Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-11, the present invention relates to an automatic bag arranging and transferring device, wherein fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the overall structure of the automatic bag arranging and transferring device, and the structure of the automatic bag arranging and transferring device is composed of a bag stopping baffle device 1, a bag receiving pallet device 2, a front baffle device 3, a beating device 4, a frame 5 and a conveying device 6.
As shown in fig. 2, the whole structure of the bag stop baffle device 1 is schematically illustrated, and the structure thereof is composed of a baffle 11, a connecting rod 12, a first connecting piece 13, a first sliding block 14, a first air cylinder 15, a guide rod 16 and a frame 5. The bag stopping baffle device 1 is of a bilateral symmetry structure, and the first air cylinder 15 provides power for the bag stopping baffle device 1. The baffle 11 structurally comprises a rotating shaft hole 111, a rear side plate 112 and a bearing hole 113, wherein the rotating shaft hole 111 is used for being inserted into a rotating shaft and then is arranged on the rack 5; the bearing hole 113 is used for inserting a bearing and is connected with one end of the connecting rod 12. The first connecting piece 13 structurally comprises a piston rod connecting block 131 and a bearing hole 132, wherein the piston rod connecting block 131 is used for connecting a piston rod of the first air cylinder 15; the bearing hole 132 is for inserting a bearing and is connected to the other end of the connecting rod 12. The bottom of the first connecting piece 13 is fixedly connected with a first sliding block 14, and the first sliding block 14 is in clearance fit with the guide rod 16 and freely slides on the guide rod 16. When the number of the bags in the bag receiving supporting plate device 2 reaches the set number, the first air cylinder 15 pushes the first connecting piece 13 to slide on the guide rod 16 through the air cylinder piston rod, so that the connecting rod 12 is pushed to move, and the function of automatically closing the baffle 11 is realized.
As shown in fig. 5, the bag receiving pallet device 2 has an integral structure including a bag receiving pallet 21, a bearing seat 22, a screw 23, and a frame 5. Wherein the bag receiving pallet 21 mainly functions to support the bag. The upper end of the screw 23 is connected with a threaded hole on the back side of the bag receiving supporting plate 21, the lower end of the screw is connected with the bearing seat 22, and the purpose of lifting the bag receiving supporting plate 21 is realized by rotating the screw 23.
As shown in fig. 6, the front baffle device 3 has an integral structure including a first lead screw nut 31, a first lead screw 32, a first connecting plate 33, a second slider 34, a guide shaft 35, a front baffle 36, a support base 37, a first motor 38, and a frame 5. The first motor 38 is fixed on the frame and drives the first lead screw 32 to rotate. The side arm plate 331 of the first connecting plate 33 is sleeved on the first lead screw 32 and is fixedly connected with the first lead screw nut 31; the fixing plate 332 thereon is used for fixedly mounting the front baffle 36 and the second slider 34, wherein the second slider 34 is in clearance fit with the guide shaft 35, so that the second slider 34 slides back and forth on the guide shaft 35. The first connecting plate 33 is used for fixedly connecting the second sliding block 34, the front baffle 36 and the first lead screw nut 31 into a whole so as to achieve the purpose of simultaneous movement. The front baffle device 3 has the function of enabling the packaging bags to be tidily arranged in the beating device 4 through the limiting function of the front baffle 36.
As shown in fig. 8, the overall structure of the patting device 4 is composed of a bag patting plate 41, a second cylinder 42, a second connecting member 43, a double-screw adjusting mechanism 44, a supporting base 45 and a frame 5. The double helix adjusting mechanism 44 is used for adjusting the position of the air cylinder 32 so as to adapt to the arrangement of packaging bags with different sizes and specifications. The piston rod of the second cylinder 42 is connected to the bag-beating plate 41, and the second cylinder 42 is fixedly mounted on the cylinder fixing plate 431 of the second connecting member 43. The second connector 43 includes a cylinder fixing plate 431 and a nut connecting plate 432, wherein the cylinder fixing plate 331 is used for fixing the second cylinder 42 by bolts. The second connecting member 43 has nut connecting plates 432 symmetrically distributed on the left and right sides, and functions to fix the third screw nut 442 by a set screw and axially move along with the third screw nut 442.
As shown in fig. 9, the overall structure of the double screw adjusting mechanism 44 is composed of a belt 441, a third screw nut 442, a third screw 443, a pulley 444, a transmission shaft 445, a third motor 446, and a support base 45. A third motor 446 powers the double helix adjustment mechanism 44. When the third motor 446 is started, the output shaft of the motor drives the bottom pulley 444 to rotate, and then the power is transmitted to the third lead screw 443 symmetrically distributed on two sides through the belt 441, so that the third lead screw 443 rotates and the third lead screw nut 442 moves axially. The third motor 446 controls the movement direction of the third lead screw nut 442 by changing the rotation direction, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the positions of the second air cylinder 42 and the bag beating plate 41, thereby being suitable for regulating the packaging bags with different sizes and specifications.
As shown in fig. 11, the overall structure of the conveying device 6 is composed of a second lead screw nut 61, a second connecting plate 62, an electric turntable 63, a second lead screw 64, a third motor 65, a pneumatic finger 66 and a frame 5, wherein the second connecting plate 62 structure includes a nut mounting plate 621 and a turntable fixing plate 622. The third motor 65 and the second lead screw 64 are fixed on the frame 5 through a bearing seat. The second connecting plate 62 is fixedly connected with the second lead screw nut 61 through a nut mounting plate 621 arranged on the second connecting plate; the turntable fixing plate 622 is fixedly connected with the electric turntable 63 through a set screw. The pneumatic finger 66 is connected to the electric turntable 63 through a connector. The third motor 65 drives the second lead screw 64 to rotate, so as to drive the second lead screw nut 61 to move horizontally. The second screw nut 61 is moved back and forth by adjusting the rotation direction of the third motor 65, so that the pneumatic finger 66 moves back and forth. When the number of the packaging bags in the bag receiving supporting plate device 2 reaches the set number, the bag stopping baffle device 1 is started, the baffle 11 is closed, and the packaging bags at the moment fall into the bag stopping baffle device 1. At the same time, the front barrier device 3 is activated and the front barrier 36 is moved to both sides by the motor. After the front flap 36 is fully opened, the pneumatic finger 66 is moved to the bag gripping position by the third motor 65. After the pneumatic fingers 66 grab the packaging bag, the third motor 65 and the electric turntable 63 jointly act to do rotation movement and axial movement at the same time. After the bag is conveyed, the electric turntable 63 is reset, and meanwhile, the pneumatic fingers 66 return to the original positions under the driving of the third motor 65 to prepare for the next bag grabbing work.
