Description

Configuration method and system for preventing bill from being tampered
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of bill tamper resistance, and particularly relates to a configuration method and a configuration system for bill tamper resistance.
Background
The bank-enterprise statement of account is a certificate which is used for regularly checking account balance with an enterprise by a bank to guarantee the safety of enterprise funds, after a bill receipt is stamped by an enterprise client, the bank needs to send a person to recover the bill and store the bill after checking the bill, if the bill is falsified and is not found during recovery, the bill is filed, and then once a dispute occurs, the bank can only spend a large amount of manpower and material resources to inquire and check historical account information. Therefore, the counterfeit bill can be rapidly identified in an intuitive mode, and whether the counterfeit bill is falsified or not can be accurately distinguished through the image after recovery and scanning, which is the actual requirement of the bank account checking process. However, the prior art has the following problems:
1. many paper bills do not have any anti-tampering marks, and recovery personnel can not rapidly identify whether the bills are tampered on site, and can only take the bills back to a bank for inspection, so that problems can not be found in time.
2. The watermark anti-tampering technology mostly adopts a fixed position, and the bill is low in difficulty of being tampered, so that the bill is high in risk of being tampered.
3. The anti-tampering technology is basically adopted, the bill is scanned after being recycled, the characters on the bill are recognized, but the problems of image-to-character conversion and non-matching emphasis are solved in OCR recognition, so that the recognition rate is low and is generally between 80% and 95%; and the recognition area needs many characters to be recognized, even if the recognition rate is high, the probability that the bill which is finally failed in recognition or is not matched with the bill is high, and the bills need to be checked manually, so that the cost performance is not high. Therefore, many banks cancel the comparison of the identification contents or lose the meaning of bill anti-tampering after the manual simple inspection.
4. Most methods for associating the image with the background data by the bank party adopt OCR to identify the bill number and then disassociate the reconciliation data, and because the problem of the identification rate also can generate a large amount of manual correction workload, the working efficiency is low.

Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The bank-enterprise statement is used for the enterprise client to check whether the balance at the time point (24 points on the last day of each month) is consistent with the enterprise account, and the most important data in the statement with the highest risk of tampering is the account balance in the account list (e.g., the column of "account balance" in the table in fig. 3). Therefore, the object of the tamper-proof, auditing and verifying of the invention is the account balance in the statement.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides a method for configuring a bill to prevent tampering, which includes the following steps:
s1, setting scale marks on at least one of a header or a footer and at least one of a left side or a right side of a statement page.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, scale marks are set at the header and the left side of the statement of account layout, 11 scale marks, which are 0 to 10, are sequentially located at the header side from left to right, and 21 scale marks, which are 0 to 20, are sequentially located at the left side from top to bottom.
It should be noted that other schemes substantially the same as/similar to the embodiment may also be adopted for the scales, the changing directions, the number of the scale marks, and the like.
And S2, after processing and calculating the key information on the statement of account, marking the processing and calculating result to a scale mark of the statement of account in a character form.
As mentioned above, the most important data in the statement that is most vulnerable to tampering is the account balance in the account list, i.e. the key information on the statement is the "account balance" in the table in fig. 3. In this embodiment, the account balance on the bill is processed, calculated and marked by the following steps:
s21, calculating the sum of the maximum digit numbers of the balance of each account in the statement of account, and marking the sum to one side of a header or a footer, wherein the specific marking position is a scale mark of the average value of the sum of the maximum digit numbers of the balance of each account.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, there are 5 records in the bill account balance column, which are 539282.00, 23552.00, 100000.00, 1.00, 42435.00, and the maximum digits of 5 account balances are 5, 2, 1, and 4, respectively, so that the sum of the maximum digits of each account balance is 5+2+1+ 4=13, and the average value of the sum of the maximum digits of each account balance is 13/5=2.6. At this time, the average value is a decimal number, 3 is rounded by rounding off the decile digit, and "13" is marked as an arabic numeral character at the header side scale mark "3".
S22, calculating the integral number of the sum of the balance of each account in the statement of account, and marking the integral number of the balance of each account on one side or two sides of the left side or the right side, wherein the scale mark is provided with the scale mark, and the specific mark position is the scale mark of the integral number of the sum of the balance of each account.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, there are 5 records in the statement account balance column, which are 539282.00, 23552.00, 100000.00, 1.00, 42435.00, and the sum of 5 account balances, 539282.00+23552.00+100000.00+1.00+42435.00=705270.00, and the integer number of bits is 6, and "6" is marked to the left scale mark as "6" in the form of arabic numeral characters.
And S3, printing the consulting link of the statement image on the statement in a two-dimensional code mode.
Specifically, in this embodiment, a review link of the statement image is printed in the form of a two-dimensional code to the upper right corner of the statement, and a schematic diagram of the layout effect after the statement is completed and the statement is tamper-proof is shown in fig. 4. Because the account balance of the enterprise client belongs to sensitive information and electronic data of the account balance cannot be put on the internet, a statement image after desensitization processing on the account balance is displayed after scanning the two-dimensional code and clicking a reference connection, and a schematic diagram of the statement desensitization image is shown in fig. 5.
When the statement of account is recycled, recycling personnel is in the environment of the Internet and is not allowed to access sensitive data inside the bank, and an excessively complex identification method is not suitable for a recycling site. According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, when a recycling person carries out home recycling, whether the account balance of the receipt link is matched with the mark or not can be confirmed by simply calculating the account balance of the receipt link after the client is stamped; and then accessing the statement image by scanning the two-dimensional code on the statement, and comparing the receipt with the statement image to judge whether the statement is falsified or not by human eyes, thereby finishing the first audit work.
Example 2
In the embodiment, on the basis of embodiment 1, one more mark is added and the character form of the mark is enriched, and meanwhile, the watermark is added in the area where the key information of the statement of account is located, so that the risk of tampering the statement of account is further reduced.

