In one possible embodiment, the card insertion device of the smart counter further includes: a plurality of second clamping grooves; wherein, each second clamping groove is provided with a corresponding clamping groove mark; the service handling device further comprises: the fourth processing module is configured to send, to a second mobile phone bank corresponding to each second bank card identifier acquired from the second card slot: confirmation information of whether to take the card; feedback is given: the corresponding bank card of the second mobile phone bank without taking the card is locked in the corresponding second card slot, so that when a user without taking the card transacts the business, the corresponding bank card locked in the second card slot is directly utilized to transact the business, and after the business transacts, the second card slot is unlocked to the bank card; feedback to: the second mobile phone bank for taking the card sends second card taking reminding information; the second card taking reminding information comprises a card slot identifier of a second card slot where the second card taking reminding information corresponds to the second bank card identifier.

Based on the foregoing inventive concept, as shown in fig. 5, the present invention further proposes a computer device 500, including a memory 510, a processor 520, and a computer program 530 stored in the memory 510 and executable on the processor 520, where the processor 520 implements the foregoing intelligent counter business handling method when executing the computer program 530.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, wherein the computer readable storage medium stores a computer program, and the computer program realizes the business handling method of the intelligent counter when being executed by a processor.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer program product, which comprises a computer program, wherein the computer program realizes the business handling method of the intelligent counter when being executed by a processor.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bank card identifier of each bank card inserted by each user through the card inserting device of the intelligent counter and the insertion time corresponding to each bank card identifier are obtained; generating a queuing sequence number corresponding to each bank card identifier and the sequence of each queuing sequence number according to the insertion time corresponding to each bank card identifier; determining user identifications corresponding to the bank card identifications according to the bank card identifications, and sending corresponding queuing numbers and the number of users waiting in front to the mobile phone banks of the users according to the user identifications corresponding to the bank card identifications; according to the sequence of each queuing sequence number, when each queuing sequence number is in turn, queuing sequence number updating information is sent to the mobile phone bank corresponding to the current queuing sequence number and the queuing sequence number which is not in turn; the queuing sequence number updating information comprises the number of users waiting for the front edge after updating, the current round of queuing sequence number and the next round of queuing sequence number; and when the user identification uploaded by the current service handling user corresponds to the queuing number of the current round, handling the service for the current service handling user. Therefore, the queuing situation of the intelligent counter can be updated to the user in time through the mobile phone bank, long-time queuing waiting of the user in the intelligent counter area is not needed, user experience is improved, and user information safety of the user who is transacting business at the intelligent counter is further protected.

Claims (8)
1. A business transaction method for an intelligent counter, comprising:
acquiring a bank card identifier of each bank card inserted by each user through the card inserting device of the intelligent counter and an insertion time corresponding to each bank card identifier;
generating a queuing sequence number corresponding to each bank card identifier and the sequence of each queuing sequence number according to the insertion time corresponding to each bank card identifier;
determining user identifications corresponding to the bank card identifications according to the bank card identifications, and sending corresponding queuing numbers and the number of users waiting in front to the mobile phone banks of the users according to the user identifications corresponding to the bank card identifications;
according to the sequence of each queuing sequence number, when each queuing sequence number is in turn, queuing sequence number updating information is sent to the mobile phone bank corresponding to the current queuing sequence number and the queuing sequence number which is not in turn; the queuing sequence number updating information comprises the number of users waiting for the front edge after updating, the current round of queuing sequence number and the next round of queuing sequence number;
when the user identification uploaded by the current service handling user is determined to correspond to the queuing number of the current round, handling the service for the current service handling user;
the card inserting device of the intelligent counter further comprises: a plurality of second clamping grooves; wherein, each second clamping groove is provided with a corresponding clamping groove mark;
after sending the corresponding queuing number and the number of the waiting users to the mobile phone bank of each user, the method further comprises the following steps:
and sending to the second mobile phone bank corresponding to each second bank card identifier acquired from the second card slot: confirmation information of whether to take the card;
feedback is given: the corresponding bank card of the second mobile phone bank without taking the card is locked in the corresponding second card slot, so that when a user without taking the card transacts the business, the corresponding bank card locked in the second card slot is directly utilized to transact the business, and after the business transacts, the second card slot is unlocked to the bank card;
feedback to: the second mobile phone bank for taking the card sends second card taking reminding information; the second card taking reminding information comprises a card slot identifier of a second card slot where the second card taking reminding information corresponds to the second bank card identifier;
further comprises:
feedback to: the second mobile phone bank without taking the card sends a face information acquisition prompt so that a user without taking the card can upload the first face information to the intelligent counter through the intelligent counter or a corresponding second mobile phone bank;
generating an association relationship between the first face information and the corresponding second bank card identifier;
when the user identification uploaded by the current service handling user corresponds to the queuing number of the current round, the method for handling the service for the current service handling user comprises the following steps:
receiving a service handling request uploaded by a current service handling user; the business handling request carries a card slot identifier corresponding to the locked bank card uploaded by the current business handling user;
acquiring a second bank card identifier corresponding to the card slot identifier uploaded by the current business handling user;
determining the user identification of the current business handling user according to the second bank card identification corresponding to the card slot identification uploaded by the current business handling user;
and when the user identification of the current service handling user corresponds to the queuing number of the current round, acquiring second face information of the current service handling user, and when the second face information is consistent with first face information associated with a second bank card identification corresponding to a card slot identification uploaded by the current service handling user, handling the service for the current service handling user according to the second bank card identification corresponding to the card slot identification uploaded by the current service handling user.
