s4, starting an abrasive belt motor (401) to drive a driving belt pulley (405) and a driving roller (402) on an output shaft of the abrasive belt motor to rotate anticlockwise, at the moment, a driven belt pulley (406) and the driving belt pulley (405) synchronously rotate under the drive of a synchronous belt (407), the driven belt pulley (403) rotates along with the driving belt pulley (405), the driven belt pulley is matched with the driving roller (402) to drive a polishing abrasive belt (404), the polishing abrasive belt (404) forms an outer arc section arc path and an inner arc section arc path under the forced traction and guide action of a first guide roller group and a second guide roller group, and the outer arc surface of a hardware (5) is polished and ground in a large area by utilizing the inner arc section polishing arc of the polishing abrasive belt (404).
