By means of the arrangement of the fixing plate 205 and the pressing plate 206, the connection effect of the mounting ring 201 and the transfer bag 202 is improved, and meanwhile, under the arrangement of the second movable block 204, the connection effect of the transfer bag 202 and the mounting ring 201 is automatically reduced after the transfer bag 202 is filled, so that the transfer bag 202 is directly taken out of the mounting ring 201, and the quick material taking of the transfer bag 202 is realized.
