It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present invention and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and the claims of the present invention and the above figures are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order.
In the present invention, unless otherwise indicated, terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, top, bottom" are used generally with respect to the orientation shown in the drawings or with respect to the component itself in the vertical, upright or gravitational direction; also, for ease of understanding and description, "inner and outer" refers to inner and outer relative to the profile of each component itself, but the above-mentioned orientation terms are not intended to limit the present invention.
Smooth in the present invention does not mean not rough but rather smooth, and describes a smooth transition extension of the surface, and does not limit the surface to necessarily be a rough surface.
The self-cleaning device solves the problem that the self-cleaning effect of the rolling brush is poor because the self-cleaning device cannot bring out dirt in the cavity. In addition, the following description will be given in terms of the steering problem of the cleaning assembly 2: the following is a forward direction, as opposed to a reverse direction, of the rotational direction of the cleaning assembly when the cleaning apparatus is in normal operation, as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art. In addition, the floor brush mechanism 100 shown in fig. 1 and 2 includes one cleaning assembly 2, and the flow splitter 3 is provided at the rear side of the cleaning assembly 2 (front-to-rear in the direction of use by the user); the floor brush mechanism 100 shown in fig. 3 includes two cleaning assemblies 2; fig. 18 and 19 show that the floor brush mechanism 100 includes one cleaning assembly 2, and the flow splitter 3 is provided on the front side of the cleaning assembly 2 (front-rear in the direction of use by the user).
Example 1
The present embodiment provides a floor brush mechanism 100, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, the floor brush mechanism 100 includes a floor brush body 1, a cleaning assembly 2 and a diverter 3, the cleaning assembly 2 is movably mounted on the floor brush body 1, the diverter 3 is disposed on the floor brush body 1, the diverter 3 has a water diversion surface 331 disposed toward the cleaning assembly 2, the water diversion surface 331 is an arc surface, the arc surface extends along the rotation direction of the cleaning assembly 2, at least one diversion opening 332 is disposed on the water diversion surface 331, and when the cleaning assembly 2 rotates reversely, dirt between the cleaning assembly 2 and the water diversion surface 331 is removed along the water diversion surface 331 under the movement of the cleaning assembly 2.
Specifically, the water diversion surface 331 is a smooth arc surface, the cleaning component 2 is movably mounted on the floor brush body 1, and the cleaning component 2 can rotate forward or reversely, when the cleaning component 2 rotates forward, the cleaning function of the surface to be cleaned is realized, and at the moment, the cleaning component 2 drives the dirt on the surface to be cleaned to the dirt suction port 110 from the surface to be cleaned, so that the dirt suction port 110 can collect the dirt. The cleaning elements may also be inverted, the inverted cleaning elements performing a self-cleaning function, the inverted cleaning assembly 2 driving dirt between the cleaning assembly 2 and the water dividing surface 331 to the dirt suction opening 110 under the movement of the cleaning assembly 2.
In which, for a floor brush mechanism having one cleaning assembly 2, the counterclockwise rotation is the normal rotation and the clockwise rotation is the reverse rotation. For a floor brush mechanism with two cleaning assemblies 2, the counterclockwise rotation is a forward rotation and the clockwise rotation is a reverse rotation for the cleaning assembly 2 on the front side; for the rear cleaning assembly 2, the clockwise rotation is normal rotation and the counterclockwise rotation is reverse rotation.
Further, the water diversion surface 331 disposed on the arc surface also reduces accumulation of dirt at the water diversion surface 331, and when the cleaning assembly 2 rotates reversely in the self-cleaning process, the dirt can be conveniently driven to move along the water diversion surface 331 towards the dirt suction opening 110, and the dirt moves to the inside of the dirt suction opening 110 under the action of the cleaning assembly 2.
In this embodiment, the cleaning assembly 2 is driven to rotate by a driving member, which may be a motor or a structural member such as a cylinder, so as to drive the cleaning assembly 2 to rotate forward and backward.
In this embodiment, the cleaning component 2 has a self-cleaning mode (i.e. the cleaning device operates in the self-cleaning mode to clean the rolling brush), when the cleaning component 2 is in the self-cleaning mode, the cleaning component can be driven to rotate reversely at least once, so as to bring out the dirt between the cleaning component 2 and the water diversion surface 331 in the self-cleaning mode, thereby ensuring that no dirt remains in the rolling brush chamber after the self-cleaning contacts.
