本发明公开了一种二元乙丙基高耐候型电线电缆橡胶防护套,各原料及其质量份数为:二元乙丙橡胶、100份;白炭黑、35~45份;PEG‑4000、4.3~4.7份;防老剂AW、1.3~1.6份;微晶蜡、1.0~1.4份;交联剂、5.5~6.5份;交联助剂、2.7~3.3份;硫黄、0.3~0.8份;氧化镁、4.0~6.0份;石蜡油、55~65份;耐光剂、2.0~4.0份;硫酸钡、15~25份;钛白粉、40~60份。本发明二元乙丙基高耐候型电线电缆橡胶防护套,采用过氧化物硫化法,性能更优异,能够满足产品需求,具有较好的市场前景。

二元乙丙基高耐候型电线电缆橡胶防护套及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种二元乙丙基高耐候型电线电缆橡胶防护套及其制备方法,属于橡胶制品制造领域。
背景技术
电线电缆橡胶防护套是敷设在电线电缆外面的橡胶配套产品,随着电线电缆行业的高速发展及现代电子元器件配套的需要,市场不仅要求电线电缆橡胶防护套具有良好的弹性、电绝缘性,还对橡胶防护套提出了较高的耐候要求,要求其具备良好的耐热性,耐臭氧老化性、耐光性、耐水性等。二元乙丙橡胶是乙烯和丙烯的无规共聚物,为非结晶性不饱和橡胶,且无极性,是制造电线电缆的良好材料。
发明内容
为了满足电线电缆良好的耐候性使用要求,本发明提供了一种二元乙丙基高耐候型电线电缆橡胶防护套,其特征在于:各原料及其质量份数为:
二元乙丙橡胶、100份;白炭黑、35~45份;PEG-4000、4.3~4.7份;防老剂AW、1.3~1.6份;微晶蜡、1.0~1.4份;交联剂、5.5~6.5份;交联助剂、2.7~3.3份;硫磺 、0.3~0.8份;氧化镁、4.0~6.0份;石蜡油、55~65 份;耐光剂、2.0~4.0份;硫酸钡、15~25份;钛白粉、40~60份。
本发明所述的二元乙丙基高耐候型电线电缆橡胶防护套的一种优化方案:根据需要可以添加1-2分着色剂。
本发明所述的二元乙丙基高耐候型电线电缆橡胶防护套的一种优化方案:所述交联剂为:过氧化二异丙苯(DCP),或过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)与2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(叔丁基过氧基)己烷(双2,5)二者任意比并用。
本发明所述的二元乙丙基高耐候型电线电缆橡胶防护套的一种优化方案:所述耐光剂为:2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮,或2-(2羟基-5-甲基苯基)苯并三唑。
本发明所述的二元乙丙基高耐候型电线电缆橡胶防护套的一种优化方案:所述交联助剂为异氰脲酸三烯丙酯(TAIC)。
本发明所述的二元乙丙基高耐候型电线电缆橡胶防护套的制备方法,按照如下步骤制备:
步骤1)称量:按质量份数称量各物质,备用;
步骤2)胶料炼制:炼胶设备采用密炼机和压片机,采用一段混炼法炼制,转子转速根据生产量进行确定,可选择20r/min、40r/min或60r/min,上顶栓压力0.5~0.7MPa,混炼时间4~14min,排胶温度,125~135℃;
具体的,先将1/5质量份的二元乙丙橡胶、钛白粉、以及着色剂,混炼制备成色母料,存放备用;
向密炼机中投入剩余4/5质量份的二元乙丙橡胶和色母料,并混炼均匀,投入防老剂AW、微晶蜡、白炭黑、PEG-4000、氧化镁、硫酸钡、耐光剂以及石蜡油,密炼机混炼完后,进行排料,再利用压片机薄通散热,加入交联剂、交联助剂和硫磺 ,并混炼均匀后,进行下片,胶料下片厚度为4~7mm,冷却停放8~96h,制得混炼胶,备用;
步骤3)利用硫化仪曲线确定混炼胶的硫化条件,包括硫化时间、硫化温度以及硫化压力;
步骤4)通过硫化机制备成品二元乙丙基高耐候型电线电缆橡胶防护套,即可。
本发明有益技术效果:二元乙丙基高耐候型电线电缆橡胶防护套,采用过氧化物硫化法,性能更优异,能够满足产品需求;硫磺 在过氧化物硫化体系中也起到交联助剂的作用,还可以在一定程度上提高硫化胶的拉伸性能和撕裂性能。耐光剂可选择2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、或选择2-(2羟基-5-甲基苯基)苯并三唑,二者和硫酸钡搭配使用耐光效果很佳。另外,根据不同的交联剂选择不同的硫化温度做硫化特性曲线,判断硫化时间,DCP做交联剂时硫化温度选择160~180 ℃;双2,5做交联剂时硫化温度选择170~190℃。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
实施例1
1、二元乙丙基高耐候型电线电缆橡胶防护套,各原材料重量份数为:
二元乙丙橡胶、100份;白炭黑、40份;PEG-4000、4.5份;防老剂AW、 1.5份;微晶蜡、1.2份;交联剂(过氧化二异丙苯(DCP))、6.0份;交联助剂(异氰脲酸三烯丙酯(TAIC))、3.0份;硫磺 、0.5份;氧化镁、5.0份;石蜡油、50份;耐光剂(2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮)、3.0份;硫酸钡、20份;钛白粉、50份;着色剂(群青)、1.6份。
2、二元乙丙基高耐候型电线电缆橡胶防护套,制备方法如下:
步骤1)称量:按质量份数称量各物质,备用;
步骤2)胶料炼制:炼胶设备采用密炼机XM-75和压片机,采用一段混炼法炼制,转子转速根据生产量进行确定,可选择40r/min,上顶栓压力0.6MPa,混炼时间6min,排胶温度,130℃;
具体的,先将1/5质量份的二元乙丙橡胶、钛白粉、以及着色剂,混炼制备成色母料,存放备用;
向密炼机中投入剩余4/5质量份的二元乙丙橡胶和色母料,并混炼均匀,投入防老剂AW、微晶蜡、白炭黑、PEG-4000、氧化镁、硫酸钡、耐光剂以及石蜡油,密炼机混炼完后,进行排料,再利用压片机薄通散热,加入交联剂、交联助剂和硫磺 ,并混炼均匀后,进行下片,胶料下片厚度为6mm,冷却停放24h,制得混炼胶,备用;
步骤3)利用硫化仪曲线确定混炼胶的硫化条件,包括硫化时间、硫化温度以及硫化压力;选择硫化温度180℃做硫化仪,判断硫化时间。
步骤4)硫化工艺:硫化温度,180℃;硫化压力,15MPa;硫化时间,根据硫化特性曲线确认,具体见表1中T90(s);通过硫化机制备成品二元乙丙基高耐候型电线电缆橡胶防护套,即可。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1相比除了交联剂有所调整,其它成分和制备方法均不变。实施例2中交联剂调整为过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)与2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(叔丁基过氧基)己烷(双2,5)并用,总份数6份,其中过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)、 5.5份,2,5-二甲基-2,5-双(叔丁基过氧基)己烷(双2,5)、0.5份。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例1相比除了硫化温度有所调整,其它成分和制备方法均不变。实施例3中硫化温度调整为170℃。
实施例4
实施例4与实施例1相比除了硫化温度有所调整,其它成分和制备方法均不变。实施例4中硫化温度调整为190℃。
实施例5:
实施例5与实施例1相比除了硫黄份数有所调整,其它成分和制备方法均不变。实施例5中硫磺 份数调整为0.8份。
上述实施例1~5试验性能数据见表1。

