All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The full-automatic slitter edge-free automatic width-adjusting vest bag making machine shown in fig. 1 comprises a frame 1, a feeding device 2, a doubling forming device 3, a width-adjustable heat-seal edge-inserting device 4 and a stamping forming device 5 which are sequentially arranged on the frame 1, wherein a traction roller group for sequentially linking all the devices is further arranged on the frame 1. Wherein, the feeding device 2 is used for transporting and folding cloth; the doubling forming device 3 is used for doubling the cloth to form a structure required by welding; the width-adjustable heat-seal edge inserting device 4 has the functions of performing operations such as welding, center positioning, edge inserting and the like on the cloth; the punch forming device 5 performs operations such as punching, bag separation and cutting on the cloth.
The feeding device 2 shown in fig. 2 comprises a feeding roller 21 and a hemming mechanism 22, wherein the hemming mechanism 22 comprises a hemming guide shaft 221, 6 groups of hemming wheels 222, a hemming cloth supporting plate 223, a hemming pressing plate 224 and a second edge sealing component 225,6 groups of hemming wheels 222 which are orderly arranged along the axis direction of the hemming guide shaft 221 and distributed above the hemming cloth supporting plate 223, and the hemming pressing plate 224 is distributed on one side of the hemming wheels 222 and above the hemming cloth supporting plate 223. The edge folding mechanism 22 can fold two sides of the cloth, the mouth of some vest bags at present needs to be folded, on one hand, the connection strength of the mouth of the vest bag is enhanced, the heat sealing connection of the handles is facilitated, the connection part between the handles and the vest bag is prevented from being broken, on the other hand, double-sided adhesive tape is convenient to adhere, and sealing can be performed after the vest bags are filled with articles. The flanging process is as follows: the hem guide shaft 221 is used for firstly flattening and guiding the cloth, so that the middle part of the cloth is always attached to the hem pressing plate 224, two ends of the cloth are folded under the action of the hem pressing plate until the two ends of the cloth enter between the hem wheel 222 and the hem pressing plate 224, the two ends of the cloth are provided with folds in a folded state, after the folds are transported to the second edge sealing component 225, the folds in the folded state of the second edge sealing component 225 are welded, and therefore the folds are completed and the folded connection is stable. The flanging mechanism 22 further comprises 4 groups of flanging connecting plates 226,4, wherein the upper ends of the groups of flanging connecting plates 226 are hinged to the flanging guide shaft 221 and are orderly arranged at intervals along the axis direction of the flanging guide shaft 221, the flanging wheel 222 is arranged at the lower end of the flanging connecting plate 226, and a first screw mechanism 227 is linked in the middle of the flanging connecting plate 226. The flanging wheel 222 can be driven by the first screw rod mechanism 227 to adjust the left and right positions according to actual conditions, so that the processing of vest bags with different specifications and types is adapted.
The feeding device 2 further comprises a discharging swing arm 23, one end of the discharging swing arm 23 is hinged to the frame 1, a U-shaped bayonet 24 is arranged at the other end of the discharging swing arm, the end of the feeding roller 21 is detachably connected with the discharging swing arm 23 through the U-shaped bayonet 24, a discharging cylinder 25 is hinged to the middle of the discharging swing arm 23, the end of the discharging cylinder 25 is hinged to the frame 1, and the discharging swing arm 23 is in linkage with a limiting cylinder 26 distributed on one side of the U-shaped bayonet 24. The discharging swing arm 23 rotates around the hinge joint with the frame 1 under the drive of the discharging air cylinder 25, and the feeding roller 21 can rotate along with the discharging swing arm 23, so that automatic feeding is performed; further, a U-shaped bayonet 24 and a limiting cylinder 26 are arranged at the end part of the discharging swing arm 23, and the feeding roller 21 and the discharging swing arm 23 are in a detachable connection mode, so that operations such as feeding and reel changing are facilitated. The feeding device 2 has the advantages of feeding function, flanging function, automatic feeding, convenience in material supplementing, roll changing and the like.
The folding forming device 3 shown in fig. 3 comprises a tripod 31 mounted on the frame 1, wherein the tripod 31 is provided with two groups of slopes 32 which are symmetrically distributed in front and back, a group of slopes 33 which are obliquely arranged towards one side are arranged between the two groups of slopes 32, and cloth can form a folding state after passing through the two groups of slopes 32 and the slopes 33 of the tripod 31, so that two sides needing to be welded are opposite, and the subsequent width-adjustable heat-seal edge inserting device 4 is convenient to weld.