And S2, after processing and calculating the key information on the statement bill, marking the processing and calculating result to a scale mark of the statement bill in a character form.
In this embodiment, the account balance on the bill is processed and marked using the following steps:
s21, calculating the sum of the maximum digit numbers of the balance of each account in the statement of account, and marking the sum to one side of a header or a footer, wherein the specific marking position is a scale mark of the average value of the sum of the maximum digit numbers of the balance of each account.
At this time, the average value is a decimal number, 3 is rounded by rounding off the decile digit, and "13" is marked as roman numeral character "XIII" to the header side scale mark "3".
3, there are 5 records in the statement account balance column, which are 539282.00, 23552.00, 100000.00, 1.00, 42435.00, and the sum of 5 account balances is 539282.00+23552.00+100000.00+1.00+42435.00=705270.00, the number of integer bits is 6, and "6" is marked on the left scale as "6" in the form of the sixth english letter "F" in the corresponding order of 26 english letters.
And S23, calculating the sum of the single digit numbers of the account balances in the statement, and marking the sum to the unmarked side of the header or the footer, wherein the specific marking position is the scale mark of the average value of the sum of the single digit numbers of the account balances.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, there are 5 records in the billing account balance column, each of which is 539282.00, 23552.00, 100000.00, 1.00, 42435.00,5 digits of the account balance are 2, 0, 1, 5, the sum of the digits of each account balance is 2-2+0+1+5=10, the average value of the sum of the digits of each account balance is 10/5=2, and "10" is marked on the margin side scale mark as "2" in the form of arabic numerals.
And S3, printing the consulting link of the statement image on the statement in a two-dimensional code mode.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the review link of the statement image is printed in the form of a two-dimensional code to the upper right corner of the statement, and the statement image after desensitization processing on the account balance is displayed after scanning the two-dimensional code and clicking the review link.
And S4, adding watermarks in the areas where the key information of the statement is located.
The watermark adopts an image which can rotate by an angle and is dense (such as a stripe, a grid line and the like), and the angle rotated by the watermark can be determined by an information element in a statement. Specifically, in this embodiment, a stripe watermark is added in an area where the account balance is located in the statement, and the angle of rotation of the watermark is determined by calculating the number of account numbers in the "account number" column in the statement shown in fig. 3: if the number of account numbers in the statement is 5, then 5 × 20 ° =100 ° is taken as the rotation angle, and the bar-print watermark is rotated 100 ° clockwise relative to the horizontal line where the header is located. It should be noted that, since the watermark is mainly applied to the second audit work (system comparison and identification) as the identification region, the scheme of determining the rotation angle of the watermark by using other elements in the bill is also applicable to the present invention, as long as it is ensured that the rotation angle of the watermark with respect to the horizontal direction is not so small that the machine is difficult to compare and identify. The schematic diagram of the layout effect after the bill is falsified is shown in fig. 8.
And carrying out second audit work after the paper statement of account is recovered, scanning by adopting a fixed resolution ratio, and revising the position and the angle of a scanned image according to the mark on the statement of account, thereby accurately positioning the area to be identified, segmenting the area according to specific content, comparing the area with the original image after converting the area into black and white, comparing the difference degree, and carrying out manual checking if the difference is overlarge. The sizes of the areas can be compared uniformly by adopting fixed resolution scanning; compared with color scanning, the black and white image can increase the image contrast and reduce the error. As shown in fig. 9, in this embodiment, XY coordinates are formed by the mark points at the header and the left mark points, and the relative coordinates of the recognition area can determine the precise position of the recognition area in the scanned image, so as to eliminate the influences of tilting, cutting and the like caused by various reasons during the scanning process, so as to precisely position the recognition area, and compare the recognition area with the original image, thereby ensuring the accuracy of comparison; meanwhile, the marked character location can be used for determining the position and the angle of the watermark, and whether the statement of account is tampered or not can be further checked.
The method increases the watermark rotated by a specific angle in the account balance area of the statement of account, and the watermark is rotated according to different statements by adopting directional lines, so that the watermarks of all statements are different. By means of the watermark tamper-proofing technology and dynamic adjustment of the watermark position and the watermark angle, the tamper difficulty is enhanced, the risk of tampering the statement of account is reduced, and the tamper-proofing effect of the statement of account is further enhanced.
Compared with the method of character recognition by adopting OCR technology, the method of the invention adopts a comparison mode of the similarity with the original image area, has more accurate recognition, can greatly improve the recognition rate and reduce the workload of manual processing.
The invention records the bill index information by utilizing the two-dimensional code technology, has high recognition rate and high recognition speed and can improve the working efficiency; meanwhile, the whole bill layout is printed by black gray, color printing or color printing shading anti-tampering is not needed, the cost is lower, the existing OCR technology can be completely replaced by combining the description of the points, the effect is better, and the actual demand is better met.
Example 3

