The plurality of color blocks 50 may include a first color block 51, a second color block 52, and a third color block 53, where the first color block 51, the second color block 52, and the third color block 53 are color blocks 50 of different colors. The first color block 51 is disposed on the light emitting surface side of the first light emitting device 31 facing the display panel 01, the second color block 52 is disposed on the light emitting surface side of the second light emitting device 32 facing the display panel 01, and the third color block 53 is disposed on the light emitting surface side of the third light emitting device 33 facing the display panel 01.
Wherein the color of the light passing through the color block 50 may be filtered to be the same as the color of the color block 50. For example, the plurality of light emitting devices 30 emit white light, the white light emitted from the first light emitting device 31 passes through the first color block 51 and becomes first color light, the white light emitted from the second light emitting device 32 passes through the second color block 52 and becomes second color light, and the white light emitted from the third light emitting device 33 passes through the third color block 53 and becomes third color light. Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the light shielding layer 60 is located at a side of the light emitting layer facing the light emitting surface of the display panel 01, and the light shielding layer 60 includes a plurality of first openings 61, and a first light shielding portion 610 is formed between two adjacent first openings 61. A first light shielding portion 610 is formed between two adjacent first openings 61. Along the thickness direction Z of the display panel, the projection of the first opening 61 on the color resist layer covers at least two color resist blocks 50, and the colors of the two color resist blocks 50 covered by the first opening 50 are different. For example, the projection of the first opening 61 on the color resist layer covers at least two color resist blocks 50 of the two color resist blocks 50, which are the first color resist block 51 and the second color resist block 52, respectively. That is, the first opening 61 provided on the light shielding layer 60 exposes at least the first color resist block 51 and the second color resist block 52 at the same time.
According to the embodiment of the application, the color resistance blocks of at least two colors are simultaneously exposed through the first opening 61, so that the light emitting area of the sub-pixel can be increased, the display brightness of the display panel 01 is improved, and the display panel 01 is ensured to have higher display brightness under a large viewing angle.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, of the two adjacent first openings 61, at least one color block 50 covered by one first opening 61 is different from at least one color block 50 covered by the other first opening 61.
In the display panel, the light emitted from the light emitting device 30 is diffracted due to the light shielding portion during the emission to the light emitting surface, thereby causing dispersion. In the embodiment of the present application, at least two color blocks 50 with different colors are respectively located in different first openings 61 in the color blocks 50 respectively covered by two adjacent first openings 61, and because the diffraction conditions near the adjacent first openings 61 are substantially the same, sub-pixels with different colors, which are close to each other, are substantially uniformly dispersed at the positions where the diffraction conditions are substantially the same, so as to ensure the uniformity of display.
In one implementation of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the light shielding layer 60 includes a plurality of second openings 62 in addition to the first openings 61. The projection of the first opening 61 onto the color resist layer covers two color resist blocks 50 and the projection of the second opening 62 onto the color resist layer covers only one color resist block 50. In the projection of the adjacent first openings 61 on the color blocking layer, two color blocking blocks 50 covered by one first opening 61 are the first color blocking block 51 and the second color blocking block 52 respectively, and two color blocking blocks 50 covered by the other first opening 61 are the first color blocking block 51 and the third color blocking block 53 respectively, and the projection of the second opening 62 of the third color blocking block 53 on the color blocking layer is the third color blocking block 53.
In another implementation of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the light shielding layer 60 includes a plurality of second openings 62 in addition to the first openings 61. Part of the first openings 61 are first sub-openings 61a, and the projection of the first sub-openings 61a on the color resistance layer covers two color resistance blocks 50 with different colors; the other part of the first openings 61 is a second sub-opening 61b, and the projection of the second sub-opening on the color resistance layer covers three color resistance blocks 50; the projection of the second opening 62 onto the color resist layer covers a color resist block. Specifically, the two color blocks 50 covered by the projection of the first sub-opening 61a on the color resist layer are the first color block 51 and the second color block 52 respectively; the three color blocks 50 covered by the projection of the second sub-opening 61b on the color resist layer are the first color block 51, the second color block 52 and the third color block 53, respectively.