The width-adjustable heat-seal edge inserting device 4 shown in fig. 4 to 8 comprises a main connecting rod 44, an edge sealing mechanism 41, a center positioning mechanism 42 and an edge inserting folding mechanism 43 which are sequentially arranged on the main connecting rod 44.
The edge sealing mechanism 41 comprises two groups of expanding guide frames 411, an edge sealing pushing group and a first edge sealing component 414; the two groups of spreading and guiding frames 411 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the main connecting rod 44 respectively; the edge sealing pushing groups are distributed on the side parts of the group of the expanding guide frames 411, each edge sealing pushing group comprises a first edge sealing pushing plate 412 and a second edge sealing pushing plate 413, the first edge sealing pushing plates 412 are arranged on one side edge of the expanding guide frames 411 and distributed between the expanding guide frames 411 and the machine frame 1, the second edge sealing pushing plates 413 are oppositely arranged on the other side edge of the expanding guide frames 411 and distributed between the first edge sealing pushing plates 412 and the machine frame 1, and adjacent side edges of the first edge sealing pushing plates 412 and the second edge sealing pushing plates 413 extend towards each other until a repeated edge pressing gap area 415 with edge sealing width exists in the first edge sealing pushing plates 412 and the second edge sealing pushing plates 413, and the first edge sealing pushing plates 412 and the second edge sealing pushing plates 413 are respectively linked with the linear motion mechanism 416. This edge banding mechanism 41 abandons traditional edge banding mode, design new edge banding mechanism 41, it is different with traditional banding to promote the banding of undershirt bag, utilize first edge banding push plate 412, second edge banding push plate 413, repeat blank pressing clearance area 415, first banding components and parts 414, the banding of undershirt bag is the banding of mutual range upon range of, it is not traditional symmetrical folding banding, banding department can be followed undershirt bag and is expanded, rationally utilize banding department, get rid of the slitter edge, enlarge undershirt bag capacity, and the banding of traditional undershirt bag can not be followed undershirt bag and be expanded, only do the linking effect, banding department constitutes the slitter edge during the use, so there is extravagant in banding department, and the undershirt bag is expanded the back, traditional banding department protrusion, it is unsightly, and the undershirt bag banding department that can process out through the bag making machine that this technical scheme provided is whole smooth, aesthetic property is good. The edge sealing mechanism 41 further includes a linear bearing 417 mounted on the main link 44 and linked with the expanding guide frame 411. By arranging the linear belt seat bearing 417 between the main connecting rod 44 and the spreading and guiding frame 411, the spreading and guiding frame 411 can also be adjusted according to the requirement, so that the width of the vest bags with different specifications can be changed according to the actual conditions and the vest bags with different specifications can be processed.
The center positioning mechanism 42 comprises a first gear 421 on the hinged main connecting rod 44 and a first driving motor 422 linked with the first gear 421, a first rack 423 and a second rack 424 are respectively meshed and driven on two sides of the first gear 421, the first rack 423 and the second rack 424 are distributed along the axis direction perpendicular to the main connecting rod 44, the end part of the first rack 423 is relatively and fixedly connected with a first center positioning supporting rod 425, and the end part of the second rack 424 is relatively and fixedly connected with a second center positioning supporting rod 426. The first center positioning stay bar 425 and the second center positioning stay bar 426 are synchronously moved through the first gear 421, the first rack 423 and the second rack 424, and the vest bag is flattened by the two center positioning stay bars, so that the vest bag is center positioned, the accuracy is high, no deviation exists, and the opening distance of the center positioning mechanism 42 can be adjusted according to actual conditions so as to adapt to vest bags of different specification types, and the width can be freely adjusted.
The edge inserting and folding mechanism 43 comprises two groups of vest expanding frames 431 and two groups of edge inserting wheels 432, the two groups of edge inserting wheels 432 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the main connecting rod 44, and the two groups of vest expanding frames 431 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the main connecting rod 44 and are arranged between the edge inserting wheels 432 and the main connecting rod 44; the vest-spreading frame 431 includes two groups of symmetrically distributed spreading plates 4311, folded material spreading gaps are arranged between the two groups of spreading plates 4311, the two groups of vest-spreading frames 431 are respectively and fixedly connected with a group of third racks 433, the third racks 433 are in meshed transmission with a second gear 434, and the second gear 434 is hinged on the main connecting rod 44 and connected with a second driving motor in parallel. The vest expanding frame 431 formed by the two groups of expanding plates 4311 and the folded edge expanding gaps can expand the vest bag with the positioned center and flat shape so as to expand the two sides conveniently, and the two groups of edge inserting wheels 432 can fold the two expanded sides; further, the two groups of third racks 433 are respectively linked with the group of vest expansion frames 431 and synchronously driven through the second gear 434, so that left and right adjustment of the two groups of vest expansion frames 431 is realized, on one hand, the vest bags with different specifications and types are processed in a suitable manner, and further free width adjustment is realized, and on the other hand, the two groups of vest expansion frames 431 synchronously move, so that the center of the vest bags is always unchanged and the positioning is accurate.
