Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, a groove 15 for accommodating the power supply fixing terminal 13 is disposed at a position of the casing 10 near the side wall, the power supply fixing terminal 13 is disposed in the groove 15, a metal conductive member 16 electrically connected to the power supply fixing terminal 13 is disposed at the side wall of the groove 15, and the information display module 11 is electrically connected to the conductive rope 2 through the power supply fixing terminal 13 after passing through the metal conductive member 16. The fixing structure of the power supply fixing terminal 13 on the left side in fig. 6 is the same as the fixing structure of the power supply fixing terminal 13 on the upper side, the structure in which the power supply fixing terminal 13 is not yet incorporated is on the right side, and the structure in which the power supply fixing terminal 13 is already incorporated is on the upper side. Thus, by means of different design, the state of the power supply fixing terminal 13 when it is fitted into the recess can be known.
In the above embodiment, the metal conductive member 16 may be at one end of the groove 15, at the bottom or the middle side wall of the groove 15, or the like. The metal conductive member 16 may be a metal block, a metal wire, or the like, and in this embodiment, the metal conductive member 16 may be a conductive spring, that is, the conductive spring disposed on a side wall of the groove 15 has an elastic space, so that when the power supply fixing terminal 13 is disposed in the groove 15, the conductive spring can form a relatively reliable electrical connection with the power supply fixing terminal 13. The metal conductive member 16 may be pre-embedded in the housing 10 by injection molding or by providing a conductive sheet groove on the housing 10 and then placing the metal conductive member 16 in the conductive sheet groove, thereby realizing that the metal conductive member 16 is placed on the side wall of the groove 15. An end of the metal conductive member 16 remote from the recess 15 may be disposed on the housing 10 outside the recess 15 and exposed, so that electrical connection with the metal conductive member 16 is facilitated through the exposed end. When the information display module 11 is connected to the metal conductive member 16, a screw connection or welding may be used as long as an electrical connection is formed. In this way, when the power supply fixing terminal 13 is placed in the groove 15, the side wall of the power supply fixing terminal 13 is electrically connected with the metal conductive piece 16, and at the moment, the current on the conductive rope 2 flows to the metal conductive piece 16 and then flows to the information display module 11 through the power supply fixing terminal 13, so that the external power supply on the conductive rope 2 can supply power to the information display module 11 or other modules in the information board 1. According to the embodiment, through the mode of arranging the metal conductive piece 16 in the groove 15, the fixed connection of the power supply fixed terminal 13 arranged in the groove 15 and the electric connection of the power supply fixed terminal 13 and the metal conductive piece 16 can be simultaneously realized, the step of independently and electrically connecting the power supply fixed terminal 13 and the metal conductive piece 16 is omitted, the installation step is simplified, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
In the above embodiment, the groove 15 functions to fix the power supply fixing terminal 13 to the housing 10. In some embodiments, the power supply fixing terminal 13 may be fixed to the housing 10 by means of adhesion or by means of a screw, for example, a screw hole may be formed in the housing 10, and a nut may clamp the power supply fixing terminal 13 onto the housing 10 when the screw is screwed into the screw hole, or a through hole may be formed in the power supply fixing terminal 13, and then the screw may be screwed into the screw hole after passing through the through hole of the power supply fixing terminal 13, so as to fix the power supply fixing terminal 13 onto the housing 10. Or the power supply fixed terminal 13 is directly arranged on the shell 10 in a clamping manner, if a buckle can be arranged on the shell 10, a clamping groove is arranged on the power supply fixed terminal 13, and the clamping groove is clamped into the buckle to fix the power supply fixed terminal 13 and the shell 10. Or the opening size of the threading through hole 121 is set to be slightly smaller than the opening size of the power supply fixing terminal 13, the cross section shape of the power supply fixing terminal 13 is the same as the opening shape of the threading through hole 121, then the power supply fixing terminal 13 is inserted into the threading through hole 121, the power supply fixing terminal 13 can prop open the opening of the threading through hole 121, and therefore the power supply fixing terminal 13 can be clamped at the opening of the threading through hole 121 by utilizing extrusion force and friction force generated between the opening and the power supply fixing terminal 13, and therefore the power supply fixing terminal 13 is fixed at the threading through hole 121, namely, the power supply fixing terminal 13 is fixedly connected with the shell 10.