In this embodiment, the second opening 62 exposes the third color block 53 that is not exposed by the first opening 61, so that the problem of the third color light when the display panel 01 displays can be improved to a certain extent, and the problem of the third color light when the display panel 01 displays can be effectively solved. In the embodiment, by flexibly setting the density of the second openings 62, the display brightness and the large visual character bias problem of the display panel 01 can be effectively improved. Further, the first color block 51 may be a red color block, the second color block 52 may be a green color block, and the third color block 53 may be a blue color block. In this embodiment, the light shielding portions are disposed around part of the blue blocks, and the other part of the blue blocks, the adjacent red blocks and the adjacent green blocks are simultaneously exposed by the first opening 61, so that the display brightness and the blue-shift problem of the large viewing angle of the display panel 01 can be effectively improved.
In one embodiment corresponding to this implementation, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the openings of the light shielding layer 60 are distributed in a first repeating unit C1, and the first repeating unit C1 includes at least two first openings 61 and at least two second openings 62. That is, in the present embodiment, at least two first openings 61 and at least two second openings 62 form a first repeating unit C1, and the first repeating units C1 are repeatedly arranged, so that the first openings 61 and the second openings 62 are arranged in a specific rule.
In one technical solution corresponding to this implementation manner, the number of second openings 62 around two adjacent first openings 61 is different. In a preferred embodiment, the first openings 61 and the second openings 62 are arranged irregularly. Therefore, the arrangement rule of the openings can be broken, and the diffraction condition is weakened.
In one technical solution corresponding to the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, in at least two color blocks 50 covered by the projection of the first opening 61 on the color block layer, two adjacent color blocks 50 partially overlap to form the second light shielding portion 500. That is, among the color blocks 50 exposed by the first opening 61, there is an overlap between adjacent color blocks 50 to form the second light shielding portion 500. The color mixing problem in the area where adjacent sub-pixels are close to each other can be avoided.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, when the first opening 61 exposes the two color blocks 50, the two color blocks 50 overlap to form the second light shielding portion 500 in the area where the two color blocks are close to each other; when the first opening 62 exposes three color blocks 50, there is also overlap of the three color blocks 50 in areas that are close to each other. In addition, the positions where the color blocks 50 overlap may be two colors of color blocks 50 overlapping, or three colors of color blocks 50 overlapping.
Further, when the first color block 51 is a red color block, the second color block 52 is a green color block, and the third color block 53 is a blue color block, the overlapping width of the third color block 53 and the adjacent first color block 51 and/or second color block 52 is larger than the overlapping width of the first color block 51 and the second color block 52 in the first color block 51, the second color block 52, and the third color block 53 which are simultaneously covered by the same first opening 61. Therefore, the light emitting areas of the sub-pixels corresponding to the first color block 51 and the second color block 52 can be increased, and the light emitting area of the third color block 53 is smaller, so that the blue color of the display panel 01 under a large viewing angle can be relieved.
In one implementation of the present disclosure, the width of the first light shielding portion 600 is different from the width of the second light shielding portion 500 in a plane parallel to the substrate 10. In a preferred embodiment, the width of the first light shielding part 600 may be greater than the width of the second light shielding part 500.
In one implementation manner of the present disclosure, in the projection of two adjacent first openings 61 on the color resist layer, the area of the second light shielding portion 500 covered by the projection of one first opening 61 is different from the area of the second light shielding portion 500 covered by the projection of the other first opening 61. In a preferred embodiment, in the projection of two adjacent first openings 61 onto the color resist layer, the width of the second light shielding portion 500 covered by the projection of one first opening 61 is different from the width of the second light shielding portion 500 covered by the projection of the other first opening 61.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, when projections of all the first openings 61 in the light shielding layer 60 cover two color blocks 50 and there is overlap between the two color blocks 50 to form the second light shielding portion 500, the second light shielding portion 500 covered by one first opening 61 of the two adjacent first openings 61 is specifically the second light shielding portion 500a, and the second light shielding portion 500 covered by the other first opening 61 is specifically the second light shielding portion 500b. The areas of the second light shielding portions 500a and 500b are different, and specifically, the widths of the second light shielding portions 500a and 500b are different.
