Abstract
The invention discloses an integrated kitchen with a heat dissipating device, which comprises a base, a steam box, a kitchen range and a heat dissipating unit, wherein the steam box is arranged on the base, the kitchen range is arranged above the steam box, a containing cavity is arranged between the kitchen range and the steam box, the containing cavity is provided with a first air inlet and an air outlet, and the heat dissipating unit is arranged in the containing cavity.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. The embodiment of the invention provides an integrated kitchen range with a heat dissipating device, which is shown in fig. 1-5, and comprises a base 1, a steam box 2, a kitchen range 3 and a heat dissipating unit 4, wherein the steam box 2 is arranged on the base 1, the kitchen range 3 is arranged above the steam box 2, a containing cavity 5 is arranged between the kitchen range 3 and the steam box 2, the containing cavity 5 is provided with a first air inlet 221 and an air outlet 222 which are communicated with the outside of the cavity, and the heat dissipating unit 4 is arranged in the containing cavity 5 and is used for taking heat generated by the kitchen range 3 and the steam box 2 out of the integrated kitchen range.
The steam box 2 comprises a box body assembly 21 and a control panel 22, wherein the box body assembly 21 is arranged on the base 1, the control panel 22 is arranged between the box body assembly 21 and the kitchen range 3, a first air inlet 221 communicated with the interior of the kitchen range 3 is arranged at the upper part of the control panel 22, and an air outlet 222 used for blowing off steam gushed when the steam box is opened is arranged at the lower part of the control panel 22.
The box assembly 21 comprises a box 211, a steam box liner 212, an evaporator 213, a water tank 214 and a door 215, wherein the box 211 is arranged on the base 1, the steam box liner 212 is arranged in the box 211, the evaporator 213 is arranged at the bottom of the steam box liner 212, the water tank 214 is arranged on the box 211 and connected with the evaporator 213, the door 215 is arranged on the outer side of the box 211, and the control panel 22 is arranged between the door 215 and the cooking bench 31.
The top wall of the box 211 and the front end of the supporting plate 32 are both connected with the control panel 22 for supporting the control panel 22, the upper edge of the control panel 22 is connected with the cooking bench 31 of the cooking range 3, the lower edge is connected with the box 211, and the upper part of the control panel 22 is provided with a first air inlet 221 for enabling external cold air to enter the cooking range.

The first air inlet 221 and the air outlet 222 are both oblong, circular or square.
The kitchen range 3 includes top of a kitchen range 31, backup pad 32, combustion module 33, and combustion module 33 sets up on top of a kitchen range 31, and backup pad 32 sets up in top of a kitchen range 31 below and is used for supporting combustion module 33, and backup pad 32 is connected with control panel 22, forms between backup pad 32 and the steam ager 2 and holds chamber 5, has seted up vent 321 in the backup pad 32 and is used for communicating the inside and holding chamber 5 of kitchen range.
The bottom of the cooking bench 31 is provided with a second air inlet 311 for improving the air intake and thereby the heat dissipation efficiency.
The second air inlet 311 and the air outlet 321 are both oblong, round or square.
The backup pad 32 is in top of a kitchen range 31 below, the front end of backup pad 32 is connected with the control panel 22 of steam ager 2, form the space of placing the combustion module 33 of cooking utensils 3 between backup pad 32 and the top of a kitchen range 31, inside cooking utensils 3, a plurality of second air intakes 311 are seted up to the position that the front end of top of a kitchen range 31 stretches out steam ager 2, a plurality of vent 321 have been seted up on the backup pad 32, with cooking utensils 3 and hold chamber 5 intercommunication, when holding the radiating element 4 during operation in the chamber 5, outside cold air gets into inside cooking utensils 3 along first air intake 221 and second air intake 311, cold air gets into holding chamber 5 through vent 321 after mixing with the hot air that cooking utensils 3 produced, finally take out through radiating element 4.
The combustion assembly 33 comprises a burner, a valve body, an air pipe, the burner being arranged on the cooking bench 31, the burner, the valve body, the air pipe being arranged on a support plate 32 below the cooking bench 31, the cooking stove 3 further comprising a pot support and a knob.
Referring to fig. 3, the heat dissipating unit 4 includes a cross flow fan 41 and a fan housing 42, wherein the cross flow fan 41 is disposed above the steam box 2, and one side of the fan housing 42 is connected to an air outlet of the cross flow fan 41, and the other side is connected to the control panel 22 and faces the air outlet 222.
When the cross flow fan 41 works, suction force is generated, cold air outside the integrated kitchen enters the kitchen range 3 along the first air inlet 221 and the second air inlet 311, and after being mixed with hot air inside the kitchen range 3, the cold air enters the accommodating cavity 5 through the air vent 321 on the supporting plate 32, is mixed with hot air generated by the steam box 2 for the second time in the accommodating cavity 5, and finally is discharged along a gap between the door body 215 and the control panel 22 through the air outlet 222.
It still includes the exhaust case 6 and collection smoke case 7, exhaust case 6 sets up on base 1 and is located the rear side of steam ager 2, collection smoke case 7 sets up in the top of exhaust case 6 for the oil smoke that produces when absorbing and discharging and using cooking utensils 3.
The blow box 6 includes a cabinet 61 and a fan 62.
The working process of the embodiment is as follows: when the heat radiating unit 4 works, the through-flow fan 41 generates suction force, so that cold air outside the integrated kitchen enters the kitchen range 3 along the first air inlet 211 and the second air inlet 311, and after being mixed with hot air inside the kitchen range 3, the cold air enters the accommodating cavity 5 through the air vent 321 on the supporting plate 32, is mixed with hot air generated by the steam box 2 in the accommodating cavity 5 for the second time, and finally is discharged out of the integrated kitchen range along a gap between the door body 215 and the control panel 22 through the air outlet 222, and waste heat generated by the kitchen range 3 and the steam box 2 can be simultaneously brought outside in this way. Meanwhile, when the door 215 of the steam box 2 is opened, the heat dissipation unit 4 can blow off the steam gushed out from the steam box liner 212 along the wind energy blown out from the wind cover 42, so that the steam is prevented from rising to wet the touch screen, and the use safety of a user is ensured.