The first edge sealing component 414 and the second edge sealing component 225 are both composed of an ultrasonic edge sealing device and edge sealing rollers, the edge sealing rollers are distributed below the edge sealing pushing group, and the ultrasonic edge sealing device and the edge sealing rollers are distributed relatively. The ultrasonic welding mode can realize rapid and accurate welding, meets the requirements of transportation and edge sealing of the vest bag in the bag manufacturing process, ensures stable welding quality at the edge sealing position, has no damage, and has good surface forming, no deformation and no scratch; further, the edge seal roller has the following advantages: firstly, materials are continuously transported in the edge sealing process, and the transportation and edge sealing are not wrong, so that the production efficiency is improved; secondly, the edge sealing roller is matched with the ultrasonic edge sealer, supports the laminated edge sealing at the welding position, and assists in completing welding.
The press molding apparatus 5 as shown in fig. 9 to 11 includes an ultrasonic film pressing mechanism 51, a pouch separating and cutting mechanism 52, and a first punching mechanism 53, which are arranged in this order in the effective transport direction.
The ultrasonic film pressing mechanism 51 comprises an ultrasonic ironing knife assembly 511 and an ultrasonic molding male assembly 512 which are distributed up and down relatively; the bag separating and cutting mechanism 52 comprises an upper cutter assembly 521 and a lower cutter assembly 522, wherein the upper cutter assembly 521 and the lower cutter assembly 522 are opposite up and down and are distributed in a dislocation manner; the lifting mechanism 54 is arranged between the bag separating and cutting mechanism 52 and the ultrasonic film pressing mechanism 51, the lifting mechanism 54 comprises a lifting roller 541, lifting sliding blocks 542 are fixedly connected to two ends of the lifting roller 541 relatively, and the lifting sliding blocks 542 are linked with a second screw rod mechanism 543. The ultrasonic film pressing mechanism 51 has the function of welding edges, and the front end and the rear end of the vest bag are welded according to the size requirements of the vest bags with different specifications, so that the bags are primarily separated; then, the bag dividing and cutting mechanism 52 cuts off two adjacent groups of vest bags to realize bag dividing; after the bag separation is completed, a handle is processed by utilizing a first punching mechanism 53; further, the lifting mechanism 54 is additionally arranged to adaptively adjust the height according to the vest bags of different specifications, so that the length of the cloth between the ultrasonic film pressing mechanism 51 and the bag dividing and cutting mechanism 52 is changed, the cloth between the ultrasonic film pressing mechanism 51 and the bag dividing and cutting mechanism 52 is ensured to be an integral multiple of the length and the size of the vest bag all the time, and the vest bags of different specifications are processed.
The punch forming device 5 further comprises a second punching mechanism 55 distributed between the width-adjustable heat-seal edge inserting device 4 and the ultrasonic film pressing mechanism 51, the second punching mechanism 55 comprises a portable puncher 551, the portable puncher 551 is detachably connected with a punching frame guide rod 552 transversely distributed on the frame 1, the end part of the punching frame guide rod 552 is hinged with a punching rocker side plate 553, the punching rocker side plate 553 is in sliding linkage with a fourth rack 554 mounted on the frame 1, the fourth rack 554 is in meshing transmission with a pinion 555, the pinion 555 is fixedly mounted on the punching frame guide rod 552, and the end part of the punching frame guide rod 552 is provided with a first hand wheel 556. At present, the position between the two handles of some vest bags needs to be punched, and in order to meet the requirements, a second punching mechanism 55 is additionally arranged, so that the functions can be realized; further, the second punching mechanism 55 is additionally provided with a punching frame guide rod 552, a punching rocker side plate 553, a fourth rack 554, a pinion 555 and a first hand wheel 556, so that the transverse position and the front and back positions of the portable puncher 551 can be adjusted according to practical conditions, on one hand, the suitability is improved, on the other hand, the influence caused by errors is reduced, and the portable puncher 551 is convenient to install in place.
The press forming device 5 further includes an electric eye marking mechanism 56 disposed between the second punching mechanism 55 and the ultrasonic film pressing mechanism 51. An electric eye marking mechanism 56 is additionally arranged to position the holes, so that the later-stage acoustic wave film pressing mechanism, the bag separating and cutting mechanism 52 and the first punching mechanism 53 can be conveniently processed and positioned.
