In an embodiment of the application, a second hash value corresponding to the logistics coded information is determined according to the logistics coded information corresponding to the identification code. And determining the processing information code of the last production link corresponding to the second hash value. And acquiring a processing information code of the last production link, generating a processing information code of a mapping relation, and tracing the white wine product step by step according to the processing information code of the mapping relation.
Specifically, a processing information code of the last production link is determined, a first processing information code corresponding to factory information of the mapping relation is generated, and a hash value corresponding to the factory information is determined according to the first processing information code, so that the factory information of the white spirit product is obtained according to the hash value. And determining a second processing information code corresponding to the production information which is in the mapping relation with the first processing information code, and determining a hash value corresponding to the production information according to the second processing information code so as to obtain the production information of the liquor product according to the hash value. And determining a third processing information code corresponding to the raw material information in the mapping relation with the second processing information code, and determining a hash value corresponding to the raw material information according to the third processing information code so as to obtain the raw material information of the liquor product according to the hash value.
The processing information codes corresponding to different production links are mapped, so that the production information corresponding to different production links of the same bottle of white spirit is associated. And then when a source tracing request is received, processing information corresponding to other links can be quickly determined through the processing information coding of one link, so that the efficiency of tracing the white spirit is improved.

uploading the processing information codes to enterprise nodes, and mapping the processing information codes through the enterprise nodes to determine the mapping relation between the processing information codes generated by each bottle of white spirit in the current production link and the processing information codes generated in the previous production link;
acquiring transportation logistics information of the liquor product, generating a second hash value based on the transportation logistics information and the processing information code, and generating logistics information codes corresponding to each bottle of liquor according to the transportation logistics information and the second hash value;
and registering an identification code of each bottle of white spirit to a secondary node based on the logistics information codes, so as to trace the source of the white spirit product through the identification code and the mapping relation between the processing information codes respectively corresponding to different production links of each bottle of white spirit.

1. A white spirit product tracing method based on industrial Internet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring processing information of liquor products in different production links of liquor; wherein the processing information at least comprises one of raw material information, production information and factory information respectively corresponding to the white spirit products;
generating first hash values respectively corresponding to different production links according to processing information respectively corresponding to different production links of the white spirit product, and generating processing information codes respectively corresponding to different production links of the white spirit product based on the processing information and the first hash values;
uploading the processing information codes to enterprise nodes, and mapping the processing information codes through the enterprise nodes to determine the mapping relation between the processing information codes generated by each bottle of white spirit in the current production link and the processing information codes generated in the previous production link;
acquiring transportation logistics information of the liquor product, generating a second hash value based on the transportation logistics information and the processing information code, and generating logistics information codes corresponding to each bottle of liquor according to the transportation logistics information and the second hash value;
and registering an identification code of each bottle of white spirit to a secondary node based on the logistics information codes, so as to trace the source of the white spirit product through the identification code and the mapping relation between the processing information codes respectively corresponding to different production links of each bottle of white spirit.

The industrial internet-based Baijiu product tracing method according to claim 1, wherein the generating of the processing information codes respectively corresponding to different production links of the Baijiu product based on the processing information and the first hash value specifically comprises:
converting raw material information and a production place name in the white spirit processing information into corresponding letter character strings based on a preset first coding template; converting first hash values respectively corresponding to different production links of the white spirit into corresponding digital character strings based on a preset second encoding template;
and combining the letter character strings and the number character strings respectively corresponding to different production links of the white spirit and the time character strings corresponding to the received processing information to obtain processing information codes respectively corresponding to different production links of white spirit products.
3. The industrial internet-based Baijiu product tracing method according to claim 1, wherein the mapping of the processing information code by the enterprise node specifically comprises:
acquiring the processing information codes through the enterprise nodes, and dividing a plurality of processing information codes corresponding to the same bottle of white spirit products into the same group;
and acquiring a timestamp corresponding to the processing information codes through the enterprise node, sequencing the plurality of processing information codes in the same group according to the timestamp, and mapping the plurality of processing information codes in the same group based on a sequencing result.

