Description

Power generation control device and method for generator of hybrid vehicle and voltage regulator
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of generators, in particular to the technical field of hybrid vehicle alternators.
Background
For hybrid vehicles, or vehicles such as urban buses and the like, high-voltage lithium batteries are added, the application working conditions of supplying power to a low-voltage system simultaneously by adopting the high-voltage batteries (lithium batteries) and the generators exist, and most manufacturers select to control the generators to conduct intervention work under specific conditions for the working conditions at present, namely, the generators do not work under the condition that the electric quantity of the high-voltage batteries is sufficient, and the electric quantity is insufficient to conduct intervention work.
In the prior art, an ECU judges the power generation requirement of a generator through the voltage of a high-voltage battery and controls whether the generator generates power. When the electric quantity of the high-voltage battery is sufficient, the vehicle electronic control unit ECU sends a command of 'no power generation' to the generator, and the generator does not intervene in work; when the electric quantity of the high-voltage battery is insufficient, the vehicle electronic control unit ECU sends a power generation command to the generator to control the generator to perform intervention work.
The problem in the prior art is that when a 15-end voltage regulator is used for controlling the intervention of a generator, and when the terminal connection is abnormal (the connection between a generator state control terminal and an ECU (electronic control unit) of a vehicle is disconnected), and when an engine works, the ECU cannot control the state of the generator, and the generator starts to generate electricity, and the connection condition of a wire harness can be fed back at the moment; the engine does not work, and the connection condition of the wire harness cannot be fed back when the generator does not generate electricity.
When the generator is controlled to be in medium, a capacitor box is generally matched for state control, when the terminal connection is abnormal (connection and disconnection between a generator state control terminal and a capacitor box IG end or between a capacitor box control end and a vehicle electronic control unit ECU), the connection condition of a wiring harness cannot be fed back, and when the generator has a power generation requirement and the control end is disconnected, the capacitor box IG end is at a high potential (about 28V), so that potential safety hazards of short circuit with other components exist.

First, a custom term or abbreviation is explained:
15 terminal voltage regulator: in a voltage regulator 10 for controlling the power generation state of a generator 30 through a 15 terminal, a vehicle electronic control unit ECU can control the power generation state by changing the 15 terminal potential of the voltage regulator 10.
No battery voltage regulator: the voltage regulator 10 is only suitable for the battery-free application condition (the generator 30 only supplies power to an air conditioning system), and can control the power generation state of the generator 30 through an IG terminal, and is required to be matched with a capacitor box for use.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic block diagram of a 15-terminal voltage regulator in a generator 30 according to the prior art.
An existing 15-terminal voltage regulator, comprising: the main control chip 11, the phase signal detection module 13, the voltage regulation control module 14, the power supply and function selection module 12, the voltage withstand protection circuit 16 and the power generation control module 19 can also comprise an L output module 18 and an indicator lamp control module 17. The power generation control module 19 is used for filtering and converting the received voltage signal into a voltage range which can be identified and allowed to be input by the 13 th port of the main control chip 11, and the main control chip 11 is used for switching on and controlling the switching of the tuning machine.
Through 15 end voltage regulator control, can realize that generator 30 does not work under the sufficient circumstances of high-voltage battery electric quantity, and the work is intervened in the electric quantity inadequacy, and its theory of operation is: the existing 15-terminal voltage regulator phase signal starting conditions are set as follows: the phase end voltage is higher than three specifications of 0.3V, 0.6V and 0.9V, and the highest self-starting rotating speed is about 3000rpm.
When the control end of the voltage regulator 10 is disconnected from the ECU (electronic control unit) of the vehicle, the P end signal changes along with the increase of the rotation speed of the generator 30, the 19 th end potential of the main control chip 11 of the voltage regulator 10 changes when the set rotation speed condition is reached, the main control chip 11 of the voltage regulator 10 judges that the power generation condition is met through the 19 th end, the potential of the 1 st end of the main control chip 11 of the voltage regulator 10 is adjusted to control the opening of a triode connected with the 1 st end, the power supply to an excitation system is controlled through the F end and the E end connected with the rotor of the generator 30, and finally the generator 30 generates power. In this case, the hybrid vehicle requires engine intervention power supply, but does not require generator power.
And the indicator lamp is connected between the whole vehicle power supply and the L end of the generator 30. When the generator 30 does not rotate and does not generate electricity and the positive pole B+ of the generator has the voltage of the power supply system, the master control chip 11 of the voltage regulator 10 is powered and activated, the 14 th and 15 th end potentials of the master control chip 11 of the voltage regulator 10 are adjusted to enable the L-shaped ground to be connected with the indicating lamp to be lighted, and whether the control end of the voltage regulator 10 is disconnected with the ECU of the vehicle cannot be judged at the moment.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a prior art method for controlling the generator 30 to generate power through a 15-terminal voltage regulator.
When the control end of the voltage regulator 10 is abnormally connected and out of control and the engine rotates but does not need the generator 30 to generate electricity, the generator 30 generates electricity in a out-of-control mode, and the excessive occupied engine energy is not in accordance with the whole vehicle demand, and the generator 30 is in a out-of-control state; before the generator 30 generates electricity, the whole vehicle cannot judge the connection state of the control end of the voltage regulator 10, and only when the generator 30 generates electricity in a out-of-control mode, the abnormal connection state of the control end of the voltage regulator 10 can be found, and at the moment, the generator 30 cannot adjust the electricity generation state according to the whole vehicle requirement.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, please refer to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a generator power generation control device of a hybrid vehicle according to an embodiment of the invention.

