Abstract
The invention discloses a production method of a rotatable hanging ring bottle blank, and belongs to the technical field of hanging bottle blanks. The method comprises the following steps: step 1: heating thermoplastic plastics to colloid in a fluid state by a heating device of injection molding equipment; step 2: injecting fluid colloid into a die cavity of a blank body of a bottle blank die by an extrusion device of injection molding equipment; and step 3: partially pouring the mold cavity of the gate post; and 4, step 4: pouring the die cavity of the inner ring by the fluid colloid through the die cavity of the pouring rib; and 5: pouring the die cavity of the rest gate column by the fluid colloid, and pouring the die cavity of the stop cap to complete the whole pouring process; step 6: after the bottle blank is subjected to pressure maintaining, cooling and molding according to an injection molding process, the bottle blank, a pouring rib, an inner ring, a foldable orientation groove, a connecting rib key, an outer ring and a gate column are integrally molded; and breaking the pouring rib between the inner ring and the gate column to obtain the rotatable hoisting ring bottle blank.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of infusion bottle blanks, in particular to a production method of a rotatable hanging ring bottle blank and a bottle blank manufactured by the method.
Background
At present, the plastic infusion bottle gradually replaces the traditional glass infusion bottle, and plastic infusion soft packages such as PP soft bags, upright soft bags and plastic bottles of plastic containers need to be provided with a ring at the bottom of the container due to the special medication property of the large infusion product, so as to facilitate the hanging of the medical bag during clinical medication in hospitals and have strict requirements on the orientation of the hanging ring during clinical medicine bag hanging.
In the actual production process, most large transfusion enterprises adopt the following two modes for producing the rotatable lifting ring at the bottom of the container:
1. designing a pouring gate on the blank body, manufacturing a bottle blank with the pouring gate by using injection molding equipment, sleeving the manufactured lifting ring on the pouring gate by using manpower or equipment before heating by using bottle manufacturing equipment, welding a plug and then blowing to manufacture a bottle;
2. the blank body is provided with a pouring gate, bottle blanks with the pouring gate are manufactured through injection molding equipment, the bottle blanks are manufactured through stretching and blowing by bottle manufacturing equipment, and after filling or sterilization, the hanging ring is sleeved on the pouring gate through manual work or other equipment, and a plug is welded for forming.
In the mode 1, the cleanliness of the clean environment of the medicine production area is easily damaged by the smoke dust generated by cleaning and welding of the hanging ring, so that the unconventionality of dust particles in the clean environment pollutes containers or medicines.
In the mode 2, after filling or after sterilization, the efficiency of welding the hanging ring is low, unqualified welding also causes waste of medicines, and improper welding also has the risk of liquid leakage.
In addition to the above problems, the 2 methods have a common problem that: parts are increased in the production process, bottle blanks and hanging rings need to be produced respectively, then plugs need to be welded, the operation process is complex, and the production efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a production method of a rotatable hanging ring bottle blank, the integrally formed bottle blank is manufactured by the method, and after the integrally formed bottle blank is formed, a pouring rib between an inner ring and a pouring gate column is pulled apart by hands, tools or a mold, so that the hanging ring can be rotatably connected to the blank.

