In the embodiment of the invention, an ATM query request input by a user is received, wherein the ATM query request comprises to-be-handled service information and appointed position information; the to-be-handled business information comprises a to-be-handled business type; acquiring ATM information within a preset distance range of the specified position information according to the specified position information, and taking the ATM information as first ATM information; selecting second ATM information of which the service attribute of the ATM meets the service type to be handled from the first ATM information according to the service type to be handled; transmitting second ATM information to the user so that the user selects any one of the second ATM information, and transacting business by using the ATM corresponding to the selected ATM information as a designated ATM; after a user arrives at the position of the appointed ATM, scanning two-dimensional code information on the appointed ATM by utilizing a mobile phone bank, and establishing communication connection with the appointed ATM, and then receiving any account information associated with the mobile phone bank selected by the user; any account information associated with the mobile phone bank selected by the user is sent to the appointed ATM, so that the user operates the appointed ATM to transact the deposit and withdrawal business on any account information associated with the mobile phone bank selected by the user. Compared with the prior technical scheme of ATM deposit and withdrawal, the user can query the ATM information meeting the deposit and withdrawal transaction through the mobile phone bank before going to the ATM to process the deposit and withdrawal transaction, thereby avoiding the situation that the user finds the ATM but the ATM does not meet the deposit and withdrawal requirements of the user, further saving the time of the user for processing the deposit and withdrawal transaction on the ATM and improving the user experience.
In the embodiment of the invention, whether the cash amount information corresponding to the appointed ATM meets the withdrawal amount is verified, so that the user can be prevented from arriving at the ATM, and the cash amount in the ATM does not meet the withdrawal amount of the user, so that the user can not complete the transaction of the withdrawal service, thereby saving the time of the user and providing great convenience for the user.

selecting second ATM information of which the service attribute of the ATM meets the service type to be handled from the first ATM information according to the service type to be handled;
transmitting second ATM information to the user so that the user selects any one of the second ATM information, and transacting business by using the ATM corresponding to the selected ATM information as a designated ATM;
after a user arrives at the position of the appointed ATM, scanning two-dimensional code information on the appointed ATM by utilizing a mobile phone bank, and establishing communication connection with the appointed ATM, and then receiving any account information associated with the mobile phone bank selected by the user;
Any account information associated with the mobile phone bank selected by the user is sent to the appointed ATM, so that the user operates the appointed ATM to transact the deposit and withdrawal business on any account information associated with the mobile phone bank selected by the user;
The method further comprises the steps of:
Receiving a line inquiry request for a specified ATM input by a user under the condition that the to-be-handled service type comprises a withdrawal service, wherein the line inquiry request comprises a withdrawal amount;
According to the withdrawal amount, verifying whether cash amount information corresponding to the specified ATM meets the withdrawal amount;
Under the condition that cash amount information corresponding to the appointed ATM meets the withdrawal amount, prompt information for dealing with the withdrawal service to the appointed ATM is sent to a user;
Before verifying whether the cash amount information corresponding to the specified ATM meets the withdrawal amount according to the withdrawal amount, the method further comprises the following steps:
invoking a security verification tool, and sending a security verification request to a user;
receiving security verification information input by a user according to a security verification request;
After the safety verification information passes verification, verifying whether cash line information corresponding to the specified ATM meets the withdrawal amount according to the withdrawal amount;
Before verifying whether the cash amount information corresponding to the specified ATM meets the withdrawal amount according to the withdrawal amount, the method further comprises the following steps:
