Abstract

背景技术
水性组合物(也称为水基组合物)由于环境问题较少而比基于溶剂的组合物变得越来越重要。关于降低因室内暴露于空气污染物诸如甲醛而造成的健康风险的环境法规越来越严格,例如,中国室内空气净化标准JC/T1074-2008要求建筑内部涂料的甲醛减排效率为至少75%。人们已尝试减少从室内环境释放的游离甲醛。例如,已开发水性含乙酰乙酰氧基基团的聚合物粘结剂作为用于涂料应用的甲醛减排材料。然而,聚合物中的乙酰乙酰氧基基团在储存期间往往会在水中发生水解,这会导致容器中的压力积聚,从而产生安全问题。避免严重水解的有效方式之一是通过使用一些选择性有机胺(诸如乙醇胺)来保护乙酰乙酰氧基基团,但包含乙酰乙酰氧基官能聚合物和胺的涂膜在暴露于阳光时、特别是在涂膜老化时往往会随着时间的推移显示变色(例如,变黄)。
期望发现一种适用于涂料组合物而没有上述问题的添加剂。
发明内容
本发明解决了发现没有上述问题的共聚物添加剂的问题。本发明的共聚物添加剂包含由乙酰乙酰胺官能单体和脲基单体的新型组合的聚合制备的共聚物。与含有乙酰乙酰氧基官能单体而不是乙酰乙酰胺官能单体的结构单元的类似共聚物添加剂相比,本发明的共聚物添加剂在宽pH值范围(例如,2至10)内更稳定。包含本发明的共聚物添加剂的涂料组合物可以为由其制备的涂膜提供比含有乙酰乙酰氧基官能粘结剂的类似涂料组合物较少的变黄。这些特性可以根据以下实施例部分中所述的测试方法测量。

本发明的共聚物添加剂可通过上述单体的溶液聚合来制备。用于制备共聚物的单体的总重量浓度等于100%。单体可单独添加或作为水溶液添加;或者在制备共聚物添加剂的反应时间段内以一次或多次添加或者连续、线性或非线性地添加。适用于聚合过程的温度可低于100摄氏度(℃),在30℃至95℃的范围内,或在50℃至90℃的范围内。
本发明的共聚物添加剂还包含水。水以提供期望的固体含量的量(例如,基于共聚物添加剂的重量按重量计,10重量%或更多、15重量%或更多、20重量%或更多、25重量%或更多或甚至30重量%或更多,同时60重量%或更少、55重量%或更少或甚至50重量%或更少)存在。固体含量可根据以下实施例部分中所述的测试方法测量。
在制备共聚物添加剂的聚合过程中,可使用自由基引发剂和/或链转移剂。聚合过程可以是热引发或氧化还原引发的自由基聚合。合适的自由基引发剂的示例包括过氧化氢、叔丁基过氧化氢、氢过氧化枯烯、铵和/或碱金属过硫酸盐、过硼酸钠、过磷酸和它们的盐;高锰酸钾和过氧二硫酸的铵或碱金属盐。按单体的总重量计,自由基引发剂通常可以0.01重量%至3.0重量%的含量使用。在聚合方法中,可使用包含上述引发剂和合适的还原剂的氧化还原体系。合适的还原剂的示例包括甲醛次硫酸钠、抗坏血酸、异抗坏血酸、含硫的酸的碱金属盐和铵盐(如亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢盐、硫代硫酸盐、次硫酸盐、硫化物、硫氢化物或连二亚硫酸盐)、丙酮亚硫酸氢盐、乙醇酸、羟甲基磺酸、乙醛酸水合物、乳酸、甘油酸、苹果酸、酒石酸和前述酸的盐。铁、铜、锰、银、铂、钒、镍、铬、钯或钴的金属盐可用于催化氧化还原反应。可以可选地使用金属螯合剂。合适的链转移剂的示例包括3-巯基丙酸、正十二烷基硫醇、3-巯基丙酸甲酯、3-巯基丙酸丁酯、苯硫酚、壬二酸烷基硫醇、次磷酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、偏亚硫酸氢钠、亚磷酸、异丙醇、甲酸钠或它们的混合物。基于用于制备共聚物的单体的总重量按重量计,链转移剂可以控制共聚物的分子量的有效量(例如,0至15%、0.1%至12%、0.15%至10%或0.2%至8%)使用。

