Abstract
The invention discloses a production method of a spiral hanging ring bottle blank, and belongs to the technical field of hanging bottle blanks. The method comprises the following steps: step 1: heating the thermoplastic plastic to a fluid colloid through a heating device of an injection molding device; step 2: the extrusion device of the injection molding equipment injects the fluid colloid into the die cavity of the embryo of the bottle embryo die; step 3: partially pouring the die cavity of the pouring gate column; step 4: pouring the fluid colloid into the die cavity of the inner ring through the die cavity of the pouring rib; step 5: pouring the mold cavity of the rest pouring gate column by the fluid colloid, and pouring the mold cavity of the anti-drop cap to complete the whole pouring process; step 6: the bottle blank is subjected to pressure maintaining, cooling and molding according to an injection molding process, and then the bottle blank, pouring ribs, an inner ring, a first reinforcing part, connecting strips, an outer ring and a pouring gate column are obtained; and (3) tearing off the pouring rib between the inner ring and the pouring column to obtain a bottle blank with the lifting ring rotatably connected to the pouring column of the blank body.

The invention relates to the technical field of bottle blanks of hanging bottles, in particular to a production method of spiral hanging ring bottle blanks and bottle blanks manufactured by the method.
Background
At present, plastic infusion bottles gradually replace traditional glass infusion bottles, and because of the special medication of large infusion products, plastic infusion soft packages such as PP soft bags, upright soft bags and plastic bottles of plastic containers are all required to be provided with a ring at the bottom of the container so as to facilitate hanging in clinical medication of hospitals and have strict requirements on the direction of hanging rings in clinical medicine hanging bags.
In the actual production process, most large transfusion enterprises adopt the following two modes for producing the rotatable hanging ring at the bottom of the container:
1. designing a pouring gate on the blank body, manufacturing a bottle blank with the pouring gate through injection molding equipment, sleeving the manufactured lifting ring on the pouring gate by manpower or equipment before heating the bottle manufacturing equipment, and then blowing the bottle blank into a bottle after welding a plug;
2. designing a pouring gate on the blank body, manufacturing a bottle blank with the pouring gate through injection molding equipment, stretching and blowing the bottle blank into a bottle through bottle manufacturing equipment, sleeving a lifting ring on the pouring gate through manual or other equipment after filling or sterilization, and welding a plug for molding.
In mode 1, dust generated during cleaning and welding of the hanging ring is liable to destroy cleanliness of a clean environment in a medicine production area, so that dust particles in the clean environment are not compliant and pollute a container or medicine.
In mode 2, the welding of the hanging ring after filling or after sterilization is not only inefficient, but also causes waste of medicines due to unqualified welding and risk of leakage of liquid due to improper welding.
In the above 2 modes, there is a common problem in addition to the above problems: in the production process, parts are increased, bottle blanks and hanging rings are required to be produced respectively, then plugs are welded, the operation process is complex, and the production efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects existing in the prior art, the invention provides a production method of a spiral hanging ring bottle blank, and the integrally formed bottle blank is manufactured by the method, and after the integrally formed bottle blank is formed, pouring ribs between an inner ring and a pouring column are only required to be torn off by hands or tools or dies, so that the hanging ring can be rotatably connected to a blank body.

step 6: after the step 5 is completed, the bottle blank is subjected to pressure maintaining, cooling and molding according to an injection molding process, and then the bottle blank, pouring ribs, an inner ring, a first reinforcing part, connecting strips, an outer ring and a pouring gate column are obtained; and (3) tearing off the pouring rib between the inner ring and the pouring column to obtain a bottle blank with the lifting ring rotatably connected to the pouring column of the blank body.