step 2: after the step 1 is finished, injecting the fluid colloid into a die cavity of a blank of the bottle blank die by an extrusion device of the injection molding equipment and filling the die cavity of the blank;
and step 3: after the step 2 is finished, partially pouring the die cavity of the gate column connected with the die cavity of the blank, wherein the fluid colloid can sequentially pour the die cavity of the outer ring, the die cavity of the foldable directional groove and the die cavity of the connecting rib key through the die cavity of the pouring rib communicated with the die cavity of the gate column;
and 4, step 4: after the step 3 is finished, pouring the die cavity of the inner ring by the fluid colloid through the die cavity of the pouring rib, and after the pouring of the die cavity of the inner ring is finished, pouring the die cavity of the pouring rib; wherein the inner ring, the foldable directional groove, the connecting rib key and the outer ring form a hanging ring;
and 5: after the step 4 is finished, pouring the die cavity of the rest gate column by the fluid colloid, and after the pouring of the die cavity of the rest gate column is finished, pouring the die cavity of the limiting cap to finish the whole pouring process;
step 6: after the step 5 is finished, maintaining the pressure of the bottle blank according to an injection molding process, cooling and molding to obtain the bottle blank, pouring ribs, an inner ring, a foldable directional groove, a connecting rib key, an outer ring and a gate column which are integrally molded; and breaking the pouring rib between the inner ring and the gate column to obtain the bottle blank with the hanging ring rotatably connected to the gate column of the blank body.
The pouring rib is an innovation point of the invention, and all parts of the bottle blank are integrally formed through the pouring rib. When the invention is produced by injection molding, firstly, polypropylene or polyethylene granules are plasticized by an injection molding equipment heating device, and fluid colloid is injected from a limiting cap through a mold by an extrusion device, the colloid is poured fully with a blank body and a pouring gate column through a mold runner, when the pouring gate column is poured, the colloid also respectively completes the pouring of an outer ring, a foldable directional groove and a connecting rib key along the runner of a pouring rib of an inner ring of a hoisting ring in the mold, finally, the colloid respectively completes the pouring of an outer ring of the inner ring, an inner ring and the pouring rib along the pouring rib, finally, the colloid finishes the limiting cap after the pouring, the whole glue injecting process is completed, and after cooling and molding, the integrally molded bottle blank is obtained. After the integrally formed bottle blank is formed, the pouring rib between the inner ring and the pouring gate column is pulled apart by hands, tools or molds, so that the hanging ring can be rotatably connected to the blank body.

The invention also provides a bottle blank obtained by the production method of the rotatable hanging ring bottle blank, which comprises an integrally formed blank body; the die comprises a blank body, wherein a cavity is arranged in the blank body, one end of the blank body is provided with an opening leading to the cavity, the other end of the blank body is a closed end, one side of the closed end outside the cavity is connected with a gate column, the gate column is connected with a hanging ring, the hanging ring comprises an outer ring, a connecting rib key, an inner ring and a foldable directional groove, and the outer ring is connected with the connecting rib key through the foldable directional groove; the inner ring is annular, the thickness of the pouring rib is equal to that of the inner ring, the pouring rib is horizontally arranged between the gate column and the side wall of the inner ring, one end of the pouring rib is arranged on the side wall of the inner ring, and the other end of the pouring rib is connected with the gate column; the tail end of the gate column is provided with a conical limiting cap, and the diameter of the limiting cap is larger than that of the inner ring; the blank body is respectively integrated with the gate column, the pouring rib, the inner ring, the connecting rib key, the outer ring and the limiting cap, the pouring rib is pulled apart before the bottle is blown, and the hanging ring is rotatably connected with the gate column.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

2. The method of the invention is simplified in production flow, improves production efficiency, does not need to weld a plug (namely the limiting cap in the invention), avoids workshop environment pollution caused by welding the plug on the container, avoids the risk of polluting bottle bodies or medicines, and is beneficial to guarantee product quality.

Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, a method for producing a rotatable ring bottle blank comprises the following steps:
step 1: heating thermoplastic plastics to colloid in a fluid state by a heating device of injection molding equipment;
step 2: after the step 1 is finished, injecting the fluid colloid into a die cavity of a blank body 1 of the bottle blank die by an extrusion device of the injection molding equipment and filling the die cavity of the blank body 1 with the fluid colloid;
and step 3: after the step 2 is finished, the die cavity of the gate column 2 connected with the die cavity of the blank 1 is partially poured, and the fluid colloid can sequentially pour the die cavity of the outer ring 6, the die cavity of the foldable directional groove 7 and the die cavity of the connecting rib key 8 through the die cavity of the pouring rib 9 communicated with the die cavity of the gate column 2;
and 4, step 4: after the step 3 is finished, pouring the die cavity of the inner ring 5 by the fluid colloid through the die cavity of the pouring rib 9, and after the pouring of the die cavity of the inner ring 5 is finished, pouring the die cavity of the pouring rib 9; wherein the inner ring 5, the foldable directional groove 7, the connecting rib key 8 and the outer ring 6 form a hanging ring 4;