Or in other embodiments, threads may be provided on the inner wall of the threading through hole 121 of the housing 10, and then threads may be provided on the outer side of the power supply fixing terminal 13, so that the power supply fixing terminal 13 is fixed to the housing 10 by screwing the power supply fixing terminal 13 into the threading through hole 121 from the opening of the threading through hole 121. External other elements such as screws and the like can be avoided through the threads of the power supply fixing terminal 13, and the power supply fixing terminal 13 is conveniently fixed. In some embodiments, the axis of the screw thread is preferably on the same line with the axis of the conductive rope channel 12, and then the power supply fixing terminal 13 is screwed into the threading through hole 121 from the outside of the casing 10, so that convenient installation and fixing can be realized. In order to form the electrical connection with the information display module 11, the metal conductive member 16 may be embedded in the sidewall or the bottom of the threaded through hole 121, and then the power supply fixing terminal 13 may be screwed into the threaded through hole 121 to form the electrical connection with the embedded conductive member. In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to further improve the installation efficiency of the power supply fixing terminal 13, the information board 1 further includes a fixing nut 17, where the fixing nut 17 is fixed in the groove 15 or an outer side wall of the fixing nut 17 is fixed in the groove 15 by a fixing piece 18 (as shown in fig. 7) connected to the housing 10, and the power supply fixing terminal 13 is provided with threads on an outer periphery and is screwed into the fixing nut 17 after passing through the threading through hole 121. The fixing nut 17 may be a hexagonal nut, the diameter of the threading through hole 121 near the groove 15 is larger than the inner diameter of the fixing nut 17 and smaller than the outer diameter of the fixing nut 17, and the outer thread diameter of the power supply fixing terminal 13 is approximately equal to the inner diameter of the fixing nut 17, so that the power supply fixing terminal 13 can be screwed into the fixing nut 17 after passing through the threading through hole 121. Through fixation nut, can avoid carrying out the screw thread fluting to the casing, reduce the casing processing degree of difficulty, improve information tablet production efficiency.
In order to fix the fixing nut 17 to the housing 10, the fixing nut 17 is prevented from falling out of the housing 10, the fixing nut 17 may be stuck in the groove 15 or directly clamped in the groove 15, and the size of the housing 10 around the fixing nut 17 may be slightly smaller than the outer size of the fixing nut 17, so that the fixing nut 17 is clamped in the groove 15. The width between the bottom of the groove 15 and the side wall of the housing 10 is set to be slightly smaller than the thickness of the fixing nut 17, as in the nut thickness direction, so that the fixing nut 17 can be caught in the thickness direction. Or in some embodiments, the width of the groove 15 is set to be slightly smaller than the width of the fixing nut 17 in the width direction of the nut, so that the fixing nut 17 can be caught in the width direction. Still alternatively, in some embodiments, both sides of the fixing nut 17 in the width direction may be screwed to the housing 10, thereby achieving the fixing of the fixing nut 17 into the groove 15. Or in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, a fixing piece 18 is arranged on the fixing nut 17, and after the fixing piece 18 is connected with the shell 10, the fixing nut 17 is fixed in the groove 15, so that the nut is prevented from falling off. The fixing piece 18 and the shell 10 can be connected by screws or holes are formed at two ends of the fixing piece 18, then plastic bulges are arranged on the shell 10, the holes at two ends of the fixing piece 18 are respectively arranged in the plastic bulges, and then the plastic bulges are melted so that the plastic bulges are enlarged to fix the fixing piece 18. By means of the fixing piece 18, the fixing nut 17 can be quickly fixed.
