4) Drying a workpiece: clamping and moving the cleaned work price to the middle position of a fan set by utilizing a sliding rail (5) and a mechanical arm (6), starting the fan set and an electric heating wire, thereby drying water stains on the surface of a workpiece by utilizing hot air, and then placing the dried workpiece on a left conveying platform (3);
5) Discharging and sewage treatment: the left conveying platform (3) is utilized to convey the dried workpiece out of the ultrasonic cleaner shell (1), the protective frame (4) is utilized to block the dried workpiece, then the staff takes away the cleaned and dried workpiece for treatment, then sewage in the cleaning bin is discharged into the filter box, oil stains in the sewage are filtered by utilizing the oil-water separation film, and then the filtered water is pumped into the water tank (7) again by utilizing the water pump for recycling.