2. The business transaction method according to claim 1, wherein the card insertion device of the intelligent counter comprises: a plurality of first clamping grooves; each first clamping groove is provided with a corresponding clamping groove mark;
after sending the corresponding queuing number and the number of the waiting users to the mobile phone bank of each user, the method further comprises the following steps:
sending first card taking reminding information to a first mobile phone bank corresponding to each first bank card identifier acquired from a first card slot; the first card taking reminding information comprises a card slot identifier of a first card slot where the first card taking reminding information corresponds to the first bank card identifier.
3. The service handling method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein when determining that the user identifier uploaded by the current service handling user corresponds to the currently-running queuing number, handling the service for the current service handling user includes:
receiving a business handling request submitted by a current business handling user through inserting a bank card into a card inserting device of the intelligent counter or scanning an identity card at the intelligent counter;
determining the user identification of the current business handling user according to the business handling request;
and when the user identification uploaded by the current service handling user corresponds to the queuing number of the current round, handling the service for the current service handling user.
4. A business transaction device for an intelligent counter, comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring the bank card identifiers of the bank cards inserted by the users through the card insertion device of the intelligent counter and the insertion time corresponding to the bank card identifiers;
the queuing sequence number generation module is used for generating queuing sequence numbers corresponding to the bank card identifiers and the sequence of the queuing sequence numbers according to the insertion time corresponding to the bank card identifiers;
the first processing module is used for determining user identifications corresponding to the bank card identifications according to the bank card identifications, and sending corresponding queuing numbers and the number of users waiting in front to the mobile phone banks of the users according to the user identifications corresponding to the bank card identifications;
the second processing module is used for sequentially sending queuing number updating information to the current queuing number and the mobile phone bank corresponding to the queuing number which is not yet round when each queuing number is round according to the sequence of each queuing number; the queuing sequence number updating information comprises the number of users waiting for the front edge after updating, the current round of queuing sequence number and the next round of queuing sequence number;
the business handling module is used for determining that the user identification uploaded by the current business handling user corresponds to the queuing number of the current round, and handling business for the current business handling user;
the card inserting device of the intelligent counter further comprises: a plurality of second clamping grooves; wherein, each second clamping groove is provided with a corresponding clamping groove mark;
the service handling device further comprises: the fourth processing module is configured to send, to a second mobile phone bank corresponding to each second bank card identifier acquired from the second card slot: confirmation information of whether to take the card;
feedback is given: the corresponding bank card of the second mobile phone bank without taking the card is locked in the corresponding second card slot, so that when a user without taking the card transacts the business, the corresponding bank card locked in the second card slot is directly utilized to transact the business, and after the business transacts, the second card slot is unlocked to the bank card;
feedback to: the second mobile phone bank for taking the card sends second card taking reminding information; the second card taking reminding information comprises a card slot identifier of a second card slot where the second card taking reminding information corresponds to the second bank card identifier;
further comprises: a fifth processing module for feeding back: the second mobile phone bank without taking the card sends a face information acquisition prompt so that a user without taking the card can upload the first face information to the intelligent counter through the intelligent counter or a corresponding second mobile phone bank; generating an association relationship between the first face information and the corresponding second bank card identifier; the business handling module is specifically used for receiving a business handling request uploaded by a current business handling user; the business handling request carries a card slot identifier corresponding to the locked bank card uploaded by the current business handling user; acquiring a second bank card identifier corresponding to the card slot identifier uploaded by the current business handling user; and according to a second bank card identifier corresponding to the card slot identifier uploaded by the current service handling user, determining the user identifier of the current service handling user, acquiring second face information of the current service handling user when the user identifier of the current service handling user corresponds to the queuing number of the current round, and when the second face information is consistent with first face information associated with the second bank card identifier corresponding to the card slot identifier uploaded by the current service handling user, handling the service according to the second bank card identifier corresponding to the card slot identifier uploaded by the current service handling user.
5. The business transaction apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the card insertion device of the smart counter comprises: a plurality of first clamping grooves; each first clamping groove is provided with a corresponding clamping groove mark;
the service handling device further comprises: the third processing module is used for sending first card taking reminding information to the first mobile phone banks corresponding to the first bank card identifiers acquired from the first card slots; the first card taking reminding information comprises a card slot identifier of a first card slot where the first card taking reminding information corresponds to the first bank card identifier.
6. The business transaction device according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the business transaction module is specifically configured to receive a business transaction request submitted by a current business transaction user through insertion of a bank card into the card insertion device of the intelligent counter or scanning of an identity card at the intelligent counter;
determining the user identification of the current business handling user according to the business handling request;
and when the user identification uploaded by the current service handling user corresponds to the queuing number of the current round, handling the service for the current service handling user.
7. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method of any of claims 1 to 3 when executing the computer program.
8. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer readable storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of any of claims 1 to 3.