In the above embodiment, it is preferable that the power supply fixing terminals 13 are all fixed to the inside of the casing 10 after passing through the through-holes 121 from the outside of the casing 10 of the information board 1, and then the ring wings 132 protruding from the end side walls may be provided at the outer ends of the power supply fixing terminals 13, that is, the size of the ring wings 132 is larger than the size of the ends and larger than the size of the through-holes 121, so that when the power supply fixing terminals 13 are fixed to the through-holes 121, the ring wings 132 can cover the through-holes 121 to prevent dust and water from easily entering the inside of the casing 10. Preferably, the power supply fixing terminal 13 is cylindrical, and the diameter of the ring wing 132 is larger than that of the through hole 121. In some embodiments, the power supply fixing terminal 13 may be directly disposed in the interior of the housing 10, and then the terminal inner hole 130 of the power supply fixing terminal 13 may be aligned with the threading tube 120 of the threading through hole 121, so long as the fixing of the power supply fixing terminal 13 and the threading of the conductive rope 2 can be achieved. If the casing 10 between one end of the threading tube 120 and the threading through hole 121 is provided with a threaded hole, the axis of the threaded hole is perpendicular to the inner surface of the casing 10, the power supply fixing terminal 13 may be a cylindrical metal piece with a peripheral thread, the terminal inner hole 130 penetrating through the central axis is provided on the peripheral side wall of the power supply fixing terminal 13, and then when the power supply fixing terminal 13 is screwed into the threaded hole, the terminal inner hole 130, the threading tube 120 and the threading through hole 121 are on the same straight line, so that the protrusion of the power supply fixing terminal 13 to the outside of the casing 10 can be avoided, and the appearance is more attractive.
In the present invention, the fastener 131 in the power supply fixing terminal 13 plays an important role, and is an important part in achieving fixing and electrical connection in the power supply fixing terminal 13. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, fig. 8 shows a simple embodiment of the fastener 131 in the power supply fixing terminal 13. The fastener 131 may be a screw which is then threaded into the sidewall of the power fixing terminal 13, the screw being disposed in the threaded hole, the screw facing the terminal inner hole 130. When the conductive rope is installed, the screw is firstly rotated to loosen the screw, the conductive rope 2 passes through the terminal inner hole 130, and then the screw is screwed, so that the screw can fix the conductive rope 2 and realize electric connection with the conductive rope 2. In the embodiment where the fastener 131 is a screw, the screw is protruded to the outside of the case 10 in order to achieve tightening of the screw. In the embodiment in which the power supply fixing terminal 13 is disposed inside the housing 10, the screw of the power supply fixing terminal 13 may be further disposed inside the housing 10, and then the back of the housing 10 may be perforated at the screw position of the power supply fixing terminal 13, and then the screw may be rotated after being extended into the perforated by a tool such as a screwdriver, so as to fasten or unfasten the fastener 131. In some embodiments where the sign 1 is a display screen on both sides, it is not possible to open a hole in the back of the housing 10, and if a screw scheme is used, the screw is typically protruded outside the housing 10 to facilitate the screw tightening operation.
The above-mentioned scheme of fastening member 131 is screw, and it is relatively troublesome to use tools such as a screwdriver for fastening. In this embodiment, the fastening may be performed by using an elastic member and a pressing manner. Further, as shown in fig. 9 to 11, the fastening member 131 is an elastic fastening member 133, a push rod 134 is disposed in the power supply fixing terminal 13, the push rod 134 abuts against the elastic fastening member 133, and the elastic fastening member 133 releases the fixing state with the conductive rope 2 when the push rod 134 is pressed. In a normal state, i.e., when the push rod 134 is not pressed, the elastic fastener 133 presses the conductive cord 2 under the action of its own elastic force, and if there is no conductive cord 2, the elastic fastener 133 occupies a part of the space of the terminal inner hole 130. When the conductive rope 2 is placed in the terminal inner hole 130, the elastic fastener 133 will abut against the conductive rope 2 and press the conductive rope 2, so that the conductive rope 2 and the elastic fastener 133 are tightly pressed to be fastened, as shown in fig. 10. When the push rod 134 is pressed, as shown in fig. 11, since the push rod 134 abuts against the elastic fastening member 133, the bottom of the push rod 134 pushes the elastic fastening member 133 to move away from the conductive rope 2, and the elastic fastening member 133 releases the abutting state with the conductive rope 2, thereby releasing the conductive rope 2, i.e., releasing the fixing state with the conductive rope 2. The conductive cord 2 may be withdrawn or moved from the terminal bore 130 at this point. When the conductive rope 2 needs to be fixed in the terminal inner hole 130 again, the pushing rod 134 is only required to be released, and the elastic fastener 133 presses the conductive rope 2 under the action of self elastic force, so that fastening and electric connection are realized. The conductive rope 2 can be fastened and released by pressing the pushing rod by hand, and additional tools are not needed, so that the fixing and adjustment of the metal rope and the information board 1 are greatly facilitated.