When the invention is produced by injection molding, firstly, polypropylene or polyethylene granules are plasticized by an injection molding equipment heating device, and fluid colloid is injected from a limiting cap 3 through a mold by an extrusion device, the colloid is poured fully with a blank 1 and a pouring gate column 2 through a mold runner, when the pouring gate column 2 is poured, the colloid also completes the pouring of an outer ring 6, a foldable directional groove 7 and a connecting rib key 8 along the runner of a pouring rib of an inner ring 5 of a lifting ring 4 in the mold respectively, finally, the colloid completes the pouring of an outer ring 5 of the inner ring 5, an inner ring 5 and the pouring rib along the pouring rib respectively, and finally, the limiting cap 3 is poured, so that the whole glue injection process is completed, and after cooling and molding, the integrally molded bottle blank of the invention is obtained. After the integrally formed bottle blank is formed, the pouring rib 9 between the inner ring 5 and the gate post 2 is pulled apart by hands, tools or molds, so that the hanging ring 4 can be rotatably connected to the blank 1.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention further provides a bottle blank obtained by the above method for producing a rotatable ring bottle blank, comprising an integrally formed blank body 1; a cavity is arranged in the blank body 1, one end of the blank body 1 is provided with an opening leading to the cavity, the other end of the blank body 1 is a closed end, one side of the closed end outside the cavity is connected with a gate post 2, the gate post 2 is connected with a hanging ring 4, the hanging ring 4 comprises an outer ring 6, a connecting rib key 8, an inner ring 5 and a foldable directional groove 7, and the outer ring 6 is connected with the connecting rib key 8 through the foldable directional groove 7; the inner ring 5 is annular, the thickness of the pouring rib 9 is equal to that of the inner ring 5, the pouring rib 9 is horizontally arranged between the gate column 2 and the side wall of the inner ring 5, one end of the pouring rib 9 is arranged on the side wall of the inner ring 5, and the other end of the pouring rib 9 is connected with the gate column 2; the tail end of the gate column 2 is provided with a conical limiting cap 3, and the diameter of the limiting cap 3 is larger than that of the inner ring 5; the blank body 1 is integrally formed with the gate column 2, the pouring rib 9, the inner ring 5, the connecting rib key 8, the outer ring 6 and the limiting cap 3 respectively, before the bottle is blown, the pouring rib 9 is pulled apart, and the hanging ring 4 is rotatably connected with the gate column 2.
Example 2:
in the embodiment, the blank body 1 and the hanging ring 4 are integrally formed, but a cavity is formed by two molds of the blank body 1 and the hanging ring 4, after the blank body 1 after the whole colloid pouring is subjected to pressure maintaining, cooling and forming according to an injection molding process, a part of mold clamping neck of the blank body 1 is still, a part of mold clamping neck of the hanging ring 4 and a part of mold clamping neck of the hanging ring 4 move 1-2mm backwards, a pouring rib between an inner ring 5 of the hanging ring 4 and a pouring gate column 2 is torn off in the moving process, and thus the inner ring 5 of the hanging ring 4 can rotate around the pouring gate column 2 to complete the process of rotating the hanging ring 4. At the same time, the mould holding portion of the suspension ring 4 is opened. When the clamping part of the mould of the hanging ring 4 part is opened, the ejection mechanism of the mould of the part of the blank 1 ejects the formed blank 1 with the hanging ring 4 capable of rotating out of the mould to complete the whole injection moulding process. Finally, the preparation method comprises the following steps: the blank ring is integrally formed and the hanging ring 4 can rotate. The production efficiency is further improved, the production method provided by the invention is high in production efficiency and good in product quality, and the casting ribs 9 are brittle fracture and have no bad phenomena such as burrs, wire drawing and the like.
The pouring rib 9 is an innovation point of the invention, all parts of the bottle blank are integrally formed through the pouring rib 9, and the bottle blank with the hanging ring 4 rotatably connected to the gate post 2 of the bottle blank can be obtained by breaking the pouring rib 9 after injection molding. When the invention is produced by injection molding, firstly, polypropylene or polyethylene granules are plasticized by an injection molding equipment heating device, and fluid colloid is injected from a limiting cap 3 through a mold by an extrusion device, the colloid is poured fully with a blank 1 and a pouring gate column 2 through a mold runner, when the pouring gate column 2 is poured, the colloid also completes the pouring of an outer ring 6, a foldable directional groove 7 and a connecting rib key 8 along the runner of a pouring rib of an inner ring 5 of a lifting ring 4 in the mold respectively, finally, the colloid completes the pouring of an outer ring 5 of the inner ring 5, an inner ring 5 and the pouring rib along the pouring rib respectively, and finally, the limiting cap 3 is poured, so that the whole glue injection process is completed, and after cooling and molding, the integrally molded bottle blank of the invention is obtained. After the integrally formed bottle blank is formed, the pouring rib 9 between the inner ring 5 and the gate post 2 is pulled apart by hands, tools or molds, so that the hanging ring 4 can be rotatably connected to the blank 1.
The method of the invention is simplified in production flow, improves production efficiency, does not need to weld a plug (namely the limiting cap 3 in the invention), avoids workshop environment pollution caused by welding the plug on the container, avoids the risk of polluting bottle bodies or medicines, and is beneficial to guarantee product quality.

