The invention relates to the technical field of self-cleaning of household equipment, in particular to a self-cleaning method of a mopping machine, a computer readable storage medium and the mopping machine.
Background
At present, intelligent mopping machine on the market does not have self-cleaning function, needs the manual round brush to mopping machine of user to clean, wastes time and energy, and in addition, when manual dismantlement round brush cleans, dismantlement many times can lead to the round brush and mopping machine on the reliability of being connected of other parts, can directly shorten the life of round brush.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art or the related art.
To this end, a first aspect of the invention provides a method for self-cleaning a mopping machine.
A second aspect of the present invention is to provide a computer-readable storage medium.
A third aspect of the present invention is to provide a floor mopping machine.
In view of the above, according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a self-cleaning method of a floor cleaning machine, the method including: responding to a self-cleaning instruction, and controlling a motor of the mopping machine to be started; the motor is controlled to drive the roller brush of the mopping machine to alternately rotate forward and backward for a first time period.
The self-cleaning method of the mopping machine comprises the steps of responding to a self-cleaning instruction, controlling the motor of the mopping machine to be started, controlling the motor to drive the roller brush of the mopping machine to alternately rotate in the forward direction and the reverse direction for a first time, further enabling the roller brush and the water squeezing assembly of the mopping machine to mutually interfere and rub, realizing self-cleaning of the roller brush, avoiding the need of manually cleaning the roller brush by a user, saving the time and the physical strength of the user, avoiding the need of disassembling the roller brush by the user, and avoiding the problem of low connection reliability caused by frequent disassembly. Further, under the drive of motor, the round brush can be forward (anticlockwise) rotation earlier, and the sewage that the crowded water subassembly extruded this moment takes the surperficial tiny particle rubbish of round brush to flow, then makes the motor drive the round brush reverse (clockwise) rotation, and the surperficial rubbish of round brush will be squeezed the scraping by crowded water subassembly reverse this moment, and adhesive force between rubbish and the round brush descends, and when driving the round brush forward rotation once more along with the motor, then the surperficial rubbish of round brush will flow along with sewage easily. It is worth mentioning that when the motor drives the rolling brush to rotate reversely, the sewage generated by the interference of the water squeezing assembly and the rolling brush can wash the garbage accumulated on the back side of the water squeezing assembly along with the rotation of the rolling brush, namely effectively wash the sanitary dead angle on the back side of the water squeezing assembly, so that the accumulated garbage is scattered and attached to the rolling brush, and can be washed and discharged along with the forward rotation of the rolling brush again. That is to say, in the invention, the motor drives the rolling brush to alternately operate in the forward direction and the reverse direction, so that on one hand, the self-cleaning of the rolling brush can be realized, the manual cleaning of a user is not needed, the intelligent humanization of the mopping machine is improved, on the other hand, the rolling brush which alternately operates in the forward direction and the reverse direction can clean the water squeezing component of the mopping machine, the garbage is prevented from being accumulated on the back side of the water squeezing component, and the interior of the mop. It is worth mentioning that in the process of the motor driving the floor mopping machine roller brush to rotate in a positive and negative alternate mode, in one period, the roller brush rotates in a positive direction for a fixed number of turns, then the roller brush rotates in a negative direction for a fixed number of turns, and in a first time period, the motor can drive the roller brush to rotate for at least one period. The specific time length required by one period and the first time length can be set according to actual needs.
In one possible design, before the step of controlling the motor to drive the roller brush of the mopping machine to rotate forward and backward for the first time period, the method further comprises the following steps of: acquiring a self-cleaning grade according to the self-cleaning instruction; the first duration is determined according to the self-cleaning level.
In the design, before the step of controlling the motor to drive the roller brush of the mopping machine to rotate forward and backward alternately for the first time length, the method further comprises the steps of obtaining a self-cleaning grade according to the self-cleaning instruction, further determining the first time length according to the self-cleaning grade, and when the self-cleaning grade is higher, the first time length is longer, further carrying out high-intensity cleaning on the roller brush. It is noted that the self-cleaning level may be preset according to the usage habit of the user, and specifically, the self-cleaning level may include a low level, a middle level, and a high level.
In one possible design, the step of controlling the motor to drive the roller brush of the mopping machine to alternately operate in the forward direction and the reverse direction for a first time period specifically comprises the following steps: controlling the motor to drive the rolling brush to rotate forwards for a second time; and controlling the motor to drive the rolling brush to reversely rotate for a third time length, wherein the sum of the second time length and the third time length is equal to the first time length.