The elastic force of the elastic fastener 133 may be self elastic force or may be formed by a spring. If the elastic fastener 133 includes a pressing block and a spring, the spring presses the pressing block against the conductive rope 2 by the action of elastic force to fasten with the conductive rope 2. In an embodiment in which the elastic force of the elastic fastener 133 is self elastic, as shown in fig. 9 to 11, the elastic fastener 133 may be an elastic bending piece, one end of the elastic bending piece is fixed inside the power supply fixing terminal 13, the other end is used for pressing the conductive rope 2, the pushing rod 134 is in a circular cylindrical shape, the pushing rod 134 and the terminal inner hole 130 of the power supply fixing terminal 13 are on the same axis, and when the pushing rod 134 is pressed, the elastic bending piece is separated from the conductive rope 2, so that fastening and separation can be achieved through one elastic bending piece, and the structure is simple. In order to avoid the push rod 134 from falling out of the power supply fixed terminal 13, the structure of one end of the push rod 134 inside the power supply fixed terminal 13 is set larger, so that the larger end can clamp the side wall of the power supply fixed terminal 13, and the push rod 134 is prevented from falling out. In this embodiment, by adopting the circular cylindrical push rod 134, the conductive rope 2 can pass through the push rod 134, and the space occupied by the push rod 134 is surrounded on the push rod 134, so that the occupied space is relatively small and attractive.
In order to facilitate connection of the conductive ropes 2 up and down or left and right, the information board 1 is generally rectangular, further, four conductive rope channels 12 are arranged in parallel, two of the conductive rope channels are arranged in parallel transversely, the other two conductive rope channels are arranged in parallel longitudinally, cross guide grooves 19 are formed in the intersections of the conductive rope channels 12, a guide cover plate 20 is arranged at the top of each cross guide groove 19, a threading pipe 120 is arranged between the two cross guide grooves 19, and one end of the threading pipe 120 is covered by the guide cover plate 20. The four ends of the cross guide groove 19 are all provided with arc-shaped guide openings, the cross guide groove 19 comprises two crossed guide grooves, and the guide groove of each cross guide groove 19, the threading pipe 120 and the threading through hole 121 in the same direction form a conductive rope channel 12. Thus, through the cross-shaped guide groove 19, the conductive thread 2 can penetrate the conductive thread channel 12 transversely or penetrate the conductive thread channel 12 longitudinally. The cross guide groove 19 can be used as a closed space through the guide cover plate 20, so that the conductive rope 2 is limited in the cross guide groove 19, and the rope can be threaded conveniently and smoothly. Meanwhile, the guide cover plate 20 can fix the threading pipe 120 in the shell 10, so that the threading pipe 120 is fixed, and multiple functions of the guide cover plate 20 are realized. The guide cover plate may be fixed on the housing 10 by sticking, screwing or clamping the guide cover plate on the housing 10, for example, in the embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of ribs 21 (which may also be ribs or side walls of a threading tube slot) are disposed on the periphery of the guide cover plate 20 inside the housing 10, so that the guide cover plate 20 is pressed between the ribs 21, and the side walls of the ribs 21 will prop against the guide cover plate 20. The guide cover plate is prevented from falling off, and the guide cover plate is fixed inside the shell. Through the cross guide slot, a transverse conductive rope channel and a longitudinal conductive rope channel can be realized, so that when the position of the conductive rope is not moving, the transverse suspension or the longitudinal suspension of the information board 1 can be realized, and different information display requirements are met.
