Description

Skin-brightening composition containing neroli hydrolat and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemicals, in particular to a skin-brightening composition containing neroli hydrolat and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The hydrosol, also called water essential oil, is a condensed water solution obtained by distillation of plants. In the distillation and extraction process, oil and water are separated, essential oil floats on the oil due to different densities, water is precipitated on the lower surface, and the water is called hydrolat. The hydrosol contains water-soluble substances in all plants besides small amount of essential oil. It has one hundred percent of plant water-soluble substances of pure dew, and mineral nutrients contained in the pure dew are deficient in essential oil. The pure water-based facial mask is completely free of essence and alcohol components, mild and non-irritating, and can be used as a daily product or used for preparing various facial masks instead of pure water.
The neroli pure dew obtained by distilling the neroli has the double functions of whitening and moisturizing, and can release whitening energy, so that the darkness and the dumb skin are obviously improved; deeply purifying the bottom layer of the skin, waking up the skin whitening potential, and intensively brightening the skin color; the subsequent skin care products can be absorbed more quickly, and the skin is permanently tender, tender and transparent.
The mulberry leaf extract can obviously inhibit the activity of tyrosinase and has high-efficiency whitening effect. It also has effects in inhibiting elastase and resisting aging; also can promote the synthesis of fiber bud cell brain amide, and soften and moisten skin; can well prevent and treat acne caused by high androgen; has effect in contracting collagen fiber, and can be used for slimming; has effect in promoting luciferase activation and relieving inflammation.
The existing cosmetic product does not use the pure dew of the orange flowers and the mulberry leaf extract at the same time so as to achieve the purpose of brightening the skin; and the existing cosmetic products have low absorption efficiency of active ingredients and limited strength of functional exertion, and meanwhile, the moisturizing effect is not obvious. The invention provides a composition which contains the extract of the pure dew of the orange flowers and the mulberry leaves, solves the problem of dull skin, and can obviously lighten the skin; meanwhile, the problems of low moisturizing effect, low absorption efficiency of active ingredients by skin and low exertion efficiency of the product are solved.

2. Effect testing
The above compositions 1 to 10 were subjected to an effect test.
I. skin lightening effect test
Test volunteers: 30-50 years old, 100 men and women, 50 men and women each. The volunteers were randomized into 10 groups of 5 men and women each.
After each group of volunteers washed the face every morning, 1.2g of the product of the above composition 1-10 was uniformly applied on the face, and the application was continued for 60 days. The reduction ratio of melanin in different periods was calculated by measuring the facial melanin content T 1 of volunteers before using the composition, the skin melanin content T2 of the face area for 30 days and the skin melanin content T3 of the face for 60 days using MX18 melanin tester manufactured by CK company, germany, and the calculation formula is as follows: the melanin reduction ratio q1=100% × (T1-T2)/T1 for 30 days and the black reduction ratio q2=100% × (T1-T3)/T1 for 60 days. The skin lightening effect of the composition is visually displayed using a melanin reduction ratio. The results are shown in Table 1.
Table 1: skin lightening effect test of compositions
Skin lightening effect test Q1/% Q2/%
Composition 1 23.2 30.5
Composition 2 22.8 29.9
Composition 3 19.1 24.8
Composition 4 21.3 27.9
Composition 5 20.5 26.6

Composition 7 20.2 26.4
Composition 8 18.9 24.5
Composition 9 21.1 27.6
Composition 10 21.6 28.4
The test results in table 1 show that the composition of the invention can remarkably reduce the melanin content of skin by 23.2% in 30 days, and can remarkably lighten skin and endow skin with white effect in 30.5% in 60 days.
The mass ratio of the neroli hydrosol to the mulberry leaf extract of the compositions 1 and 2 is (10-20) to 1, and the ratio of the compositions 3 to 6 is 4.6:1, 7.5:1, 27.3:1 and 33:1 in sequence; that is, the mass ratio of the neroli hydrolat and the mulberry leaf extract of the compositions 3 to 7 is not in the range of (10 to 20): 1 range; compositions 1 and 3-6 differ in the proportions described above. The test results showed that composition 1 showed the best skin whitening effect. The mass ratio of the neroli hydrosol to the mulberry leaf extract is (10-20): 1 the product of the invention has remarkable effect on increasing the whitening effect.
As can be seen from the comparison of the compositions 1 and 7-8, the use of sodium bis (laureth-7) citrate and cetostearyl alcohol wheat bran glycoside generates a mutual promotion relationship, and the matching of the sodium bis (laureth-7) citrate and cetostearyl alcohol wheat bran glycoside can mutually promote and increase the whitening effect of the composition; the two components can promote the active ingredients such as plant extracts, plant oil and the like to absorb cakes with high efficiency to play a role, so that the product provided by the invention has excellent skin brightening effect.
The mass ratio of sodium bis (laureth-7) citrate to cetostearyl alcohol wheat bran glycoside of compositions 9-10 did not fall within the present invention (0.8-1.3): within 1, and the test results showed that the whitening effect of example 1 was more excellent. The invention selects sodium bis (laureth-7) citrate and cetostearyl alcohol wheat bran glycoside with the mass ratio of (0.8-1.3): the range 1 can enable the product of the invention to have the effect of remarkably improving skin lightening.
I I moisture effect test
Test volunteers: 30-50 years old, 60 men and women, 30 men and women each. The volunteers were randomized into 6 groups of 5 men and women each.
The moisture retention performance was tested by drawing a4 cm x 4 cm test area on the inside of the right arm of the volunteer near the wrist. The skin moisture content of the test areas of each group of volunteers was measured using a skin moisture tester before using the composition, and the average moisture content A0 of each group was calculated. The volunteers of groups 1-6 were then coated on the test area with the products of compositions 1-2, 7-10, respectively, in an amount of 0.3 grams, and uniformly applied. The water content of the test areas was measured separately for 2 hours, 6 hours and 10 hours to be smeared, and the average value was taken and recorded as A2, A6 and a10 in this order. Calculating the skin water content increase rate d after 2,6 and 10 hours of application; wherein, the skin moisture content increase rate d2=100% × (A2-A0)/A0 for 2 hours of application, the skin moisture content increase rate d6=100% × (A6-A0)/A0 for 6 hours of application, and the skin moisture content increase rate d10=100% × (a 10-A0)/A0 for 10 hours of application. The test results are shown in Table 2.
