The invention has the advantages of environment-friendly color, excellent yellowing resistance, low surface tension, good permeability, strong automatic spreadability, uniform oiling and guaranteed oiling amount, and high oil film strength, is beneficial to high-speed elasticizing, and guarantees the quality of fibers.

As a second most important synthetic fiber product which is second to terylene in the textile field, the demand of chinlon as a second most important synthetic fiber product in the textile field is continuously increased in recent years, the productivity is gradually increased year by year, the second most important synthetic fiber product is rapidly developed towards the direction of fine denier, high speed, differentiation and functionalization, a new variety and a new technology are developed endlessly, the use of new process and new equipment and the enhancement of ecological environment protection consciousness are realized, a higher requirement is provided for chemical fiber oiling agents, and the development of novel chemical fiber oiling agents is more important.
At present, the oil agent for domestic fine denier porous DTY has some defects: the assistant is not environment-friendly, has uneven oiling or poor washability, has poor yellowing resistance and influences dyeing and finishing quality. Most fine denier porous DTY manufacturers also rely on imported oiling agents, and in order to adapt to the rapid development of nylon DTY, the development of the oiling agents also needs to be timely followed and adjusted.

Preferably, the smoothing agent is one or two of mineral oil No. 5-mineral oil No. 26. The smoothing agent has excellent stability, photo-thermal stability and smoothness. The friction coefficient between fibers and between metals of the fibers can be adjusted, so that the fibers have good smoothness, bundling property and fiber distribution property.
Preferably, the environment-friendly emulsifier is a combination of more than two of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, stearic acid polyoxyethylene ester, sorbitan monooleate and oleyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether. The selection of the emulsifier is the key to whether the oil agent with excellent performance can be compounded. The emulsifier selected by the invention does not contain APEO, is green and environment-friendly, has stable chemical property, excellent oxygen resistance and good compatibility, has good emulsifying and stabilizing capability on the smoothing agent and the antistatic agent, can be well dissolved in mineral oil to form uniform and transparent liquid, ensures that finished oil agent forms stable emulsion in water, is easy to wash off, and does not influence the subsequent dyeing processing.
Preferably, the antistatic agent is one or more of dodecyl phosphate diethanolamine, isomeric alcohol ether sulfate and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene phosphate potassium salt. The antistatic agent selected by the invention has excellent antistatic performance, and the phenomena of roller winding and yarn breakage caused by static electricity can be avoided in the unwinding and weaving processes of the fiber.
Preferably, the wetting penetrant is an isomeric alcohol block polyether or polyether modified siloxane. The wetting penetrant can obviously reduce the surface tension of the oil agent and enhance the wetting capacity to fibers.
Preferably, the anti-spattering agent is an ethylene-propylene copolymer, a high molecular polyisobutylene or a high molecular polybutene. The anti-splashing agent can play an excellent anti-splashing effect with less dosage, saves the cost of the oil agent and greatly improves the utilization rate of the oil agent. The viscosity of the anti-spattering agent is 6-12 ten thousand CP at normal temperature, and too large of the anti-spattering agent is not enough in viscosity and not beneficial to uniform dispersion.

The leveling property is good, the wettability and the permeability are strong, the spinnability is good, the oil film strength is high, and the use requirement under the condition of high-speed elasticity adding can be met. The nylon DTY oiling agent prepared by the invention is used in batches for a long time in a nylon elasticizing workshop, the feedback is good, and the subsequent fiber weaving and dyeing and finishing are normal without adverse reaction.

The environment-friendly anti-yellowing oil agent for the porous fine denier nylon DTY comprises the following components in percentage by weight: smoothing agent 80%, wherein the ratio of mineral oil 7# to 15# is 7: 3; 15% of environment-friendly emulsifier, wherein the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether accounts for 10%, the stearic acid polyoxyethylene ether accounts for 3%, and the sorbitan monooleate accounts for 2%; 2% of dodecyl phosphate diethanol amine salt serving as an antistatic agent; 2 percent of wetting penetrant isomeric alcohol block polyether, 1 percent of anti-splashing agent polyisobutene and 8 ten thousand CP at the viscosity normal temperature. Pumping the smoothing agent into a reaction kettle, heating to 40 ℃, adding the environment-friendly emulsifier, the antistatic agent and the wetting penetrant, stirring for 6 hours, adding the anti-splashing agent, stirring uniformly, discharging and packaging.

As can be seen from Table 1, the oil agent of the present invention has good permeability, easy oiling and good oiling uniformity; as can be seen from Table 2, the oil product of the present invention has excellent unwinding performance, no adhesive and knotting phenomenon and no broken filaments and broken ends at high unwinding speed; as can be seen from Table 3, the winding tension of various oil products is compared by testing at different time periods after the end is raised, the oil product has small winding tension, good uniformity and good winding forming; FIG. 1 shows that the oil agent of the invention has good anti-yellowing performance under severe conditions, and does not cause yellowing of the fiber after long-term storage.

4. The environment-friendly anti-yellowing oil agent for the porous fine denier nylon DTY as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antistatic agent is one or more of dodecyl phosphate diethanol amine salt, isomeric alcohol ether sulfate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate potassium salt.
5. The environment-friendly anti-yellowing oil agent for the porous fine denier nylon DTY of claim 1, wherein the wetting penetrant is isomeric alcohol block polyether or polyether modified siloxane.
6. The environment-friendly anti-yellowing oil agent for the porous fine denier nylon DTY of claim 1, wherein the anti-spattering agent is an ethylene-propylene copolymer, high molecular polyisobutylene or high molecular polybutene.
