Abstract
本发明公开了一种超疏水棉麻纺织面料,包括改性聚醚砜层和布料层,所述改性聚醚砜层位于布料层表面,所述改性聚醚砜层由涂覆于布料层表面的改性聚醚砜铸膜液烘干获得,所述改性聚醚砜铸膜液包括以下重量份的材料:聚醚砜60‑100份、异佛尔酮25‑50份、聚乙二醇10‑25份、聚酰胺8‑15份、N‑辛基吡咯烷酮5‑10份、丙烯酸 N,N‑二乙基氨基乙酯1‑10份、1‑((氰基‑1‑甲基乙基)偶氮)甲酰胺0.05‑1份、硝酸锂2‑5份、N,N‑二苄基羟胺0.1‑1份、聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚1‑5份、二硫化二苯骈噻唑0.05‑0.1份和消泡剂0.5‑1份;本发明改性聚醚砜层耐腐蚀性能好,在酸性、碱性及高湿度环境下的腐蚀率低;该改性聚醚砜材料作为改性聚醚砜膜层涂覆在布料表面涂层时,使该面料具有良好的耐腐蚀性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,尤其涉及一种超疏水棉麻纺织面料。
背景技术
随着人们消费观念的改变以及生活品质的不断提高,人们对衣物等纺织品的功能要求日趋重视,人们日益追求同一纺织品尽可能地同时具备多种实用功能,以适应和改善生活环境、工作环境及自身的健康。面料作为服装的第一要素,扮演至关重要的作用。传统的面料上都设置有多种功能性涂层,但这些涂层大多不耐酸碱环境,在水洗过程中,由于不同的洗涤剂的酸碱度不同,导致多次洗涤后的面料都会产生一定的破损,因此,如何提供一种耐酸碱腐蚀的面料成为本领域技术人员努力的方向。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种超疏水棉麻纺织面料,该超疏水棉麻纺织面料使用的改性聚醚砜层耐腐蚀性能好,在酸性、碱性及高湿度环境下的腐蚀率低。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种超疏水棉麻纺织面料,包括改性聚醚砜层和布料层,所述改性聚醚砜层位于布料层表面,所述改性聚醚砜层由涂覆于布料层表面的改性聚醚砜铸膜液烘干获得,所述改性聚醚砜铸膜液包括以下重量份的材料:
聚醚砜 60-100份,
异佛尔酮 25-50份,
聚乙二醇 10-25份,
聚酰胺 8-15份,
N-辛基吡咯烷酮 5-10份,
丙烯酸 N,N-二乙基氨基乙酯 1-10份,
1-((氰基-1-甲基乙基)偶氮)甲酰胺 0.05-1份,
硝酸锂 2-5份,
N,N-二苄基羟胺 0.1-1份,
聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚 1-5份,
二硫化二苯骈噻唑 0.05-0.1份,
消泡剂 0.5-1份。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
1. 上述方案中,所述硝酸锂与聚乙二醇的添加比例为1:5-7。
2. 上述方案中,所述改性聚醚砜膜层的厚度为0.5-0.8mm。
3. 上述方案中,所述改性聚醚砜膜层和布料层采用聚氨酯胶黏剂粘连。
4. 上述方案中,所述消泡剂为六偏磷酸钠、有机硅氧烷或二异丁基甲醇中的一种。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1. 本发明超疏水棉麻纺织面料,其配方中以聚醚砜60-100份为基料,加入丙烯酸 N,N-二乙基氨基乙酯1-10份和1-((氰基-1-甲基乙基)偶氮)甲酰胺0.05-1份共混,使聚醚砜得到改性,该改性聚醚砜具有较好的耐腐蚀性能,减少该面料在酸性、碱性或高湿环境中受到的影响。
2. 本发明超疏水棉麻纺织面料,配方中基于丙烯酸 N,N-二乙基氨基乙酯1-10份进一步添加聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚1-5份,提高了聚醚砜的透气率,使该面料具有良好的透气性。

实施例1-4:包括改性聚醚砜层和布料层,所述改性聚醚砜层位于布料层表面,所述改性聚醚砜层由涂覆于布料层表面的改性聚醚砜铸膜液烘干获得,所述改性聚醚砜铸膜液包括以下重量份的材料:

