锂辉石。