Wherein, the cleaning component 2 comprises a roller 21 and brush hair 22, wherein the roller 21 is rotationally arranged in a cleaning cavity of the floor brush body 1, the brush hair 22 is attached to the periphery side of the roller 21, a driving piece can be further arranged in the floor brush body 1, the roller 21 is driven to rotate by the driving piece, the brush hair 22 is driven to rotate, and the brush hair 22 is rubbed with a surface to be cleaned through the rotation of the brush hair 22, so that stains or garbage on the surface to be cleaned are cleaned. The connection mode between the brush hair 22 and the roller 21 is not limited, for example, the brush hair 22 and the roller 21 may be integrally arranged, or the brush hair 22 is fixed on the outer side of the roller 21 by bonding, or the brush hair 22 and the roller 21 are connected by a magic tape, or other detachable connection modes, so as to facilitate the replacement of the brush hair 22.
For the diverter 3, the diverter 3 is mainly used for diverting the cleaning liquid or gas or steam, so that the cleaning liquid or gas or steam is uniformly sprayed on the brush hair 22, and the cleaning effect is improved.
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, at least a portion of the water splitting surface 331 is interference fit with the cleaning assembly 2. Wherein, the interference between the water diversion surface 331 and the cleaning component 2 gradually decreases along the forward rotation direction of the cleaning component 2.
Specifically, the cleaning component 2 is in interference fit with the water diversion surface 331, so that the liquid sprayed from the water diversion surface 331 is convenient to be completely contacted with the cleaning component 2, and the water diversion surface 331 is convenient to be cleaned when the cleaning component 2 is reversed.
Further, the interference between the water diversion surface 331 and the cleaning member 2 is gradually reduced along the forward rotation direction of the cleaning member 2, i.e. the interference between the lower region of the water diversion surface 331 and the cleaning member 2 is larger than the interference between the upper region of the water diversion surface 331 and the cleaning member 2.
It should be noted that, the shunt opening 332 is disposed in the lower area of the water diversion surface 331, so that the shunt opening 332 is in interference fit with the cleaning component 2 all the time, and the shunt opening 332 can spray the liquid on the cleaning component 2 all the time.
In this embodiment, the cleaning assembly 2 is in interference fit with the cleaning assembly 2 over the entire area of the water dividing surface 331 during use. That is, the cleaning component 2 always keeps interference fit with the whole area of the water diversion surface 331 in a dry state, so that the water diversion surface 331 can be cleaned conveniently by the cleaning component 2 in a self-cleaning state.
To reduce the load of the cleaning assembly 2 during rotation, after the cleaning assembly 2 is wetted, the maximum outer diameter of the bristles 22 of the rolling brush of the cleaning assembly 2 is reduced, at this time, the cleaning assembly 2 is in interference fit with the lower region of the water diversion surface 331, and the cleaning assembly 2 is arranged at intervals with the upper region of the water diversion surface 331, so that the liquid adding is conveniently realized by always contacting with the diversion opening 332 while the load is reduced.
Of course, the wetted cleaning assembly 2 may still be an interference fit with the entire area of the water splitting surface 331, regardless of the load.
As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6, the floor brush mechanism 100 further includes a transparent window 4, where the transparent window 4 is disposed on the floor brush body 1 and is located in an area above the cleaning component 2, and the transparent window 4 is disposed towards the wall surface of the cleaning component 2 and in interference fit with the bristles 22. In addition, the transparent window 4 is convenient for a user to observe the internal structure of the floor brush mechanism and to check that the rolling brush is self-cleaning.
Specifically, can realize the observation to the brush body 1 through transparent window 4 to clean subassembly 2 and transparent window 4 interference fit, make things convenient for clean subassembly 2 to clean the wall of transparent window 4 towards clean subassembly 2, in order to avoid dust collection between transparent window 4 and the clean subassembly 2.
