技术领域
本申请涉及刷牙水技术领域,尤其涉及一种刷牙水及其制备方法和使用方法。
背景技术
口腔是病原体进入体内的一个很重要途径,病从口入有三个方面:一是食物残渣残留口腔,导致细菌滋生;二是使用了消毒不彻底的牙具;三是夫妻亲密行为,亲吻或舌战;如果不做好清洁,都会让病菌长驱直入。
随着人们居住环境逐步楼房化、单元化,卫生间很难做到通风朝阳,牙刷、口杯放在卫生间的洗手台上,人们如厕冲马桶产生的气溶胶会携带很多细菌污染我们的牙具,同时由于卫生间下水道等环境因素会有蟑螂等昆虫出没,很可能爬了牙具,污染口杯、牙刷。卫生间潮湿环境又使得牙具细菌大量滋生。我们会发现,一段时间后,牙刷柄底部会发黑,口杯底下会有一层黏黏的东西,这都是细菌滋生产生的。我们刷牙的时候会把这些细菌带入口腔,形成箘从口入。
口腔本来就是个菌群环境,有600多种,约2000亿个细菌,其中99%是有害菌,只有1%是有益菌(也叫益生菌)。我们的食物残渣是这些细菌的食物,又使得他们大量繁殖滋生,食物发酵产生的酸、毒素等有害物质使得我们牙齿、牙龈、口腔粘膜产生问题。
刷牙只是利用牙膏的摩擦颗粒,摩擦去除牙齿的牙菌斑,没有杀菌功能,只能清洁我们口腔25%的面积,也就是牙齿表面的面积,而剩下75%,牙齿缝、舌底、舌根、扁桃体等口腔粘膜角角落落都触及不到,更谈不上消灭细菌了。这也就是我们天天刷牙都还有口腔问题的原因。
优化菌群结构就是让有益菌多一些,有害菌少一些。口腔空间就那么大,有益菌、有害菌都各有各自的地盘,如果添加有益菌进去,有害菌就会来抵制有益菌的侵占。同时,人体会启动免疫系统,维持口腔菌群数量的平衡,这样就会使得添加的有益菌消亡,白费功夫。有效做法是想办法消灭有害菌,给有益菌繁殖腾出空间,有益菌数量增多了,就优化了口腔菌群结构,有效护理口腔粘膜。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种刷牙水及其制备方法和使用方法,旨在解决卫生间细菌污染牙具,优化口腔菌群结构从而减少箘从口入危害健康,保护口腔的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种刷牙水,所述刷牙水包括以下质量百分比的组分:
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘5%-10%、保湿剂5%-10%、天然果脂1%-3%、甜味剂1%-2%、海藻提取物0.5%-1%、食用香精0.5-1%和纯化水。
可选地,所述甜味剂包括木糖醇、三氯半乳糖、糖精钠、阿斯巴甜和/或赤藓糖醇。
可选地,所述保湿剂包括甘油、丙二醇、1,2-己二醇、1,3-丁二醇和/或山梨醇。
可选地,所述刷牙水还可以包括1%-5%的钙源,所述钙源包括氯化钙、碳酸钙、氢氧化钙、氧化钙、磷酸钙盐类、硝酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、碳酸氢钙、硫酸氢钙和/或乳酸钙。
可选地,所述刷牙水还可以包括1%-5%的磷酸盐,所述磷酸盐包括磷酸钾、磷酸钠、磷酸铵、磷酸一氢钾、磷酸一氢钠、磷酸一氢铵、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢钠和/或磷酸二氢铵。

本申请还提供一种刷牙水的第一使用方法,所述刷牙水的第一使用方法包括:在使用牙膏进行刷牙时,将所述刷牙水用水稀释15-25倍,得到第一刷牙水,将所述第一刷牙水替代清水进行漱口,其中,所述刷牙水为如上所述的刷牙水。
本申请还提供一种刷牙水的第二使用方法,所述刷牙水的第二使用方法包括:将所述刷牙水用水稀释5-10倍,得到第二刷牙水,分两到三次用所述第二刷牙水进行含漱,其中,所述刷牙水为如上所述的刷牙水。
本申请提供了一种刷牙水及其制备方法和使用方法,所述刷牙水以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘5%-10%、保湿剂5%-10%、天然果脂1%-3%、甜味剂1%-2%、海藻提取物0.5%-1%、食用香精0.5-1%和纯化水为原料,制备得到,通过添加聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘,可以有效且及时的对牙具、牙齿表面磨损或口腔表皮破损进行杀菌消毒,避免细菌感染和侵蚀,通过添加保湿剂、天然果脂和海藻提取物,可以有助于牙齿表面及口腔粘膜表面更快速地形成膜状的保湿性复合物,加速牙齿表面磨损和口腔表皮破损的修复过程,从而减少牙齿及口腔的实质性损伤,解决了有害菌侵蚀对牙齿及口腔造成损伤较大的技术问题。