实施例1中所述硝酸锂与聚乙二醇的添加比例为1:6.25;上述消泡剂为六偏磷酸钠;所述改性聚醚砜膜层的厚度为0.5mm。
实施例2中所述硝酸锂与聚乙二醇的添加比例为1:6.67;上述消泡剂为有机硅氧烷;所述改性聚醚砜膜层的厚度为0.56mm。
实施例3中所述硝酸锂与聚乙二醇的添加比例为1:6;上述消泡剂为二异丁基甲醇;所述改性聚醚砜膜层的厚度为0.8mm。
实施例4中所述硝酸锂与聚乙二醇的添加比例为1:5;上述消泡剂为六偏磷酸钠;所述改性聚醚砜膜层的厚度为0.65mm。
上述改性聚醚砜膜层和布料层采用聚氨酯胶黏剂粘连。
该超疏水棉麻纺织面料中改性聚醚砜铸膜液通过以下步骤制得:
S1、将60-100份聚醚砜溶解于25-50份异佛尔酮中,同时加入1-10份丙烯酸 N,N-二乙基氨基乙酯和0.05-1份1-((氰基-1-甲基乙基)偶氮)甲酰胺,在搅拌条件下反应1-5小时;
S2、在S1中加入10-25份聚乙二醇、2-5份硝酸锂和0.1-1份N,N-二苄基羟胺,继续搅拌2-8小时,得到物料A;
S3、称取8-15份聚酰胺、1-5份聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚,全部溶解于5-10份N-辛基吡咯烷酮中,得到物料B;
S4、将物料A与物料B共混,同时加入0.05-0.1份二硫化二苯骈噻唑和0.5-1份消泡剂,搅拌2-10小时,得到改性聚醚砜铸膜液。
对比例1-2:一种聚醚砜层,包括以下重量份的材料:

对比例1中所述硝酸锂与聚乙二醇的添加比例为1:5;上述消泡剂为六偏磷酸钠。
对比例2中所述硝酸锂与聚乙二醇的添加比例为1:6.86;上述消泡剂为有机硅氧烷。
各实施例和对比例制备的薄膜性能检测数据如下:

其中,腐蚀率测试方法为:将面积为20cm*20cm的面料在表3中所述环境下浸泡48小时计算面料的腐蚀率=腐蚀面积/总面积。
如表3所示,对比例1相对于实施例1-4,缺少组分丙烯酸 N,N-二乙基氨基乙酯和1-((氰基-1-甲基乙基)偶氮)甲酰胺,对比例1制得的聚醚砜在高湿、酸性及碱性环境下的腐蚀率均高于实施例1-4制得的改性聚醚砜膜层,即对比例1制得的聚醚砜耐腐蚀性能差;
对比例2相对于实施例1-4,缺少组分聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚,对比例2制得的聚醚砜的透气率小于实施例1-4制得的改性聚醚砜膜层,即对比例制得的聚醚砜透气性差;
本发明各实施例中制备的改性聚醚砜层无论是酸性环境、碱性环境,还是高湿度环境下的耐腐蚀性均优于对比例的聚醚砜层,本发明制得的改性聚醚砜膜层用于布料上,具有优良的耐腐蚀性能,同时具有良好的透气性。

Claims (5)
1.一种超疏水棉麻纺织面料,其特征在于:包括改性聚醚砜层和布料层,所述改性聚醚砜层位于布料层表面,所述改性聚醚砜层由涂覆于布料层表面的改性聚醚砜铸膜液烘干获得,所述改性聚醚砜铸膜液包括以下重量份的材料:
聚醚砜 60-100份,
异佛尔酮 25-50份,
聚乙二醇 10-25份,
聚酰胺 8-15份,
N-辛基吡咯烷酮 5-10份,
丙烯酸 N,N-二乙基氨基乙酯 1-10份,
1-((氰基-1-甲基乙基)偶氮)甲酰胺 0.05-1份,
硝酸锂 2-5份,
N,N-二苄基羟胺 0.1-1份,
聚丙二醇缩水甘油醚 1-5份,
二硫化二苯骈噻唑 0.05-0.1份,
消泡剂 0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超疏水棉麻纺织面料,其特征在于:所述硝酸锂与聚乙二醇的添加比例为1:5-7。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超疏水棉麻纺织面料,其特征在于:所述改性聚醚砜膜层的厚度为0.5-0.8mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超疏水棉麻纺织面料,其特征在于:所述改性聚醚砜膜层和布料层采用聚氨酯胶黏剂粘连。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超疏水棉麻纺织面料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为六偏磷酸钠、有机硅氧烷或二异丁基甲醇中的一种。