The industrial internet-based white spirit product traceability method according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring of the transportation logistics information of the white spirit product, the generating of the second hash value based on the transportation logistics information and the processing information encoding specifically comprises:
acquiring transportation logistics information corresponding to the white spirit product; the transportation logistics information at least comprises one item of transportation starting address information, transportation tool information and transportation time information;
respectively converting the transportation starting address information and the transportation tool information into corresponding letter character strings and converting the transportation time into corresponding numeric character strings based on a preset first encoding template;
acquiring a processing information code corresponding to the last production link of the white spirit product;
and combining the letter character string and the number character string corresponding to the transportation logistics information and the processing information code corresponding to the last production link to obtain a combined character string corresponding to the transportation logistics information, and performing hash calculation on the combined character string to generate the second hash value.
5. The industrial internet-based white spirit product traceability method according to claim 4, wherein after acquiring the transportation logistics information of the white spirit product, the method further comprises:
when the white spirit product is transported to a next-level vendor in the current vendor, obtaining a plurality of new character strings corresponding to new transportation logistics information according to the new transportation logistics information corresponding to the transportation process and the preset first coding template;
combining the new character strings to obtain a new combined character string corresponding to the new transportation and logistics information; the number of the new combined character strings corresponding to the transferring process is related to the number of times of transferring the white spirit products;
and performing hash calculation on the combined character string corresponding to the transportation logistics information and the new combined character string corresponding to the new transportation logistics information to generate the second hash value.
6. The industrial internet-based white spirit product tracing method according to claim 1, wherein after registering an identification code of each bottle of white spirit with a secondary node based on the logistics information code, the method further comprises:
receiving an analysis request corresponding to the identification code;
determining logistics coding information corresponding to the identification code;
sending the logistics coded information to the secondary node, and analyzing the logistics coded information through the secondary node to obtain a processing information code corresponding to the logistics coded information;
and respectively obtaining white spirit transportation logistics information and white spirit processing information corresponding to the identification code through the logistics coding information and the processing information coding.

The industrial internet-based liquor product traceability method according to claim 1, wherein the liquor product traceability is performed through the mapping relationship between the identification codes and the processing information codes respectively corresponding to different production links of each bottle of liquor, and specifically comprises:
determining a second hash value corresponding to the logistics information code according to the logistics information code corresponding to the identification code;
determining the processing information code of the last production link corresponding to the second hash value;
and acquiring a processing information code of the last production link, generating a processing information code of a mapping relation, and tracing the white spirit product step by step according to the processing information code of the mapping relation.
8. The industrial internet-based liquor product traceability method according to claim 7, wherein the traceability of the liquor product is performed step by step according to the processing information code for generating the mapping relationship, specifically comprising:
determining a processing information code of the last production link, generating a first processing information code corresponding to factory information of a mapping relation, and determining a hash value corresponding to the factory information according to the first processing information code so as to obtain the factory information of the liquor product according to the hash value; and
determining a second processing information code corresponding to the production information which is mapped to the first processing information code, and determining a hash value corresponding to the production information according to the second processing information code so as to obtain the production information of the liquor product according to the hash value; and
and determining a third processing information code corresponding to the raw material information in the mapping relation with the second processing information code, and determining a hash value corresponding to the raw material information according to the third processing information code so as to obtain the raw material information of the liquor product according to the hash value.
9. The industrial internet-based white spirit product tracing method according to claim 1, wherein registering an identification code of each bottle of white spirit with a secondary node based on the logistics information code specifically comprises:
performing prefix assignment and suffix assignment on the received logistics information codes through the secondary nodes and a preset uniqueness assignment rule; the preset uniqueness assignment rule is at least related to an enterprise identification of a current white spirit enterprise, a current white spirit product batch, a white spirit product specification and white spirit product processing completion time;
uploading the assigned logistics information code to a primary node through the secondary node, and auditing the assigned logistics information code through the primary node;
and after the secondary node receives the audit passing information, the assigned logistics information code is registered as the identification code through the secondary node.

and registering the identification code of each bottle of liquor to a secondary node based on the logistics information codes, and tracing the liquor product through the mapping relation between the identification code and the processing information codes corresponding to different production links of each bottle of liquor.