and the scale setting module is used for setting scale marks on at least one of the header or the footer and at least one of the left side or the right side of the statement page.
Specifically, the specific style, scale change direction, number of marks, and other parameters of the scale mark may be determined according to the bill paper, layout, and the like. As can be seen from embodiment 2, the scale marks are arranged on at least one of the header or footer and at least one of the left side or the right side of the statement of account layout, and the XY coordinates can be formed by the mark points in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, so that convenience is provided for the subsequent system scanning comparison work of performing the second audit after the statement of account is recovered.
And the calculation marking module is used for processing and calculating the key information on the statement of account and marking the processing and calculation result to the scale mark of the statement of account in a character form.

calculating the integral number of the sum of the balance of each account in the statement of account, and marking the integral number of the sum of the balance of each account on one side or two sides of the left side or the right side, wherein the scale mark is arranged at the integral number of the sum of the balance of each account;
and calculating the sum of the ones digit numbers of each account balance in the statement of account, and marking the sum to the unmarked side in the header or footer, wherein the specific mark position is a scale mark of the average value of the sum of the ones digit numbers of each account balance.
And the two-dimensional code module is used for generating a reference link of the statement image and printing the reference link on the statement in a two-dimensional code mode.
Because the account balance of the enterprise client belongs to sensitive information and electronic data of the account balance cannot be put on the Internet, a statement image after desensitization processing on the account balance is displayed after scanning the two-dimensional code and clicking a look-up connection. In this embodiment, the two-dimensional code is set at the upper right corner of the statement of bill, and of course, other blank places in the statement of bill are also applicable to the invention.
Optionally, the system may further add the following modules:
and the watermark module is used for generating a watermark in the area where the key information of the statement of account is located.
Specifically, the watermark adopts an image (such as a stripe, a grid line and the like) which can rotate by an angle and is dense, and the angle of the watermark rotated can be determined by an information element in the statement.
The method adds the watermark rotated by a specific angle in the account balance area of the statement of account, and the watermark is rotated according to different statements by adopting directional lines, so that the watermarks of all statements of account are different. By means of the watermark tamper-proofing technology and dynamic adjustment of the position and the angle of the watermark, the tamper difficulty is enhanced, the risk of tampering the bill is reduced, and the effect of preventing tampering the bill is further enhanced.