In the design, the step of controlling the motor to drive the roller brush of the floor mopping machine to alternately operate forwards and backwards for a first time specifically comprises the following steps: the control motor drives the round brush forward (anticlockwise) and operates for the second time, the sewage that the crowded water subassembly extruded this moment takes the tiny particle rubbish on round brush surface to flow, then the control motor drives the round brush backward (clockwise) and operates for the third time, the rubbish on round brush surface will be crowded water subassembly backward extrusion scraping this moment, adhesive force between rubbish and the round brush descends, when driving the round brush forward rotation once more along with the motor, then the rubbish on round brush surface will flow along with the sewage easily. That is to say, when the motor drives the round brush operation, first forward (anticlockwise) rotation, reverse (clockwise) rotation again, this is because before the automatically cleaning begins, the back side of crowded water subassembly deposits rubbish less, and the rubbish on the round brush is more, consequently, the rubbish on the round brush is washed in the forward operation at first, because forward operation is for a period of time, when crowded water subassembly back side deposits rubbish more, the motor of controlling again drives the round brush and runs in reverse, and then can effectively wash the sanitary dead angle of crowded water subassembly, can further promote mopping machine's self-cleaning efficiency.
In one possible design, after the step of controlling the motor of the mopping machine to be turned on in response to the self-cleaning command, the method further includes: controlling the purified water pump to operate at a first flow rate under the condition that the motor drives the rolling brush to operate in a forward direction; and controlling the purified water pump to operate at a second flow rate based on the condition that the motor drives the rolling brush to reversely operate, wherein the second flow rate is smaller than the first flow rate.
In this design, after the step of controlling the motor of the mopping machine to be turned on in response to the self-cleaning command, the method further comprises: under the condition that drives the round brush forward operation based on the motor, the water purification pump of control mopping machine moves with great first flow, this is because when the round brush anticlockwise rotates, sewage and rubbish on the round brush can flow down clockwise along the surface of round brush, is equipped with the dirty groove of collection in the rear side of round brush, and sewage and rubbish that clockwise flowed down then can get into the dirty inslot of collection, and great flow can be better to take away spot and rubbish washing this moment. Under the condition that drives the reverse operation of round brush based on the motor, control water purification pump with less second flow operation, this is because when the round brush clockwise rotation, then sewage and rubbish on the round brush can be followed the surperficial anticlockwise accumulation of round brush, if the flow of water purification pump is too big, when the round brush can not adsorb anticlockwise accumulational sewage and rubbish, then sewage can flow anticlockwise and flow from the front side of round brush, and cause ground dirt when clean mopping machine.
In one possible design, a first detector controlling the mopping machine detects the actual liquid level height of a dirt collection tank of the mopping machine; and controlling a sewage pump of the mopping machine to be started and run for a fourth time period based on the condition that the actual liquid level height is greater than or equal to the first liquid level height.
In the design, the self-cleaning method of the mopping machine further comprises the step of controlling a first detector of the mopping machine to detect the actual liquid level height in the sewage collection tank of the mopping machine, and when the actual liquid level height in the sewage collection tank is higher than the first liquid level height, controlling a sewage pump of the mopping machine to be started so as to pump out sewage in the sewage collection tank. That is, the sewage pump does not need to be continuously started, but whether the sewage pump is started or not is determined according to the sewage amount in the sewage collecting tank, so that the energy consumption can be effectively reduced. In particular, the first liquid level height may be half the height of the sump. Certainly, the sewage pump can also be started when responding to the self-cleaning instruction, so that sewage in the sewage collection tank can be continuously pumped away, and the problem that the sewage collection tank is difficult to clean due to dirt deposition is avoided.
In one possible design, a second detector of the mopping machine is controlled to detect sewage parameters in the sewage collecting tank; and under the condition that the sewage parameter meets the first sewage parameter, closing the water purifying pump and the motor.
In the design, the self-cleaning method of the floor mopping machine further comprises the steps of controlling a second detector of the floor mopping machine to detect a sewage parameter in the sewage collecting tank, turning off the water purifying pump and the motor under the condition that the sewage parameter meets the first sewage parameter, and determining whether the water purifying pump and the motor are turned off or not through the sewage parameter, namely, determining whether the rolling brush is completely cleaned or not through the sewage parameter. Specifically, the sewage parameter can be the density of suspended particles in the sewage, when the particle density is smaller, the situation that the garbage impurities in the sewage are less is shown, the rolling brush is cleaned, the water purifying pump and the motor can be turned off at the moment, the energy consumption is saved, otherwise, the situation that the rolling brush is not cleaned in place is shown, the cleaning is still required to be continuously cleaned, at the moment, the water purifying pump continuously conveys the purified water to the rolling brush, and the motor continuously drives the rolling brush to rotate forwards and backwards so as to continuously clean the rolling brush.

Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
A method of self-cleaning of a mopping machine provided according to some embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 6, and a mopping machine 1 provided according to some embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 7 and 8.
Example one
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a self-cleaning method of a mopping machine, as shown in fig. 1, the method including:
s102, responding to a self-cleaning instruction, and controlling a motor of the mopping machine to be started;
and S104, controlling the motor to drive the roller brush of the mopping machine to alternately operate in forward and reverse directions for a first time period.
