In a more preferred embodiment, the water pressure of the first spraying device 32-1, the air volume and the air knife angle of the first air knife 62-1 and the second air knife 41 and the conveying speed of the conveying device 2 can be adjusted.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 3, the cleaning and drying machine for metal parts with an integrated structure in the embodiment includes an apparatus body 1, a conveying device 2 for conveying the cleaned metal parts is arranged in the apparatus body 1, the apparatus body 1 includes a cleaning section 3 and a drying section 4 which are sequentially arranged along a conveying direction of the conveying device 2, and the conveying device 2 is a roller type conveying device 2 composed of a plurality of continuously arranged transmission rollers 21; the cleaning section 3 comprises a first cleaning mechanism for cleaning the metal parts by using a cleaning agent and a second cleaning mechanism for cleaning the metal parts by using water, and the first cleaning mechanism and the second cleaning mechanism are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the conveying device 2. In the roller type conveying device 2, metal parts are placed above a roller of the conveying device 2, and the conveying device 2 continuously passes through the cleaning section 3 and the drying section 4, so that the metal parts passing through the previous station can automatically flow into the next station without manual operation.
In a more preferred embodiment, both the first cleaning mechanism and the second cleaning mechanism are spray cleaning mechanisms 32. The first cleaning mechanism is provided with a heating device for heating the cleaning liquid to improve the cleaning and decontamination effects. The heating device is not shown in the drawings, and a heating device capable of achieving a heating effect in the prior art can be adopted, so that the structure and the selection of the device are not limited herein.
In a more preferred embodiment, a plurality of rows of first spraying devices 32-1 are arranged in the spraying and cleaning mechanism 32, in this embodiment, the first spraying devices 32-1 are arranged in four rows and are respectively arranged above and below the conveying device 2, and the first spraying devices 32-1 below the conveying device 2 spray cleaning liquid upwards from the roller gap and work together with the first spraying devices 32-1 above the conveying device 2, so that the cleaning effect is better.
In a more preferred embodiment, the washing section 3 further comprises two water removal means, respectively defined as a first water removal means 33 and a second water removal means 34, the washing section 3 being arranged in the following order, in the transport direction of the conveyor 2: a first cleaning mechanism, a first water removal mechanism 33, a second cleaning mechanism, and a second water removal mechanism 34; first dewatering mechanism 33 and second dewatering mechanism 34 all include two dewatering rollers 22, and dewatering roller 22 has the roller of flexible material that absorbs water for the outside cladding, and every dewatering roller 22 sets up directly over a transmission roller 21 respectively correspondingly, also has the flexible material that absorbs water with the outside cladding of the corresponding transmission roller 21 of dewatering roller 22. Metal parts can all pass through a dewatering mechanism behind each wiper mechanism, reduce the remaining washing liquid of preceding process and flow into the back process, improve the life of the washing liquid of back process.
In a more preferable embodiment, the first cleaning mechanism and the second cleaning mechanism are both connected with a circulating filter system 5 for recycling liquid used for cleaning metal parts, so that the service life of the cleaning liquid is prolonged, the cleaning liquid is recycled, and the energy conservation and the environmental protection are realized.
Specifically, first wiper mechanism, second wiper mechanism still all are connected with water tank or cistern, and circulating filtration system 5 is connected with this water tank or cistern to still install the heating system, liquid level induction system, the temperature-sensing system that carry out the heating to liquid in this water tank or the cistern, thereby heating system heats washing liquid or water and reaches better decontamination effect, and heating temperature can be set for according to the demand, and liquid level induction system can report an police dispatch newspaper when the liquid level is less than the setting value and indicate. The specific structures of the heating system, the liquid level sensing system and the temperature sensing system are not shown in the attached drawings, and the three systems adopt devices which can realize corresponding functions in the prior art, and the structure selection of the devices is not limited herein. The water tank or liquid tank of the first cleaning means and the second cleaning means as described herein is not shown in the drawings. In a more preferred embodiment, the washing section 3 further comprises an aftertreatment means 6 arranged at the foremost part of the washing section 3, corresponding to the transport device 2, the aftertreatment means 6 comprising an aftertreatment section 61 and a water removal section 62. The post-treatment section 61 is used for performing rust prevention treatment on metal parts, the post-treatment section 61 in the embodiment performs rust prevention treatment in a dip-coating manner, the post-treatment section 61 is provided with an oil groove 61-1 for containing rust prevention liquid and a water pump for pumping the rust prevention liquid into the oil groove 61-1, the transmission device 2 pumps the rust prevention liquid into the oil groove 61-1 through the oil groove 61-1 by the water pump to enable the liquid level to be higher than that of the transmission roller 21, namely, the liquid level in the oil groove 61-1 is higher than the transmission device 2, so that the metal parts are completely soaked in the rust prevention liquid.
Specifically, the oil groove 61-1 is formed by a plate material disposed at the lower portion of the transmission roller 21 corresponding to the post-processing section 61 and plate materials disposed at two sides of the transmission roller 21 corresponding to the post-processing section 61 in a sealing manner, the oil in the oil groove 61-1 is blocked by the squeezing rollers at the front end and the rear end of the section of the transmission device 2 corresponding to the post-processing section 61, and the structure, the material and the corresponding relationship with the transmission roller 21 of the squeezing rollers are the same as those of the dewatering roller 22, which is not described herein again, and the material of the plate material is not limited.
The post-treatment section 61 may also be of a spray type, and the structure may be referred to as the spray cleaning mechanism 32. The water removing section 62 is internally provided with a plurality of first air knives 62-1, four first air knives 62-1 in the embodiment are respectively arranged above and below the transmission device 2, and water stains accumulated on the surfaces of the parts are blown off by up and down oppositely, so that the rear end can be dried quickly and no water stains are left.

The integrated structure metal part cleaning and drying machine in the embodiment adopts the roller type conveying device, the conveying device passes through each work station of the cleaning and drying machine, continuous operation is realized among different functional areas, no personnel operation is needed, and the efficiency is high; and the cleaning effect of metal parts is better by matching with the conveying roller.

The integrated structural metal part washing and drying machine as recited in claim 1, characterized in that: the first cleaning mechanism and the second cleaning mechanism are respectively an ultrasonic cleaning mechanism (31) and a spraying cleaning mechanism (32), or the first cleaning mechanism and the second cleaning mechanism are both the ultrasonic cleaning mechanism (31), or the first cleaning mechanism and the second cleaning mechanism are both the spraying cleaning mechanism (32).