Claims (2)

1.二元乙丙基高耐候型电线电缆橡胶防护套,其特征在于:各原料及其质量份数为:二元乙丙橡胶、100份;白炭黑、35~45份;PEG-4000、4.3~4.7份;防老剂AW 、1.3~1.6份;微晶蜡、1.0~1.4份;交联剂、5.5~6.5份;交联助剂、2.7~3 .3份;硫磺 、0.3~0.8份;氧化镁、4.0~6.0份;石蜡油、55~65份;耐光剂、2.0~4.0份;硫酸钡、15~25份;钛白粉、40~60份;着色剂、1-2份;
所述交联剂为:过氧化二异丙苯,或过氧化二异丙苯与2 ,5-二甲基-2 ,5-双(叔丁基过氧基)己烷二者任意比并用;
所述耐光剂为:2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮;
所述交联助剂为异氰脲酸三烯丙酯;
按照如下步骤制备:
步骤1)称量:按质量份数称量各物质,备用;
步骤2)胶料炼制:炼胶设备采用密炼机和压片机,采用一段混炼法炼制,转子转速根据生产量进行确定,可选择20r/min、40r/min或60r/min,上顶栓压力0 .5~0 .7MPa,混炼时间4~14min,排胶温度,125~135℃;具体的,先将1/5质量份的二元乙丙橡胶、钛白粉、以及着色剂,混炼制备成色母料,存放备用;向密炼机中投入剩余4/5质量份的二元乙丙橡胶和色母料,并混炼均匀,投入防老剂 AW、微晶蜡、白炭黑、PEG-4000、氧化镁、硫酸钡、耐光剂以及石蜡油,密炼机混炼完后,进行排料,再利用压片机薄通散热,加入交联剂、交联助剂和硫磺 ,并混炼均匀后,进行下片,胶料下片厚度为4~7mm,冷却停放8~96h,制得混炼胶,备用;
步骤3)利用硫化仪曲线确定混炼胶的硫化条件,包括硫化时间、硫化温度以及硫化压力;
步骤4)通过硫化机制备成品二元乙丙基高耐候型电线电缆橡胶防护套,即可。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的二元乙丙基高耐候型电线电缆橡胶防护套的制备方法,其特征在于:按照如下步骤制备:
步骤1)称量:按质量份数称量各物质,备用;