A connection state feedback circuit 101 for feeding back a line connection condition between the voltage regulator 10 and the vehicle electronic control unit ECU;
a generator power generation control module 23 for controlling the power generation of the generator 30 according to the feedback result of the connection state feedback circuit 101;
and an alarm module 24 for alarming when the feedback result is abnormal, wherein the connection state feedback circuit 101, the generator power generation control module 23 and the alarm module 24 are arranged inside or outside the voltage regulator 10.
Specifically, an alternator is disposed in a hybrid vehicle.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating a voltage regulator of a generator according to an embodiment of the invention.
The voltage regulator 10 of the present embodiment is different from the prior art in that a hybrid vehicle generator power generation control device 20 is added, including a phase signal detection removal/adjustment module 21 (not shown in fig. 4) and a connection state feedback circuit 101, a generator power generation control module 23 and an alarm module 24, and the phase signal detection removal/adjustment module 21 adjusts the on parameters of the phase signal detection module 13, for example, sets a phase on rotation speed condition as follows: the rotational speed > 30000rpm, making the generator 30 unable to start by the phase-signal-start function.
Referring next to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a connection status feedback circuit according to an embodiment of the invention.
In an embodiment of the above device of the present invention, the connection status feedback circuit 101 is based on a triode dc circuit.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the connection status feedback circuit 101 based on the triode dc circuit configuration further includes:
a first resistor R A A second resistor R B A third resistor R C A fourth resistor R D And a triode Q, wherein the first resistor R A And a second resistor R B One end of the resistor is connected with the positive pole B+ of the generator, and the first resistor R A The other end of the resistor is connected with the collector electrode of the triode Q, and a second resistor R B The other end is connected with the base level of the triode Q, and a third resistor R C A fourth resistor R connected to one end thereof to ground and the other end thereof to a generator state control terminal 15 of the voltage regulator 10 D One end is connected with the emitter of the triode Q, the other end is connected with the ground, the base level of the triode Q is connected with the generator state control end 15, and the emitter of the triode Q is connected with the generator state feedback end 2 of the voltage regulator 10.
The operation principle of the connection state feedback circuit 101 is as follows: under normal conditions, the generator state control terminal 15 and the generator state feedback terminal 2 are normally connected with the ECU. When the ECU sends a low potential signal to the generator state control end 15 (grounded), the potential of the triode Q control end is pulled down to 0V, the triode Q is closed, the potential of the generator state feedback end 2 is 0V, and the ECU judges that the wiring is normal and does not alarm; the ECU sends a high potential signal to the generator state control end 15, the potential of the triode Q control end is pulled high, the triode Q is opened, the generator state feedback potential is high, and the ECU judges that the wiring is normal and does not alarm.
Under abnormal conditions, the generator state control end 15 is connected with the ECU to suspend the abnormal generator state control end 15, when the ECU sends a low potential signal to the generator state control end 15, the potential of the triode Q control end is high (third resistor voltage division), the triode Q is opened, the potential of the generator state feedback end 2 is high, and the ECU judges that wiring is abnormal, alarms and reminds of parking inspection.
The generator state feedback end 2 is connected with the ECU to suspend the abnormal generator state feedback end 2, and when the ECU sends high and low potential signals to the generator state control end 15, the ECU monitors that the voltage signals fed back by the generator state feedback end 2 are unchanged, and the ECU judges that wiring is abnormal, alarms and reminds of parking inspection.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating connection between a generator and a low-voltage power supply system of a whole vehicle according to an embodiment of the invention.
