Example 2
A production method of colored polyester high-shrinkage fully drawn yarn with high light fastness comprises the following steps:
s1, pre-crystallizing the PET slices at 160 ℃ for 15 minutes, and then drying the PET slices at 172 ℃ until the water content of the PET slices is not more than 30 ppm;
s2, putting the coloring master batch into a master batch drying kettle, and drying at 118 ℃; adjusting the material level not to exceed 70% of the volume of the master batch drying kettle, and ensuring that the coloring master batch stays for drying for not less than 12 hours;
s3, uniformly mixing the PET slices and the coloring master batches by adopting a weightlessness type feeder metering and mixing system to obtain a mixed material, wherein the mass ratio of the coloring master batches to the PET slices is 2.5: 97.5; correcting the metering and compounding system for at least 2 times, adjusting the mass percentages of the master batches and the slices on line, metering and ensuring that the flow error of the metering and compounding system is less than or equal to 1%;
s4, carrying out melt spinning on the mixed material through a spinning screw rod; the spinning process comprises the following steps: adjusting the temperature of each extrusion area of the spinning screw to 245-290 ℃, wherein the spinning temperature is 285 ℃, biphenyl steam is adopted for heating and heat preservation, the temperature of the biphenyl steam is controlled to be 282 ℃, the diameter of a spinning assembly is 95mm, the assembly adopts 60-80 mesh metal filter sand, the initial pressure of the spinning assembly is controlled to be 12MPa, the number of holes of a spinneret plate is 24, and the diameter of the spinneret hole is 0.25 mm;
s5, cooling the yarns obtained by spinning in a side blowing mode; the temperature of the side air blowing in spring and summer is 25 ℃, and the humidity is 80%; the temperature of the side air blowing is 20 ℃ in autumn and winter, and the humidity is 70%; in order to reduce batch of balls and filaments during fabric weaving, the blowing speed is controlled at 0.55m/min, and the air pressure is controlled at 600 Pa;
s6, quantitatively conveying an oil agent to an oil nozzle by an oil agent pump to oil the yarn, wherein the rotating speed of the oil agent pump is controlled at 30 Hz/min; wherein: the oil agent is selected from bamboo oil agent with the brand number of F-1048 and the concentration of the oil agent of 16 percent;
s7, pre-networking, hot-roll stretching, main networking and winding are carried out on the yarn after oiling to obtain 167dt/48f colored polyester high-shrinkage Fully Drawn Yarn (FDY) with high light fastness; wherein the hot roller drawing comprises a first godet roller drawing and a second godet roller drawing and shaping process in sequence, the speed of the first godet roller is 1750m/min, the temperature of the first godet roller is 88 ℃, the speed of the second godet roller is 4550m/min, and the temperature of the second godet roller is 98 ℃; the winding speed is 4500 m/min; in order to ensure the weaving performance of the FDY yarns, a pre-network and a main network are used for carrying out network processing on the FDY yarns in the production process, so that the cohesion of the yarns is increased.
Example 3
A production method of colored polyester high-shrinkage fully drawn yarn with high light fastness comprises the following steps:
s1, pre-crystallizing the PET slices at 155 ℃ for 20 minutes, and then drying the PET slices at 170 ℃ until the water content of the PET slices is not more than 30 ppm;
s2, putting the coloring master batch into a master batch drying kettle, and drying at 115 ℃; adjusting the material level not to exceed 70% of the volume of the master batch drying kettle, and ensuring that the coloring master batch stays for drying for not less than 12 hours;
s3, uniformly mixing the PET slices and the coloring master batches by adopting a weightlessness type feeder metering and mixing system to obtain a mixed material, wherein the mass ratio of the coloring master batches to the PET slices is 5: 95; correcting the metering and compounding system for at least 2 times, adjusting the mass percentages of the master batches and the slices on line, metering and ensuring that the flow error of the metering and compounding system is less than or equal to 1%;
s4, carrying out melt spinning on the mixed material through a spinning screw rod; the spinning process comprises the following steps: adjusting the temperature of each extrusion area of the spinning screw to be between 240 ℃ and 280 ℃, wherein the spinning temperature is 284 ℃, heating and heat preservation are carried out by adopting biphenyl steam, the temperature of the biphenyl steam is controlled to be 286 ℃, the diameter of a spinning assembly is 92mm, the assembly adopts 80-100 meshes of metal filter sand, the initial pressure of the spinning assembly is controlled to be 14MPa, the number of holes of a spinneret plate is 36, and the diameter of the spinneret hole is 0.25 mm;
s5, cooling the yarns obtained by spinning in a side blowing mode; the temperature of the side air blowing in spring and summer is 28 ℃, and the humidity is 90%; the temperature of the lateral blowing air is 25 ℃ in autumn and winter, and the humidity is 80%; in order to reduce batch of pompon and fuzz during fabric weaving, the blowing speed is controlled at 0.5m/min, and the air pressure is controlled at 500 Pa;
s6, quantitatively conveying an oil agent to an oil nozzle by an oil agent pump to oil the yarn, wherein the rotating speed of the oil agent pump is controlled at 20 Hz/min; wherein: the oil agent is selected from bamboo oil agent with the brand number of F-1048 and the concentration of the oil agent of 10 percent;
s7, pre-networking, hot-roll drawing, main networking and winding are carried out on the yarn after oiling to obtain the colored polyester high-shrinkage Fully Drawn Yarn (FDY) with 83dt/36f high light fastness; wherein the hot roller drawing comprises a first godet roller drawing and a second godet roller drawing and shaping process in sequence, the speed of the first godet roller is 1850m/min, the temperature of the first godet roller is 87 ℃, the speed of the second godet roller is 4600m/min, and the temperature of the second godet roller is 95 ℃; the winding speed is 4550 m/min; in order to ensure the weaving performance of the FDY yarns, a pre-network and a main network are used for carrying out network processing on the FDY yarns in the production process, so that the cohesion of the yarns is increased.