在本实施例中,需要说明的是,所述刷牙水可用于在刷牙过程中替代清水进行漱口,即,在日常刷牙过程中,使用牙刷配合牙膏刷牙时,通常需要用清水漱口,以清理掉口腔中的牙膏残留,将本实施例提供的刷牙水进行稀释后,替代清水,进行漱口,与清水漱口相比,具有杀菌消毒和保湿等作用,进而可以有效减少有害细菌对牙齿表面和口腔表皮破损处受到感染和侵蚀,进而有效防止口腔和牙齿的破损处感染可能对人体健康造成的进一步伤害,容易理解的是,若使用者由于口腔溃疡、牙痛、咽喉干涩肿痛、异物感和/或吞咽疼痛等不适症状,不便于刷牙时,本实施例提供的刷牙水进行稀释后,也可以替代清水和市售刷牙水,进行漱口,以进行口腔清洁和杀菌消毒,既可以避免刷牙过程对口腔及牙齿的进一步损伤,又可以实现口腔清洁和杀菌消毒的作用,且无需额外购买不刷牙使用的专用刷牙水,为用户提供了便利。
在一种可实施的方式中,所述刷牙水的第一使用方法包括:在使用牙膏进行刷牙时,将所述刷牙水用水稀释15-25倍,得到第一刷牙水,将所述第一刷牙水替代清水进行漱口。
在另一种可实施的方式中,所述刷牙水的第二使用方法包括:将所述刷牙水用水稀释5-10倍,得到第二刷牙水,分两到三次用所述第二刷牙水进行含漱。
具体地,所述刷牙水由聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘5%-10%、保湿剂5%-10%、天然果脂1%-3%、甜味剂1%-2%、海藻提取物0.5%-1%、食用香精0.5-1%以及补足余量的纯化水组成,其中,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘是聚乙烯咄咯烷酮和碘的复合物,具有碘的消毒力,和较小的刺激性,对牙龈似杆菌、中间型拟杆菌、产黑色素拟杆菌、核梭杆菌、伴放线放线杆菌、二氧化碳噬细胞菌和侵蚀艾肯氏菌等多种牙周致病菌和口腔内致病菌有较强的杀菌作用,且所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘中的活性碘缓慢释放,可以有效提高消毒杀菌的作用时间;所述海藻提取物是一种纯天然的海洋生物产品,它内含有藻胶酸、粗蛋白、多种维生素、酶和微量元素等,可以有效增进表面皮肤造血功能,具有一定的抑菌作用,海藻中所含的糖醛酸衍生物、岩藻糖聚合物、山梨醇及聚甘露醇等物质具有明显的保湿作用,它们可与表皮的外层蛋白结合,形成膜状的保湿性复合物,结合保湿剂和天然果脂,起到有效保湿作用,加速口腔表皮破损处的修复过程,且可以在牙齿表面及口腔表皮修复过程中起到很好的保护作用,减少二次伤害,且海藻中富含碘,可刺激细胞的含氧量,且所述海藻提取物可以通过释放碘离子,与所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘协同作用,延长活性碘的释放时间,在口腔内实现更长时间的杀菌消毒作用;所述保湿剂是用于保湿的成分,包括甘油、丙二醇、1,2-己二醇、1,3-丁二醇和/或山梨醇等,所述天然果脂是从天然植物果实中提取出的油脂成分,包括可可脂、乳木果脂和/或牛油果脂等,所述食用香精和所述甜味剂用于调节所述刷牙水的口感。
可选地,所述甜味剂包括木糖醇、三氯半乳糖、糖精钠、阿斯巴甜和/或赤藓糖醇,所述甜味剂与食用香精结合,用于提高刷牙水的口感,避免用户因为感官上的不适而难以长期坚持使用,本实施例提供的刷牙水中不添加酒精、色素和糖,刺激性小,使用稀释后的刷牙水漱口后,不再用清水漱口可以达到最佳效果,因此适当提升刷牙水的口感,可以使得用户可以坚持有效使用,达到最佳效果。
可选地,所述保湿剂包括甘油、丙二醇、1,2-己二醇、1,3-丁二醇和/或山梨醇。
可选地,所述刷牙水还可以包括1%-5%的钙源,所述钙源包括氯化钙、碳酸钙、氢氧化钙、氧化钙、磷酸钙盐类、硝酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、碳酸氢钙、硫酸氢钙和/或乳酸钙,其中,所述刷牙水中钙源的质量分数可以为1%、1.8%、 3.5%或5%等,所述钙源包括氯化钙、碳酸钙、氢氧化钙、氧化钙、磷酸钙盐类、硝酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、碳酸氢钙、硫酸氢钙和/或乳酸钙中的一种或多种的组合,钙是牙齿的重要组成成分之一,刷牙水中的钙源可以通过释放钙离子,在唾液、牙膏以及口腔微生物等的作用下,形成羟基磷灰石,有效促进牙齿再矿化,加速牙齿表面磨损的修复过程,及时修复刷牙及食物等对牙齿造成的损伤,减小实质性损害。
