Claims (6)

An abrasion resistance detection device for textile yarns, comprising a main body module (100) and a variable speed conversion test module (200), characterized in that: the main body module (100) comprises a test box (110), a rotating rod (120) is rotatably connected between two sides of the inner wall of the test box (110), two ends of the rotating rod (120) extend to the outside of the test box (110), and two baffles (130) are fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner wall of the test box (110);
the speed change conversion test module (200) comprises two conversion turntables (210) fixedly connected to the outer surface of the rotating rod (120) and respectively close to two sides of the inner wall of the test box (110), four sliding grooves are formed in the two conversion turntables (210) in an annular equidistant manner, U-shaped plates (220) are slidably connected between the inner walls of the two sliding grooves in each opposite mode, fixing assemblies (240) are arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the U-shaped plates (220), two mounting seats (250) are fixedly connected to the bottom of the inner wall of the test box (110), a speed change test assembly (260) is arranged between the interiors of the two mounting seats (250), the speed change test assembly (260) is located between the two baffles (130), a driving assembly (270) connected with the speed change test assembly (260) is arranged between the two sides of the inner wall of the test box (110), a connecting assembly (280) is arranged on one side of the test box (110), and the connecting assembly (280) is connected with one ends of the driving assembly (270) and the rotating rod (120).
The speed change testing assembly (260) comprises a turnover rotating column (261) which is rotationally connected between the interiors of two mounting seats (250), two speed change turntables (262) are fixedly connected to the outer surface of the turnover rotating column (261), four testing rods (263) are rotationally connected between adjacent surfaces of the two speed change turntables (262) in an annular equidistant manner, a plurality of testing grinding wheels (264) are fixedly connected to the outer surfaces of the four testing rods (263), and the roughness of the outer surfaces of the plurality of testing grinding wheels (264) is different;
the speed change test assembly (260) further comprises four driving chain wheels (265) which are respectively and fixedly connected to one ends of the four test rods (263), the four driving chain wheels (265) are different in size, a driving chain (266) is in transmission connection with the outer surfaces of the four driving chain wheels (265), a first motor (267) is fixedly connected to the outer surface of one speed change rotary disc (262), and an output shaft of the first motor (267) is fixedly connected with the other end of one test rod (263);
the connecting assembly (280) comprises a solar tile four-grooved wheel (281) fixedly connected to one end of the rotating rod (120), one side of the test box (110) is rotatably connected with a large gear (282), one side of the large gear (282) is fixedly connected with a driving wheel (283), and the driving wheel (283) is movably connected with the solar tile four-grooved wheel (281);
the driving assembly (270) comprises a worm (271) which is rotationally connected between two sides of the inner wall of the test box (110), a second motor (272) is fixedly connected to the other side of the test box (110), an output shaft of the second motor (272) is fixedly connected with one end of the worm (271), the other end of the worm (271) extends to the outside of the test box (110), a pinion (273) is fixedly connected to the other end of the worm (271), the pinion (273) is meshed with a large gear (282), a worm wheel (274) is fixedly connected to the front end of the turnover rotating post (261), and the worm wheel (274) is meshed with the worm (271).

An abrasion resistance detection apparatus for a spun yarn according to claim 1, wherein: the speed change conversion test module (200) further comprises two annular grooves (290) which are respectively formed in two sides of the inner wall of the test box (110), the two annular grooves (290) are in an inverted water drop shape, the two sides of the four U-shaped plates (220) are fixedly connected with sliding shafts (230), and each four sliding shafts (230) are respectively and movably connected in one annular groove (290).