与含有乙酰乙酰氧基官能单体(例如,(甲基)丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氧基乙酯)而不是乙酰乙酰胺官能单体的结构单元的类似共聚物添加剂相比,本发明的共聚物添加剂在上述宽pH值范围(例如,2至10)内更稳定(即,显示出较少的水解)。例如,根据以下实施例部分中所述的测试方法,在80℃下热老化1天后,基于共聚物添加剂的重量按重量计,本发明的共聚物添加剂显示出小于400百万分率(ppm)、小于380ppm、小于350ppm、小于320ppm、小于300ppm、小于200ppm或甚至小于100ppm的Δ丙酮水平。

本发明的涂料组合物还包含一种或多种通常以水性分散体的形式供应的粘结剂。粘结剂(也称为成膜聚合物)可以是乳液聚合物。粘结剂可包含丙烯酸聚合物。本文中的“丙烯酸聚合物”是指丙烯酸单体的均聚物或者丙烯酸单体与不同的丙烯酸单体或其他单体(诸如苯乙烯、取代的苯乙烯和乙酸乙烯酯)的共聚物。丙烯酸聚合物可以是丙烯酸均聚物、苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、乙酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸共聚物或它们的混合物。如本文所使用的,“丙烯酸单体”包括(甲基)丙烯酸、丙烯酸(甲基)烷基酯、(甲基)丙烯酰胺、(甲基)丙烯腈以及其改性形式,如丙烯酸(甲基)羟烷基酯。

本发明的涂料组合物中的粘结剂可具有在-10℃至70℃、10℃至60℃或20℃至55℃范围内的最低成膜温度(MFFT),如根据ASTM D 2354-10(2018)所测定的。本发明的涂料组合物中的粘结剂颗粒可具有50纳米(nm)至500nm、80nm至200nm或90nm至150nm的粒度。本文中的粒度是指Z平均大小,并且可通过Brookhaven BI-90Plus粒度分析仪来测量。
本发明的涂料组合物可包含一种或多种颜料。本文中的“颜料”是指能够实质上有助于涂层的不透明性或遮盖能力的颗粒状无机材料。这类材料的折射率通常大于1.8。无机颜料可以包括例如二氧化钛(TiO2)、氧化锌、氧化铁、硫化锌、硫酸钡、碳酸钡或它们的混合物。在优选的实施方案中,用于本发明的颜料为TiO2。TiO2通常以两种晶体形式存在,即锐钛矿和金红石。TiO2还可以浓缩的分散体形式获得。

本发明的涂料组合物可包含一种或多种消泡剂。本文中的术语“消泡剂”是指减少和阻碍泡沫形成的化学添加剂。消泡剂可以是硅酮基消泡剂、矿物油基消泡剂、环氧乙烷基/环氧丙烷基消泡剂、聚丙烯酸烷基酯或它们的混合物。合适的可商购的消泡剂包括例如均可购自迪高(TEGO)的TEGO Airex 902W和TEGO Foamex 1488聚醚硅氧烷共聚物乳液、可购自毕克(BYK)的BYK-024硅酮消泡剂或它们的混合物。基于涂料组合物的总重量按重量计,消泡剂可以0至1%、0.05%至0.8%或0.1%至0.5%的量存在。

本发明的涂料组合物还可包含一种或多种润湿剂。本文中的术语的“润湿剂”是指降低涂料组合物的表面张力、从而使涂料组合物更容易铺展在基材的表面上或渗透基材的表面的化学添加剂。润湿剂可以是阴离子、两性离子或非离子的聚羧酸酯。基于涂料组合物的总重量按重量计,润湿剂可以0至2.5%、0.5%至2%或1%至1.5%的量存在。

本发明的涂料组合物可包含一种或多种聚结剂。本文中的术语“聚结剂”是指在环境条件下使聚合物颗粒融合成连续膜的慢挥发溶剂。适合的聚结剂的示例包括2-正丁氧基乙醇、二丙二醇正丁醚、丙二醇正丁醚、二丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇正丙醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、乙二醇单丁醚、乙二醇单己醚、三乙二醇单丁醚、二丙二醇正丙醚、正丁醚或它们的混合物。优选的聚结剂包括二丙二醇正丁醚、乙二醇单丁醚、二乙二醇单丁醚、正丁醚或其混合物。基于涂料组合物的总重量按重量计,聚结剂可以0或更多、0.1%或更多、1%或更多或甚至3%或更多同时10%或更少、9%或更少或甚至8%或更少的量存在。