可选地,所述刷牙水还可以包括1%-5%的磷酸盐,所述磷酸盐包括磷酸钾、磷酸钠、磷酸铵、磷酸一氢钾、磷酸一氢钠、磷酸一氢铵、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢钠和/或磷酸二氢铵,其中,所述刷牙水中磷酸盐的质量分数可以为 1%、1.5%、3.2%或5%等,所述磷酸盐包括磷酸钾、磷酸钠、磷酸铵、磷酸一氢钾、磷酸一氢钠、磷酸一氢铵、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢钠和/或磷酸二氢铵中的一种或多种的组合,磷是牙齿的重要组成成分之一,刷牙水中的磷酸盐可以通过释放磷酸根和/或磷酸氢根,在唾液、牙膏以及口腔微生物等的作用下,形成羟基磷灰石,有效促进牙齿再矿化,加速牙齿表面磨损的修复过程,及时修复刷牙及食物等对牙齿造成的损伤,减小实质性损害。
可选地,所述刷牙水还可以包括0.1%-0.15%的氟源,所述氟源包括氟化钠、氟化钾、单氟磷酸钠、氟硅酸钠、氟硅酸铵、氟化胺和/或氟化铵,其中,所述刷牙水中氟源的质量分数可以为0.1%、0.12%或0.15%等,所述氟源包括氟化钠、氟化钾、单氟磷酸钠、氟硅酸钠、氟硅酸铵、氟化胺和/或氟化铵中一种或多种的组合,氟能有效促进牙釉质再矿化,且氟与牙齿中羟磷灰石结合,形成氟磷灰石和氟化钙等,可以有效降低牙釉质的溶解性,增加抗酸力,在刷牙过程中和刷牙后有效保护牙齿,进而减小刷牙对牙齿产生的实质性损害。
可选地,所述刷牙水还可以包括1%-5%的锌源,所述锌源包括氧化锌、柠檬酸锌、乳酸锌和/或磷酸酪蛋白肽锌,其中,所述刷牙水中锌源的质量分数可以为1%、2.1%、4.5%或5%等,所述锌源包括氧化锌、柠檬酸锌、乳酸锌和/或磷酸酪蛋白肽锌中一种或多种的组合,锌离子能与牙釉质结合,形成不易溶的耐酸沉积物,锌离子还可以与氟离子协同作用,进一步增加牙齿的抗酸力,且锌离子能吸附在牙齿表面和唾液获得性膜上,降低刷牙机械摩擦对牙齿表面的磨损,在刷牙过程中和刷牙后有效保护牙齿,进而减小刷牙对牙齿产生的实质性损害。
可选地,所述刷牙水的制备方法包括:
根据各组分对应的质量分数称取各组分,加入纯化水,加热至40-55℃,搅拌溶解,得到刷牙水。
具体地,根据所述刷牙水中各组分的质量分数,确定各组分对应的称样量,根据各组分各自对应的称样量分别称取各组分原料于制备容器中,加入纯化水,加热至40-55℃,搅拌使各组分溶解,溶解后得到成品的刷牙水。
在本实施例中,所述刷牙水以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘5%-10%、保湿剂5% -10%、天然果脂1%-3%、甜味剂1%-2%、海藻提取物0.5%-1%、食用香精 0.5-1%和纯化水为原料,制备得到,通过添加聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘,可以有效且及时的对牙齿表面磨损或口腔表皮破损进行杀菌消毒,避免细菌感染和侵蚀,通过添加保湿剂、天然果脂和海藻提取物,可以有助于牙齿表面及口腔粘膜表面更快速地形成膜状的保湿性复合物,加速牙齿表面磨损和口腔表皮破损的修复过程,从而减少牙齿及口腔的实质性损伤,解决了有害菌侵蚀对牙齿及口腔造成损伤较大的技术问题。一方面,在卫生间潮湿阴暗环境放置的刷牙、漱口杯滋生细菌、病毒等致病微生物,刷牙时将上述致病微生物带入口腔,会危害口腔健康,本申请的刷牙水可以有效对牙具上的有害菌进行杀菌消毒,另一方面,本申请的刷牙水,在合适的配比浓度和作用时间下,可以对口腔的微生物种群结构进行优化调整,优先杀灭致病性的革兰氏阳性菌,随着有效碘成分的消耗,对微生物的杀灭效能逐步降低,为革兰氏阴性为主的益生菌腾出繁殖和生存空间,优化口腔菌群结构,有效防范口腔问题的复发。
进一步地,本申请还提供一种刷牙水的第一使用方法,所述刷牙水的第一使用方法包括:在使用牙膏进行刷牙时,将所述刷牙水用水稀释15-25倍,得到第一刷牙水,将所述第一刷牙水替代清水进行漱口,其中,所述刷牙水为如上所述的刷牙水,本申请提供的刷牙水的第一使用方法解决了有害菌侵蚀对牙齿及口腔造成损伤较大的技术问题。与现有技术相比,本发明实施例提供的刷牙水的第一使用方法的有益效果与上述实施例提供的刷牙水的有益效果相同,在此不做赘述。
