The air inlet door 400 and the air exhaust door 600 are both arranged on the inner side of the side wall of the air guiding cover 220, two brackets 240 are correspondingly arranged on the outer side of the side wall of the air guiding cover 220, taking the air inlet door 400 as an example, a transmission rod 241 is installed on the corresponding bracket 240, one end of the transmission rod 241 penetrates through the side wall of the air guiding cover 220 to be connected with the air inlet door 400, the other end of the transmission rod 241 extends out of the bracket 240, the transmission rod 241 moves radially inwards to drive the air inlet door 400 to open the air inlet hole 221 inwards, a return spring 242 is arranged on the transmission rod 241, and the return spring 242 provides acting force for the transmission rod 241 to move radially outwards for returning after the air inlet door 400 is opened. The same driving method is also applied to the exhaust damper 600.
To realize the above-mentioned open and close control of the air exhaust damper 600 and the air intake damper 400, a corresponding driving structure needs to be configured, in this embodiment, the lock ring 230 is adopted to drive the actions of the air exhaust damper 600 and the air intake damper 400, the rotation motion of the lock ring 230 is skillfully related to the actions of the air exhaust damper 600 and the air intake damper 400, and the open and close control of the air exhaust damper 600 and the air intake damper 400 is completed while the cooking function is switched, so that an independent driving structure does not need to be configured for the dampers, and under the condition that the cover body 200 is configured with the lock ring 230 and the hot air assembly 300, the weight of the cover body 200 is prevented from being increased due to the assembly of too many parts. The following are exemplary: the side surface of the locking ring 230 extends upwards to form two driving blocks 233 with a sheet structure, and the driving blocks 233 and the driving rod 241 are in bevel fit transmission, so that the circumferential rotation motion of the driving blocks 233 is simply and effectively converted into the radial linear motion of the driving rod 241.
In this embodiment, a handle 700 is disposed on a side surface of the outer cover 210, the handle 700 drives the locking ring 230 to rotate so as to complete the rotational locking or rotational unlocking of the locking ring 230 and the appliance body 100, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, when the cover body 200 is in a closed state, the handle 700 is shifted to the left side of the handle hole 211, the locking ring 230 is located at a position where the transmission block 233 and the transmission rod 241 are circumferentially staggered, the air inlet door 400 closes the air inlet hole 221, the air outlet door 600 closes the air outlet hole 223, and the pressure cooking cavity forms a closed space so as to implement a pressure cooking function; as shown in fig. 13, when the handle 700 is moved to the right side of the handle hole 211, the locking ring 230 rotates counterclockwise to the position shown in fig. 14, the driving block 233 acts on the driving rod 241, so that the air inlet door 400 opens the air inlet hole 221, and the air outlet door 600 opens the air outlet hole 223, so as to realize the air fryer function. The switching of the pressure cooking function to the air fryer function is accomplished by the rotation of the locking ring 230 and vice versa.
In this embodiment, since the handle 700 is transferred to the side of the outer cover 210 of the cover body 200, the handle 700 is far away from the center of the locking ring 230, and a relatively small force is applied to the handle 700 to achieve a rotation torque required for opening and closing the cover, so that the cover opening and closing operation is more labor-saving.
In this embodiment, the wind scooper 220 is further provided with a first limiting member, and the lock ring flange 231 is axially limited between the first limiting member and the wind scooper flange 222, so as to avoid the problem that the lock ring 230 moves up and down during use. Because the bracket 240 for assembling the air door is arranged on the wind scooper 220 in the above solution, the bracket 240 can be used as a first limit piece, and in order to balance the stress of the lock ring 230, one or more brackets are added on the basis of the original two brackets 240, as shown in fig. 5, three brackets 240 are arranged on the wind scooper 220 along the circumferential direction, and the lock ring 230 is axially limited at three positions in the circumferential direction of the lock ring flange 231.
With reference to fig. 5, preferably, an elastic pin is further disposed at the bottom of each support 240, the elastic pin abuts against the locking ring flange 231, and the elastic pin elastically stretches in the axial direction, so that not only can the axial limiting effect on the locking ring 230 be achieved, but also the difficulty in rotating caused by excessively pressing the locking ring 230 can be avoided. The following are exemplary: the elastic pin comprises an elastic element 244 and a limit pin 243, the bracket 240 is provided with a pin hole 245, the elastic element 244 and the limit pin 243 are assembled in the pin hole 245, the elastic element 244 supports the limit pin 243 downwards, part of the limit pin 243 extends out of the pin hole 245 to abut against the lock ring flanging 231, and the limit pin 243 can be spherical or cylindrical.
Referring to fig. 9, preferably, the upper surface of the wind scooper flange 222 is provided with a rib 224, the rib 224 may be continuously or intermittently arranged along the circumferential direction of the wind scooper flange 222, and the rib 224 is supported between the wind scooper flange 222 and the lock ring flange 231, so that the contact area between the wind scooper flange 222 and the lock ring flange 231 is reduced, the sliding resistance of the lock ring flange 231 is reduced, and the rotation of the lock ring 230 is smoother. In other embodiments, the ribs can also be arranged on the lower surface of the lock ring flange to play the same role.