Claims (3)
1. A production method of a rotatable hanging ring bottle blank is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: heating thermoplastic plastics to colloid in a fluid state by a heating device of injection molding equipment;
step 2: after the step 1 is finished, injecting the fluid colloid into a die cavity of a blank body (1) of the bottle blank die by an extrusion device of the injection molding equipment and filling the die cavity of the blank body (1) with the fluid colloid;
and step 3: after the step 2 is finished, partially pouring the die cavity of the gate column (2) connected with the die cavity of the blank body (1), wherein the fluid colloid can sequentially pour the die cavity of the outer ring (6), the die cavity of the foldable directional groove (7) and the die cavity of the connecting rib key (8) through the die cavity of the pouring rib (9) communicated with the die cavity of the gate column (2);
and 4, step 4: after the step 3 is finished, pouring the die cavity of the inner ring (5) through the die cavity of the pouring rib (9) by the fluid colloid, and pouring the die cavity of the pouring rib (9) after the pouring of the die cavity of the inner ring (5) is finished; wherein the inner ring (5), the foldable directional groove (7), the connecting rib key (8) and the outer ring (6) form a hanging ring (4);
and 5: after the step 4 is finished, pouring the die cavity of the rest gate column (2) by the fluid colloid, and after pouring the die cavity of the rest gate column (2), pouring the die cavity of the stop cap (3) to finish the whole pouring process;
step 6: after the step 5 is finished, maintaining the pressure of the bottle blank according to an injection molding process, cooling and molding to obtain the bottle blank, pouring ribs (9), an inner ring (5), a foldable orientation groove (7), connecting rib keys (8), an outer ring (6) and a gate column (2) which are integrally molded; and (3) breaking the pouring rib (9) between the inner ring (5) and the gate post (2) to obtain a bottle blank with the hanging ring (4) rotatably connected to the gate post (2) of the blank body (1).
2. The method for producing a rotatable hanging ring bottle blank as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step 1, the thermoplastic is polypropylene or polyethylene.

A bottle embryo obtained by the method for producing a rotatable hanging ring bottle embryo according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: comprises an integrally formed blank body (1); a cavity is arranged in the blank body (1), one end of the blank body (1) is provided with an opening leading to the cavity, the other end of the blank body (1) is a closed end, one side of the closed end outside the cavity is connected with a gate column (2), the gate column (2) is connected with a lifting ring (4), the lifting ring (4) comprises an outer ring (6), a connecting rib key (8), an inner ring (5) and a foldable directional groove (7), and the outer ring (6) is connected with the connecting rib key (8) through the foldable directional groove (7); the inner ring (5) is annular, the thickness of the pouring rib (9) is equal to that of the inner ring (5), the pouring rib (9) is horizontally arranged between the sprue post (2) and the side wall of the inner ring (5), one end of the pouring rib (9) is installed on the side wall of the inner ring (5), and the other end of the pouring rib (9) is connected with the sprue post (2); the tail end of the gate column (2) is provided with a conical limiting cap (3), and the diameter of the limiting cap (3) is larger than that of the inner ring (5); the blank body (1) is integrally formed with the gate column (2), the pouring rib (9), the inner ring (5), the connecting rib key (8), the outer ring (6) and the limiting cap (3) respectively, before the blank body is blown into a bottle, the pouring rib (9) is pulled apart, and the hanging ring (4) is rotatably connected with the gate column (2).