Further, the floor brush mechanism 100 further comprises a dirt collecting component, the dirt collecting component is installed in the bottom area of the floor brush body 1, a dirt sucking port 110 of the dirt collecting component faces the cleaning component 2, and the dirt sucking port 110 is located below the flow divider 3. So as to realize that when the cleaning component 2 is reversed, the cleaning component 2 drives the dirt on the water diversion surface 331 to enter the dirt suction port 110.
As shown in fig. 1 and 14, the present solution is applicable not only to the single cleaning assembly 2 solution but also to the double cleaning assembly 2 solution, when the local brush mechanism 100 is two cleaning assemblies 2, the two cleaning assemblies 2 are movably mounted at two ends of the ground brush body 1, and the rotation directions of the two cleaning assemblies 2 are opposite.
Further, the position of the diverter 3 may be either front or rear, specifically, the diversion surface 331 of the diverter 3 is an arc surface.

Also, the "transverse plane" is a relative concept, i.e. the plane in which the arc-shaped surface lies, in use of the floor brush mechanism, substantially horizontally or transversely to the plane in which the centre line of the direction of rotation of the cleaning assembly 2 lies, as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art.

Further, the floor brush mechanism 100 is a single cleaning assembly 2 mechanism, wherein the floor brush body 1 has a receiving groove 210, and the cleaning assembly 2 is movably mounted inside the receiving groove 210. The cleaning assembly 2 is driven by the driving member to realize forward rotation and reverse rotation.
In the case where the floor brush mechanism 100 includes a single cleaning module 2, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the up-and-down direction installation of the flow splitter 3 can be achieved.
In this embodiment, the top of the diverter 3 is provided with at least one first mounting hole, the first mounting hole is spaced from the water diversion surface 331, and when the first mounting hole is plural, the plural first mounting holes are sequentially arranged along the axial direction of the cleaning assembly 2, and the fastener 5 extends into the first mounting hole to fix the diverter 3 with the floor brush body 1.

The connection between the wiper strip 6 and the shunt 3 may be, but not limited to, the connection between the positioning buckle 604 and the positioning bayonet described above, and may be, for example, a fastening connection such as a socket connection or a bolt connection.
In this embodiment, the installation unit is detachably connected with the floor brush body 1, so that the installation unit can be replaced conveniently.

Meanwhile, the design of the mounting lugs 34 ensures the length of the scraping strip 6, in particular ensures that the two end parts of the scraping strip 6 can be matched with the two end parts of the cleaning assembly 2, and further ensures that the two end parts of the cleaning assembly 2 can be contacted by the scraping strip 6 to scrape dirt.
It should be noted that, the height of the mounting lug 34 is smaller than that of the diverter 3, so as to avoid the structural interference between the mounting lug 34 and the ground brush body 1, and further avoid the related structure on the ground brush body 1.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the scraping strip 6 is provided with at least one second mounting hole, and when the second mounting holes are multiple, the second mounting holes are sequentially arranged along the axial direction of the cleaning assembly 2, and the fastener 5 extends into the second mounting holes to fix the mounting unit with the floor brush body 1.

When the cleaning component 2 is in the self-cleaning mode, the cleaning component 2 reversely rotates, the first wall surface 602 is in smooth transition engagement with the bottom edge of the water diversion surface 331, so that a step cannot occur at the engagement position of the flow divider 3 and the scraping strip 6, and when the cleaning component 2 passes through the engagement position of the water diversion surface 331 and the first wall surface 602, the resistance is reduced due to smooth engagement, and the loss of a driving piece is reduced.
Specifically, a surface-to-surface matching structure in which the first wall surface 602 is in smooth transition engagement with the bottom edge of the water diversion surface 331 is adopted, so that when the cleaning component 2 rotates reversely, dirt can enter the dirt suction port 110 through the water diversion surface 331 and the first wall surface 602 under the driving of the cleaning component 2, and when the cleaning component 2 passes through the engagement position of the water diversion surface 331 and the first wall surface 602, the resistance is reduced due to smooth engagement, so that the loss of a driving piece is reduced.