基于涂料组合物的总重量按重量计,本发明的涂料组合物可具有28%至80%、40%至70%、50%至60%的固体含量。
本发明的涂料组合物可通过包括以下步骤的过程来制备:将共聚物添加剂与粘结剂和其他任选的组分(例如,如上所述的颜料和/或增量剂)掺和。可以任何顺序混合涂料组合物中的组分,以提供本发明的涂料组合物。还可以将上述任选的组分中的任何组分在混合期间或之前添加到涂料组合物,以形成涂料组合物。当涂料组合物包含颜料和/或增量剂时,优选地将颜料和/或增量剂与分散剂混合以形成颜料和/或增量剂的浆料。
本发明的涂料组合物(通常为水性涂料组合物)可用于在各种应用中去除甲醛。该涂料组合物可以提供良好的甲醛减排特性以满足JC/T 1074-2008标准(中国建筑材料行业关于空气净化涂料净化性能的标准)的要求,如通过75%或更高、优选78%或更高、80%或更高、85%或更高或甚至90%或更高的甲醛减排(FA)效率所指示的。
本发明还包括一种用本发明的涂料组合物从含有醛的空气中去除醛的方法,该方法包括:将涂料组合物施加到基材上;以及干燥或允许干燥所施加的水性涂料组合物以形成膜(即,涂层)。在已将本发明的涂料组合物施加到基材上之后,涂料组合物可以在室温(15℃-35℃)或升高的温度(例如,35℃-80℃)下干燥。
与缺乏共聚物添加剂但含有乙酰乙酰氧基官能粘结剂的类似涂料组合物相比,本发明的涂料组合物还可以为由其制备的涂膜提供较少的变黄。例如,该涂料组合物可以提供具有减少或较低的变黄的涂膜,如通过根据以下实施例部分中所述的测试方法测定的在50℃下热老化7天后小于0.5的Δb所指示的。
可以将本发明的涂料组合物施加并粘附到各种基材上。合适的基材的示例包括木材、金属、塑料、泡沫、石头、弹性基材、玻璃、织品、混凝土或水泥基材。优选地包含颜料的涂料组合物适用于各种应用,诸如海洋和保护性涂层、汽车涂层、路标漆、外部绝缘和饰面系统(EIFS)、屋顶胶黏剂、木材涂层、卷材涂层、塑料涂层、粉末涂层、罐头涂层、建筑涂层和土木工程涂层。该涂料组合物特别适用于建筑涂层。
可以通过包括刷涂、浸涂、辊涂和喷涂在内的现有方式、优选地通过喷涂将本发明的涂料组合物施加到基材上。可使用标准喷涂技术和喷涂设备,如空气雾化喷涂、空气喷涂、无空气喷涂、高体积低压喷涂和静电喷涂(如静电钟杯施加(electrostatic bellapplication))和人工或自动方法。

GPC分析
通常通过Agilent 1200(Agilent Technologies(China)Co.Ltd.)进行GPC分析,以确定分子量。
为了测量共聚物添加剂的分子量,将共聚物添加剂样品以2毫克/毫升(mg/mL)的浓度溶解在二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)/2%甲酸(FA)(体积/体积)(v/v)中。将所得样品溶液放置过夜,然后在GPC分析之前通过0.45μm聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)膜过滤。使用以下条件进行GPC分析:一个PSS GRAM保护柱,两个串联的PSS GRAM线性柱(8.0×300mm,10μm);柱温度:50℃;流动相:DMF/2% FA(体积/体积);流速:1.0mL/分钟(min);进样体积:100μL;检测器:Agilent折射率检测器,50℃;以及校准曲线:PL聚乙二醇窄标准品,分子量在542500g/mol至1010g/mol范围内,使用多项式3拟合度。
为了测量粘结剂的分子量,将粘结剂样品(粘结剂-1或粘结剂-2)以3mg/mL的浓度溶解在四氢呋喃(THF)/5%甲酸(FA)中。将所得样品溶液在GPC分析之前通过0.45μm PTFE膜过滤。使用以下条件进行GPC分析:一个前预柱和两个Mixed B柱(7.5×300mm);柱温度:35℃;流动相:THF/5% FA;流率:1.0mL/min;进样体积:50μL;检测器:Agilent折射率检测器,35℃;以及校准曲线:PL聚苯乙烯(PS)窄标准物(部件号:2010-0101),PS当量分子量在2329000g/mol至580g/mol范围内。
固体含量
通过以下方式测量共聚物添加剂或粘结剂样品的固体含量:称量0.7±0.1g样品(样品的湿重表示为“W1”),将样品放入150℃的烘箱中的铝盘(铝盘的重量表示为“W2”)中25分钟,然后冷却至室温并称量具有干燥样品的铝盘,总重量表示为“W3”。“W3-W2”是指样品的干重或固体重量。通过(W3-W2)/W1*100%来计算固体含量。
共聚物添加剂的水解稳定性
使用共聚物添加剂样品的丙酮含量来表征样品的水解程度。对于每个测试样品,测试至少两个小瓶的样品用于比较。将一个小瓶在室温(15℃-35℃)下放置1天,然后测量初始丙酮水平。将另一个小瓶放置在80℃的烘箱中热老化1天,然后测量热老化后的丙酮水平并记录为最终丙酮水平。对于每个测试样品,使用并测试两个试样以给出平均丙酮水平。将初始丙酮水平与最终丙酮水平之间的绝对值差定义为“Δ丙酮水平”,基于共聚物添加剂的重量按重量计,以百万分率(ppm)为单位。可接受的Δ丙酮水平是<400ppm。

