The following description will be made specifically by taking a screen display of a mobile phone as an example, and the display method of other display devices is similar to that.
As shown in fig. 2, when the mobile phone system sends a frame of data to the detection module, the detection module determines whether the frame of data is a gray scale image or a flashing image according to the received frame of data, specifically, the detection module compares whether the voltage of the frame of data is consistent with the rated voltage of a pre-stored gray scale image or a flashing image, if not, it determines that the frame of data sent by the mobile phone system does not belong to the gray scale image or the flashing image, as shown in fig. 3, the S-W-ODD, the S-W-EVEN, the S-Level, the G-W-L, G-W-R, G-L, G-R is a low Level, the compensation start circuit and the voltage compensation circuit do not work, and the mobile phone normally displays the frame of data at this time.
If the frame sent by the mobile phone system is judged to belong to a gray scale frame, the control module controls the compensation starting circuit to write a conducting signal into the corresponding grid line through each third signal output end and controls the voltage compensation circuit to write a compensation signal into the corresponding data line through each fourth signal output end; as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the S-W-ODD, S-W-EVEN, G-W-L, G-W-R, G-L, G-R are high. G-W-L, G-W-R, G-L, G-R controls all Gate lines Gate to be turned on, and S-W-ODD and S-W-EVEN control the ODD-EVEN column sub-pixels to be turned on. The S-Level is a charging voltage, and the voltage is determined by the data voltage of the gray-scale picture.
And if the frame of picture sent by the mobile phone system is judged to belong to a flicker picture, the control module controls the compensation starting circuit to write a conducting signal into the corresponding grid line through each third signal output end and controls the voltage compensation circuit to write a compensation signal into the corresponding data line through a fourth signal output end connected with the odd-numbered data lines. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the S-W-ODD, G-W-L, G-W-R, G-L, G-R are high; S-W-EVEN is low level; G-W-L, G-W-R, G-L, G-R controls all gates to be turned on, S-W-ODD controls ODD column sub-pixels to be turned on, and S-W-EVEN controls EVEN column sub-pixels to be turned off. S-Level is a charging voltage, and the voltage is determined by the data voltage of a flickering picture;
or the control module controls the compensation starting circuit to write the conducting signals into the corresponding grid lines through the third signal output ends and controls the fourth signal output ends connected with the even-numbered rows of data lines to write the compensation signals into the corresponding data lines. S-W-EVEN, G-W-L, G-W-R, G-L, G-R are high level; S-W-ODD is low level; G-W-L, G-W-R, G-L, G-R controls all gates to be turned on, S-W-EVEN controls EVEN column sub-pixels to be turned on, and S-W-ODD controls ODD column sub-pixels to be turned off.
In the present embodiment, in the Blanking interval, the pixel is charged with the corresponding gray scale picture or the flashing picture, so as to solve the problem that the pixel voltage is reduced and the flashing is aggravated due to the TFT leakage.
It will be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments taken to illustrate the principles of the present invention, which is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and substance of the invention, and these modifications and improvements are also considered to be within the scope of the invention.

Claims (11)

1. A display substrate, comprising: a display area and a non-display area, the display area including: a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines, a plurality of pixel circuits defined by the gate lines and the data lines, each pixel circuit being connected to the gate lines of a corresponding row and the data lines of a corresponding column;
the non-display area includes: the circuit comprises a grid driving circuit, a source driving circuit, a compensation starting circuit and a voltage compensation circuit;
the grid driving circuit is provided with a plurality of first signal output ends which are in one-to-one correspondence with the grid lines, and the first signal output ends are connected with one ends of the corresponding grid lines;
the source electrode driving circuit is provided with a plurality of second signal output ends which are in one-to-one correspondence with the data lines, and the second signal output ends are connected with one ends of the corresponding data lines;
the compensation starting circuit is provided with a plurality of third signal output ends which correspond to the grid lines one to one, and the third signal output ends are connected with the other ends of the corresponding grid lines and used for writing conducting signals into the corresponding grid lines through the third signal output ends when gray scale pictures or flickering pictures are displayed; wherein the gray-scale picture is a pure-color picture;
the voltage compensation circuit is provided with a plurality of fourth signal output ends in one-to-one correspondence with the data lines, the fourth signal output ends are connected with the other ends of the corresponding data lines and used for writing compensation signals into the corresponding data lines through the fourth signal output ends when gray scale pictures are displayed and writing the compensation signals into the corresponding data lines through the fourth signal output ends connected with odd-numbered line data lines or the fourth signal output ends connected with even-numbered line data lines when flashing pictures are displayed.