Further, the plane of the first wall surface 602 is tangent to the bottom edge of the water diversion surface 331, and the interference of the scraping strip 6 and the cleaning component 2 is larger than that of the water diversion surface 331 and the cleaning component 2, wherein the plane of the first wall surface 602 is tangent to the bottom edge of the water diversion surface 331 and transits smoothly, so as to avoid dirt between the water diversion surface 331 and the first wall surface 602. And, the interference of the scraping strip 6 is larger than that of the water diversion surface 331, so that when the cleaning assembly 2 rotates forward to perform cleaning work, the scraping strip 6 is used for stopping dirt on the cleaning assembly 2, so that the dirt is separated from the cleaning assembly 2 and enters the dirt suction port 110.

The connection between the scraping strip 6 and the ground brush body 1 is realized by the way that the positioning column 120 is clamped at the positioning notch 601, so that the installation precision of the scraping strip 6 is improved, and meanwhile, the installation stability of the scraping strip 6 is further improved.
Further, the number of the positioning notch portions 601 is one or more, when the number of the positioning notch portions 601 is plural, the positioning notch portions 601 are sequentially arranged along the axial direction of the cleaning assembly 2, the number of the positioning posts 120 is not less than the number of the positioning notch portions 601, and at least one positioning post 120 is accommodated in each positioning notch portion 601.
In this embodiment, a plurality of positioning rib plates 121 are further disposed in the circumferential direction of the positioning column 120, and at least two positioning rib plates 121 are disposed on two sides of the positioning column 120 relatively, and the side edge of the positioning rib plate 121 away from the positioning column 120 is clamped with the periphery of the positioning notch 601. Through setting up a plurality of location gusset 121, adopt the peripheral joint of location gusset 121 and location notch 601, location gusset 121 is used for the butt scraping strip 6 promptly to make scraping strip 6 stable the installation on ground brush body 1.

Further, the position of the diverter 3 may be either front or rear, specifically, the diversion surface 331 of the diverter 3 is an arc surface.
It should be noted that, the cleaning assembly 2 includes a roller 21 and bristles 22, the roller 21 is rotatably disposed in the cleaning cavity of the floor brush body 1, the bristles 22 are attached to the outer peripheral side of the roller 21, a driving member may be further disposed in the floor brush body 1, the roller 21 is driven to rotate by the driving member, the bristles 22 are driven to rotate, and the rotating bristles 22 rub against the surface to be cleaned to clean dirt or garbage on the surface to be cleaned.
For the diverter 3, the diverter 3 is mainly used for diverting the cleaning liquid or gas, so that the cleaning liquid or gas is sprayed on the bristles 22 uniformly, and the cleaning effect is improved.

Specifically, the range between the plurality of shunt ports 332 on the water diversion surface 331 disposed along the axial direction of the cleaning member 2 is 10-25 mm, so there are more shunt ports 332 on the water diversion surface 331 in this application to improve uniformity and efficiency of spraying liquid. Meanwhile, the liquid in the shunt 3 is directly sprayed to the cleaning assembly 2 through the shunt opening 332, and the efficiency of liquid separation can be well guaranteed by adopting more shunt openings 332 without other auxiliary liquid separation structures.
Further, the distance between two adjacent shunt ports 332 can be 10 millimeters, 12 millimeters, 14 millimeters, 16 millimeters, 18 millimeters, 20 millimeters, 22 millimeters, 24 millimeters, and the like.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 20, the shunt 332 has a long side with a dimension in the range of 0.8-1.5 mm and a short side with a dimension in the range of 0.2-0.6 mm, wherein the long side x is in the range of a dimension in the range of 0.8-1.5 mm; or the shunt ports 332 may have an area of 0.16 to 1.35 square millimeters. Preferably, the shunt opening has an area between 0.4 and 0.6 square millimeters. The shunt ports 332 may be other shapes, but have an overall area of between 0.16 and 1.35 square millimeters so that water flow can create pressure to exit the shunt ports 332. By the design of the long side and the short side, the cooperation between the flow divider 3 and the cleaning assembly 2 can be ensured in the axial direction of the cleaning assembly 2, and particularly the uniformity of water diversion in the axial direction of the cleaning assembly can be ensured. In addition, by limiting the size of the long and short sides of the shunt ports 332, the size of each shunt port 332 can be ensured, thereby ensuring the water output of the plurality of shunt ports 332.