Based on the multifunctional cooking utensil of the above embodiments, in another embodiment, the radial position limitation on the lock ring 230 is added, referring to fig. 7-9, a second position limiting member is disposed on the lock ring 230, the second position limiting member cooperates with the wind scooper 220 to radially limit the lock ring 230, so as to limit the deviation of the lock ring 230 in the radial direction of the lid body 200, and the lock ring 230 rotates more stably. The following are exemplary: the second limiting member is a plurality of rollers 232 circumferentially arranged on the lock ring flange 231, after the lock ring 230 is assembled with the wind scooper 220, the side surfaces of the rollers 232 contact the side wall of the wind scooper 220 to limit the deviation of the lock ring 230 in the radial direction of the cover body 200, when the lock ring 230 rotates relative to the wind scooper 220, the rollers 232 roll along the side wall of the wind scooper 220, the rolling friction resistance is small, and the rotation of the lock ring 230 is prevented from being influenced by excessive friction resistance while the radial limiting is realized.
In the above example, under the radial limiting action of the roller 232, a certain gap is kept between the lock ring flange 231 and the side wall of the wind scooper 220, so as to avoid frictional wear and frictional noise between the lock ring flange 231 and the side wall of the wind scooper 220, reduce the contact area between the lock ring 230 and the wind scooper 220, and ensure the smooth rotation of the lock ring 230.
Referring to fig. 10, in the multifunctional cooking utensil according to the above-mentioned embodiment, in another embodiment, in order to connect the lock ring 230 and the wind scooper 220, the lock ring 230 is provided with the guide post 234, the outer side wall of the wind scooper 220 is provided with the annular rib 225 along the circumferential direction thereof, the annular rib 225 is provided with the arc-shaped sliding groove 226 along the circumferential direction, the guide post 234 penetrates through the sliding groove 226 and the upper end thereof is limited by the screw, so that the guide post 234 is supported on the sliding groove 226 and can slide in the sliding groove 226 relatively, that is, the lock ring 230 can rotate relative to the wind scooper 220. Of course, the connection mode of the lock ring and the wind scooper is not limited to the scheme of the above embodiment of the present invention, and as long as the lock ring is arranged outside the wind scooper, other known modes capable of realizing the rotational connection of the lock ring and the wind scooper are within the protection scope of the present invention.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited thereto, and may be embodied in many different forms without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims. Any modification which does not depart from the functional and structural principles of the present invention is intended to be included within the scope of the claims.
Claims (10)
1. The multifunctional cooking appliance comprises an appliance body and a cover body, wherein the appliance body is provided with a liner, the cover body comprises an air guide cover and a hot air assembly positioned in the air guide cover, and the multifunctional cooking appliance is characterized in that the cover body further comprises a lock ring rotatably sleeved on the outer side of the air guide cover, the lock ring is rotationally locked with the appliance body, the air guide cover and the liner are matched to form a pressure cooking cavity, the lock ring and the appliance body are rotationally unlocked, and the air guide cover and the liner are matched to form an air-frying cooking cavity.
2. The multifunctional cooking utensil of claim 1 wherein the locking ring has a guiding post, the wind scooper has a sliding slot on the outer side wall, and the guiding post is supported on the sliding slot and can slide relatively in the circumferential direction.
3. The multifunctional cooking utensil of claim 1 wherein the locking collar has an inwardly extending locking collar flange at an upper end thereof, and the wind scooper has an outwardly extending wind scooper flange at a lower end of a side wall thereof, the locking collar flange being supported on the wind scooper flange and being relatively slidable in a circumferential direction.
4. The multifunctional cooking utensil of claim 3 wherein the upper surface of the wind scooper flange or the lower surface of the lock collar flange is provided with a rib supported therebetween.
5. The multifunctional cooking utensil of claim 3 wherein the wind scooper has a first stop above the collar for axially stopping the collar.
6. The multifunctional cooking appliance of claim 5 wherein said first stop comprises a bracket fixed to said wind scooper and a resilient pin disposed on said bracket, said resilient pin abutting said collar flange.
7. The multifunctional cooking utensil of claim 6 wherein the support has a transmission rod, the side wall of the wind scooper has a vent, one end of the transmission rod has a damper for opening and closing the vent, and the rotation of the lock ring acts on the transmission rod to drive the damper.
8. The multifunctional cooking utensil of claim 3 wherein the lock ring has a second stop that engages the wind scooper to radially stop the lock ring.
9. The multifunctional cooking appliance of claim 8 wherein the second stop member is a rolling friction with the wind scooper.
10. The multifunctional cooking appliance of claim 8 wherein said locking collar flange is a clearance fit with said wind scooper side wall.