称量待测试的样品(2g)并放入GC容器中以运行顶空GC,从而测试样品中的丙酮浓度。将顶空(Agilent G1888顶空采样器)中的烘箱设置为40℃(小瓶平衡时间:60分钟)。GC-FID条件如下:仪器:具有DB-5柱(30m×0.32mm ID×1.0μm膜)的Agilent 6890N气相色谱系统;载气流量:氦载气,2.0ml/min的恒定流量;烘箱:40℃,保持5分钟,以15℃/分钟升温至250℃,保持0分钟,总运行时间:19分钟;入口(进样温度:200℃,分流比:5:1;温度:250℃,H2流量:40mL/min,空气流量:450mL/min,尾吹流量:45mL/min)。
甲醛减排(FA)效率
根据JC/T 1074-2008标准评价涂料组合物的FA效率特性。FA效率要求24小时后达到75%或更高(≥75%)才能满足JC/T 1074-2008的要求。FA效率越高,FA减排性能越好。
涂膜变黄测试
使用100μm膜铸机将涂料组合物刮涂在黑白宪章上并在水平位置干燥一天。使用分光光度计测试所得涂膜的b值,表示为“b初始”。然后将涂膜放入50℃的烘箱中7天,随后测试b值,表示为“b最终”。Δb值(Δb)通过以下公式确定:Δb=b最终-b初始。可接受的变黄性能是Δb<0.5。Δb值越小,变黄越少。
粘结剂-1的合成
通过将BA(343.22g)、EHA(419.66g)、MMA(737.92g)、MAA(39g)、MEEU(20.28g)、去离子(DI)水(450g)和RS-610-A25表面活性剂(25%,111.07g)组合并在搅拌下乳化来制备单体乳液。然后,将FES 32表面活性剂(30%,7.8g)和DI水(710g)装入装有机械搅拌装置的五升多颈烧瓶中。在氮气气氛下将烧瓶的内容物加热至84℃。向搅拌的烧瓶中添加DI水(33.82g)中的Na2CO3(2.03g),随后添加单体乳液(59.61g)、与EDTA钠盐(0.03g)混合的硫酸亚铁(0.01g)在DI水(7.0g)中的水性溶液,然后添加过硫酸钠(SPS)(4.68g)在DI水(28.08g)中的水性溶液。在90分钟(min)内将剩余的单体乳液、SBS(1.18g)在DI水(102g)中的水性溶液以及SPS(1.56g)和Na2CO3(4.21g)在DI水(98g)中的水性溶液逐渐添加到烧瓶中,同时将烧瓶温度保持在87℃。将容纳单体乳液的容器和通向烧瓶的进料管用DI水(56.16g)冲洗,并将冲洗液加回到烧瓶中。然后将反应混合物冷却至室温。在冷却反应混合物期间,将叔丁基氢过氧化物(70%,2.17g)和SBS(1.45g)在DI水中的水性溶液添加到烧瓶中。将所获得的分散体用8%NaOH溶液中和至特定pH,并用DI水调节至如表1中给出的目标固体含量。
粘结剂-2的合成
通过将BA(916.11g)、MMA(552.8g)、AAEM(78.34g)、MAA(23.49g)、DI水(307.17g)和LDBS 20表面活性剂(21%,52.80g)组合并在搅拌下乳化来制备单体乳液。然后,将LDBS20表面活性剂(21%,21.52g)和DI水(972.04g)装入装有机械搅拌装置的五升多颈烧瓶中。在氮气气氛下将烧瓶中的材料加热至87℃。向搅拌的烧瓶中添加DI水(28.08g)中的Na2CO3(4.69g),随后添加单体乳液(69.56g)和APS(4.68g)在DI水(53.82g)中的水性溶液。然后在65分钟内将剩余的单体乳液逐渐添加到烧瓶中,同时将烧瓶温度保持在87℃。将容纳单体乳液的容器和通向烧瓶的进料管用DI水(37.44g)冲洗,并将冲洗液加回到烧瓶中。然后将反应混合物冷却至65℃。然后,将在DI水(4g)中与EDTA钠盐(0.01g)混合的硫酸亚铁(0.01g)添加到烧瓶中。在冷却反应混合物期间,将叔丁基氢过氧化物(70%,0.8g)和SBS(0.8g)在DI水中的水性溶液添加到烧瓶中。将所获得的分散体用MEA中和至特定pH,并用DI水调节至如表1中给出的目标固体含量。