The stamping forming device 5 further comprises a stacking conveying mechanism 57 which is distributed between the bag separating and cutting mechanism 52 and the first punching mechanism 53, the stacking conveying mechanism 57 comprises a clamping component and a belt pulley component 571, the belt pulley component 571 is installed on the frame 1 and is linked with the clamping component, the clamping component comprises a transverse transmission frame 572 with the end part linked with the belt pulley component 571, the transverse transmission frame 572 is fixedly connected with a clamping base 573 relatively, one end of the clamping base 573 is hinged with a clamping cylinder 574, the end part of the clamping cylinder 574 is hinged with a material sucking clamping rod 575, and the end part of the material sucking clamping rod 575, which is close to the clamping cylinder 574, is hinged to the middle part of the clamping base 573. The stacking and transporting mechanism 57 is mainly used for stacking the cut cloth after bag separation, the height of single stacked materials can be regulated according to actual conditions (namely, the bag thickness), after the single stacked materials are stacked to the regulated height, the stacking and transporting mechanism 57 transports the cloth to the first punching mechanism 53 for carrying out handle punching operation, the movement times of the first punching mechanism 53 are reduced in the whole process, the service life is prolonged, the processing precision of the vest bag can be further improved, and as the cloth is slightly offset in aspects of cloth transportation and the like in the single punching process, the positions of handles of the vest bags are inconsistent, and the precision is poor, so that the processing precision of the vest bag can be improved through the stacking and transporting mechanism 57. The stacking transport mechanism 57 further comprises a receiving plate 576 distributed below the clamping assembly, and a guide groove 577 in clearance fit with the clamping base 573 is arranged on the receiving plate 576. Guide chute 577 guides the motion of clamping base 573, reduces the shake of stacking transport mechanism 57, and promotes stability.
This embodiment has the following advantages:
1. The edge sealing mode of the traditional symmetrical folding edge sealing (shown in figure 12) is abandoned, a new edge sealing mechanism 41 is designed, the edge sealing of the vest bag is the edge sealing which is mutually overlapped (shown in figure 13), the edge sealing part can be unfolded along with the vest bag, the edge sealing part is reasonably utilized, the slitter edge is removed, the capacity of the vest bag is enlarged, the edge sealing of the traditional vest bag can not be unfolded along with the vest bag, only the connecting function is realized, the edge sealing part forms the slitter edge during use, so the edge sealing part is wasted, the traditional edge sealing part is convex and is not attractive after the vest bag is unfolded, and the edge sealing part of the vest bag which can be processed by the bag making machine provided by the technical scheme is free from convex, and is integrally smooth and attractive;
2. the center positioning mechanism 42 and the edge inserting and folding mechanism 43 are improved, the edge-sealed cloth can be automatically centered and freely adjusted in width, and the cloth can be adjusted according to actual conditions so as to adapt to vest bags of different specifications and types, so that the freely adjusted width is realized;
3. The edge folding mechanism 22 is additionally arranged, two sides of cloth can be folded, the mouth of some vest bags at present need to be folded, on one hand, the connection strength of the mouth of the vest bag is enhanced, the heat sealing connection of the handles is facilitated, the connection part between the handles and the vest bag is prevented from being broken, on the other hand, double-sided adhesive tape is convenient to adhere, and sealing can be carried out after the vest bags are filled with things;
4. the traditional connection mode that the feeding roller 21 is hinged to the frame 1 is abandoned, the feeding swing arm 23, the feeding cylinder 25, the U-shaped bayonet 24 and the limiting cylinder 26 are additionally arranged, the feeding roller 21 and the feeding swing arm 23 are caused to be in a detachable connection mode, and operations such as feeding and reel changing are facilitated. The feeding device 2 has the advantages of feeding function, flanging function, automatic feeding, convenience in material supplementing, roll changing and the like;
5. The lifting mechanism 54 is additionally arranged to adaptively adjust the height according to the vest bags of different specifications, so that the length of the cloth between the ultrasonic film pressing mechanism 51 and the bag dividing and cutting mechanism 52 is changed, the cloth between the ultrasonic film pressing mechanism 51 and the bag dividing and cutting mechanism 52 is ensured to be an integral multiple of the length of the vest bag all the time, and the vest bags of different specifications are processed.
The stacking and transporting mechanism 57 is additionally arranged, the cloth after being cut off and separated into bags is piled and then punched, the movement times of the first punching mechanism 53 are reduced, the service life is prolonged, and the processing precision of the vest bag can be improved.
