Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticides, relates to a pesticide composition and an application field thereof, and particularly relates to an insecticide composition and an application thereof in preventing and treating beet armyworms.
Background
The beet armyworm (Spodoptera exigua H ü bner) has the characteristics of eating impurities, more hosts, strong reproductive capacity, high development rate, long damage time, high drug resistance and the like, after the middle of 80 years, the beet armyworm hosts are expanded to 170 along with the adjustment of planting structures in China, and the beet armyworm has become one of main pests of cotton fields in Yangtze river valley in recent years and is more and more seriously damaged.
The insect growth regulator is a novel biological agent which can inhibit the physiological development and reproduction of insects so that pests can not normally develop or die. Methoxyfenozide (Methoxyfenozide), N-tert-butyl-N' - (3-methyl-2-toluoyl) -3, 5-dimethylbenzoyl hydrazine, belongs to a bishydrazide insect growth regulator, can interfere the normal growth and development of insects, enables the insects to die due to abnormal molting, and can inhibit feeding. Methoxyfenozide has high selective toxicity to a plurality of lepidoptera pests, is safe and reliable to environment and non-target organisms, and is widely applied to the control of the lepidoptera pests on crops such as cotton, vegetables, soybeans, peanuts, tobacco, fruit trees and the like at present. The field monitoring result shows that the beet armyworm in many places in China has different levels of resistance to methoxyfenozide, and the beet armyworm has increased by more than 600 times to the maximum. Therefore, an effective way for improving the control effect of methoxyfenozide on spodoptera exigua is urgently needed.
Lufenuron (Lufenuronon), 1- [2, 5-dichloro-4- (1,1,2,3,3, 3-hexafluoropropoxy) phenyl ] -3- (2, 6-difluorobenzoyl) urea, belongs to a benzoylurea insect growth regulator, is also a chitin synthesis inhibitor, and can interfere with the normal growth and development of insects and inhibit feeding. The medicament kills pests by acting on insect larvae and preventing molting process, has stomach toxicity and contact poisoning effects, and has the characteristics of good non-target biological selectivity, low use concentration, high degradation speed, environmental friendliness and the like. The lufenuron is mainly used for preventing and treating lepidoptera larvae on cotton, corn, vegetables and fruit trees at present, and has unique killing effect on sucking mouthparts pests such as thrips, trialeurodes vaporariorum, rust ticks and the like.
The pesticide compounding is a pesticide prepared by mixing different types of medicaments according to a certain proportion and a mixing preparation method. In the process of deeply researching the pesticide composition, the inventor surprisingly discovers that the reasonable compounding of the methoxyfenozide and the lufenuron with different structures or different action modes can obviously improve the control effect, expand the control spectrum, reduce the use amount, delay the resistance, reduce the cost and the toxicity and the like. In addition, the compounding of methoxyfenozide and lufenuron is used as an important measure for the comprehensive treatment of pests and drug resistance, and the pesticide residue in the environment can be effectively controlled, so that the service life of the pesticide is prolonged. The present invention has been completed through further studies.
According to the data search made by the inventor, no patent and other published data conflicting with the present invention are found.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to specific embodiments below.
The methoxyfenozide applied in the following examples is a methoxyfenozide technical drug with the purity of 97 percent, and the lufenuron is a lufenuron technical drug with the purity of 97 percent, which are all commercially available products; other reagents and materials are also commercially available.
The control effect of the composition on field pests is examined by taking beet armyworm as an example. The beet armyworm test insects used in the examples are collected from the fields of transgenic cotton areas in North Henan and are raised indoors by artificial feed.
Example 1 Combined virulence determination of Methoxyfenozide and lufenuron against 3 rd larvae of Spodoptera exigua
Preparing a lufenuron single agent: dissolving lufenuron with acetone to obtain lufenuron mother liquor (1 mg/mL).
Preparing a methoxyfenozide single agent: dissolving methoxyfenozide technical product with acetone to prepare methoxyfenozide mother liquor (1 mg/mL).
Carrying out gradient dilution on methoxyfenozide, lufenuron and different proportions of methoxyfenozide and lufenuron, and determining a toxicity regression equation of the three medicaments.
The toxicity determination method comprises the following steps: the surface contamination method comprises injecting beet armyworm artificial feed into 24-pore plate, coagulating, adding 100 μ L medicinal liquid to be tested into each pore, and air drying. 1 head of 3-year-old primary larvae are put into each hole, 48 heads of larvae (2 culture plates with 24 holes) are treated in each concentration, and clear water without any medicament is arranged as a blank control; the inoculated culture plate is placed under a plate cover by two layers of nylon yarns to prevent the test insects from escaping. The mortality rate of the test insects was recorded after 72h, and the mortality rate of the blank control was less than 10%.
The virulence evaluation adopts the Sun cloud Peel method to calculate the co-virulence coefficient (CTC), and the CTC value is used to evaluate the combined virulence action of the two medicaments. The CTC value is less than 80, the antagonism is obtained, the synergism is obtained when the CTC value is more than 120, and the addition effect is obtained when the CTC value is between 80 and 120.
LC50A is lethal mid-concentration of agent a; LC50B is the lethal mid-concentration of agent B; LC50 was mixed to lethal mid-concentration of the mixture of agent a + agent B. PA is the proportion of the medicament A in the effective components of the mixture; PB is the proportion of the effective components of the mixture of the medicament B.
Obtaining methoxyfenozide according to a cotoxicity coefficient calculation formula: when the mass ratio of the lufenuron to the lufenuron is 9:1, 8:2, 3:7, 2:8 and 1:9 (table 1), the co-toxicity coefficients are 116.12, 115.52, 110.08, 110.41 and 111.06 which are all 80-120 respectively; and methoxyfenozide: the mass ratio of the lufenuron to the lufenuron is 7:3, 6:4 and 5:5, the cotoxicity coefficient is 134.26, 147.40 and 135.79 respectively and is more than 120, in particular to methoxyfenozide: the mass ratio of the lufenuron to the lufenuron is 4:6, and the co-toxicity coefficient is 165.71, so the synergistic effect is obvious.