Specifically, the dimension x of the long side may be 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.1mm, 1.2mm, 1.4mm, 1.5mm, etc.; the dimension y of the short side may be 0.2mm, 0.25mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, etc.
Here, the shunt ports 332 have long sides distributed in the transverse direction and short sides distributed in the vertical direction, and may be rectangular ports or round rectangular ports. Of course, the shunt opening 332 may also be a round opening, and the radial dimension of the round opening may be designed according to the opening area of the shunt opening 332, as will be understood by those skilled in the art.
In this embodiment, the diverter 3 further includes a diversion trench 322, the plurality of diversion openings 332 are divided into a plurality of diversion areas, and a plurality of diversion openings 332 are disposed in at least a portion of the diversion areas, and each diversion area is respectively communicated with a different diversion trench 322. When one diversion area corresponds to a plurality of diversion openings 332, the plurality of diversion openings 332 are communicated with the diversion trenches 322 corresponding to the diversion areas.
Each diversion trench 322 has one or more diversion trenches 3221, and the number of diversion trenches 3221 is consistent with the number of diversion openings 332 in the corresponding diversion area.
As shown in fig. 15 to 17, two diversion ports 332 are provided in one diversion area, and two diversion branch grooves 3221 corresponding to the same diversion area are in an inverted V-shaped structure.
Specifically, two guide branch grooves with inverted V-shaped structures are respectively communicated with two adjacent split-flow ports 332, the splitter 3 is further provided with a first inlet hole 311, and the connection part of the first inlet hole 311 and the two guide branch grooves is communicated, so that liquid is supplied to the split-flow ports 332 through the guide branch grooves, and the uniformity of liquid circulation is improved.
Further, the floor brush mechanism 100 further includes a top cover 130 disposed on the floor brush body 1, the top cover 130 is located above the cleaning assembly 2, and a surface of the top cover 130 facing the cleaning assembly 2 is a smooth arc surface. Wherein the smooth arcuate surface of the top cover plate 130 has the technical effect of homogenizing the water, further homogenizing the liquid sprayed on the cleaning assembly 2.
As shown in fig. 15 to 17, the diverter 3 includes a base plate 31, a diverter plate 32 and a cover plate 33, the base plate 31 is provided with a first inlet 311, the diverter plate 32 is connected with the base plate 31, the diverter plate 32 is provided with a plurality of diversion trenches 322, the cover plate 33 is arranged on one side of the diverter plate 32 back to the base plate 31, the cover plate 33 is provided with a plurality of diversion openings 332, the diversion openings 332 are located at the outlets on the diversion surface 331 to form the diversion openings 332, and the first inlet 311 is communicated with the diversion openings 332 through the diversion trenches 322. So that the cleaning device can continuously spray the liquid or gas or steam for cleaning to the brush hair 22 through the shunt 332 when cleaning is performed, thereby improving cleaning efficiency.
Specifically, the first inlet hole 311 is communicated with the split-flow port 332 through the diversion trenches 322, the split-flow plate 32 is further provided with a plurality of diversion holes 321 correspondingly communicated with the first inlet hole 311, and each diversion trench 322 is communicated with the first inlet hole 311 through the corresponding diversion hole 321. By providing the deflector hole 321 on the deflector 32 to direct the flow of the liquid or gas or vapor, uniformity of flow is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 16 and 21, in the direction of the diversion hole 321, the diversion hole 321 includes a first diversion segment 3211 and a second diversion segment 3212 in sequence, and the length of the first diversion segment 3211 ranges from 3.0mm to 5.0mm. Wherein, the length of the first diversion section 3211 ranges from 2.0mm to 3.0mm; and/or the length ratio of the second guide segment 3212 to the one guide segment ranges from 1 to 2.5. And, the aperture of the first guide segment 3211 is larger than that of the second guide segment 3212. Like this, through the length scope of reasonable setting first water conservancy diversion section 3211 and second water conservancy diversion section 3212 for liquid can obtain the effect of pressure boost when the water conservancy diversion hole 321 is passed through, has further promoted the velocity of flow after the liquid flows from the shunt outlet 332, further promotes the even water effect of shunt 3. Of course, in some embodiments, the aperture of the first guide segment 3211 may also be smaller than the aperture of the second guide segment 3212. In addition, the aperture of the first diversion segment 3211 is larger than that of the second diversion segment 3212, so that the demolding in the processing process is facilitated due to the relatively larger aperture of the first diversion segment on the basis of ensuring supercharging.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 16 and 21, the length of the first guide segment 3211 may be 3.5mm, 3.8mm, 4.0mm, 4.2mm, 4.5mm, 4.8mm, 5.0mm, etc., and the length of the second guide segment 3212 may be 2.0mm, 2.2mm, 2.3mm, 2.4mm, 2.5mm, 2.6mm, 2.7mm, 2.8mm, 2.9mm, 3.0mm, etc.