Claims (10)
1. The production method of the colored polyester high-shrinkage fully drawn yarn with high light fastness is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, pre-crystallizing and drying the PET slices;
s2, drying the coloring master batch;
s3, uniformly mixing the pre-crystallized and dried PET slices obtained in the step S1 with the dried coloring master batches obtained in the step S2 to obtain a mixed material;
s4, carrying out melt spinning on the mixed material through a spinning screw;
s5, cooling the yarns obtained by spinning in a side blowing mode;
s6, oiling the cooled yarn;
s7, pre-meshing, hot roller stretching, main meshing and winding are carried out on the yarn after oiling to obtain the colored polyester high-shrinkage fully drawn yarn with high light-resistant color fastness.
2. The method for producing a colored polyester high-shrinkage fully drawn yarn with high lightfastness according to claim 1, wherein the step S1 of pre-crystallizing and drying the PET chip; wherein the pre-crystallization temperature is 155-160 ℃, and the pre-crystallization time is 8-30 minutes; the drying temperature is 165-175 ℃, and the drying is carried out until the water content of the slices is less than or equal to 30 ppm.

The method for producing the colored polyester high-shrinkage fully drawn yarn with high color fastness to light as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step S2 comprises the steps of putting the colored masterbatch into a masterbatch drying kettle for drying, wherein the drying temperature is 110 ℃ and 120 ℃, the material level is adjusted to be not more than 70% of the masterbatch drying kettle, and the retention time of the colored masterbatch is ensured to be not less than 12 hours.

The method for producing colored polyester high-shrinkage fully drawn yarn with high light fastness according to claim 1, wherein step S3 is carried out by uniformly mixing the pre-crystallized and dried PET chip of step S1 with the dried colored masterbatch of step S2 by a weight loss feeder metering and compounding system to obtain a mixed material; based on 100 of the total mass of the coloring master batch and the PET slices, the coloring master batch accounts for 1-12 wt%, and the flow error of a metering and compounding system is less than or equal to 1%.

The method for producing a colored polyester high-shrinkage fully drawn yarn with high lightfastness according to claim 1, wherein the step S4 is to melt-spin the mixed material by a spinning screw; the spinning process comprises the following steps: adjusting the temperature of each extrusion area of the spinning screw at 240-290 ℃, the spinning temperature at 280-285 ℃, heating and preserving heat by adopting biphenyl steam, controlling the temperature of the biphenyl steam at 280-286 ℃, the diameter of the spinning assembly at 90-95mm, adopting 60-80-100 mesh metal filter sand as the assembly, controlling the initial pressure of the spinning assembly at 12-14MPa, selecting 12-288 holes of the spinneret plate, and controlling the diameter of the spinneret hole at 0.22-0.28 mm.
6. The method for producing colored polyester high-shrinkage fully drawn yarn with high light fastness according to claim 1, wherein step S5 is to cool the spun yarn by a cross-air blowing method; the temperature of the cross air blowing is 20-29 ℃, the humidity is 70-90%, the air blowing speed is 0.4-0.6m/min, and the air pressure is controlled at 500-600 Pa.

The method for producing colored polyester high-shrinkage fully drawn yarn with high color fastness to light according to claim 6, wherein the yarn obtained by spinning is cooled by a cross-air blowing method; the temperature of the lateral blowing air in spring and summer is 25-29 ℃, and the humidity is 80-90%; the temperature of the lateral air blowing in autumn and winter is 20-25 deg.C, and the humidity is 70-80%.

The method for producing colored polyester high-shrinkage fully drawn yarn with high light fastness according to claim 1, wherein the step S6 is to deliver the oil agent to the oil nozzle by an oil agent pump in a fixed amount to oil the yarn, and the rotation speed of the oil agent pump is controlled to be 20-30 Hz/min.

The method for producing a colored polyester high-shrinkage fully drawn yarn with high light fastness according to claim 1, wherein the yarn is pre-networked, hot-roll drawn, primary networked and wound after oiling at step S7 to obtain a colored polyester high-shrinkage fully drawn yarn with high light fastness; wherein the hot roller drawing comprises a first godet roller and a second godet roller drawing process in sequence, the speed of the first godet roller is 1600-2000m/min, the temperature of the first godet roller is 85 +/-5 ℃, the speed of the second godet roller is 4200-4600m/min, and the temperature of the second godet roller is 100 +/-5 ℃; the winding speed was 4150-4650 m/min.