In all the above embodiments, the information display module 11 is not specifically limited, and the key of the present invention is to facilitate connection and fixing, so long as information display and power supply can be performed. For example, the information display module 11 may be a planar printed matter and an electric light source, and the electric light source illuminates the planar printed matter to realize information display. The connection of the electric light source power supply and the information board 1 can also be realized through the conductive rope 2 and the power supply fixing terminal 13. In a preferred embodiment, the information display module 11 is an electronic display screen, and the housing 10 further includes a circuit board (such as a PCB board), where the circuit board is provided with a processor (may be a single-chip microcomputer) and a power supply unit (such as a voltage conversion chip), where the electronic display screen (such as a liquid crystal screen or an OLED screen) is connected to the processor, where the power supply unit is connected to the electronic display screen and a power supply end of the processor, and where the power supply unit is directly electrically connected to the power supply fixing terminal 13 or where the power supply unit is electrically connected to the power supply fixing terminal 13 through a rectifying module. Wherein the connection can be made directly if the power supply 3 to which the conductive cord 2 is connected is of the same supply voltage and polarity as required by the electronic display and the processor. If the voltages are different or the polarities are different, rectification can be performed through a rectification module (such as a rectification bridge), the rectification module can convert alternating current or direct current with uncertain positive and negative poles into voltage with determined positive and negative poles, then the output positive pole of the rectification module is connected with the positive pole of the input end of the power supply unit, and the output negative pole of the rectification module is connected with the negative pole of the input end of the power supply unit, so that power supply to the power supply unit is realized. The power supply unit (such as a DC-DC voltage conversion unit, an LDO linear voltage stabilizing unit and the like) is used for carrying out voltage conversion and voltage stabilization, providing proper voltage for the processor and the electronic display screen, and the processor is used for sending information (including text information, picture information or video information and the like) to be displayed to the electronic display screen for display and display. In some embodiments, a gravity sensor can be further arranged in the information board 1, and because the information board 1 can be transversely hung or longitudinally hung (related to the fixing direction of the metal rope), when the information board 1 is hung in different directions, the information can be vertically and upwards displayed, and a user can conveniently see the words with correct display directions from the information board. Of course, the storage battery (such as a lithium battery) can be arranged in the information board 1, and the charging of the storage battery and the power supply to the internal unit can be realized through the power supply fixing terminal 13, so that the information board 1 can also work normally when the external power supply 3 is powered off. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, a USB charging port 22 may be further disposed on a side wall of the information board 1, where the USB charging port 22 is connected to a power supply of an internal circuit board, and power supply to the information board 1 may also be implemented through the USB charging port 22. The information board can be used as an electronic device for supplying and charging with normal USB when the conductive rope is not hung and connected. The power supply fixing terminal 13 can be detached from the information board, so that the power supply fixing terminal 13 can be prevented from protruding out of the information board 1 to affect normal use. In some embodiments, to avoid the through-hole entering dust and water vapor, a rubber plug may be used to block the through-hole, thereby extending the service life of the sign.