In addition, as shown in fig. 16 and 21, the length ratio of the second guide segment 3212 to the first guide segment may be in the range of 1-2.5. Therefore, on one hand, the length of the first diversion segment 3211 of the second diversion segment 3212 can be coordinated, and on the other hand, the increasing effect and the convenience of demoulding can be guaranteed.
Further, as shown in fig. 16 and 21, the diameter of the first diversion segment 3211 ranges from 1.0 mm to 1.8mm, and the diameter of the second diversion segment 3212 ranges from 0.6 mm to 0.8mm, so that the diameter of the first diversion segment 3211 is larger than that of the second diversion segment 3212, and the pressurizing effect is achieved by reducing the radial dimension. In addition, the ratio of the diameter of the second diversion segment 3212 to the diameter of the first diversion segment 3211 may be in the range of 0.34-0.8, so as to ensure that the diameters of the second diversion segment 3212 and the first diversion segment 3211 are coordinated, and on the other hand, the increasing effect and the convenience of demoulding can be ensured.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 16, the joint of the second diversion segment 3212 and the first diversion segment 3211 may be stepped, as shown in fig. 21, or the second diversion segment 3212 and the first diversion segment 3211 may be joined by a transition diversion segment.
Further, the base plate 31 is further provided with a plurality of branch flow passages 312 communicating with the first inlet hole 311, and the plurality of guide flow holes 321 communicate with the first inlet hole 311 through the plurality of branch flow passages 312, respectively. By arranging the branch flow passage 312, the uneven surface can appear at the liquid outlet end of the flow divider 3, and by arranging the cover plate 33, flow guide is further realized, which is equivalent to extending the flow guide hole 321, so that the surface where the flow dividing opening 332 is located can be set to be a smooth surface, and therefore, dust collection is not easy, and cleaning is easier.
Further, the aperture of the side of each diversion hole 321 facing the substrate 31 is larger than the aperture of the side of the diversion hole 321 facing the cover plate 33, so as to further increase the flow velocity of the liquid sprayed from the diverter 31, and further improve the uniformity of the liquid reaching the cleaning assembly 2.
In this embodiment, each diversion trench 322 includes at least two diversion trenches 3221, the diversion hole 321 is located at the connection position of the at least two diversion trenches 3221, and each diversion trench 3221 is communicated with at least one diversion port 332. By providing the diversion branch grooves 3221, the diversion can be further performed, so that the liquid outlet amount or the gas outlet amount of each diversion port 332 is more consistent, and each diversion branch groove 3221 can store a certain amount of liquid or gas, so that the overlong flow passage is avoided, and the injection speed of the liquid or gas is prevented from being influenced.
Wherein the shunt 3 is made of a transparent material, thereby enabling a user to clearly observe the internal structure of the shunt 3.
For the diverter 3, the diverter 3 is mainly used for diverting the cleaning liquid or gas, so that the cleaning liquid or gas is sprayed on the bristles 22 uniformly, and the cleaning effect is improved.
Example 9

In this embodiment, the cleaning assembly 2 has a self-cleaning mode (i.e. the cleaning device operates in the self-cleaning mode to clean the rolling brush), when the cleaning assembly 2 is in the self-cleaning mode, the cleaning assembly can be driven to rotate reversely at least once, so that dirt between the cleaning assembly 2 and the water diversion surface 331 is carried out in the self-cleaning mode, and no dirt remains in the rolling brush chamber after the self-cleaning contact. When the cleaning assembly 2 is in the self-cleaning mode, the cleaning assembly 2 is rotated in a reverse direction, and when the cleaning assembly 2 is rotated in a reverse direction, dirt between the cleaning assembly 2 and the smooth arcuate surface is removed by the movement of the cleaning assembly 2.