The pouring rib 10 of the present invention is an innovative point of the present invention, and each part of the bottle blank of the present invention is integrally formed by the pouring rib 10. When the invention is produced by injection molding, firstly, polypropylene or polyethylene granules are plasticized by an injection molding device heating device, fluid colloid is injected by an anti-drop cap 5 through an extrusion device, the colloid is poured into a blank body 1 and a pouring gate post 2 in sequence through a mold runner, when the pouring gate post 2 is poured, the colloid also respectively finishes pouring of an outer ring 3, a first reinforcing part 7 and a connecting strip 4 along the runner of a pouring rib of an inner ring 6 of an inner lifting ring in the mold, finally, the colloid respectively finishes pouring of an outer ring of the inner ring 6, an inner ring of the inner ring 6 and the pouring rib along the pouring rib, and finally, the colloid finishes the whole glue injection process after pouring the anti-drop cap 5, and finally, the integrally formed bottle blank is obtained after cooling and forming. After the integrally formed bottle blank is formed, the pouring rib 10 between the inner ring 6 and the pouring post 2 is only required to be torn off by hands, tools or dies, so that the hanging ring can be rotatably connected to the blank body 1.
Preferably, in the step 1, the thermoplastic is polypropylene or polyethylene.
The invention also provides a bottle blank obtained by the production method of the spiral hanging ring bottle blank, which comprises a blank 1, hanging rings and a pouring post 2, wherein a cavity is arranged in the blank 1, one end of the blank 1 is provided with a mouth leading to the cavity, the other end of the blank 1 is a closed end, the pouring post 2 is arranged at the closed end of the blank 1, the hanging ring comprises an inner ring 6, a connecting strip 4, a first connecting part and an outer ring 3, the connecting strip 4 is in a spiral shape, one end of the connecting strip 4 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the outer ring 3, one end of the connecting strip 4 is provided with a first reinforcing part 7 with a strip-shaped cross section, the width of the first reinforcing part 7 is larger than the width of the connecting strip 4, the first reinforcing part 7 is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the inner ring 6, as shown in fig. 3, the inner ring 6 is in a circular ring shape and consists of an outer ring of the inner ring 6, the inner ring 6 and a pouring rib, one end of the pouring rib 10 is connected on the side wall of the inner ring 6, and the other end of the pouring rib 10 is connected with the pouring post 2; the top of the pouring column 2 is provided with an anti-drop cap 5, and the diameter of the anti-drop cap 5 is larger than that of the inner ring 6; the blank body 1 is integrally formed with the pouring column 2, the pouring rib 10, the inner ring 6, the connecting strip 4, the first reinforcing part 7, the outer ring 3 and the anti-drop cap 5 respectively, and before being blown into a bottle, the pouring rib 10 is torn off, and the lifting ring is rotationally connected with the pouring column 2.
The pouring rib 10 is an innovative point of the invention, all parts of the bottle blank are integrally formed through the pouring rib 10, and after injection molding, the pouring rib 10 is torn off, so that the bottle blank with the hanging ring rotatably connected to the pouring post 2 of the bottle blank can be obtained. When the invention is produced by injection molding, firstly, polypropylene or polyethylene granules are plasticized by an injection molding device heating device, fluid colloid is injected by an anti-drop cap 5 through an extrusion device, the colloid is poured into a blank body 1 and a pouring gate post 2 in sequence through a mold runner, when the pouring gate post 2 is poured, the colloid also respectively finishes pouring of an outer ring 3, a first reinforcing part 7 and a connecting strip 4 along the runner of a pouring rib of an inner ring 6 of an inner lifting ring in the mold, finally, the colloid respectively finishes pouring of an outer ring of the inner ring 6, an inner ring of the inner ring 6 and the pouring rib along the pouring rib, and finally, the colloid finishes the whole glue injection process after pouring the anti-drop cap 5, and finally, the integrally formed bottle blank is obtained after cooling and forming. After the integrally formed bottle blank is formed, the pouring rib 10 between the inner ring 6 and the pouring post 2 is only required to be torn off by hands, tools or dies, so that the hanging ring can be rotatably connected to the blank body 1.
When the bottle blank manufactured by the method of the invention is blown into a hanging bottle and filled with liquid, the weight is increased, the stress between the connecting strip 4 and the outer ring 3 is larger when the hanging bottle is hung on the hanging frame through the outer ring 3, and in order to ensure the firmness of the hanging bottle when the hanging bottle is hung vertically or rotated, one end of the connecting strip 4 is provided with a first reinforcing part 7 with a strip-shaped cross section, and in particular, in the embodiment, a round angle can be formed between the first reinforcing part 7 and the outer ring 3.
As shown in figure 2, a connecting strip 4 which is spirally and rotationally connected is arranged between the hanging ring and the pouring gate column 2 on the blank body 1, wherein the connecting strip 4 is fixedly connected with the outer ring 3, and the bottle blank is convenient to fix in use after being blown into a hanging bottle in order to ensure the strength. The connecting strip 4 and the pouring column 2 are matched through the inner ring 6 and the pouring column 2 to form a hole shaft structure, and the connecting strip 4 is limited on the pouring column 2 through the anti-drop cap 5, so that bottle blanks or hanging bottles made of bottle blanks can rotate on the connecting strip 4 of the hanging ring through the pouring column 2. The hanging ring and the hanging bottle can rotate, so that the problem that when a patient is treated and the transfusion process is moved, the hanging ring is inconvenient to hang medicines due to incorrect welding direction of the hanging ring, and the transfusion tube is wound and knotted to cause insufficient medicine feeding and blood return of the patient due to the fact that the transfusion tube cannot rotate in the transfusion process is solved. Also is convenient for the patient to turn over, change the position of the lower bed and the like during transfusion. The connecting strip 4 adopts the spiral type to enable the hanging bottle to be changed into a similar straight line under the action of the gravity of the hanging bottle when the hanging bottle is used, the length of the hanging bottle after the hanging ring is increased under the condition that the outer diameter of the hanging ring is not increased, the hanging bottle is convenient to hang on an infusion support through the hanging ring, the upright degree of the hanging bottle manufactured by the bottle blank during hanging is improved, and a user is convenient to hang and take the hanging bottle.

