If the fitting block 5 in the groove needs to be disengaged, the air is directly inflated into the inflation chamber 10, then the pressure is increased along with the increase of the air in the inflation chamber 10, and then the air is pushed to move along the inner wall of the inflation chamber 10 towards the push rod 11 side, namely, the push ring 12 gradually pushes all the push rods 11 out of the inflation chamber 10.
Then, the pushed push rod 11 pushes the push rod 9 to deflect, the push rod 9 deflects by taking the flexible belt 17 as a rotation pivot, and meanwhile, one end of the push rod 9 away from the flexible belt 17 pushes the bulge section 14 to separate from the edge area, and along with the separation of the bulge section 14, the filter hole section 13 also separates from the filter area 3 until the bulge section 14 and the filter hole section 13 separate to the position shown in fig. 3.
If the bulge section 14 and the filter hole section 13 are required to be reset, the bulge section 14 and the filter hole section 13 are only required to be reset by discharging the gas in the inflation chamber 10 and manually pushing the bulge section 10.
In some embodiments, the central axis of the push rod 11 is perpendicular to the surface of the push bar 9 or is deflected towards the centre of the groove by a set angle (the set angle is preferably 15-45 degrees).
The deflection of the set angle towards the centre of the groove is to make the deflection angle of the push rod 11 larger, and the bulge section 14 and the filter hole section 13 are easier to disengage from the groove.
Because some filter residues have greater adhesiveness, and particularly the bulge section 14 is more likely to adhere to the filter residues, in some embodiments, the bulge section 14 has a plurality of mounting bars 18 on its surface, all of the mounting bars 18 being disposed along the inner side walls of the bulge section 14, and receiving areas being provided between adjacent mounting bars 18; when the expansion chamber 15 in the bulge section 14 is introduced with gas, the bulge section 14 expands and the distance between the guide receiving areas increases.
As the bulge section 14 and the filter hole section 13 separate from the edge zone and the filter zone 3, respectively, gas will also gradually enter the expansion chamber 15, and at this time, the bulge section 14 expands and the space guiding the accommodation zone increases, which means that the contact area between the filter residues and the mounting strip 18 decreases, so that the filter residues are more likely to fall off.
In some embodiments, the mounting bar 18 is a rectangular bar structure or a structure formed by a plurality of convex points arranged in a linear array or a structure with a semicircular longitudinal section. The mounting bar 18 is configured such that the contact area between the mounting bar 18 and the filter residue is small.
One end of the mounting strip 18 is flush with the surface of the side of the additional plate 4 away from the base plate 2, and the other end is at least in abutment with the surface of the filter hole section 13. The mounting bars 18 are dimensioned such that no filter residue is present at the connection between the bulge section 14 and the filter hole section 13.
In some embodiments, in order to implement the operation of inflating the bulge section 14, it is preferable that the sidewall of the base plate 2 is provided with an air guide block 19, the air guide block 19 is communicated with the inflating chamber 10, the air guide block 19 is provided with a plugging hole 20 for guiding air, and the additional plate 4 is provided with an insertion head 21 capable of being inserted into the plugging hole 20 to guide air into the shaping airway block 16.
The insertion head 21 may be composed of a straight block and a plug capable of being inserted into the insertion hole 20, wherein the plug and the insertion hole 20 may be in transition fit.
When introducing gas in the air guide block 19, the gas is introduced into the inflating chamber 10, and meanwhile, the gas is led into the insertion head 21 gradually through the inserting holes 20, and then the gas entering the insertion head 21 enters the shaping airway block 16 and the inflation cavity 15 between the insertion head 21, so that the inflation cavity 15 is inflated.
The diameter of the filter holes on the filter hole section 13 is larger than or equal to the diameter of the filter holes at the filter zone 3. This is so arranged so that the filter cake will not clog the filter holes on the filter hole section 13, while in some embodiments, a guide piece that can extend into the filter holes on the filter zone 3 may be arranged at the edge of the filter holes on the filter hole section 13 (the guide piece is used to prevent the filter cake from being stuck in the filter holes on the filter hole section 13), once the filter hole section 13 is separated from the groove, the filter holes on the filter hole section 13 will be stretched and expanded so that the filter cake in the filter holes on the filter hole section 13 is discharged.
When the filter plate 1 is used, the additional plate 4 is fixed on the base plate 2, the insertion head 21 is inserted into the insertion hole 20, the attaching block 5 is clamped into the groove and is fully attached to the inner wall of the groove, so that the filter plate 1 is spliced, filtering is performed according to the using mode of a plate-and-frame filter press in the prior art, after the filtering is finished, if part of filter residues are adhered to the attaching block 5, gas can be introduced into the gas guide block 19 through an external conduit and a ventilation device, and then the gas is introduced into the gas charging cavity 10.
As the gas in the inflation chamber 10 increases, the pressure increases, and then the gas pushes the pushing ring 12 to gradually push all the pushing rods 11 out of the inflation chamber 10 along the inner wall of the inflation chamber 10 toward the pushing rods 11.
Then, the pushed push rod 11 pushes the push rod 9 to deflect, the push rod 9 deflects by taking the flexible belt 17 as a rotation pivot, and meanwhile, one end of the push rod 9 away from the flexible belt 17 pushes the bulge section 14 to separate from the edge area, and along with the separation of the bulge section 14, the filter hole section 13 also separates from the filter area 3 until the bulge section 14 and the filter hole section 13 separate to the position shown in fig. 3.
When the gas is introduced into the inflating chamber 10, the inserting holes 20 can guide the gas to gradually enter the inserting head 21, and then the gas entering the inserting head 21 can enter the shaping airway block 16 and the inflating cavity 15, so that the inflating cavity 15 is inflated, the inflating section 14 is inflated to guide the interval of the accommodating area to be increased, which means that the contact area between the filter residues and the mounting strip 18 is reduced, and the filter residues are easier to fall off.