Specifically, the cleaning assembly 2 normally rotates forward under the driving action of the driving piece when cleaning the surface to be cleaned, so that dirt on the surface to be cleaned is collected in the dirt suction port 110, the cleaning assembly 2 rotates reversely in the self-cleaning process, the dirt between the smooth arc surface and the cleaning assembly 2 is driven to enter the dirt suction port 110 of the floor brush mechanism 100 by the reverse rotation of the cleaning assembly 2, the smooth arc surface is connected with the water diversion surface 331 in a smooth transition manner, and the phenomenon that the dirt is remained at the junction of the top cover plate 130 and the diverter 3 is avoided.
Wherein, the anticlockwise rotation is forward rotation, and the clockwise rotation is reverse rotation.
In one embodiment, the water splitting surface 331 is capable of a smooth transition engagement directly with the smooth arcuate surface.
Specifically, the water diversion surface 331 is an arc surface, and the water diversion surface 331 and the smooth arc surface together form a smooth arc surface. So that the dirt can follow a smooth arc surface as the cleaning assembly 2 rotates.
In another specific embodiment, the ground brush body 1 has a transition surface, the transition surface is smoothly connected with the water diversion surface 331 and the smooth arc surface, and the water diversion surface 331 is on the same arc surface as the smooth arc surface and the transition surface.
Specifically, the water diversion surface 331 and the transition surface are arc surfaces, and the water diversion surface 331, the transition surface and the smooth arc surface together form a smooth arc surface.
The transition surface can be located between the water diversion surface 331 and the smooth arc surface, and can also be located at one side of the water diversion surface 331 far away from the smooth arc surface, which is understood by those skilled in the art, as long as the transition surface is smoothly connected with the water diversion surface 331 and the smooth arc surface, and the water diversion surface 331 is located on the same arc surface with the smooth arc surface and the transition surface, which are all in the protection scope of the application.
In this embodiment, the smooth arcuate surface is provided in an interference fit with the cleaning assembly 2.
Further, the smooth arcuate surface has an interference with the cleaning assembly 2 of less than or equal to 1.5 millimeters. Thus, under the condition that the cleaning assembly 2 can bring out dirt, the resistance born by the cleaning assembly 2 in the rotation process is reduced, on one hand, the motor is convenient to start, and on the other hand, the damage to the motor can be reduced.
In this embodiment, this scheme is applicable not only to the scheme of single cleaning assembly 2, but also to the scheme of double cleaning assembly 2, and when the local brush mechanism 100 is two cleaning assemblies 2, two cleaning assemblies 2 are movably mounted at the two ends of the ground brush body 1, and the rotation directions of two cleaning assemblies 2 are opposite.
Further, the position of the diverter 3 may be either front or rear, specifically, the diversion surface 331 of the diverter 3 is an arc surface. When the diverter 3 is in front, the water diversion surface 331, the smooth arc surface and the transition surface form a smooth arc surface together.
For the diverter 3, the diverter 3 is mainly used for diverting the cleaning liquid or gas, so that the cleaning liquid or gas is sprayed on the bristles 22 uniformly, and the cleaning effect is improved.
Example 11
The present embodiment provides a cleaning apparatus including the floor brush mechanism 100 in embodiment 10.
Example 12
The present embodiment provides a cleaning system including a base station 200 and the cleaning apparatus of any one of embodiment 2, embodiment 5, embodiment 7, embodiment 9, and embodiment 11, the base station 200 having a base with a receiving groove 210; wherein, when the cleaning apparatus is in the self-cleaning mode, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, at least a part of the cleaning component 2 of the floor brush mechanism 100 of the cleaning apparatus is located in the accommodating groove 210, and the groove wall surface of the accommodating groove 210, the smooth arc surface of the top cover plate 130 of the floor brush mechanism 100, and the water diversion surface 331 of the diverter 3 of the floor brush mechanism 100 form a rolling brush chamber.