甲基丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氨基乙酯(N-AAEM)的合成
将甲基丙烯酸酐(107.1g,0.695mol)缓慢添加到N-(2-羟乙基)乙酰乙酰胺(77.6g,0.535mol)在无水THF(200mL)中的溶液中。然后将吡啶(42.3g,43mL,0.535mol)缓慢添加到混合物中,同时在0℃下搅拌。将所获得的黄色溶液在0℃下搅拌5小时,然后在搅拌下自然升温至室温以完成反应。薄层色谱法(TLC)证实反应完成。将所获得的混合物冷却至0℃后,将450mL HCl(1M)缓慢添加到冷却的混合物中并搅拌一会儿。然后分离有机层,用水(100mL)洗涤两次,并用无水硫酸钠干燥,然后通过过滤除去无水硫酸钠。将丁基化羟基甲苯(BHT)(120mg)添加到所得有机层中,然后在25℃下减压浓缩。通过快速色谱法(硅胶柱;流体相:石油醚:乙酸乙酯=1:1)纯化残余物,得到含300ppm BHT的白色固体(65g,收率:57%)。通过1H核磁共振(NMR)光谱法确认所获得的产物(甲基丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氨基乙酯)的结构,其中峰具有以下化学位移:6.15ppm、5.60ppm和1.956ppm(碳-碳双键上的氢);4.25ppm和3.59ppm(亚甲基基团上的氢连接的氧或氮);3.435ppm和2.26ppm(乙酰乙酸酯基团上的氢)。
实施例(Ex)1共聚物添加剂
首先,通过将MEEU(112.5g)和以上制备的N-AAEM(12.5g)与DI水(112.5g)混合来制备单体的水性溶液。向具有机械搅拌器、冷凝器、温度计和氮气吹扫管线的500mL反应器中添加DI水(50g)。当反应温度升高到78℃时,将硫酸亚铁(0.001g)在DI水(0.48g)中的促进剂溶液添加到反应容器中,随后添加SBS(0.95g)在DI水(1.89g)中的溶液。2分钟后,将以上获得的单体的水性溶液、SPS的水性溶液(10%,11.1g)和SBS的水性溶液(40%,32g)在78℃下在90分钟内逐渐添加到反应器中。完成这些水性溶液的添加之后,将反应器冷却至65℃,并将SPS的水性溶液(3%,9.6g)添加到反应器中以驱除残余单体。然后,将反应器冷却至室温。用AMP-95将所获得的共聚物添加剂中和至如表1中给出的特定pH值。
Ex 2-5共聚物添加剂
根据以上Ex 1中的合成程序进行Ex 2-5,不同的是所用的单体组成在表1中给出。用AMP-95将所获得的共聚物添加剂的最终pH值调节至如表1中给出的特定值。
对比(Comp)ExA-C共聚物添加剂
根据以上Ex 1中的合成程序进行Comp Ex A-C,不同的是所用的单体组成在表1中给出。将所获得的共聚物添加剂的最终pH值调节至如表1中给出的7至10。
以上所获得的共聚物添加剂的特性在表1中给出。根据上述测试评价这些共聚物添加剂的水解稳定性,并且Δ丙酮水平在表1中给出。如表1中所示,Ex 1-5的所有共聚物添加剂都表现出良好的水解稳定性,如通过在80℃下热老化1天后<400ppm的Δ丙酮所指示的。相比之下,通过使用AAEM代替N-AAEM而制备的Comp Ex A-C的对比共聚物添加剂显示出不可接受的水解稳定性,如通过热老化后高于400ppm的Δ丙酮所指示的。