the present embodiment is further optimized based on embodiment 1, and the improvement compared with embodiment 1 is mainly described in this embodiment, and the same point is not repeated, in this embodiment, the blank 1 and the lifting ring are integrally formed, but the blank 1 and the lifting ring are formed into a cavity by two dies, after the whole colloid pouring is completed, the blank 1 is maintained in pressure, cooled and formed according to the injection molding process, the die clamping neck of the blank 1 is still, the outer ring 3 and the connecting strip 4 of the lifting ring are clamped by the die clamping lifting ring of the lifting ring part and are moved backwards for 1-2mm, and the pouring rib between the inner ring 6 of the lifting ring and the pouring post 2 is broken in the moving process, so that the inner ring 6 of the lifting ring can rotate around the pouring post 2 to complete the rotatable process of the lifting ring. At the same time, the mold clamping part of the hanging ring part is opened. When the clamping part of the mould of the lifting ring part is opened, the ejection mechanism of the mould of the part of the blank 1 ejects the formed rotatable blank 1 of the lifting ring out of the mould to complete the whole injection molding process. Finally, the preparation: the spiral hanging ring formed by integrally forming the embryo ring can rotate the bottle embryo. The production efficiency is further improved, and the production method provided by the invention has the advantages of high production efficiency and good product quality, and the casting rib 10 is brittle fracture and has no adverse phenomena such as burrs, wiredrawing and the like.
The method provided by the invention is simplified in terms of production flow, improves production efficiency, does not need to weld the plug (namely the anti-drop cap 5 in the invention), eliminates workshop environment pollution caused by welding the plug, eliminates risk of pollution to the bottle body or medicines, and is beneficial to guaranteeing product quality.

Claims (3)
1. A production method of a spiral hanging ring bottle blank is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: heating the thermoplastic plastic to a fluid colloid through a heating device of an injection molding device;
step 2: after the step 1 is completed, the extrusion device of the injection molding equipment injects the fluid colloid into the die cavity of the blank (1) of the bottle blank die and fills the die cavity of the blank (1);
step 3: after the step 2 is completed, partially pouring the die cavity of the pouring post (2) connected with the die cavity of the blank body (1), wherein the fluid colloid is sequentially poured into the die cavity of the outer ring (3), the die cavity of the first reinforcing part (7) and the die cavity of the connecting strip (4) through the die cavity of the pouring rib (10) communicated with the die cavity of the pouring post (2);
step 4: after the step 3 is completed, pouring the fluid colloid into the die cavity of the inner ring (6) through the die cavity of the pouring rib (10), and after the die cavity of the inner ring (6) is poured, pouring the die cavity of the pouring rib (10); wherein the inner ring (6), the first reinforcing part (7), the connecting strip (4) and the outer ring (3) form a hanging ring;
step 5: after the step 4 is completed, pouring the die cavities of the rest pouring columns (2) by using the fluid colloid, and after the die cavities of the rest pouring columns (2) are poured, pouring the die cavities of the anti-drop caps (5) to complete the whole pouring process;
step 6: after the step 5 is completed, the bottle blank is subjected to pressure maintaining, cooling and molding according to an injection molding process, and then the bottle blank integrally molded by the bottle blank, the pouring ribs (10), the inner ring (6), the first reinforcing part (7), the connecting strip (4), the outer ring (3) and the pouring column (2) is obtained; breaking the pouring rib (10) between the inner ring (6) and the pouring column (2) to obtain a bottle blank with a lifting ring rotatably connected to the pouring column (2) of the blank body (1).
2. The method for producing the spiral hanging ring bottle blank according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step 1, the thermoplastic is polypropylene or polyethylene.