Therefore, the inner wall of the rolling brush chamber can be made to present a smooth cambered surface, so that the rolling brush can bring out dirt between the rolling brush and the inner wall of the rolling comb chamber in the rotating process, and the cleaning degree of the inner part of the rolling brush chamber is ensured.
Specifically, when the cleaning assembly 2 is self-cleaning, the cleaning apparatus is moved onto the base station 200 such that at least a portion of the cleaning assembly 2 of the cleaning apparatus protrudes into the interior of the accommodating groove 210, and the cleaning assembly 2 is reversed to achieve self-cleaning.
Further, the cleaning assembly is a roller brush.
In this embodiment, the groove wall surface of the accommodating groove 210, the smooth arc surface of the top cover plate 130 of the floor brush mechanism 100, and the water diversion surface 331 of the diverter 3 of the floor brush mechanism 100 are located on the same arc surface, so that the cleaning assembly 2 can drive the dirt to move along the arc surface during the self-cleaning process, and the dirt is prevented from remaining between the cleaning assembly 2 and the top cover plate 130, between the cleaning assembly 2 and the water diversion surface 331, and between the cleaning assembly 2 and the groove wall surface of the accommodating groove 210.
In order to facilitate the maintenance of the dirty water on the cleaning assembly 2 in the self-cleaning condition inside the receiving recess 210, at least a portion of the recess side walls are in an interference fit with the cleaning assembly 2.
As shown in fig. 18 and 19, the receiving groove 210 is interference-fitted with at least a partial region of the cleaning assembly 2 located at the front side, and the region of the receiving groove 210 interference-fitted with the cleaning assembly 2 occupies one quarter of the circumferential direction of the cleaning assembly 2. Thus, in the process of self-cleaning, as the front quarter circle of the accommodating groove 210 is in interference fit with the cleaning component 2, the tightness of the position is ensured, so that external air cannot enter the accommodating groove 210 from the position, the vacuum degree of the rest positions in the accommodating groove 210 is ensured, and the suction force at the dirt suction port 110 is ensured to be large enough to suck dirt in the accommodating groove 210, and particularly the cleaning force for large-particle dirt is ensured.
Further, the interference between the accommodating groove 210 and at least a partial area of the cleaning assembly 2 is less than or equal to 1.5 mm. In this way, on the basis of ensuring the interference fit between the front quarter circle of the accommodating groove 210 and the cleaning component 2, the contact degree of the cleaning component 2 on the inner wall of the front quarter circle of the accommodating groove 210 is reduced, so that the resistance in the rotation process of the cleaning component 2 is reduced, and the damage to the motor is reduced.
Further, the accommodating groove 210 is spaced apart from at least another partial region of the cleaning assembly 2 located at the rear side, and the area of the accommodating groove 210 spaced apart from the cleaning assembly 2 occupies one fourth of the circumferential direction of the cleaning assembly 2. In this way, a quarter of the clearance design behind the receiving groove 210 is ensured, and the soil pick-up port 110 communicates with the location, thereby ensuring that soil and sewage at the location is sucked away from the soil pick-up port 110.
In this embodiment, the gap H between the lower edge of the front side of the top cover 130 and the base station 200 is 2 mm or less, so as to ensure that the gap therebetween is sufficiently small. Specifically, during daily use, when a user needs to wash the cleaning assembly 2, detergent is generally added into the accommodating groove 210, and a large amount of foam is generated in the accommodating groove 210 along with the rotation of the roller brush. Therefore, the gap H between the lower edge of the front side of the top cover 130 and the base station 200 is less than or equal to 2 mm, so that the foam can be effectively prevented from overflowing from the gap between the lower edge of the front side of the top cover 130 and the base station 200, and particularly the foam can be prevented from being thrown out along with the rotation of the roller brush, and the surrounding environment of the floor brush mechanism 100 is further ensured.
Although at least a part of the cleaning module 2 of the floor brush mechanism 100 with the front shunt 3 is shown in the accommodating groove 210, the principle is the same, and the rear shunt 3 is also applicable.
Furthermore, the cleaning device proposed in the present application may be a floor washer.
It will be apparent that the embodiments described above are merely some, but not all, embodiments of the invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, those skilled in the art may make other different changes or modifications without making any creative effort, which shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