进一步地,本申请还提供一种刷牙水的第二使用方法,所述刷牙水的第二使用方法包括:将所述刷牙水用水稀释5-10倍,得到第二刷牙水,分两到三次用所述第二刷牙水进行含漱,其中,所述刷牙水为如上所述的刷牙水,本申请提供的刷牙水的第二使用方法解决了有害菌侵蚀对牙齿及口腔造成损伤较大的技术问题。与现有技术相比,本发明实施例提供的刷牙水的第二使用方法的有益效果与上述实施例提供的刷牙水的有益效果相同,在此不做赘述。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下做类似推广,因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
此外,下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,所使用的材料和试剂,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到,实验中使用的设备如无特殊说明,均为本领域技术人员熟知的设备。
实施例1
称取5g聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘、10g保湿剂、1g天然果脂、1g甜味剂、1g 海藻提取物、0.5g食用香精,加入81.5g纯化水,加热至40-55℃,搅拌溶解,得到刷牙水。
实施例2
称取10g聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘、5g保湿剂、3g天然果脂、2g甜味剂、0.5g 海藻提取物、1g食用香精,加入78.5g纯化水,加热至40-55℃,搅拌溶解,得到刷牙水。
实施例3
称取8.5g聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘、3.5g保湿剂、1.5g天然果脂、1.2g甜味剂、 0.8g海藻提取物、0.8g食用香精,加入83.7g纯化水,加热至40-55℃,搅拌溶解,得到刷牙水。

Claims (10)
1.一种刷牙水,其特征在于,所述刷牙水包括以下质量百分比的组分:
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮碘5%-10%、保湿剂5%-10%、天然果脂1%-3%、甜味剂1%-2%、海藻提取物0.5%-1%、食用香精0.5-1%和纯化水。
2.如权利要求1所述的刷牙水,其特征在于,所述甜味剂包括木糖醇、三氯半乳糖、糖精钠、阿斯巴甜和/或赤藓糖醇。
3.如权利要求2所述的刷牙水,其特征在于,所述保湿剂包括甘油、丙二醇、1,2-己二醇、1,3-丁二醇和/或山梨醇。
4.如权利要求1所述的刷牙水,其特征在于,所述刷牙水还可以包括1%-5%的钙源,所述钙源包括氯化钙、碳酸钙、氢氧化钙、氧化钙、磷酸钙盐类、硝酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、碳酸氢钙、硫酸氢钙和/或乳酸钙。
5.如权利要求1所述的刷牙水,其特征在于,所述刷牙水还可以包括1%-5%的磷酸盐,所述磷酸盐包括磷酸钾、磷酸钠、磷酸铵、磷酸一氢钾、磷酸一氢钠、磷酸一氢铵、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢钠和/或磷酸二氢铵。
6.根据权利要求1所述的刷牙水,其特征在于,所述刷牙水还可以包括0.1%-0.15%的氟源,所述氟源包括氟化钠、氟化钾、单氟磷酸钠、氟硅酸钠、氟硅酸铵、氟化胺和/或氟化铵。
7.如权利要求1所述的刷牙水,其特征在于,所述刷牙水还可以包括1%-5%的锌源,所述锌源包括氧化锌、柠檬酸锌、乳酸锌和/或磷酸酪蛋白肽锌。
8.如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的刷牙水,其特征在于,所述刷牙水的制备方法包括:
根据各组分对应的质量分数称取各组分,加入纯化水,加热至40-55℃,搅拌溶解,得到刷牙水。
9.一种刷牙水的第一使用方法,其特征在于,所述刷牙水的第一使用方法包括:在使用牙膏进行刷牙时,将所述刷牙水用水稀释15-25倍,得到第一刷牙水,将所述第一刷牙水替代清水进行漱口,其中,所述刷牙水为权利要求1至8中任一项所述的刷牙水。
10.一种刷牙水的第二使用方法,其特征在于,所述刷牙水的第二使用方法包括:将所述刷牙水用水稀释5-10倍,得到第二刷牙水,分两到三次用所述第二刷牙水进行含漱,其中,所述刷牙水为权利要求1至8中任一项所述的刷牙水。