漆1-5和对比漆A-E涂料组合物
基于表2中给出的配方,将如此制备的共聚物添加剂和粘结剂用于制备涂料组合物、漆1以及对比漆A和B。使用高速Cowles分散器以1,000转/分钟(rpm)的速度混合研磨阶段中的成分。然后添加调稀阶段中的成分并通过常规搅动器以500rpm的速度混合,以获得涂料组合物。
基于与以上漆1的制备相同的程序来制备漆2-5和对比漆C-E的涂料组合物,不同的是所用的共聚物添加剂的剂量和/或类型在表3中给出并且调节添加到每种涂料组合物中的水以使每种涂料组合物的总量等于1,000g。
根据上述FA效率和变黄测试方法评价所得涂料组合物的特性,并且结果在表3中给出。

如表3中所示,包含Ex 1-5共聚物添加剂的漆1-5的涂料组合物均提供了高于75%的FA效率,满足JC/T1074-2008的FA要求。对比漆A提供了远低于75%的FA效率。包含乙酰乙酰氧基官能粘结剂-2的对比漆B提供了82%的FA效率,然而,在50℃下热老化7天后表现出不可接受的变黄特性(Δb=0.75)。与对比漆A和B相比,漆1-5提供了所需的FA效率而没有变黄问题(Δb值<0.5)。分别包含0.2重量%的Comp Ex B和C的共聚物添加剂的对比漆D和E显示出低于75%的FA效率,不满足JC/T1074-2008的要求。相比之下,含有相同添加剂载量的Ex 4的共聚物添加剂的漆4提供了高得多的FA效率(81.8%)。甚至当使用0.08重量%的低水平的Ex 3的共聚物添加剂时,所得漆3仍给出75.1%的FA效率,满足FA要求。含有0.04重量%的Ex 3的共聚物添加剂的对比漆C未通过JC/T1074-2008测试。在低pH(3.5)下包含0.2重量%的Ex 5的共聚物添加剂的漆5仍提供高达90.6%的FA效率,这表明本发明共聚物添加剂可以在低pH值下使用,同时提供高FA效率。

Claims (11)
1.一种共聚物添加剂,所述共聚物添加剂包含重均分子量为1,000g/mol至10,000g/mol的共聚物以及水,
其中基于所述共聚物的重量按重量计,所述共聚物包含:
4%至60%的具有式(I)的结构的乙酰乙酰胺官能单体的结构单元:
其中R1选自以下结构:
其中R2、R4、R8、R10、R12和R13各自独立地为具有2至20个碳原子的亚烷基基团,R3、R5、R6、R7和R11各自独立地为氢或具有1至8个碳原子的烷基基团,R9为氢或具有1至20个碳原子的烷基基团,并且X为–O–或–N–;以及
40%至96%的脲基单体的结构单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的共聚物添加剂,其中所述乙酰乙酰胺官能单体是(甲基)丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氨基烷基酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的共聚物添加剂,其中所述乙酰乙酰胺官能单体选自由以下项组成的组:甲基丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氨基乙酯、丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氨基乙酯、乙酰乙酰氨基乙基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、马来酸乙酰乙酰氨基乙酯、衣康酸乙酰乙酰氨基乙酯或它们的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的共聚物添加剂,其中所述脲基单体选自由以下项组成的组:
或它们的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的共聚物添加剂,其中基于所述共聚物的重量按重量计,所述共聚物包含8%至25%的所述乙酰乙酰胺官能单体的结构单元以及75%至92%的所述脲基单体的结构单元。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的共聚物添加剂,其中所述共聚物具有2,000g/mol至7,000g/mol的重均分子量。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的共聚物添加剂,所述共聚物添加剂具有2至10的pH值。
8.一种涂料组合物,所述涂料组合物包含:
重均分子量为100,000g/mol或更大的粘结剂,以及
基于所述涂料组合物的总重量,按干重计0.08%至3%的根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的共聚物添加剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的涂料组合物,其中所述粘结剂包含丙烯酸均聚物、苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、乙酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸共聚物或它们的混合物。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的涂料组合物,基于所述涂料组合物的总重量,所述涂料组合物包含按干重计0.15%至2.2%的所述共聚物添加剂。
11.根据权利要求8-10中任一项所述的涂料组合物,其中基于所述涂料组合物的总重量按重量计,所述涂料组合物包含0.04%至0.4%的所述乙酰乙酰胺官能单体的结构单元。