It should be noted that, as long as implementation manners of the different embodiments provided above are not conflicting, any combination of the different embodiments may form a complete technical solution. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 11, the most preferred embodiment can be used for the different components of the present invention. Four conductive rope channels 12 penetrating through two side walls of the shell 10 are arranged in the shell 10, two of the conductive rope channels 12 are transversely arranged in parallel, the other two conductive rope channels 12 are longitudinally arranged in parallel, the conductive rope channels 12 penetrate through the inside of the shell 10 and are communicated with two side walls of the shell 10, the conductive rope channels 12 comprise a threading pipe 120 arranged in the inside of the shell 10 and threading through holes 121 arranged on the side walls of the shell 10, the threading pipe 120 is communicated with the threading through holes 121 at two ends and is used for penetrating through the conductive rope 2, a power supply fixing terminal 13 is arranged at the position of at least one threading through hole 121 of each conductive rope channel 12, a terminal inner hole 130 communicated with the threading pipe 120 is arranged in the power supply fixing terminal 13, The terminal inner hole 130 is used for penetrating the conductive rope 2, the power supply fixing terminal 13 is electrically connected with the power supply end of the information display module 11, the power supply fixing terminal 13 comprises a fastener 131, and the fastener 131 is used for fixing the conductive rope 2 penetrating through and electrically connecting with the conductive rope 2. The power supply fixing terminal 13 is cylindrical, and the power supply fixing terminal 13 passes through the threading through hole 121 and is in threaded connection with the internal structure of the housing. The fastening member 131 is an elastic fastening member 133, a push rod 134 is disposed in the power supply fixing terminal 13, the push rod 134 abuts against the elastic fastening member 133, and when the push rod 134 is pressed, the elastic fastening member 133 releases the fixing state with the conductive rope 2. The elastic fastener 133 is an elastic bending piece, one end of the elastic bending piece is fixed inside the power supply fixed terminal 13, the other end of the elastic bending piece is used for pressing the conductive rope 2, the pushing rod 134 is in a circular cylinder shape, the pushing rod 134 and the terminal inner hole 130 of the power supply fixed terminal 13 are located on the same axis, and the elastic bending piece is separated from the conductive rope 2 when the pushing rod 134 is pressed. The crossing of the conductive rope channels 12 is provided with a cross guide groove 19, the top of the cross guide groove 19 is provided with a guide cover plate 20, the threading pipe 120 is arranged between the two cross guide grooves 19, and the guide cover plate 20 covers one end of the threading pipe 120.
In the above preferred embodiment, the threading pipe is arranged in the information board, so that long-distance threading of the conductive rope can be realized, and the processing difficulty of the shell is reduced. Through fixation nut, can avoid carrying out the screw thread fluting to the casing, reduce the casing processing degree of difficulty, improve information tablet production efficiency. Through cross guide way and direction apron, can realize horizontal conductive rope passageway and vertical conductive rope passageway, also be convenient for realize the threading of conductive rope. The transverse conductive rope channel and the longitudinal conductive rope channel have the advantages that when the positions of the conductive ropes are not moved, the transverse suspension or the longitudinal suspension of the information board 1 can be realized, and different information display requirements are met. In this embodiment, the conductive rope 2 can pass through the pushing rod 134 by using the pushing rod 134 with a circular cylindrical shape, and the space occupied by the pushing rod 134 is surrounded on the pushing rod 134, so that the occupied space is relatively small and attractive. And the power supply fixing terminal 13 is arranged on the side wall of the shell, so that the front display of the information display module is not affected. The conductive rope 2 can be fastened and released by pressing the pushing rod by hand, and additional tools are not needed, so that the fixing and adjustment of the metal rope and the information board 1 are greatly facilitated. Through electronic display screen and treater, can realize the transform show of multiple information, improve the richness of information show. Finally, when the information card is used, the electric connection and the fixed connection of the information card can be realized by only connecting the conductive rope with a power supply and passing the conductive rope through the information card. The fixed connection and the electric connection are completed once, so that the connection efficiency of the information cards is greatly improved, a plurality of power supplies are not needed for supplying power when a plurality of information cards are displayed, and the display device is attractive and convenient.
The invention also provides an information display system, as shown in fig. 12, which comprises a power supply 3, a conductive rope 2 and a plurality of information cards 1, wherein the power supply 3 can be a direct current power supply or an alternating current power supply, so long as the power supply to the information cards can be realized. The information board 1 is the information board 1 according to any one of the embodiments of the present invention, two ends of the power supply 3 are respectively electrically connected with a conductive rope 2, the conductive ropes 2 respectively pass through the conductive rope channels 12 of the information board 1 and are fixed, and the power supply 3 is electrically connected with the information board 1 through the conductive ropes 2. The information cards in the display system of the present invention may have the same structure, and as in the above embodiment, the information card 1 of the present information display system includes a housing 10, and one side of the housing 10 is provided with an information display module 11.