For example, as shown in fig. 4, when a part of the first openings 61 is a first sub-opening 61a covering two color blocks 50 of different colors and another part of the first openings 61 is a second sub-opening 61b covering three color blocks 50, two first openings adjacent to the second sub-opening 61b and also adjacent therebetween are specifically a first sub-opening 61a, the second light shielding portions 500 covered by the two first sub-openings 61a are respectively a second light shielding portion 500a and a second light shielding portion 500b, and the second light shielding portion 500 covered by the second sub-opening 61b is specifically a second light shielding portion 500c. The areas of the second light shielding portions 500a, 500b, and 500c are different from each other, and specifically, the widths of the second light shielding portions 500a, 500b, and 500c are different from each other. The design can reduce the regularity of the shading part in a certain area, thereby reducing diffraction phenomenon.
Fig. 5 is a plan view of a light emitting layer and a color resist layer in a display panel according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the plurality of first openings 61 includes a first sub-opening 61a and a second sub-opening 61b, the number of color blocks 50 covered by the projection of the first sub-opening 61a on the color resist layer is X1, and the number of color blocks 50 covered by the projection of the second sub-opening 61b on the color resist layer is X2, where X1 is not equal to X2. That is, the projection of the first sub-opening 61a onto the color resist layer is different from the projection of the second sub-opening 61b onto the color resist layer by the number of color resist blocks 50. For example, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, x1=2 and x2=3, that is, the projection of the first sub-opening 61a on the color resist layer covers two color resist blocks 50, and the projection of the second sub-opening 61b on the color resist layer covers three color resist blocks 50. The design can further reduce the regularity of the shading part within a certain area, thereby further reducing diffraction phenomenon.
In one implementation of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, three color blocks 50 covered by the second sub-opening 61b are arranged in a straight line along the first direction X, and two color blocks 50 covered by the first sub-opening 61a are also arranged along the first direction X. The first cathode 312, the second cathode 322, and the third cathode 332 may be electrically connected to form a transparent conductive electrode, and the first anode 311, the second anode 323, and the third anode 333 may be metal electrodes.
In one embodiment of the present application, the plurality of light emitting devices 30 includes a first type of light emitting device, the plurality of pixel circuits 20 includes a first type of pixel circuit, and the plurality of vias H0 includes a first type of via, wherein the first type of light emitting device is electrically connected to the first type of pixel circuit through the first type of via. In a plane perpendicular to the thickness direction Z of the display panel 01, the first type light emitting devices are separated from the corresponding first type vias; the first light shielding portion 600 of the light shielding layer 60 covers the first type of via holes in the thickness direction Z of the display panel 01.
As shown in fig. 6, in the display panel 01 provided by the embodiment of the present application, a plurality of pixel circuits 20 included in a circuit layer are arranged in a matrix along a first direction X and a second direction Y, so as to facilitate arrangement of signal lines and improve space utilization of the pixel circuits 20; the plurality of light emitting devices 30 in the light emitting layer are arranged in the first direction X to form a light emitting device column, and the light emitting devices in adjacent light emitting device columns are arranged in a staggered manner so as to perform rendering and improve white balance effects. Referring to fig. 6, a portion of the light emitting devices 30 (i.e., the first type of light emitting devices) are separated from the corresponding via holes (i.e., the first type of via holes), and the portion of the light emitting devices 30 (i.e., the first type of light emitting devices) are electrically connected to the corresponding pixel circuits 20 (i.e., the first type of pixel circuits) through the connection electrodes 200 extending to the areas where the corresponding via holes (i.e., the first type of via holes) are located.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the light emitting devices (i.e., the first type light emitting devices) separated from the corresponding via holes (i.e., the first type via holes) are covered by the first light shielding portion 600 of the light shielding layer 60.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, the third light emitting device 33 is a first type light emitting device, the third via H3 is a first type via, and the third pixel circuit 23 is a first type pixel circuit, and then the third light emitting device 33 is separated from the corresponding third via H3. The third anode 331 of the third light emitting device 33 is electrically connected to the corresponding third pixel circuit 23 after extending to the third via hole H3 through the connection electrode 200. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the third via H3 is not covered by the third anode 331, but the third via H3 is covered by the first light shielding portion 600 of the light shielding layer 60.