2. The display substrate of claim 1, wherein the compensation turn-on circuit comprises: a plurality of first switching tubes in one-to-one correspondence with the third signal output ends;
the control electrode of the first switch tube is connected with a control starting signal line, the first electrode of the first switch tube is connected with a conducting signal supply line, and the second electrode of the first switch tube is connected with a corresponding third signal output end.
3. The display substrate according to claim 2, wherein the control start signal line comprises: an odd control start signal line and an even control start signal line; the conduction signal supply line includes: an odd conduction supply line and an even conduction supply line;
the control starting signal line connected with the grid electrode of the first switching tube connected with the grid line of the odd-numbered row is the odd control starting signal line;
the control starting signal line connected with the grid electrode of the first switching tube connected with the grid lines of the even rows is the even control starting signal line;
a conducting signal supply line connected with a first electrode of the first switch tube connected with the grid line of the odd-numbered row is the odd conducting supply line;
and the conduction signal supply line connected with the first pole of the first switching tube connected with the grid line of the even-numbered row is the even conduction supply line.
4. The display substrate of claim 3, wherein the first switching tubes connected to the gate lines of the odd rows, the odd control turn-on signal lines, and the odd conduction supply lines are all located on a first side of the display region;
the first switch tubes connected with the grid lines of the even rows, the even control starting signal lines and the even conducting supply lines are all positioned on the second side of the display area;
the first side is opposite the second side.
5. The display substrate of claim 2, further comprising: a driving chip;
the control starting signal line and the conducting signal supply line are both connected with the driving chip, and the driving chip is used for respectively providing corresponding control signals and conducting signals for the control starting signal line and the conducting signal supply line.
6. The display substrate of claim 1, wherein the voltage compensation circuit comprises: the second switch tubes correspond to the fourth signal output ends one by one;
and the control electrode of the second switch tube is connected with a control compensation signal line, the first electrode of the second switch tube is connected with a compensation signal supply line, and the second electrode of the second switch tube is connected with a fourth signal output end.
7. The display substrate according to claim 6, wherein the control compensation signal line comprises an odd control compensation signal line and an even control compensation signal line;
the control compensation signal line connected with the grid electrode of the second switching tube connected with the data line of the odd column is an odd control compensation signal line;
and the control compensation signal line connected with the grid electrode of the second switch tube connected with the data line of the even-numbered column is an even control compensation signal line.
8. The display substrate according to claim 6, wherein the source driving circuit is located at a third side of the display area, and the voltage compensation circuit is located at a fourth side of the display area;
the third side is opposite the fourth side.
9. A display device, comprising: the display substrate of any one of claims 1-8.
10. The display device according to claim 9, further comprising: the device comprises a detection module and a control module;
the detection module is used for determining whether the picture to be displayed is a gray scale picture or a flickering picture according to the received video signal;
the control module is used for controlling the compensation starting circuit to write a conducting signal into the corresponding grid line through each third signal output end when the detection module detects that the picture to be displayed is a gray-scale picture, and controlling the voltage compensation circuit to write a compensation signal into the corresponding data line through each fourth signal output end; and the voltage compensation circuit is also used for controlling the compensation starting circuit to write a conducting signal into the corresponding grid line through each third signal output end when the detection module detects that the picture to be displayed is a flicker picture, and controlling the voltage compensation circuit to write a compensation signal into the corresponding data line through a fourth signal output end connected with the odd-numbered row data lines or a fourth signal output end connected with the even-numbered row data lines.
11. A screen display method based on the display device according to claim 10, comprising:
the detection module determines whether the picture to be displayed is a gray-scale picture or a flickering picture according to the received video signal; wherein the gray-scale picture is a pure-color picture;
when the detection module detects that the picture to be displayed is a gray-scale picture, the control module controls the compensation starting circuit to write a conducting signal into the corresponding grid line through each third signal output end and controls the voltage compensation circuit to write a compensation signal into the corresponding data line through each fourth signal output end;
when the detection module detects that the picture to be displayed is a flicker picture, the control module controls the compensation starting circuit to write a conducting signal into the corresponding grid line through each third signal output end, and controls the voltage compensation circuit to write a compensation signal into the corresponding data line through a fourth signal output end connected with odd-numbered columns of data lines or a fourth signal output end connected with even-numbered columns of data lines.