In one embodiment, a method of self-cleaning of a mopping machine is provided, as shown in FIG. 2, the method comprising:
s202, responding to a self-cleaning instruction, and controlling a motor of the mopping machine to be started;
s204, acquiring a self-cleaning grade according to the self-cleaning instruction;
s206, determining a first time length according to the self-cleaning level;
and S208, controlling the motor to drive the roller brush of the floor mopping machine to alternately operate in forward and reverse directions for a first time period.
In one embodiment, a method of self-cleaning of a mopping machine is provided, as shown in FIG. 3, the method comprising:
s302, responding to a self-cleaning instruction, and controlling a motor of the mopping machine to be started;
s304, acquiring a self-cleaning grade according to the self-cleaning instruction;
s306, determining a first time length according to the self-cleaning level;
s308, controlling the motor to drive the rolling brush to operate forwards for a second time period;
and S310, controlling the motor to drive the rolling brush to reversely rotate for a third time length, wherein the sum of the second time length and the third time length is equal to the first time length.
In one embodiment, there is further provided a method of self-cleaning of a mopping machine, as shown in fig. 4, the method comprising:
s402, responding to a self-cleaning instruction, and controlling a motor of the mopping machine to be started;
s404, controlling a motor to drive a roller brush of the mopping machine to alternately operate in forward and reverse directions for a first time period;
s406, controlling the purified water pump to operate at a first flow rate based on the condition that the motor drives the rolling brush to operate in the forward direction;
and S408, controlling the clean water pump to operate at a second flow rate based on the condition that the motor drives the rolling brush to reversely operate, wherein the second flow rate is smaller than the first flow rate.
In one embodiment, there is further provided a method of self-cleaning of a mopping machine, as shown in fig. 5, the method comprising:
s502, responding to a self-cleaning instruction, and controlling a motor of the mopping machine to be started;
s504, controlling a motor to drive a roller brush of the mopping machine to alternately operate in forward and reverse directions for a first time period;
s506, controlling a first detector of the mopping machine to detect the actual liquid level height of a dirt collecting groove of the mopping machine;
and S508, controlling a sewage pump of the floor mopping machine to be started and run for a fourth time period based on the condition that the actual liquid level height is greater than or equal to the first liquid level height.
In one embodiment, there is further provided a method of self-cleaning of a mopping machine, as shown in fig. 6, the method comprising:
s602, responding to a self-cleaning instruction, and controlling a motor of the mopping machine to be started;
s604, controlling a motor to drive a roller brush of the floor mopping machine to alternately operate in forward and reverse directions for a first time period;
s606, controlling a second detector of the floor mopping machine to detect sewage parameters in the sewage collecting tank;
and S608, under the condition that the sewage parameter meets the first sewage parameter, closing the water purifying pump and the motor.

The water squeezing component 13 is connected to the machine shell 10, part of the water squeezing component 13 extends into the assembly cavity and contacts with the rolling brush 12, when the rolling brush 12 rotates forward and backward under the driving of the motor, the part of the water squeezing component 13 and the rolling brush 12 are in a mutual interference squeezing state, and the water squeezing component 13 can squeeze sewage on the rolling brush 12 out, so that garbage on the rolling brush 12 is scraped and removed. The treater can respond to the automatically cleaning instruction, and the control motor is opened, and the control motor drives the round brush 12 positive and negative alternate operation first time long, and then can make the mutual interference friction of crowded water subassembly 13 of round brush 12 and mopping machine 1, realizes the automatically cleaning of round brush 12, need not the manual clean round brush 12 of user, saves user's time, physical power, need not the user and dismantles round brush 12, avoids the problem that the connection reliability is lower because frequently dismantle and bring. Further, under the drive of motor, round brush 12 can be forward (anticlockwise) rotation earlier, and the sewage that crowded water subassembly 13 extruded at this moment takes the tiny particle rubbish on round brush 12 surface to flow out, then makes the motor drive round brush 12 reverse (clockwise) rotation, and the rubbish on round brush 12 surface will be squeezed the scraping by crowded water subassembly 13 backward at this moment, and the adhesive force between rubbish and the round brush 12 descends, and when driving round brush 12 forward rotation once more along with the motor, then the rubbish on round brush 12 surface will flow out along with sewage easily. It should be noted that when the motor drives the roller brush 12 to rotate in the reverse direction, the sewage generated by the interference between the wringing component 13 and the roller brush 12 can wash the garbage accumulated on the back side of the wringing component 13 along with the rotation of the roller brush 12, that is, the sanitary dead angle on the back side of the wringing component 13 is effectively washed, so that the accumulated garbage is scattered and attached to the roller brush 12, and when the roller brush 12 rotates in the forward direction again, the garbage is washed and discharged.