Since the first type via is separated from the corresponding first type light emitting device, the first type via is not covered by the anode of the first type light emitting device. In this embodiment of the present application, by covering the first light shielding portion 600 of the light shielding layer 60 with the first type of via hole, reflection of the connection electrode 200 in the first type of via hole to the external environment light can be avoided, so as to solve the problem of chromatic dispersion of the sub-pixels around the first type of via hole.

That is, in the display panel 01, the anode of the second type light emitting device covers the second type via corresponding to the second type light emitting device, and the first light shielding portion 600 of the light shielding layer 60 does not need to cover the second type via.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, the second light emitting device 32 is a second type light emitting device, the second via H2 is a second type via, and the second pixel circuit 22 is a second type pixel circuit, and the second light emitting device 32 covers the corresponding second via H2. The second anode 321 of the second light emitting device 32 is electrically connected to the corresponding second pixel circuit 22 directly through the second via H2 thereunder. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the second via H2 is covered by the second anode 321, but is not covered by the first light shielding portion 600 of the light shielding layer 60.
In the embodiment of the application, since the second type via hole is covered by the corresponding second type light emitting device, and the light shielding part of the light shielding layer at the light emitting surface side of the second type light emitting device does not cover the area where the second type via hole is located, the light emitting rate of the sub-pixel corresponding to the second type light emitting device can be increased.

Along the thickness direction Z of the display panel 01, the third type light emitting device covers a partial area of the third type via corresponding to the third type light emitting device; in a plane perpendicular to the thickness direction Z of the display panel 01, the third type light emitting device is separated from another portion of the third type via hole corresponding to the third type light emitting device. In the thickness direction Z of the display panel 01, a portion of the third-type via hole not covered by the third-type light emitting device is covered by the first light shielding portion 600 of the light shielding layer 60. That is, in the display panel 01, the anode of the third type light emitting device covers only a partial region of the third type via corresponding to the third type light emitting device, and the first light shielding portion 600 of the light shielding layer 60 covers a region of the third type via not covered by the third type light emitting device. Further, the first light shielding portion 600 of the light shielding layer 60 may be separated from the region covered by the third type light emitting device in the third type via hole.
For example, as shown in fig. 6, the first light emitting device 31 is a third type light emitting device, the first via H1 is a third type via, and the first pixel circuit 21 is a third type pixel circuit, and then the first light emitting device 31 covers a partial area of the corresponding first via H1 and is separated from another partial area of the first via H1. The first anode 311 of the first light emitting device 31 is electrically connected to the corresponding first pixel circuit 21 directly through the first via H1 thereunder. Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the region of the first via H1 that is covered by the first anode 311 is not covered by the first light shielding portion 600 of the light shielding layer 60, and the region of the first via H1 that is not covered by the first anode 311 is covered by the first light shielding portion 600 of the light shielding layer 60.
That is, the first via H1 is covered with either the first anode 311 or the first light shielding portion 600 of the light shielding layer 60. The dispersion problem caused by the reflection of external light can be avoided while the sub-pixel corresponding to the third type of light emitting device is ensured to have the maximum light emitting area.
