Abstract
The invention discloses an artificial melanin color hair dye, which consists of the following components in percentage by mass: 2-6% of dye, 0.01-0.06% of melanin intermediate, 0.1-5.0% of NaOH and the balance of deionized water, wherein the mass percent of the dye is 100%, the dye is one of blue purple dye CI60730, fluorescent pink dye CI45410, blue dye CI42051 and orange dye CI15510, and the melanin intermediate is one of 5, 6-dihydroxyindole, dopamine and 5, 6-dihydroxyindole acid; the invention has no obvious toxic action on human body and good color fixing effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hair dyeing, in particular to an artificial melanin color hair dye.

The hair dyeing is the most direct and effective way for changing the image, as one of the most common means of modern makeup, the hair dyeing is fashionable, people can change the color of the hair at will, and the characteristics of the character of the people can be fully displayed by matching with the clothes and the makeup. The hair consists of an epidermal scale layer, a cortical layer and a medullary layer, wherein the epidermal scale layer is the outermost layer of the hair, is usually semitransparent or colorless and can allow natural hair color to be emitted; the cortex layer accounts for 80% of hair, and natural pigment synthesized by human body, namely melanin is deposited on the hair, so that different hair colors are presented due to different deposition amounts of the melanin; the medullary layer is located in the center of the hair and is composed of many small air bubbles.

Example 2: an artificial melanin color hair dye comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3 percent of blue-violet dye CI60730, 0.03 percent of 5, 6-dihydroxyindole, 0.24 percent of NaOH and 96.73 percent of deionized water, wherein the mass percentage of each component is 100 percent;
Example 3: an artificial melanin color hair dye comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3% of blue-violet dye CI60730, 0.01% of dopamine, 1.2% of NaOH and 95.79% of deionized water, wherein the mass percentages of the components are 100%;
Example 4: an artificial melanin color hair dye comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 3 percent of blue-violet dye CI60730, 0.01 percent of 5, 6-dihydroxy indole acid, 3.6 percent of NaOH and 93.39 percent of deionized water, wherein the mass percent of all the components is 100 percent;
example 5: an artificial melanin color hair dye comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 6 percent of blue-violet dye CI60730, 0.06 percent of 5, 6-dihydroxy indole acid, 5.0 percent of NaOH and 88.94 percent of deionized water, wherein the mass percent of all the components is 100 percent;

Experiment 1: washing hair dyed by using only blue-violet dye CI60730 and hair dyed by using 5, 6-dihydroxyindole DHI, 5, 6-dihydroxyindole acid DHICA and dopamine DA series hair dye, fishing out and drying the hair after 20min of washing each time, measuring the colorimetric value of the hair, and measuring and comparing the color fixing effect of the hair dye according to the change of the colorimetric value, wherein the lines from top to bottom in the figure 1 are the results after 20min, 40min, 60min and 80min of washing respectively, as shown in the figure 1. It can be seen from the figure that the hair dye using 5, 6-dihydroxyindole DHI, 5, 6-dihydroxyindole acid DHICA and dopamine DA has strong color fixing effect.
Experiment 2: washing hair dyed by only using fluorescent peach red dye CI45410 and hair dyed by using 5, 6-dihydroxyindole DHI, 5, 6-dihydroxyindole acid DHICA and dopamine DA series hair dye, fishing out the hair after 20min of washing each time, drying the hair by blowing, measuring the colorimetric value of the hair, and measuring and comparing the color fixing effect of the hair dye according to the change of the colorimetric value, as shown in figure 2, the lines from top to bottom in figure 2 are the results after 20min of washing, 40min, 60min and 80min respectively. It can be seen from the figure that the hair dye using 5, 6-dihydroxyindole DHI, 5, 6-dihydroxyindole acid DHICA and dopamine DA has strong color fixing effect.
Experiment 3: the hair dyed by using the hair dye of the series of 5, 6-dihydroxyindole DHI, 5, 6-dihydroxyindole acid DHICA and dopamine DA is washed by using the blue dye CI42051 only, the hair is fished out and dried after being washed for 20min each time, the chromatic value of the hair is measured, the color fixing effect of the hair dye is measured and compared according to the change of the chromatic value, as shown in figure 3, the lines from top to bottom in figure 3 are the results after being washed for 20min, 40min, 60min and 80min respectively. It can be seen from the figure that the hair dye using 5, 6-dihydroxyindole DHI, 5, 6-dihydroxyindole acid DHICA and dopamine DA has strong color fixing effect.
Experiment 4: washing hair dyed by using only an orange dye CI15510 and hair dyed by using 5, 6-dihydroxyindole DHI, 5, 6-dihydroxyindole acid DHICA and dopamine DA series hair dyes, fishing out and drying the hair after 20min of washing each time, measuring the colorimetric value of the hair, and measuring and comparing the color fixing effect of the hair dyes according to the change of the colorimetric value, as shown in figure 4, wherein the lines from top to bottom in figure 4 are the results after 20min, 40min, 60min and 80min of washing respectively. As can be seen from FIG. 4, the hair dye using 5, 6-dihydroxyindole DHI, 5, 6-dihydroxyindole acid DHICA and dopamine DA has strong color fixing effect.

5. The artificial melanin color hair dye according to claim 4, wherein when the melanin intermediate is 5, 6-dihydroxyindole, the NaOH is 0.2-0.4%.
